[00:00:23]>> Yeah. which is actually they can now find it easier to transport themsel into Singapore now >> and why this is a problem all these house owners like us we actually take a ID what is ID ID is interior designer company and he actually most of them do not do the work themsel it out that means aircon they s it out to one contractor plumbing one contractor electrical one contractor and that kind of thing so they do a markup and they take the difference these contractors normally for this kind of interior designing jobs end up being mostly Malaysians. So what happens is that they may sub it out to uh a Singapore company but this Singapore company are actually using Malaysians that is already happening without the RTS. Will having the RTS actually make it more easier for Malaysians to come in work on ad hoc basis and then go back to JB?
