Political Debates, Rants & Hot Takes 05.27.2026 (Portrait)Added:
What's up, folks?
Make myself a little higher on that.
What's up everyone? How's everybody doing? Everybody hear me? All right.
Hey everyone, how's everybody doing today?
I was made sure I said what's up everybody and nobody nobody said hi back.
So I I I have had problems with not being able to hear anyone. It's funny how I asked, "Can you guys hear me?" And I get no response.
But if I if if I'm muted, I get 1,700 responses.
Okay.
If my mic's not on, you they get there's there is 2700 responses letting me know that they can't hear me.
I think people actually truly believe that if uh if they can't hear me, I forget how to read.
That my reading is directly tied to uh that my reading is directly tied to to y'all y'all's ability to hear me.
I swear.
Oh, my day's been good. My day has been good.
I just uh I went and got a haircut. Obviously, no one even mentioned that. So, that's cool. Shows how much you guys pay attention and love me. So, that's pretty awesome.
Um, so that that's pretty fun.
Um, shows shows I'm shows I'm very much not loved here.
Um, that's funny.
Thank you. Now, now I see them all.
No, I had to do that and then I had to take Safari to uh I had to take Safari to uh to the vet today.
I got them I got to watch them take a cat's blood pressure, which I've never seen before. That was interesting.
So, uh yeah. So, just it was definitely an interesting day.
Yeah, I've definitely, like I said, I've never seen it.
Yeah, they did it. It just I just never seen how they did it before, you know?
It's a It's a new thing that I've just never seen.
So yeah, it's like a Anyways, is she okay? Uh she has hypertension, better known as high blood pressure.
So uh yeah.
Yes, I see you guys saying that it's hard to read the chat um because of the white background. Uh, but there's nothing I can do because I want to read the article from New York Times and I can't make New York Times change to a black background.
So, you guys are going to have to tough it out until I move on to the next article.
All right.
Well, I if I put the article above me, then I'm blocking the chat.
So, or the chat's over my face.
So, I'm not doing that.
So, the next article, I'm sure, will be darker and then we'll uh and then we'll go from there.
So, what's the number? The number is for people to call in uh if they support Trump. And honestly, I'm going to take some probably some calls from just everybody today. If you got something to talk say about what we're talking about, then uh then yeah, then just let me know. You can call in. We'll talk about it.
Imagine using light mode in 2026. I don't know how to make the New York Times website go to dark mode. It's not an app.
Okay.
It's a It's a website, dude. I didn't know I I don't know how to change it to dark mode. set dark mode on my phone cuz it's an app.
So, I'm not that technologically savvy.
All right. I'm not that technologically savvy. You guys will survive for a few minutes. Okay? You guys will survive.
You You guys will survive for a few minutes. I I promise you, you will.
Okay?
I'm reading all of your messages right now, so I bet you guys will be okay.
I bet you guys will be okay for just a little bit. Would it Would it help if I took the article off for a second and then put it right back on in a minute? I can do that. I can I can put this here for a second.
if that if that makes you guys feel better.
Uh anyways, that way y'all can all say hi to each other.
There we go. We'll do that.
We'll take it off for a bit and then we'll turn it back on in a second.
So, anyways, you have to tell us what her BP was. Uh 280.
It was 280.
Yeah.
Yeah. Which is which is insanely high.
Uh, I guess anything above um I guess anything above 160 is like way too high. Yeah.
So yeah. So very high.
Yeah. Incredibly high. Incredibly high.
So, uh yeah, but anyways, so she'll be on uh she'll be on blood pressure medication for a while.
Uh hopefully not too long, but she'll be on blood uh blood pressure medication for a while.
Here, I'll throw this up here for you guys about this. So, we'll do this for a sec here. I'll throw this up on the screen.
Same thing, just from ground news instead of New York Times. That way, it helps you guys. That way, it looks a little better. Sound good?
Uh, yeah. So, someone said 160 to 220. I was told 160 was the high level. Like, you didn't want to be above 160.
So, um, yeah. What were her symptoms? The only symptoms she had, she she um she she popped a blood vessel in her eye.
Yeah. And her eye filled up with blood.
So, um Yeah.
So, hey, honestly, in the realm of things that she could have for that to happen, um, high blood pressure was about the best one.
So, truthfully, so yeah, there was about there was a there was a whole bunch of things that it could be.
Um, so really at the at the in the realm of things, not bad. I'm not saying it's a good thing that she has high blood pressure. I'm just saying uh I'm just saying of the things that could make blood vessels in your eye pop.
Pretty not bad.
Not bad.
Yeah. So, uh we'll pick up her blood medication as soon as they're done. uh as soon as they're done filling it.
And yeah, so fun stuff.
You had to pay 5K to save one of your cats. I So Summer had Heartworm and um and that is that's [ __ ] expensive.
Holy [ __ ] That's [ __ ] expensive.
So Summer's my dog. She had And she had uh Yeah, that that was that cost me that cost me four or five grand. So Well, if you Amanda Hey, Amanda. Hi. How are you?
Uh, Summer was on the live with me last night. She was on the live with me last night.
So, Yeah, she was uh she was on the live last night. She came up and said hi.
It was cool.
Anyways, y'all, thank you guys so much for being here. I really appreciate you guys. Uh yeah, she was on last night. She she come and she came and hung out. the the people asked for summer. So, and she's all fluffy and well groomed right now, too. So, yeah, she's all super fluffy and well groomed right now. Anyways, thank you all for being here. We're going to we're going to do a little bit of a mix today.
You guys know I'm not uh I'm not usually on this early. Um but I found a new restaurant that I'm going to go to tonight and I want to take Ari to it.
So, we're going a little early so I have time to take my girlfriend to dinner on a Friday night. Is that fair?
And no, I did not find out what Summer did wrong last night.
Uh yeah. So, we uh we're going to we're going to we're going to do that tonight. So, we're here a little early. So, we're going to do a little bit of a mix. So, we're going to talk to some uh we're going to talk to some Trump supporters, and we're not doing that. There's a whole bunch of little news we're going to get into and we'll get into the news in between when we're talking to Trump supporters. For my people over on TikTok and for my people that watch on the vertical live, how do you kind of like me doing this setup? I know I normally do this setup when I have another guest on right underneath and the guest is is below me, but I was thinking maybe just doing this setup all the time. Now, I know it might be you might not see quite as much as me of me, but for some of y'all might that might be a good thing.
Some of y'all might be like, I like seeing less of Polly. That is very that is that is very nice of him.
Also, if we get super low, um, a MAGA a MAGA guy on Tik Tok stitched my last video.
Yeah, the bottom's a bit hard to read because it's uh because I just haven't expanded it, that's all. I haven't gotten into it. So, some Maggie guy stitched my video. See, that should be a little bit better.
Yeah, some Maggie guy stitched my video that I posted yesterday. And I wasn't going to watch it because like I know who he is and it's literally not even worth the view.
But uh but I might watch it with you guys. We might watch it together on live.
Yeah. I saw who I saw who stitched it and I was like, "Uh, no. I'm good."
Absolutely unacceptable.
How dare you be a good boyfriend and a lefty? I know. Disgusting, right?
Yeah, I yeah, I I I take my girl out to girlfriend out to dinner and uh and ask for consent. So, you know, I'm not on the right. So, and my girlfriend's not my uh first cousin. So, you know, all all huge huge things uh to let you know that I'm not on the right. Yeah. Or my sister. Yeah. Not my sister. Not no blood relation to me. Okay.
Zero blood relation to me, which uh which is which is which is pretty nice.
You know what I'm saying? So, the restaurant is a uh it's a Creole restaurant.
It's a Creole restaurant.
Oh, see I expanded it too big and now you can't even see it all the way on the screen.
There we go. Yeah, I guess it is a little harder to see just because of the It's a little harder to see cuz uh because the comments go right over it, but if we need to, I'll move it up a little bit. No big deal.
Also, let me fix this real quick. Young, thank you so much for the turn it up gift. I really appreciate that. Thank you so much. That was the chat for Young for that for the first gift of the day over on over on YouTube.
Let me actually shrink this just a bit so that it can be uh so it can be seen a little bit better.
I will not. If I'm on later tonight, if I'm on later tonight, y'all better tune in because that means um that Ari and I went on went out together and had way too many drinks and somehow convinced ourselves in the Uber back uh that we should both get on live like at the same time.
So, uh, so you'll definitely want to be on that live.
Um, I don't think I should be, but you'll uh but you'll you guys should have a blast.
Oh, no. We're going to we're going to have a few drinks regardless. That part isn't up for debate.
The part of whether or not we get on live afterwards is uh is the part that that should be in question. Uh anyho, let me throw my headset. We have someone in the Tik Tok guest request box that wants to talk.
And again, y'all, as like I said, as you guys are kind of feeding in, and I don't know where, maybe I can put that on the screen or someplace, too. uh when we're talking about the articles or if you guys have something to say, even if you're not a Trump supporter, um I welcome you guys up on the live. If you're another like creator and you want to come hang out with me while we do this, I'm also cool with you to hang out on the live. We're just going to do real casual stuff um here on the live today. All right, we're going to do real casual stuff here on the live today. So, uh I'm going to I'm going to allow I'm going to allow a whole bunch of stuff I don't normally do, which for good reason, by the way. I didn't turn into this version of myself for no reason. So, let me just get this thing in here. Hold on.
Is Ari? Yes. Yes, that would be true.
Feisty's here. Hey, Feisty.
Yeah, it's casual Fridays. That's what I should call the live on Fridays. I should call it casual Fridays.
I should call it casual Fridays.
All right.
I want to put all those words on the screen, but yeah, I don't know where I'd put them all.
