Attorneys for victim of FSU mass shooting to announce lawsuit

[00:00:00]Looking ahead to tomorrow morning, the attorneys for the family of one of the victims killed in last year's shooting at Florida State University are announcing a lawsuit. Attorneys for Tyrue Chaba will hold a news conference tomorrow morning at 9:00 in Tallahassee.

[00:00:20]According to authorities, 20-year-old FSU student Phoenix Ickner opened fire shortly before noon killing Chaba and one other person. Ickner is expected to go to trial in October 2026.
