This video examines the escalating tensions between Belarus and Ukraine, where Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko has issued threats and warnings to both Ukraine and Armenia, prompting Ukraine to identify 500 legitimate military targets in Belarus as a deterrent. The content illustrates how diplomatic threats and military preparations can lead to increased international scrutiny, with European leaders perceiving such threats as signs of desperation rather than genuine strategic intent. The video also covers broader European integration efforts, including Hungary's EU fund unblocking and Sweden-Ukraine military cooperation through Gripen fighter jet agreements, demonstrating how international relations involve complex interplay between military deterrence, diplomatic negotiations, and economic sanctions.

💥WAR WITH BELARUS ALREADY BEGUN?! UKRAINE COULDN’T HOLD BACK ANYMORE! UKRAINE’S FIRST STRIKE!Added:
There will be a war with Belarus.
Lukashenka is now threatening Armenia as well. The dictator has completely lost his mind.
Putin's Belarusian vassal is demanding that Yerevan not break away from the Kremlin's influence. And there's also a heated exchange with the Ukrainian armed forces.
500 legitimate targets for strikes on Belarus. How is Lukashenka reacting?
Meanwhile, the opposition has exposed Putin's secret stash where Russia secretly transferred Oreshnik. How is Lukashenka preparing for war and why will this spectacle end fatally for him?
All the details right now. Greetings.
This is the channel Ukraine today, Andrey Silakov, and the latest news.
[music] There will be a war with Belarus.
The Belarusian dictator has fallen into a real hysteria and has started threatening not only Kyiv, but also Armenia. Commenting on the upcoming elections in Yerevan and the country's course toward the European Union, Lukashenka cynically warned Armenians that everything in Ukraine started exactly the same way. Brazenly demanding that a sovereign state not break away from the Kremlin's influence, the dictator openly urges the Armenian people, who have just come out of a difficult war, not to rush and to be wise, making a thinly veiled threat about the consequences from Russia if they fully turn to the west.
Lukashenka is actively criticizing the Europeans, who promised support to Yerevan in early May, and is trying to portray the desire for independence as someone else's political game.
However, behind these hypocritical pieces of advice lies a banal fear of the complete collapse of Russian influence in the Caucasus.
>> That's exactly how it all started in Ukraine. You remember that. So that they, the Armenians, who have just come out of one war, do not end up in a difficult situation because of this, there's no need to rush, they just need to think things through.
We need to be wise people, the head of state emphasized.
Before taking such a step, the Armenian people need to think very seriously.
That is the only thing I am urging them to do.
If the people express their opinion, we will agree with them.
>> However, real panic set in for the self-proclaimed president when the issue touched on the actual security of his own regime.
Lukashenko finally lost his nerve after a tough, but extremely clear warning from the commander of the UAV forces of the Ukrainian armed forces, Robert Brovdy.
Our general openly stated that if Minsk officially enters the war, the Ukrainian army has already identified the first 500 legitimate military targets on Belarusian territory.
>> The positions of the military differ.
The Ukrainian military does not want any war with Belarus. I know this for sure because they understand that it would mean an additional thousand kilometers of front, a border.
And it is not an easy border between Belarus and Ukraine.
Do they need that?
No.
Third.
>> After receiving such an unambiguous hint at the total destruction of his military machine, Lukashenko tried to respond with his trademark sarcasm.
He publicly thanked Ukraine for compiling the list of 500 targets, but immediately lashed out with aggressive retaliatory threats.
The dictator was quick to declare that the Belarusian side supposedly also has one very serious target ready with precise coordinates not far from Belarus, hinting at the readiness to launch a missile strike.
>> Supposedly tomorrow there will be an attack from Belarus against Ukraine, although that will never happen, never.
There were no Belarusian soldiers there, and there never will be. He knows this too, and so do the military.
In other words, the Europeans pushed him toward this.
>> Trying to raise the stakes, Lukashenko began to cynically blackmail Kyiv, claiming that the Ukrainian military supposedly fully understands the danger and actually does not want to fight with Belarusians because of the complex and fortified border between the countries.
The usurper threatens that if even a single strike is carried out on Belarusian territory, the conflict will instantly take on a completely different character.
>> The president's talk, please forgive me, Volodymyr Oleksandrovych for saying this, but it's just empty chatter.