I don't know where to put like, "Hey, if you're a creator and you want to come hang out, you can." And also, uh, and also you can just call and be friendly and come hang out for a sec.
And I don't know. I don't know where to put all that stuff. Anyways, keep the news updates coming. I will.
We're going to do it as we go through.
>> Hello. How are you?
>> I'm great. How are you?
>> I'm excellent. How old are you?
>> 33. How old are you?
>> This isn't for a dating app, sir. I need it for Tik Tok terms of service. They already know how old I am. Anyways, uh >> where are your uh Hold on though. Where are your pronouns? I don't want to miss uh gender.
>> Oh, you came up yesterday.
>> Did I?
>> Yeah. You said the exact same thing.
Yeah. You don't even have new material.
>> You don't even have new material.
>> I mean, you're like I literally I you literally came up yesterday and I asked how old are you? You told me. then asked how old I as if we're talking on [ __ ] Grinder or something. And then right after that, you said about the pronouns and I told you you could go look them up and read them, which you then did do, right? And then all of a sudden have now forgotten that a you were on the live and b what those pronouns are. All right. So, and since that conversation went to absolutely nothing yesterday and I assume it will go to absolutely, >> I'm not going to waste my time. Okay, >> cool.
He was literally the first caller I had yesterday and he did the exact same thing.
That's insane.
That's insane.
Yeah. Like how that's insane.
That's crazy, dude.
Like it I It's fine to call multiple time. Like I don't mind if you call again. Like if we had a good conversation and you want to finish it or you want to call again, but he literally did the exact the exact how old are you thing yesterday and then the exact what are your pronouns? I don't want to misgender you. He said those like like it's like he has like a little script that's just like pre-written down.
just in case like he gets on a live.
So funny.
It's so funny.
No, don't care about that.
Um, sorry. One second, y'all.
Okay, we can do that.
Jocular. Jocular, how have you been lately?
How have you been, Jocular? Jocular, thank you so much for the uh for the $5 super chat. How you been? Uh, here's my contribution to starting a petition to get your name changed to Paulie because after learning your first name, everything has changed and I don't know why.
That's That's kind of funny.
That's kind of funny.
That's funny.
But anyways, thank you, Jo. Chat for Jo, for the first super chat of the day.
Yeah. I don't know why I don't know why you guys are so bothered by my first name.
I don't know why you guys are so bothered by my first name. It's really funny.
Is everybody else feeling that same way?
Is everybody else feel that that same way?
>> All right, we got somebody else calling in.
Hello. How are you?
>> Hi, it's Georgie Given. How are you, Paulie?
>> I'm good. How about yourself?
>> Good. Do you believe Israel has the right to exist?
>> Sure, why not?
>> Well, why wouldn't they?
>> I didn't say they had a reason why they shouldn't. I said sure. Did you not do you not know what sure or why not means?
>> No. So, you support So, you're a Zionist then?
>> Sir, do you have a point to this or you just cuz literally you didn't say hi, hello. You just freaking just jump right into freaking this. What's your problem?
>> No, I said hi. I'm Georgie. You know, I love the show. I'm a longtime listener.
I just wanted to know your opinion on that.
>> I think Israel already exists and I'm pretty cool with just keeping it where it's at. Yeah, I got really no issue.
>> Okay, that's great.
>> I don't know how that Zionism >> because you you support it right to exist, right?
>> I said it's fine that they exist. Yeah.
>> Okay. So, then you are you are a Zionist. That's good. Well, I didn't.
The Zionism refers to people that actually want the expansion of Israel into historical or biblical times. And I never said that. Yeah. So, >> no. So, just the existence. So, that's good.
>> That's not what Zionism is, though, sir.
You're making up a You're making up a a definition of Zionism and then saying I fall within it.
>> That's not true.
>> I It is true.
>> But hey, your dog looks great yesterday, so And I like the shirt that you had on, too. It was cute.
>> Oh, thank you. I appreciate that.
>> Thank you. All right. Well, you have a good weekend.
>> You too. Bye-bye.
Anyways, yeah, a little bit. Anyways, uh while we're waiting to see if there's any Trump supporters in here at Cole, I know I got this I got this one guy over in my chat. His name is Payton, I think it is, or something like that. Yeah, his name is Payton. And I just want to let everyone know that Payton is just like a whole [ __ ] Can I just let everyone know that he's in my vertical live like this? And uh and he's a he's just a he's just a big old [ __ ] bro.
So, uh, just just thought I'd let you guys know.
The reason why is because he's just blowing up my chat just with questions.
just blowing up my chat with questions on things when he could literally just call me or you know and and ask the questions to my face and I would gladly answer them. But instead of doing that is just like just just running his mouth in my chat for no reason. Like you got questions, call the number. That's why it's there. Okay.
I don't I don't argue with the comments.
Okay, I don't argue with the comments. You got to you got to you got to have a full pair.
Anyways, Trump can't rename the Kennedy Center, which um I know not might not be the biggest news for everyone. And so like and I and I do have some people that that I think want to talk. I'm not talking to you, but I do have some people that might want to talk to me in a second.
Um I know that the Kennedy Center like might not be like a real big deal for like most people. And like I just want to let you know like I most people I don't think have ever been to the Kennedy Center, right?
And I doubt most people even go to the Kennedy Center, right?
And it's not going to affect your wallets.
You know what I'm saying? like your gas isn't going to go down because of this, your groceries aren't going down because of this, like none of that stuff.
And so, like, it might not be the the biggest deal in the world.
At the same time, isn't it just isn't it just fun, you know? Isn't it just fun?
I don't know.
It just feels really fun.
Just just like it's like just like a little middle finger and I just love it. You know, the court gave the Trump administration a strict 14-day deadline to remove all physical signage bearing Trump's name and eliminate any reference to the Trump Kennedy Center from official institutional materials.
You know, Judge Cooper emphasized that the senator's name is dictated by federal statute, writing that the venue is legally designed to honor President John F. Kennedy and cannot bear any formal name or public memorial based on unilateral board decisions without an explicit act from Congress. Now, he might get an explicit ass from act, you know, explicit act from Congress because Congress is a whole bunch of [ __ ] also, right?
So, that's possible. All right. I'm not saying it's not possible. All right.
Congress is like a whole group of [ __ ] right?
And Mega Mike Johnson literally I I don't even know how he even gets words out with so much of Donald Trump's junk in his mouth. You know what I'm saying?
Um well, actually, it's probably because it's not enough for a mouthful. So, that's probably how he's able to speak, I'm guessing.
But he might get the act for it. Okay.
He might get the act for it. That's totally possible. Like I don't know. All right.
But it's just like [ __ ] you, dude. Like how like do you understand like the level of vanity? Like the level of [ __ ] the amount of narcissism it takes to like just start building golden arches of yourself and golden statues of yourself and renaming buildings after yourself. I was actually watching this whole thing on uh on North Korea.
I've been watching I got I got sucked into a I got sucked into a North Korea I got sucked into a North Korea rabbit hole just cycle down and it was showing all these towns and each town has like a center and in the center is a statue of all the leaders, right?
And it's like and like I was watching these videos and I'm like that's what Trump is [ __ ] doing.
Like that's that's what that's what Trump is [ __ ] doing. He's doing the same [ __ ] thing, right? Everything has to have his name on it. Everything has to be covered in gold. We're going to build monuments. And like the it remind like it kind of takes me back too cuz it's like you look at history and you have like generally you know monuments are built for leaders after they're gone and they're great, you know.
generally or if they were built for those leaders, it was like, you know, it was like Alexander the Great or like Napoleon who was like, I conquered a whole bunch of [ __ ] I'm going to make statues of myself, right?
I just got a restriction on Tik Tok. Can y'all make sure they love the Tik Tok shop in there and and send those heart memes and stuff? I just got a restriction for that, which is crazy.
But anyways, it's just nuts to me to be like to like watch that and be like, "Oh, Trump has just decided he's not going to do anything." And instead of instead of actually doing something that's actually, you know, that's actually benefiting the United States where people would want to remember him, right? Because if you're a great president, they're just going to start naming [ __ ] after you anyway.
Like I'm sure that like you know it might take a while and stuff.
I'm sure it might take a while and but like Obama's going to have like memorials and and and and monuments built about him on his own just for being awesome.
You know, Biden probably won't, but that's okay.
Obama's going to have those things built for him regardless, right?
And it's just going to happen independently over time.
I don't think I know people are saying so I don't think Biden will. I'm sorry.
I'm I'm just sorry. Like I don't you have to have okay presidents too. That's all right. It's not a problem. Okay.
There's there's it's totally okay to be a decent president. Like that's fine.
That's what Biden was. He was a he was a very decent president. That's totally okay. All right. Um, but what I'm saying is like, yeah, Donald Trump is he's just he's just decided that he's going to build monuments in himself. And I hope whoever becomes president next, no matter what he builds, tears it down because he's truly going to be like a stain.
Um, he's going to be a stain on the history of the United States, right? He's going to be no different than these [ __ ] Confederate [ __ ] monuments that we see from a bunch of loser [ __ ] Confederates from the South, right?
A bunch of losers who lost who had a bunch of monuments built by a bunch of [ __ ] racists, right? And then it took it took way too long to start tearing them down, you know?
It took way too long to start tearing them down, but I mean, we we got there.
So, anyways, hopefully all of this [ __ ] gets stopped immediately. Hopefully, it's all torn down immediately.
I did hear and I I'll bring this up in a second because I do want to get I do have a couple callers I want to get to, but um but about some uh some some other legal wos from the Trump administration that's happened very recently. So that's really awesome. So we're going to get to a bunch of Donald Trump's legal wos, which I mean personally I love. Well, actually I lied. We're gonna get to one more before we move on.
