Colorado Gov. Polis signs state budget

[00:00:07]>> Governor Paul is signing the state budget today. Lawmakers did though have to make some cuts to this budget to close a more than billion dollars of deficit. Democrats blame that on the federal budget. State cuts include a reduction in Medicaid reimbursement rates and some services as well. And in a statement, Republican House Minority Leader Jarvis Caldwell calls some of the spending cuts important wins, but blames Democrats for spending quote dollars we simply don't have.