And the position of the military differs.
The Ukrainian military does not want any war with Belarus. I know this for sure because they understand that it would mean an additional 1,000 km of front line, a border.
And it's not an easy border between Belarus and Ukraine. Do they need that?
No.
>> Notably, all this sudden belligerence from Minsk began right after its own aggressive actions. Back on May 12th, Alexander Lukashenka announced plans to conduct targeted mobilization of certain military units to prepare for possible combat operations.
While hiding behind the usual phrases that Belarus is supposedly committed to peace, the dictator openly admitted that his army is actively preparing for a real war if necessary.
>> Lukashenka claims that Belarus is committed to peace. However, the army must be ready for war if necessary.
As I promised, we will selectively mobilize units to prepare them for war.
God willing, it can be avoided, he said.
Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin stated that the meeting discussed the results of the army's combat readiness inspections, which were carried out according to the plans of the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff.
After the inspections, the leadership drew certain conclusions.
>> Naturally, Ukraine responded to these covert threats instantly and proactively.
As early as May 15th, Volodymyr Zelenskyy officially instructed the defense forces and special services to prepare a tough response plan for any provocations from Belarus. And a week later, the Security Service of Ukraine and the military moved to decisive action, introducing enhanced security measures in five northern regions of our country at once, completely sealing the border with the aggressor.
>> First and foremost, the work of the relevant groups will be aimed at preventing the enemy from infiltrating border areas, carrying out sabotage and terrorist acts, conducting subversive and reconnaissance activities, and committing other war crimes.
>> Realizing [snorts] that no one was going to play along with him, the dictator immediately tried to backtrack.
Lukashenka cowardly rushed to declare that he actually has no intention of getting involved in the war in Ukraine, and even spoke about being ready to meet with Zelenskyy anywhere.
>> If he, Zelenskyy, wants to talk about something, consult, or anything else, please, we are open to that. In any part of Ukraine or Belarus, I am ready to meet with him and discuss the issues of Belarusian-Ukrainian relations, and perhaps talk about prospects. For some reason, we have things to talk about with the Americans, Germans, Poles, Lithuanians, and Latvians, but nothing to discuss with Ukraine.

>> Meanwhile, the Kremlin is trying to go all in and is openly blackmailing all of Europe.
In Brussels, the EU foreign ministers have already given a tough response to Moscow, clearly stating that nuclear threats and pressure on diplomats no longer work. How European leaders are preparing a devastating 21st package of sanctions that will finally bring down the aggressor. Watch in our report.
>> The hazel switch is a tool of intimidation.
This is how Moscow presents its >> strikes on Ukraine.
But in Brussels, this rhetoric is perceived differently.
Arturs Rusalis, parliamentary secretary of the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is convinced behind the loud statements lies weakness.
>> Nothing has changed because well, the hazel switch is really just a great PR story in Putin's eyes.
In our view, it's not a very good PR story because we've seen several strikes and lots of loud statements about these strikes, but essentially nothing changes. Then I think that Russia is proving that it is getting weaker and weaker on the battlefield. We see that it cannot achieve real progress on the battlefield. They can't even accomplish one of their objectives. Ukraine is getting stronger.
I don't see any signs that any strikes or other attacks will change that.
>> Meanwhile, Russia apparently is betting not only on the battlefield. According to the Estonian side, Moscow is deliberately trying to draw the European Union into the role of mediator in negotiations without any real desire to achieve peace.
The Estonian Minister believes that the role of mediator requires neutrality.
So, the European Union would not be able to simultaneously strengthen sanctions, increase military aid, and maintain pressure on the aggressor.
This is exactly what Putin is aiming for, to neutralize the European Union, weaken support for Ukraine, and lift sanction pressure.
Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna urges not to fall for this game.
Instead of negotiations for the sake of negotiations, Europe needs strategic patience and a unified vision of the future without gray zones between the European Union, NATO, and Russia.
>> Instead, we need to demonstrate strategic patience and put more pressure on Russia so that Putin finally changes his objective and enters into real negotiations. And for that, we also need to develop a common understanding of what kind of Europe we want in the future. This means the process of enlargement. This means security guarantees for Ukraine, but also from Ukraine to Europe. This means that there will no longer be any gray zones between the European Union, NATO, and Russia.