Um, US judge temporarily blocks Trump's $ 1.8 billion weaponization fund.
Um, federal judge Leon uh, I don't Brinkma, I don't know how to pronounce uh, the name, sorry. So, I apologize if I'm wrong on that.
um temporarily blocked the Trump administration from moving forward with his $ 1.776 billion dollar anti-weaponization fund, halting its formation operations, and any potential payouts to maintain the status quo for at least the next two weeks. The administration established match the fund to uh in an administrative settlement to resolve President Donald Trump's private lawsuit against the IRS over leaked tax returns. The lawsuit blocking the fund was filed by the advocacy group Democracy Forward on behalf of the alleged targets the administration rep retribution including a former uh federal prosecutor who was fired after uh after prosecuting January six cases.
First of all, it's about time our judicial system started to [ __ ] work, which I don't know what they've been doing for the last like 16 months, but it's about time they started [ __ ] doing something because this is [ __ ] crazy.
Like I truthfully honestly don't know how we've even gotten this far.
And I told you guys, so yesterday I made a video and I posted a video about California and Gavin Newsome uh about California and Gavin Newsome uh deciding they were going to put a 100% income tax on anybody in California who got money from this fund. Right?
which is truly just h just chef's [ __ ] kiss, right?
Like I've like I've never I've like I'm very straight and I've never wanted to kiss a man more than when I watched Gavin Newsome uh say that he was going to pass that. Right? Never wanted to kiss a kiss a man more than when I saw that. Right? So I was like, you know what? I'm going to make a video on it.
That's what I'm going to do. I'm gonna make a video on it and uh and just talk about how I think it's it's hilarious, right, that he's doing it. How I think it's absolutely [ __ ] hilarious and that more states should do it.
And uh it was a it was a good little video. Like, not very many people watched it. I'm not going to lie. I think it was at like uh I think it was at like 1,800 views or something uh last time I saw it.
So, it it it wasn't like a super super big video or anything like that. Um, pretty sure Nome can't do that. Oh, he was talking uh to I believe his speaker of the house when he said it.
Thank you all for who everybody who said they watched it. I appreciate that.
Thank you so much. Hopefully hit that like button, too. Uh I believe he was talking to the California speaker of the house when he said it and he absolutely said like hey with because he can't do it right because again the ability to tax doesn't belong to the executive.
Gavin Newsome understands that even though Donald Trump and Republicans don't but Gavin Newsome understands that and so he was he's going to work with his Congress in order to do it. And honestly assembly Pauly thank you. Sorry I appreciate.
So yeah, so Cal so Gavin Newsome understands that he can't do that, but they're going to work with their legislature and try to do it because that's who has the ability to tax. But so I made that video and honestly I didn't really think too much about the video. I just threw it up there as a quick little video to uh to kind of just to just have a video out right about it because I thought it was interesting.
I've been doing this thing where I'm uh I'm doing a lot more videos on uh on thing might get loud for a second on things that I just like to like happen and and less what I think is going to get you know views and uh and that's okay. I'm totally okay with that. So then yesterday Okay, I got to find it though. I got to figure out how to how to find it. No, that's not it. I think it's in notifications.
somebody. And this guy's name is um this guy's name is the Hoth. I don't know if you guys have ever ever heard of him. Um he's an idiot.
Um I thought I had him banned from my channel to be completely honest with you. I didn't even I didn't even think he was allowed to see my [ __ ] anymore, right? Because he's just he's just a he's just a big old like troll. like [ __ ] thumb looking ass, right?
So, anyho, um all of a sudden the last night I was sitting on a I was sitting around like just, you know, just doing whatever and I see that somebody mentioned me in a video and it was actually very sweet because somebody mentioned me in a video um not too long ago, right? And it was actually a very very sweet video. Uh her name is that girl Lisa. She made this awesome video. She tagged so many creators in it. And it was just talking about hey like you know how much you know people that you know that that do that create on this app and and and people that spend a lot of time you know bringing out information and bringing out resource and studying and doing all sorts of stuff. how much sacrifice they do and how rough it can be especially like you know and you know when the algorithm treats you wrong or something and or you start getting you know taken down for a bit or whatever how hard it is and and just understanding that it's difficult and I thought it was a very beautiful video. So after saw that I was like, "Okay, cool." Like I want to check to see uh what what other things people are tagging me in. Like I think it's kind of cool. Right. So he made this video.
Um I haven't I haven't watched it but uh it tags my video. I'm just kind of I'm almost kind of curious on what he has to say about this >> news in California did the funniest thing.
>> So, this is him.
Okay, in case you're wondering.
All right, this is him.
You guys want to want to hear what he has to say about my video? I'm curious.
It could be really Maybe he's right.
Maybe he's finally gonna after all these years um show me up. I don't know. We'll see. I probably should have I probably should have watched this before I did it, but >> they just announced that anybody in California that receives any money from Donald Trump's slush fund that he's paying out to January 6ers of people that beat cops will be taxed 100%. Check this out.
>> One thing that I think we're going to try to do with your support is uh tax 100%. Anyone from California that receives any of those funds, uh we want to tax 100% of those proceeds and that's an action the state of California can take. It's an action we look forward to taking. Not only do I find this hilarious, but I think other states should actually take up this exact same thing. There's absolutely zero reason American taxpayer dollars should be put into a slush fund to go to people who try to disrupt democracy, who tried to beat cops, took a gallow to the vice president. And these people not only got pardoned, but now they're going to get a huge payout. I think that not California doing it. It's just a sign to come and California should do it. And every other blue state that he harbors these type of people should do the exact same thing.
That money should go back to the tax.
>> First of all, I'm very happy to provide him to provide him with views. Okay. I'm very happy to provide him with views.
This view, this video has 94 likes, which I checked his profile. That would be I think that's his number one video.
So, I you know, I'm glad that he could I'm glad at least somebody good-looking could be on his account. You know what I'm saying?
>> Not to the pockets of criminals.
>> Yeah. Clearly, you and Gavin Newsome need to go read the Constitution again to understand that he can't do that.
Neither can any state be doing that because article one section 10 deals with the bill of attainer which says that you can't go after a group like that and single out the group without going through a trial.
That's completely incorrect. First of all, this bill isn't going after a group. It is going after a after a certain type of income which is not f which is not covered under article one whatsoever. And if you've ever watched the Hoff, trust me, he's never read the Constitution. So, I don't know what kind of chat GPT [ __ ] he's talking about, but that's not true at all.
>> It also violates the 14th amendment when it comes to the equal protection clause because you can't single out a group like this. You have to go ahead and do that to anyone getting a federal settlement.
>> Also not true.
None of that is true. That does not fall under equal protections whatsoever.
We've seen this already. We've seen multiple states do this and we've seen California already do this where we've seen them tax a certain type of income or a certain type of of settlement or anything like that. They can legislate their own their own taxes. Not to mention that all of the equal protections that he's talking about under the constitution refer to federal taxes, not to California state taxes.
You also have the supremacy clause because they're going after people that get a federal settlement. So they're trying to nullify what the federal government has already settled. You got a due process.
>> First of all, the federal government settled it for the federal government, not for the recipients that it gets passed down to. So there was no legislation. There was no uh decision that was actually made in this because there what he's saying is that a court would have had to have decided that by the law that has to happen. But that didn't happen because they knew that if they actually took it to trial that the judge would actually find that it's completely illegal for them to be able to actually do this because it's literally the federal government suing the federal government on behalf of the federal government. They're suing themselves and you actually have to have a different party in order to sue someone. So this was settled outside of court. So therefore it was not a legal legal decision. So therefore, it doesn't fall under any of the things that he's saying. By the way, I'm reciting all of this off the top of my head. I had haven't even seen this video yet.
>> This issue here as well. So you might violate their civil rights when doing this, which then means you're going to spend more taxpayer dollars because you violated their due process civil rights.
>> Again, there wasn't due process because it wasn't legislated.
Okay? There wasn't due process because it w it never went through a judicial court. All right, this is this is why I generally don't read these things, right? This is why I generally don't read these things. Okay, this is why sorry. This is why I generally don't listen to things like this. Okay, he's literally just chat gpted.
Uh, he literally just chat gpted how people could stomp someone if there was a legal [ __ ] uh, sorry, it was dropped, not settled. I apologize. It wasn't settled within the court system.
It was settled outside of the court system. So therefore, it doesn't fall within the judiciary at all. So everything that he's saying is completely inaccurate, by the way. So anyway, >> and then you got a first amendment retaliation on top of this. Just because you don't like the settlement doesn't mean that you can violate the first amendment rights on this one. Now, it is not a legitimate tax that you can impose. Now, if you want to say that this is income and you want to do your regular income tax, that is allowed. But that's all you can do without taxing everyone that got a federal settlement. But then you run into the other issues that I've stated.
So it's not going to be something that stands in court. Nice try.
All of that is horseshit. Any argument?
I'm sorry. Did he beat me on that one?
Yeah. Settlements and courts have to have judges approval. Exactly. Thank you. Travel case. And the judge actually specifically said in this in the thing that he can't do anything about it because it didn't go through the court system. See, this is what happens. Oh, maybe. Yeah. Joc, is Jociller still here? Jocular can talk on it. This is what happens. Okay. When you try to go so far out of the legal system in order to pay off your [ __ ] criminals. All right. if they had actually let it go through the legal system. Well, I guess if they had gone through the legal system, it would have lost, so it wouldn't have [ __ ] mattered. So, it doesn't really have a chance anyway. But regardless, because of that, they can do it. It's like people like the Hoff right here, who's I don't want to see his face anymore, so I'm going to get rid of him.
It's like people like him. It's so funny to me, and truthfully, it's so funny how all of a sudden they want to worry about what the Constitution says when they're supporting Trump consistently through everything that he does.
There is nothing constitutional.
There is zero things constitution constitutionable constitutionable constitutional about the US president.
Okay. Suing the IRS.
This entire slush fund is not constitutional.
All right. Nothing in this is constitutional.
So, I do find it absolutely hilarious when people like this guy are like, "Oh, the the slush fund that is unconstitutional. It's against the Constitution in order to tax it and in order to tax the unconstitutional slush fund."
I think I'm going to go back to not watching videos anymore.
I think I'm gonna go back to not watching mentions again. I think I'm going to do that. That sounds fun.
Anyways, I'm glad his whole bill is stopped so California maybe won't have to do it anyway.
That's what I hope. All right. Well, we had someone in the guest request box that I was going to get to even though I knew he was lying because he said his name was Jaylen Brunson. So, I was like wasn't going to bring him up, but then I was going to bring him up and then he left. So, that's all good. Patience isn't a virtue.
Yeah, exactly. Now they care about the Constitution. All of a sudden, now they care about the Constitution. What a [ __ ] joke. Anyways, y'all, if you guys would like to support the live, I do have super chats. I do have gifts. I do have the coffee magic up. So, I really appreciate you guys. Thank you so much. Speaking of which, Angie, thank you so much for the $5 super chat. Say, "It's my birthday weekend. Turning the big 40 on June 2nd." Thank you for starting it off right. Happy 40th birthday to Angie.
Happy 40th birthday to Angie. Can we get big dubbies in the chat for Angie for her 40th birthday? Should we Should we sing to Angie?
Should we sing?
Yeah, I know. I could have debated Jaylen Brunson.
All right, Ryan, start us out.
Was that man from California? No, that man's not from California.
I'm waiting for Ryan to start it.
There you go. Ryan started. Happy birthday to you.
Happy birthday to you.
Happy birthday dear Angie.
Happy birthday to you.
And at least like 40 more or 50 more. I don't know how long you how many more you want.
I don't know how many more that more that you want. Maybe you don't want 40.
However many more you want. That's what we should start singing.
Called me out while you were peeing.
First of all, sing and pee, bro. That ain't my problem.
Oh, well, there was again another person here that wanted to come up and have a conversation with me, but I guess they left.
I guess they left. That's okay, dude. Ryan is How am I supposed to know when you're peeing, bro? Like, put something in the chat or something.
Put something in the chat. Let me know.
Let me know. You got to give me a heads up, bro. All right. Still, if you support Trump, uh, or you're still a Republican, you can call on the number that's above my screen, below my head, actually. Um, or you can join the guest request box.
Um, if not, I'm just going to go through a few more things. Honestly, I'm just having fun hanging out today.
Oh, it looks like we got another birthday this weekend, too. Or today.
Was it tomorrow? today. Sunshine's birthday is too.
No, I already said it doesn't have to be ops. I said anybody can come up if you got something. I'm not going to let you stay up here forever.
Somebody said something about this, too.
I want to put this on the screen cuz I cuz someone said something and uh it was actually pretty crazy cuz somebody said uh what' they say?
I don't want to phrase it wrong.
I think it said something to the effect of like um I hope Pam Bondi gets just as much attention for her cancer that she gave to Epstein's victims.
Something to that effect. And I was like that hurts.
That that one that one kind kind of hurt. Not gonna lie. That one guy. I read that earlier.
Oh, sorry. This is going to hurt my ear.
Uh, anyways, thank you guys so much.
Pam Bonnie explicitly refused to answer questions regarding President Trump's involvement in the Epstein files roll out. Repeatedly declined to detail her conversation with the president or what she may have known or direct regard the documented redactions.
It's in her throat because of all the lies. That's wild, dude. It's insane.
>> Yeah. Thank you, Joc. Jocular decided to jump back in. Thank you so much, Jocular. Jocular. Jocular is one of my lawyer friends. I keep many around in case I need a correction from because I'm not a lawyer, so I don't want to be sound stupid all the time. Um, he said he was only half listening, but yeah, the constitutionality of Trump's fund is dubious at best and more than likely unconstitutional. It is still being litigated, but I have no confidence it will be upheld.
He was probably peeing, too. Honestly, everybody seems to be doing that during my life. Uh, hey, I don't want to be su Hey, I don't pretend to be a lawyer, man.
You know what's really sad, too? And Jocular, I of course don't mean that.
First of all, thank you so much for the $10 super chat, Joceler. I really, really appreciate that. W's in the chat for Jocular. Yeah, the whole [ __ ] thing is unconstitutional.
You don't get to claim the taxing is unconstitutional when the [ __ ] slush funds unconstitutional, you [ __ ] dingbat. Anyways, uh you know what the sad part is too? I was actually gonna bring this up on my on my podcast episode that by the way if you haven't followed my podcast uh make sure you guys do that please and thank you. That is my goal.
So, uh, and if I can get up to like 40 to 50 on Amazon, that would be really, really dope, too.

All right.
But if y'all could do me that favor, I appreciate it. Guys, can I ask you guys a question? I was the reason I even brought that up.
Um, first of all, if you still support Trump or you're Republican, you can call in on the number that's below my uh below me right here. The name of the podcast is the Poly Politics Podcast.
Okay.
Um, do you all remember when you guys used to think lawyers were smart?
I was going to bring this up on the podcast. I might still bring up the podcast for a second, but do you all remember when lawy you used to think lawyers were smart?
Thank you, Amy. Thank you, Ryan. Thank you for all the people that are subscribing. I appreciate it.
Bill, if you're not streaming, you can come hang out with me, man. I mean, know this not the official thing, but if you want to jump on the panel, you're more than welcome.
Um, thank you guys all who are who are following to the following podcast. I really appreciate it. I am seeing all the subscriptions uh coming through. So, that really means a lot. I really really appreciate you guys.
Yeah. So, I remember and maybe uh Oh, if you're going back on live, that's fine. I thought you I saw you on live earlier. I thought you were uh I thought you were I thought you were done. Uh yeah, I remember like growing up and all sort of stuff. I used to think lawyers were like smart and if someone was like a lawyer and maybe that's cuz I grew up in California, you know, and um and lawyers, you know, have like a higher bar to pass there, literally a higher bar. You know what I'm saying? a higher bar to pass.
Um, and so like I just thought I just thought lawyers were smart, you know, and then I like started don't give me those eyes. It was a funny joke.
Um, so I thought lawyers were smart and then you see people like Pam Bondi and you're just like, "Wow.
Doesn't Cash Patel have a law degree?
I think Cash Patel has a law degree, doesn't he?
Yeah. You guys talking about no ethics.
He's just not smart. Like, he's just not a smart human being, like at all.
All right.
I know, but like you you say they lie for a living. I get that. I get the ethics thing. Cash Patel is not lying.
He is just lost.
Like he is just lost. I don't know where the hell he got his law degree from, but he is that dude is just not bright like at all. Must have been a lot of cheating or a lot of money getting people through school. I don't know what it was, but man, they are they are rough, dude.
They are absolutely rough.
Giuliani is another good example. I don't know if Todd Blanch is a good example. Todd Blanch is just a bad dude.
I don't know for sure if he's uh I don't know for sure if he's a if he's a complete [ __ ] I think he's just a bad dude.
So, but yeah, it's a Wow. DEI hire. This entire administration is a DEI hire.
This literal entire administration is a giant DEI hire.
Like, holy [ __ ] Like I don't know how like for a group of people who is literally >> insane like the like it they are it's so bad dude they're so for a group of people who attacks DEI as hard as this administration attacks DEI they have literally hired the most unqualified group of people to ever run anything like and I truthfully mean this when I say like like like Pam Bondi, Cash Patel, Pete Hegth, like these dudes literally aren't qualified to run a [ __ ] Foot Locker together.
You know what I'm saying?
Like if they were if they were running a restaurant alto together, like you would you would you'd go the first time and be like, "Wow, this place has ran poorly, you know, and you'd never go back.
You'd never go back. They couldn't they couldn't run a Chili's, bro.
Like, how are these people in charge of our government?
Like it it truly it's almost to the point where it's like I feel like they actually like tried to pick the least qualified people. Like it like it was almost like it was a contest.
Someone brought up Mark Wayne Mullen, which is absolutely [ __ ] hilarious because Mark Wayne Mullen like I'm that dude just not just not smart.
RFK Jr. is a lawyer, too, isn't he?
Isn't RFK Jr. a lawyer?
Like, like, are you [ __ ] kidding me here?
Jocular actually sent another message back said, "Some of the most incompetent and unprofessional people I know are lawyers. The bar is hard, yes, law school is hard, yes, but that does not speak to the quality of attorney. I do know one smart smart attorney. Uh, I know a few. You're one of them. Okay.
So, I know I know quite a few very very intelligent lawyers. You're you're one of them. And thank you so much, Joceler.
I really appreciate that.
But yeah, like literally like people like RFK like like you just to think that you just got like you got lawyers out there cutting off raccoon dicks, you know?
Like just to think that you got you just got [ __ ] you just got lawyers out there just cutting off raccoon j like dicks and [ __ ] jumping in jumping in pools in with jeans on.
And the sad part is Mark Wayne Mullen Mark Mark Wayne Mullen is like I don't even know how to say it. Mark Wayne Mullen exact acts exactly how I expect him to act because like he doesn't he doesn't have a bachelor's degree like which is not nothing wrong with that. I'm not I'm not judging that, right? A lot of people don't have bachelor's degrees and I didn't graduate mine until I was in my 30s. You know what I'm saying? So, I'm not judging on that. Okay. But he's like he has a degree like from like some like he has like an associates degree in like construction something, you know, like or something like that.