>> The Russian threats against European diplomats and Russia's calls to evacuate diplomatic missions from Kyiv are regarded by the European Commission as a sign of desperation.
EU spokesperson Anita Hipper reminds us, Russia is losing on the battlefield, and that is why it is once again resorting to intimidating the civilian population.
>> We see that Russia is merely trying to sow panic by stirring up anxiety. They want fear and isolation for Ukraine and other countries, but we have a clear signal that this will not work. In fact, the EU maintains its presence and activities in Kyiv, and these threats wreak of desperation. As the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Kaja Kallas, noted in her tweet, Russia is losing on the battlefield, which is why it is once again resorting to threats against the civilian population and civilian infrastructure. Unfortunately, these attacks are a daily reality for Ukraine, for Kyiv, and its residents.
>> Polish Deputy Foreign Minister, Ignacy Niemczycki, adds, "The tactic of fear is nothing new, and it will not bring Putin any results."
>> I'm not surprised that Russia is threatening Ukraine, threatening diplomats from Western countries. There is nothing new about this. Putin uses this tactic to sow fear among us here in Europe.
I just want to say that it won't work, and that's absolutely clear. It's just a tactic, and it won't work.
>> Brussels has no intention of changing course while Russia only pretends to be ready for peace.
The 21st package of sanctions is already in development. Vitaly Sizov, Ruslan Kuzgov, from Brussels for Freedom TV channel.
>> And while Brussels is tightening the economic noose around the Kremlin's neck, within the European Union itself, they are harshly dealing with the legacy of Putin's friends.
And the new Hungarian Prime Minister, Peter Magyar, has urgently arrived to unfreeze 16 billion euros. How the new Hungarian authorities are cleaning up Orbán's legacy, and why this visit will help unblock Ukraine's long-awaited European integration, find out in our report.
>> Peter Magyar's first visit to Brussels as Hungary's Prime Minister turned out to be productive for him.
The main result is the unblocking of more than 16 billion euros from EU funds, which had been frozen under the previous Prime Minister, Viktor Orbán.
European Commission President, Ursula von der Leyen confirmed the funds will be unfrozen because Hungary has fulfilled and continues to fulfill a number of conditions related to restoring the rule of law and combating corruption.
>> I can confirm that 10 billion euros have already been unfrozen or will be unfrozen. The allocation of funds will depend on Budapest's implementation of the agreed reforms and the realization of investment projects within the next generation EU program. Then 4.2 billion through programs and another 2.2 billion after measures are taken to protect academic freedom, which in total amounts to 16.4 billion euros. This is quite a substantial amount. The Hungarian people deserve this. It was a race against time and we won it. And this is important for the Hungarian people.
>> However, the Hungarian-Ukrainian issue remains unresolved for now.
Budapest still ties its support for Ukraine's European integration to the fulfillment of 11 demands, primarily concerning the linguistic and cultural rights of the Hungarian minority.
>> As for issues of culture and language, we would like our Ukrainian partners to agree to them. We have completed several rounds of discussions. We have active contacts with our Ukrainian partners on these technical matters. I hope that we will be able to resolve these 11 points and that they will be able to make the necessary changes to their legislation.
>> At the same time, the new Hungarian Prime Minister is open to dialogue, unlike his predecessor. He has expressed his willingness to meet with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
>> I would be very glad after these technical meetings to meet with the President of Ukraine in order to truly open a new chapter in relations between Hungary and Ukraine.
>> Meanwhile, the European Commission insists that Ukraine and Moldova have fulfilled all the conditions for opening the first negotiation cluster, and there is no longer any reason to delay the process.
This issue will be discussed at the upcoming European Union Summit on June 18th.
>> Of course, we discussed many topics, including the accession of candidate countries, and I want to emphasize once again, and we discussed this, that this is a merit-based process, and our position is absolutely clear. Ukraine and Moldova have fulfilled all the necessary conditions to open the fundamentals cluster, the first cluster.
They have worked diligently, worked intensively on the required reforms, and have achieved results. Therefore, there is no reason to delay the process. We will definitely discuss this at the European Council meeting.
>> Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expects that the clusters in the negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the European Union will begin to open within the next few weeks.
The European Commission notes changes.
With the new government, it is easier for them to talk with Budapest.
Brussels expects that all contentious issues in Hungarian-Ukrainian relations will be resolved by the Magyar government, as well as issues concerning the rule of law and the fight against corruption.