And like the way he talks and the way he acts, I'm like, "Yeah, I expect you to be trying to like fist fight someone like you're you're a career construction worker. Like I expect you to like want to, you know, go fight people or plumber." That's what he was. Like to go fight someone on the Senate floor for just saying like, you know, like whatever. Like that's fine. And I I honestly expect you to probably take swings at each other and probably be cool afterwards. I got no problem with that, you know.
Now granted, should you be in charge of DHS? Probably not. You know, like maybe like housing development, maybe that'd be a good spot for a plumber, you know, but uh but DHS, I don't I don't see it, right?
Like I just don't see it.
I don't. And honestly, he's gotten to this DHS position and we've barely heard anything from him. I think the only reason he was put in there is cuz he's in Oklahoma and uh and they just didn't want to lose the Senate seat. But it's crazy.
Yeah. No, that's really true. Without a BA, he went from state superintendent to DH SEC DHS secretary. That's wild.
Sister Mary Elephant says, "I jumped in lakes with jeans on, but to be fair, I was drunk, and even drunk, I learned not to do that again."
That's very true. Someone said, "Someone asked, is Chrissy Nome a lawyer?"
That's nuts. You know who's not a lawyer? AOC. So much smarter. Anyways, Wesley Pillow says, "You don't have to be a to be smart to be a lawyer. It helps, but it isn't a requirement." And see, like, I just didn't think that. And maybe that's the way I I I was growing up.
I just was raised to think that lawyers were smart. I I I I've been found to be wrong since then, and that's totally okay.
Thank you, Wesley. I appreciate that.
Someone says she has a high school diploma. Is that true?
Is that really true? Hold. I gotta look that up.
I got to look that up. What is Christy Christy What is Christy Gnome doing now?
That's a funny thing to just Google.
Sorry, I just That's a What is she doing now? It's just It's just a funny thing to Google. Uh, I I just typed it in.
That was the first thing that popped up.
I'm just really curious. What is Chrissy Gnome's level of education? Let's see.
Uh, she has a Okay, she she has a she actually has a degree in political science.
That's actually kind of crazy.
Oh, do you see it? Sorry, I don't know if you guys can read this or not. I know that the the writing can be kind of small.
She actually has a degree in political science that she got after she was already in the House of Representatives, which honestly, like, and this is just and and I'm going to be honest with you guys, okay? Like truthfully, honestly, if it wasn't for the fact that she's such a piece of [ __ ] I would actually have a lot of respect for this.
Like truthfully and honestly, I would honestly truthfully have a lot of respect for uh for somebody who got into the house and then went back and got their degree in political science. I would actually have a lot of respect for that.
Uh but then she just just turned out to be really shitty.
I don't know.
>> Yeah. Hello. How are you?
Hello, Keith with the pretty puppy in the picture.
All right. I don't think Keith is here.
Yeah, like truth like honestly like I have mad respect for people and maybe that's because I went back and got my degrees later like and so I have mad respect for people that go back and get their degrees later. I think it's awesome, but it's just shitty that um yeah, it's just shitty that she did that and then became such a piece of [ __ ] Cuz if I had found that out, if I had find that found that out like Oh Jesus.
If I had found that out and she was actually like a good person, that would have been Anyways, yeah, there's nothing wrong with going back and getting your education later.
I think I was when did I graduate my bachelor's degree? I think I was about 30 when I got my BA.
I think I was about 30 when I got my BA and then I got my my masters when I was like 30 33 34 something like that.
So yeah, there's nothing wrong with that. That's awesome. bad.
It's unfortunate.
Get guys, degree degrees do not make you smart. Okay? And I've always said this.
Degrees don't make you smart. Okay? I got told this by by an old boss of mine.
I got told this by an old boss of mine.
I get told this by an old boss of mine who said getting a degrees unless unless you're getting something like very specific like if you go to law school to become a lawyer like you should go to law school before you're a lawyer like you should go to medical school before you're a doctor right like those things like those like type of like STEM degrees and stuff like that those are those are different right so let's put those to the side okay cool please don't like yeah so depending on which degree All right. So, uh especially the doctor one. Please go to medical school. Like I want all doctors to go to medical school. Please and thank you. Um think that that's really important. But what I got told was uh degrees show two things. One you can ear uh learn at a higher level and two that you can finish something.
And that's what it tells employers.
That's what I got told. So that that you can learn at a higher level so that they can teach you whatever they need to teach you, right?
And you have the ability to learn it.
And two, that you have the ability to finish something.
So, and that's why that's why I went back and got degrees. And when I went back and got degrees, I didn't um someone else, totally different person said, uh when you go get your degree, don't go to get your degree on what you think makes money. Go get your degree in something you enjoy. And if you do stuff that, if you get degrees in things that you enjoy, then uh then you'll actually finish it.
So yeah, and I was like, "Oh, that makes sense."
We also learned Yes. Also, you know what? And and funny enough, when I was going for my degrees and I was doing a bunch of research, because that's what a lot of my degrees required was a lot of long paper writing, in-depth research, stuff like that. That's that's a lot of what I did.
Um, I never really thought about it that way. It wasn't until like this Trump administration came in and I learned, you know, um like I I don't know how to put this. I realized that people didn't know how to find out whether things were reliable or not.
And I and I didn't I didn't realize that people didn't know that.
You know what I'm saying? Like it is something that you learn in school. Like you have to be forced to learn it because anybody who's ever done research in college knows that researching sucks ass, right? And maybe some of y'all psychos enjoy it, right? Maybe some of y'all psychos enjoy it.
When you got to find [ __ ] you know, 30 peer-reviewed [ __ ] sources for a research paper, that [ __ ] sucks ass, right?
and citing it sucks even worse, right?
So, I hated it. Oh my god. I I like doing it when it think when it's things that I enjoy. Let me put it this way.
When it's things I want to research, I love it. When I'm doing it because like cuz let's be honest, let's be honest, okay? Like cuz like literally I'd need like 20 [ __ ] source on things for like a 20page paper.
Um, I don't think I ever I don't think I ever needed like 20 different sources to prove something like that.
Anyways, I like researching, but like I like researching for things like this, like things for what I do, things for what I enjoy, and or if it's to prove somebody wrong.
I do very very very much like researching to prove like to prove somebody wrong.
and I hated citing more than anything.
Anyways, when I was doing all the research stuff like that, I didn't really think about it. I'll tell you guys a great story about when I when I did something when I researched to prove someone wrong one time and it was so satisfying.
Um, I just didn't realize because like it was just something that I had to I had to do and I've been doing it like my whole life was researching and so I was just like, "Okay, that's fine." Like I never really thought about it and I never did I just didn't realize that like other people like never learned how to never learned how to how to how to figure out whether something was truthful or not.
And I think that's such an like I don't understand why why like why isn't that taught more in high school?
You know, like why isn't that taught more in like I was taught that in high school. I I I was I was taught research, right? Um like not you know at a at a high school level. It wasn't like at a college level or anything like that, right?
Um, but yeah, I don't know. Like, people just didn't learn this. So, anyways, it's kind of strange. And a lot of people are like, "Oh, I I do this and I love finding flaws in systems." I think you guys are confusing like what what kind of research I'm talking about. I'm not talking about research where we get to diagnose a problem. I'm talking about research where you already know the answers, but then you have to find a bunch of peer-reviewed sources that prove the answers that you already know.
All right, that's the ones that drive me nuts.
Yeah, the ones where I have to go through [ __ ] a hundred different peer-reviewed research articles to find [ __ ] that I already know. That's the part that I I'm not talking about just finding stuff that, you know, like diagnosing problems or doing anything like that. I'm talking about I know exactly what this is about. Like I have to write this 20page research paper and I know exactly what it's about and I can find all this information, but I have to go through a hundred different [ __ ] peer-reviewed studies in order to find it. That's what I'm talking about sucks.
and it blows.
And then you're pretty much writing the paper because you already know all the [ __ ] information. And so you're writing the whole paper and then you're having to find different citations to bring in to back up the [ __ ] that you already know.
I'm not frustrated. You're frustrated.
Anyways, But obviously for y'all that have been watching uh watching my show for a while, I do love it when I get to prove someone wrong. Um y'all make sure you guys hit that follow button, hit that subscribe button. We're doing kind of a more chill live today. There's not many callers and so we're just having a not many too many Trump supporters and that usually happens when I come on early. Um but so we're kind of having a more chill live. If we get some callers, we get them. If not, that's fine, too. We're just going to hang out and talk. And uh like I said, if some people want to come up and say something about a current situation that's going on in politics or whatever, even if you're friendly, you're more than welcome to do so. I'm not going to have you on here for the next, you know, two hours or whatever.
Um but if you want to come up and say a few things and talk about how you're feeling about things or what you want to say about things, please feel free to come up. I uh I have no problem with that. We're doing a we're doing casual Fridays over here.
Um Stacy, thank you so much for the $2 super chat. Oh, by the way, if you'd like to support, I would love to clear this coffee magic goal up. It's the only one I've had up the whole time and uh for the last like hour and a half. I'd love to I'd love to clear clear that out. That'd be great.
Um, someone asked where they can find my podcast. Like I said before, you can find it at Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Podcasts, uh YouTube, all the spots. The Poly Politics Podcast. And uh first episode will be next Friday, the Poly Politics podcast. And you'll see Oh, not that one. Hold on.
There'll be a symbol that looks like that.
That's what the symbol of the show will look like.
Okay, Stacy, thank you so much for the the $2.
Yeah, they couldn't run a lemonade stand. They'd probably forget to put the lemons in or something or only put the lemons in.
I'm not even really sure. Thank you, Stacey. And Jen, thank you so much for the uh for the $10 super chat. Said, "Have a drink on me tonight and have a great date night." Thank you so much, Jen. I really appreciate that. I really, really do. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much. I'll uh if I go someplace cheap enough, we might actually get two drinks out of that.
Yeah, thank you so much. I really I really appreciate that.
Um, yeah. So, my favorite time ever researching for something and then we'll we'll go back into some politics stuff or whatever. I don't care. And again, if you if if you want to comment, call in friendly. You're more than welcome. Or join the C friendly. If you still support Trump, come on in also. Or you're Republican, call in also. We'll have a conversation about it.
Um, I drink cheap, so I'm good. But well, I can drink expensive. It just depends.
Um, yeah. So, my favorite time proving someone wrong, it was actually Delta Airlines, funny enough.
So, it was Delta Airlines and I had bought tickets from Italy to Paris.
And so, we were we were flying from Venice to Paris and it was like me. It was uh it was me and my daughter at the time. This was like 2018, 2019, something like that.
And um so I'm hopping from from Venice to Paris, but I have to take a hop in Leon in France.
And uh we go out, we're on the plane.
It's some like whatever. I don't even know what plane it was. I booked it through Delta, but it wasn't like a Delta plane. And uh so we we're getting ready to take off and we're getting the airplane and we're out on the on the air on the on the ramp in Venice and we're out there for like an hour and the pilot comes over and I was like what the [ __ ] is taking so long? So P comes over the thing and he goes like, "Hey, um, they just forgot to tow us back."
And so now they don't have a toe bar to to push us back so we can leave.
And so we're just waiting for them to go to the other side of the airport, get a toe bar, push us back, and then that way we can go. So we were like an hour and a half, two hours late taking off because of this [ __ ] Um, and so when we get to Leon, we miss our we miss our our connecting flight. So we're stuck in Leon for a couple hours.
We get to we finally get to Paris. By the time we get to Paris, all of my travel stuff because we were going to Disney Paris. It probably actually was KM. You're right, Leon. Uh, Lionus.
By the time we get to Paris, um, like the trains were shut down, like all the public transport was shut down, so we couldn't take it. So, I end up having to pay like €150 to get us to our hotel out uh cuz we were staying out by Disney cuz I was taking my kid to Disney there.
So, I called Delta and I was like, "Yo, this is like kind of horseshit.
like it was totally your guys's fault that I missed my connection and I had to pay all this. Like it wasn't anybody else's fault. So I get on the phone with them and I call, they're transferring me. I call, they're transfer me. I call, they're transfer me. And one day time they I they they put me on hold and you could tell like they were obliviously putting me on hold because they just were expecting me to hang up and give up. But I just had like nothing but time on my hands that day.
And so I I was like, you know what?
While I'm here, I have all the time in the world to just look at Delta's website and see what their like laws and bylaws and rules and stuff are on their website.
So I was like, "Fuck it. Let me um let me pull it up." And I start going through it, going through it, going through it, going through it.
And all of a sudden, like I'd been researching on Delta's website through like their all their fine print for like 45 minutes and finally I come across this little paragraph that said that if Delta any flight booked through Delta, if they strand you in another country and it's their fault for whatever reason that it's their fault, it can't be like an act of God or anything, but if it's their fault, it is automatically they and this was at the time, I don't know if it's still true, they would refund fund you like $300 and something dollars a ticket if it was under four hours and if it was over four it was between two and four hours if it was over four hours it was like close to like $700 a ticket and I was training for like two and a half three hours or something and so literally they bring me back off a hold after I'd been on hold like forever and I I come back on I'm like hey I'm reading like paragraph this section this blah blah blah blah whatever and it says that because I booked this under your website and I'm an American and you stranded another country and all this other [ __ ] that you guys owe me this much money for per [ __ ] ticket. And the person was just like, "We're transferring you now. Click." And they just transferred me to somebody. And it was some rep someplace.
And she was like, "I don't even know how you got a hold of me and how you got transferred to me, but you're in the right spot." And they literally mailed me out [ __ ] because it was me and my daughter. They they mailed me out like almost $700 worth of [ __ ] tickets.
And uh and yeah, that was my favorite time ever proving someone wrong. I I found just some lady.
I don't even know where the [ __ ] she was at, which was really awesome because I didn't pay $700 for the tickets combined.
Like the entire roundtrip tickets were only like 200 bucks a piece.
Yes, I think I would have made a pretty decent lawyer. Okay.
Oh yeah, that was funny.
That was funny. Anyways, looks like we have a caller again. You know, I would love to clear out these little coffee magics if you guys have a few coins that are burning a hole in your pocket and would love to support. I'd love to clear out a few goals today, uh, if that's possible. So, thank you so much. Also, of course, I have super chats. Please hit that follow button if you haven't already. And the gifts over on YouTube, too, are all awesome. So, I really appreciate you guys.
Oh, yeah. I do want to get into Trump's address at where the [ __ ] he gave the address at to.
You want me as a lawyer and travel agent. Well, I maybe maybe I have a maybe I have a new career forward uh career forward. Maybe Jocer can uh can time chime in on whether I would have been a good lawyer or not. Well, we'll let Jocoul chime in on that later. Or any other lawyers in the house.
Hello. How are you?
>> Good. How are you?
>> I'm doing great. How old are you?
>> Uh 24.
>> Awesome. Do you still support Trump?
>> I do still support Trump.
>> Awesome. Why is that?
>> Um mostly um mostly his border policies and the things he's doing uh for us through the Iran War.
>> Okay. Um well, let's start. Which one do you want to start with?
Um the Iran war. Let's do that.
>> Okay. And why do you what is he doing for us through the Iran war?
>> Well, because uh the straight of Harmuz is closed. Um since we took control of Venezuela and took take took took down their um dictator. He already did a $500 million um deal with uh through uh uh selling Venezuelan oil.
>> Okay. So, so first so I thought we were talking about what Iran has done for us. What does why are you talking about Venezuela now?
>> I'm not talking about Venezuela. I'm saying that you I' I've listen to your podcast sometimes and you talk crap on the Iran war, but there's reasons we're in the Iran war, it's not just to shut down their nuclear program or take down dictators.
>> Okay. What's it for?
>> I mean, well, I mean, it's for multiple reasons. It's for that, too. But I mean uh I mean with the before the Iran war through the rise of the [ __ ] uh Swiss Frank um we had to I think what Trump's doing right now is he's trying to resert the dominance of the US dollar and he can do that by if he if since he took over Venezuela and got rid of their dictator we sell the oil and we make money off of it with the stra har 20% of the world's oil closed everybody's going Who's we >> to buy dollars to buy our buy Venezuelan oil?
>> Yeah. Who's we?
>> Our government.
>> Our government is selling Venezuelan oil.
>> Our government's making money off of Venezuelan oil. They're not directly selling it.
>> How are they making money off of Venezuelan oil?
>> They're selling it. You can look up the deal.
>> No, no, no. Sure. I'm I'm sure we can look up the deal. That's not a problem.
Well, you you've read the deal, right?
Sir, >> what up? What' you say? Sorry.
>> I said we can look up the deal, but you read the deal, right?
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. So, first of all, the US government doesn't have the ability to mine oil. So, somebody's mining.
>> I didn't actually make >> So, who's selling that oil?
>> The oil companies that went over to Venezuela.
Our big oil is our big oil is over there selling uh Venezuelan oil.
>> Yeah, I agree that big oil is probably making money, but how does that help us?
Big oil already makes plenty of money, sir. I'm not really concerned with big oil making more money.
>> You think they're going to share? Hold >> on. No, hold on.
I'm going to look up the deal.
Okay.
Why does it keep saying that I'm not signed into Reuters? That's so weird.
>> Not right. Now I'm on the phone.
>> Yeah, not right now.
>> Okay. Um, well, it doesn't directly make us money, but it's priced in it's priced in it's okay. It doesn't directly make us money, but it's priced in dollars. And with 20% of the world's oil not not coming out of the straight of harm, it's it's it's making the dollar more dominant because before the Iran war, the Swiss Frank was becoming more and more dominant.
>> Yeah. I'm I'm I don't know why Reuters isn't letting me sign it right now, but I have the article right here saying that uh that we returned all of that money to Venezuela.
>> Yeah. So, if we returned all of the >> That's why I That's why I just said we're not directly making any money off of it. But >> So, a second ago, you said that we were and now you're saying that we weren't.
>> Um, that's not what I meant.
>> Well, no, just a second ago you told me like and and I'm not trying to be rude here, right? You just literally told me that we that the whole point was that we were making a whole bunch of money off of Venezuelan oil due to the the state of Hormuz being shut down and and you know and blah blah blah blah and yada yada yada, right? Which is fine. I asked you how you said that they were selling Venezuelan oil and now all of a sudden we apparently are >> the article and it said it was going to back to the Venezuelan government. But that doesn't negate the fact that it's still resetting the dominance of the US dollar. Even if we're not making money off of it, it's still making the dollar more dominant.
>> The do the dollar is is severely weakened right now. It's the weakest it's been in like decades.
>> How is how is it weak?
>> Yeah, because it's not worth as much.
It's not going as far. Yeah, the dollar is weak and it's also very weak compared to other currencies.
>> And I mean still pretty dominant. All most of the oil in the world still priced in dollars so it can't be that weak.
>> Yeah. I didn't say it's not dominant, sir. But it can be more dominant or less dominant, right? Which is what I'm saying. You're saying that this whole ordeal is making the dollar more dominant and currently the dollar is less dominant. So what you're saying isn't happening. So, so far you're thinking >> you said it was less weak, not you said it was it was it was the dollar was getting uh weaker but then and then you just said weaker and dominance aren't the same thing. So, I mean just because it's getting weaker doesn't mean that through the Iran war Trump isn't making the dollar more dominant.