Vitaly Sizov, Ruslan Kuzgov from Brussels for Freedom TV channel.
>> Moreover, while Brussels is unblocking billions and clearing the way for Ukraine into the EU, our Scandinavian allies are delivering yet another powerful military verdict to the Kremlin.
How exactly will this indestructible Swedish shield strengthen the Ukrainian armed forces both at the front and ensure stability in the rear?
Find out in our report.
>> Ukrainian military personnel are already undergoing training on Gripen fighter jets, and in the fall, the training program for pilots and technical staff will be expanded, announced Swedish Defense Minister Pål Jonson.
In October 2025, Kyiv and Stockholm signed a letter of intent, which opened up opportunities for the delivery of Swedish fighter jets to Ukraine. And on May 28th, the two sides signed an agreement on the transfer of 150 Swedish multirole fighter jets, as announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson after negotiations in Stockholm. At the same time, 16 aircraft will be delivered to Ukraine at the beginning of 2027 and 22 of the latest Gripen E models by 2030.
>> Ukraine has clearly identified the Gripen aircraft as the top priority option for its Air Force in the long term and intends to acquire the latest Gripen E version.
Negotiations are ongoing and we will be able to deliver these aircraft by 2030.
This will expand Ukraine's air defense and strengthen Europe's air protection.
We are receiving weapons and we are grateful that we are getting aircraft equipped with armaments, not just the planes themselves. These fighter jets are equipped with specific weaponry, in particular the Meteor missile, which can strike targets at a distance of over 200 km. We believe that we will be able to push out these Russian aircraft and they will not be able to use guided aerial bombs on a large scale.
>> Gripen fighter jets form the backbone of the Swedish Air Force. They are constantly being upgraded and the new generation is equipped with everything necessary for modern combat, long-range radars, advanced weaponry including Meteor air-to-air missiles, as well as powerful electronic warfare systems.
Gripens are cheaper and easier to maintain than, for example, the F-16, according to experts.
In addition, they require a shorter runway. The Gripen can take off in 800 m and land in 600. The aircraft can be refueled and rearmed in a very short time. That means it can land with its engine running, be refueled, armed, and sent back into combat.
>> Gripens, these platforms are classified as advanced fourth-generation aircraft.
And indeed, the most recent and sophisticated iterations currently in service, equipped with entirely new avionics suites can be compared in several key operational respects to, for example, the F-16.
And perhaps they may demonstrate the ability to even surpass them in certain specific ways.
Because the F-16 Fighting Falcon as a model, even with the most advanced modern upgrades, is still, uh, let's say, not, uh, not exactly the newest of American aircraft.
That is precisely why I am firmly and wholeheartedly convinced that if we can finally bridge this critical gap, we have been missing the essential aviation component with these Gripens, it would be absolutely and truly magnificent for everyone involved.
>> In Sweden, they are not afraid of the Kremlin's reaction. Ulf Kristersson assured that Kyiv's partners are well aware of what Russia thinks about countries that help Ukraine and impose sanctions against the aggressor state.
And the Kremlin's opinion, of course, will not make Sweden abandon its support for Ukraine.
>> All the countries in our region are well prepared for various Russian reactions, hybrid threats, and the continuation of any other similar actions. So, in fact, this doesn't really change anything.
>> Sweden will allocate a new aid package to Ukraine worth $2.7 million.
The president of Ukraine announced $400 million will be allocated for drone production, but the majority of the funds will go toward purchasing Gripen aircraft. To acquire the fighter jets, Ukraine also plans to use credit funds from the European Union.
>> We expect to receive the first Gripen aircraft within the next 10 months. For our part, we will do everything possible.
>> Ukraine needs assistance from its partners to defend against massive Russian shelling. The biggest problem for Ukrainian air defense remains Russian ballistic missiles, which is why it is critically important for Ukraine that deliveries of PAC-2, GMT, and PAC-3 missiles under the Pearl program continue, stated Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov.
Kyiv receives more than 90% of its anti-ballistic capabilities thanks to this initiative.
The head of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry held a meeting with US Congress representatives Richard Blumenthal and Jim Himes.
The key topic was the priorities of defense support for Ukraine, in particular issues of airspace protection, strengthening the front, and technological cooperation.