The dollar is definitely definitely weak because of Trump, but it he's still making it more dominant.
>> The value of the US dollar has weakened since Trump took office.
I'm not saying you're wrong. That's definitely true.
>> Historic decline. The US dollar index, which measures the greenbacks against other major currencies, logged it steepest six-mon drop in more than 50 years in the first half of 2025. Through the decline, though the decline hasn't deepened, dollar index is about 10% lower than the start of Trump's turn.
>> Yeah. I mean, that's what happens when you uh do things that do things like the Iran war. It weakens the dollar.
It's going to weaken the dollar.
But you just said it strengthened the do dollar.
>> I didn't say it strengthened the dollar.
I said it made it more dominant.
>> How is it more dominant?
>> You said Trump I just explained it. I I I just said I agree with you that Trump's making the dollar more uh weaker.
>> Okay. Well, maybe maybe I misunderstood.
How is it more dominant?
Trump took over Venezuela and took down a dictator and now all their the biggest oil exporter is exporting to all they have the largest oil reserves in the entire world and now they're selling to everyone. Previously all their their oil was restricted to a specific amount of countries and now their oil is priced in dollars. So yes, it's making it more dominant.
>> First of all, they do not have the largest strategic reserves in the in the world. That would be China. China has the largest strategic reserves by a long shot.
>> Said they have the largest oil reserves.
I didn't say they had the largest strategic oil reserves. You can look it up. They have the largest oil reserves in the world.
>> Yeah, they have the largest projected oil reserves, but we had no way of confirming that. And even experts that have already gone into Venezuela after the after Maduro was gone have said that a lot of those oil reserves did not exist or that their facilities in order to m in order to uh drill oil weren't even weren't weren't even like feasible to be working.
And and all of this has nothing to do with Iran, which is what we're talking about. Like all of those things with Venezuela that you were just saying could have happened regardless of Iran.
>> It's not regardless of Iran. It's >> if the sh of Harm moves wasn't it was open then that wouldn't be doing as if the selling Venezuelan oil wouldn't be doing as much as it's doing.
>> Middle East the biggest the biggest oil exporters in the world would be exporting the oil. Everybody's going to come to Venezuela. can sell their oil.
>> Okay. So, was the US >> pretty sure the Hold on. First of all, I'm pretty sure the US dollar was already being used for Venezuelan oil, was it not?
>> Uh, I don't know.
>> Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was. Okay. So, I'm pretty sure that has nothing to do with what you're talking about. Second of all, what you're saying is that somehow this war is good because Donald Trump [ __ ] up the Straight of Hormuz, blocked the entire thing off, right?
And now people are hold no sir. Let me let me let me finish what I'm saying first on this one. Okay.
>> Okay.
>> Yeah. So Donald Trump [ __ ] up the entire war with Iran. Therefore closing the straight of horses which means that the whole world is desperate for oil, right? We're already capped out. So now Venezuela is selling more oil, right?
And making Venezuela more money. And somehow I'm supposed to take that as a win for the US.
Yes, it is Winfrey in the US.
>> How what good what good is anybody in the US getting? Well, sir, I just explained it back to you. Okay, that's that doesn't do anything for anyone in the United States. Venezuela is now making more money on their oil due to our gas prices going up.
Cool, I guess. Yes, but it's strengthening the I'm saying I'm not saying I'm not saying that uh the the dollar isn't weak. It's it's weaker than it was under Biden. I I agree with you on that. But I'm saying because he uh Trump attacked Iran to take down their nuclear program. Trump knew I'm Trump I think Trump knew that they were going to shut down the straight of Harm moves if it went on long enough. And then through that, we already took over Venezuela and through their large oil reserves with 20% of the oils uh 20% of the oil uh 20% of the world's oil not being able to be exported, everybody's going to go a lot of money is going to go towards that.
And everybody's going to rush to get dollars and um and buy Venezuelan oil.
And that's what happened.
>> Donald Trump is literally on record saying he didn't think they would shut down those trade of hormones.
>> Okay.
He literally is on record saying that he did not think that Iran would shut down the straight of Hormuz if we attacked them.
>> I mean, if he if he said that, then you know, all a bunch of other countries would be like, "Oh, that hurt us. The US is trying to hurt us."
>> Because by doing that, it hurts the rest of the world.
>> Yeah, a lot of countries are saying that, sir.
>> Yeah, a whole bunch of countries are saying that. Australia is saying that.
Many European countries are saying that.
Literally so many countries are saying >> all the European countries are a bunch of [ __ ] so it doesn't [ __ ] matter.
>> Yes, you are. They are. They are such [ __ ] for not attacking countries unprovoked for no reason to raise their prices.
>> They could have done that. No.
Yeah. You you you stupid losers who don't want to raise your own people's gas prices and grocery prices because you don't want to spend a billion dollars a day on a war that you didn't need to fight. You weak Europeans. How dare you?
>> No, I'm not I'm I definitely don't don't agree that uh they should listen to Trump and attack them. I just don't think they should stop us from using our joint military bases like the UK did and France and Spain.
>> Don't use your joint military bases for [ __ ] [ __ ] Well, they're still joints, so we still control We still control them. We both control them. You saying that we can't use them is is a [ __ ] [ __ ] move.
Yes, it is.
>> Yeah, they're they're joint bases. They are joint bases that are owned by them that they allow us to use. They We don't own any of those. We can't just do what the [ __ ] we want. Just like I'll give you an example, sir. I'm talking.
>> Okay.
>> Yeah. Thank you. You do realize that there's foreign foreign air forces and militaries that have people stationed at our bases too, right? Those are considered joint bases. And you know, like Germany can't come in and say, "Hey, we have people stationed at a base in the US, so therefore it's a joint base, so we can do whatever the [ __ ] we want."
>> Do we put money into any of these joint bases?
>> Do they put money into our joint bases?
>> Uh, probably.
>> Yeah. Does that mean that they can come on the United States soil and do whatever the [ __ ] they want?
Do we put a question?
>> Sir, I hear your question. You don't have to keep repeating it. I'm answering your question. If you would just listen, I'm answering it right now. Okay.
>> Germany, listen. Listen, listen.
>> Okay, I'm listening. I heard what you said. You don't need >> Obviously not. Okay. Germany puts money into bases on US soil. Okay. They have troops stationed on US soil. Okay. Those are considered joint bases on US soil.
Does that mean Germany can just unilaterally decide to start attacking Canada from those bases?
>> I don't think they should, but I think they should be allowed to use the base that they put money and equipment in.
>> That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my entire life because literally because literally Canada would then see because literally then Canada would see that Germany is attacking them using our bases. So therefore, Canada would then be allowed to attack us because the attacks are coming from us.
Okay? That puts our people at risk. That puts our people at risk. That puts our people That puts our people at risk.
That puts our military at risk at risk of attack because some another country is deciding the military actions that are happening within the borders of our country. So, just the same way that that would be literally the dumbest thing that anybody could do is to just allow whatever country to come onto our bases and then be able to attack other countries from our bases just because it's a joint base and they put money into it. Okay? The same thing we can't do in in Italy or in in you know in the UK. Those are UK bases that they allow us to use. Okay? And we invest money on into them because they allow us to use them. But they have the ability to turn that off, too. And they get to decide whether missiles or fighter jets or bombers are launched off of their runways because it's their country.
Okay? And just the same way that the US wouldn't allow it analogy because what we're trying to do is we're trying to take down a dictatorship and an and uh before we attacked them, they they were weeks they were a uh nuclear threshold state. They were weeks away. M multiple experts said that they were weeks away from nuclear capabilities. We're attacking a horrible country. I'm not I don't that's a stupid analogy. It's something that would never happen.
>> So, first of all, director that we put resources into to attack a dictatorship and a a dangerous unstable country from attacking from just uh getting nukes and attacking people like Israel and other countries they don't like because that's what they're trying to do. They're trying to get nukes so they can use that as a bargaining chip.
>> Yeah. Now, first of all, who are these experts that are saying this?
>> I don't [ __ ] know.
>> Okay. Well, if you're just going to say the experts, okay, that would be an appeal to authority, and you don't even know the authority. But hear about this >> and find multiple experts.
>> Sure. How about this for an expert? The director of national intelligence.
>> Okay.
>> How about the director of national intelligence under the Trump administration who specifically said under oath that Iran was not trying to build a nuclear weapon?
Oh, so they just have they just have a stockpile of enriched uranium and ICBMs just for fun.
>> How about the director of national intelligence under the Trump administration saying that Iran was not trying to build a nuclear weapon? I'll get a second one for you. How about the director of the How about the director of the anti-terrorism center under the Trump administration who is a big Trump supporter who specifically said that they were not trying to build a nuclear weapon. Is this after or before the Iran war?
>> One was before and one was after.
Actually, director of national intelligence was in was in March of last year before we attacked Iran. And Joe Kent, I believe his name is, who's director of anti-terrorism center, was just like a couple months ago.
>> Okay. We attacked Iran in me on February 20 on February 28. So March would be after. Um, and >> that's what I said, sir. I said that the the director of national intelligence was March of 2025 >> when she said that not 2026. So that would be before and then I said Joe Kent was a couple months ago. So about March Aprilish of this year. So after that it was one of each.
>> Okay. But the entire point behind that sir is first of all Iran is a signatory on the NPT. Okay. Are you familiar with NPT?
>> I'm not. What is the >> Okay. nonpol non pro oh my god proliferation the nonprololiferation of nuclear weapons. Okay, which means they're allowed to enrich. Okay, they're allowed to they've been a member since the 1970s. Okay, so let's start there.
Second of all, the only reason they started enriching above energy sources, which was and no further than above 3%, was because Donald Trump pulled us out of the Iran nuclear deal. Before that, they weren't even doing it. Third of all, Donald Trump told me last June that they obliterated Iran's nuclear program and that they were two they were a decade to two decades away from being able to create a nuclear weapon. So literally last a year ago, like almost a year ago now, Donald Trump said that they were decades away from producing a nuclear weapon. Okay, so I have Donald Trump saying they were decades away last year. I have the director of national intelligence saying that they weren't even trying to do it before. And I have them literally at where they had turned over all their nuclear material and weren't trying to do any of those things anyway. Not to mention that it's literally like only a couple weeks away.
Okay? Because they were at 60%. But just cuz they were at 60% doesn't mean that they were trying to all right mean that they were trying to do it. It means that they had the capability to do it within a couple weeks. You see the difference?
>> Yeah. Do you know the treaty that uh stopped Iran from making nukes? They he was they we were only in it for a year and they did have nuclear facilities where they were making ballistic missile sorry ballistic missiles and we destroyed all those facilities.
>> So >> that's not true. They did not have they never enriched above 3%.
>> What's up Ari?
>> Oh I just realized if the guy is talking I can't hear him.
Oh well, what did you have to say anyway?
>> Um, I mean he made he asked the question as uh if why did why does Iran and have enriched uranium and ICBMs? And I was just going to ask why do we have those things in the US?
because we have nukes and we'd like to make them so it so it so so we can have a big enough marshall to have a uh to have deterrent against Russia and China because chi because Russia is at 5,000.
We're at 5,000. We're our nuclear arsenal is only a little bit above um Russia and um and way above China, but they're still trying to make more. We have that stuff here so we can continuously make new nukes and replace old ones.
So what you're saying is we're doing it for self-defense re reasons.
>> So what you're saying is we're doing it for n for for self-defense reasons.
Correct.
>> Yeah. We're we we can nukes can never be used in a war because then because it's mutually assured destruction.
>> Yeah. I'm very familiar with the theory of mutually assured destruction. But what you're saying is, sir, and what the point Ari was making is what make what gives us the right to say that we deserve to have nuclear weapons for self-defense, but Iran can't?
>> Well, we made it before any of the nuclear weapons restrictions were made and Iran is unstable and we're trying to by Israel.
>> Mhm.
>> Hold on. And we are >> threatened or nuked by Iran.
>> Hold on. And we are stable.
>> No, we're not stable at all.
>> So we're not stable everyone.
>> We're we're literally our the president of the United States more likely than Iran.
>> The president of the United States, sir.
The president of the United States the president of the United States just recent recently threatened to wipe out an entire civilization.
>> Yes. Cuz the stock market was going down. Then he said >> because the stock market was going down.
So, so, so just to be clear, just to be clear, when Iran does it, they're unstable and don't need nuclear weapons, right? But when Donald Trump does it, we need it for self-defense.
>> You want Iran to have nukes? I mean, absolutely not. That's you. I mean, if you don't if then Yeah.
>> But Iran wasn't trying to make nuclear weapons, so it doesn't matter.
>> I don't want Iran to have nukes. That's why I like things like the JCPOA, which kept nukes out of their hands, which is why they weren't enriching above 3%.
Right? I loved that deal. That deal was great. It kept Iran from even being in the ballpark of the ballpark of creating a nuclear weapon. Okay. But Donald Trump pulled us out of that deal. And no, all of the JCPOA, all of the IAEA, God, I always mess that up. IAEA reports show that while we were in the JCPOA, they were never enriching past 3%. It wasn't until after we left. So, so, so just to be just to be clear here, >> we were in a deal. I the IEA has expressed concerns that >> Oh, he interrupted >> that um the accumulation of highlyenriched uranium and intelligence agencies have also said that they uh that they have found that they have systemic programs that are re that are relevant to developing nuclear explos uh explosive devices.
>> Of course they do sir if you had not cut me off you would have heard what I was getting ready to say. So let me try to repeat myself again sir. The agreement that kept all of those out of their hands, Donald Trump got out of >> the reason why they started building all of that stuff is because Donald Trump pulled us out of the deal.
>> If he had never pulled us out of the deal, we wouldn't be in this situation to begin with. But on top of that, sir, to add to that, okay, last year, as soon as Donald Trump came in, they weren't trying to make a nuclear weapon according to the most prominent intelligence agency that exists on the planet, ours. Okay? Then Donald Trump says >> better.
>> The director of the IAEA also says that they are not trying to reach nuclear weapon.
>> Why do they need enriched uranium then?
>> Why do they need it?
>> Yeah. Why do they No, no, no, no. Why do they need a stockpile of it? Why do they need a stockpile of enriched uranium?
That just sounds >> You want to know the real answer to it?
>> You want to know the You want to You want know the real answer? There's only two real answers for it, >> right?
One, okay? So, countries like us don't go in and attack them.
All right? Because you'll see that everything that people accuse Iran of doing are the exact same things that North Korea does, >> but we don't go in and attack North Korea. Actually, you know, we can talk about human rights violations.
>> North Korea. No, we can't attack North Korea because nuclear because North Korea is a nuclear weapons country and just like you said, nobody can use a nuclear weapon against gets a a nuclear country because the theory of a mutually assured destruction just like you said before. So the number one reason is that right is because if you have a nuclear weapon then you people don't want to come attack you and just take you out for no reason. But the other reason is is because currently it is their only bargaining chip. It's their only one.
The bargaining chip. Sir, can I finish my sentence, please?
>> Yes.
>> Yeah. It was the bargaining chip that got them back on the world stage and had release of sanctions that allowed them to actually start enriching their country again. And that is exactly what they're using it for again now. They had gotten rid of all their highlyenriched uranium under the Obama administration, right? They literally handed it all up, just gave it all up in order to come back in to the world stage. And then they turned back around. And when Donald Trump left, they were like, "Well, I guess we got to start enriching again."
Because the only way that we are going to get anybody to actually, you know, release sanctions to do any of that stuff is be is if we start enriching.
And that's why the Donald Trump's little deal where like get rid of all your all-enedriched uranium, no matter how small, is never going to work because again, they're a signatory on the NPT on the nuclear weapons uh nonpol the non-prololiferation nuclear weapons treaty, right? which says that for te for for technology, for medical use, for energy, they're allowed to enrich uh enrich uranium. They're allowed to they signed on. Everybody signed on. This is in like 1970 or something. Okay. They've been a part of it forever.
>> 191.
>> Hm.
>> 191 countries signed on to it, >> which I think is all but like what two?
>> It's all but five.
>> All but five. I was >> Okay, so you just contradicted yourself.
Um they shouldn't have that kind of bargaining chip to have the ability to make nukes. Oh, just cuz they're not actively making them, they still shouldn't have the ability to make to start making nukes whenever they want.
>> I didn't say if we're not talking about nukes, they should we should still take down their leadership, take down their country, take down their military because they're a horrible country. They have they have >> Donald Trump's negotiating with all of those people right now.
>> They can strip their people.
>> Donald Trump is Donald Trump is currently negotiating with the people that literally do control the country and have been controlling the country for for decades. He's literally negotiating with them. We're not trying to take them out.
>> Why did we kill I think it was like 30 something top officials. Then >> kill 30 something officials. It doesn't take out the regime.
>> The literal they literally just came out and said that it's hard it's being hard to negotiate because the literal supreme leader, the Ayatollah's [ __ ] son is hard to get a hold of. They're literally negotiating with the IRGC leaders, the people who have been doing the oppression in Iran. Right. They're literally negotiating with those IRGC leaders and the [ __ ] Ayatollah's [ __ ] son who is more radical than he was.
>> Yeah. Well, I mean I I mean anyways, I told his son lost the leg. He's still in the [ __ ] hospital. He you know I mean why don't I Well, as soon as the ceasefire is over, I hope Trump kills all the leadership and then we go over there and do a reform because I mean their nuclear program is in shambles.
Their military is in shambles and that's what Trump's trying to do.
>> Their military's in shambles. We just had to attack their military like a threat.
>> We literally just had to attack their military 2 days ago because we they were threatening because they were a threat to us.
>> Doesn't sound like they're in shambles.
>> The the threat was is that they saw activity at a drone facility.
>> Yeah. Doesn't sound like they're in shambles, sir. Sounds like they're a threat to the United States. That's what I'm that's what I hear.
>> Okay. And not to mention that, sir. If their if their military is such in shambles, why can't we open the straight of Hormuz?
>> Oh yeah, we can't open the straight of Hormuz because we're not going to send a bunch of resources to get destroyed.
It's filled with sea mines and drone attacks. If we send if we send a bunch of people if and it's extremely narrow.
If we send a bunch of resources like uh warships and attack boats and people that just be throwing at a resource that just be throwing valuable resources at a problem that might not work because it's extremely narrow. There's loads of sea sea mines in there and uh and uh Iran has proven that they're willing to attack anyone that they don't want in the straight. So that includes drone attacks, ship attacks. So it' be throwing at resources at a problem and we could just uh we can just negotiate with them, which I don't think is going to work. And when that ends, we're just going to we're going to take them down.
>> So now you just contradicted yourself.
Okay. And I'm going to tell myself >> Okay. You just said you hope after the ceasefire is over we go in and take out their entire government and military which would cost literally trillions of dollars, right? Mass [ __ ] casualties from United States uh from United States troops. Okay?
Literally so much equipment it's not even [ __ ] funny. And so much time to actually go in there and actually systematically destroy all right that country. And that is too much of a waste for you. And it's a waste of resources, a waste of money to go in there and and do a complete regime change. But apparently it's a giant waste of money to open up the straight. Like that is so much less. That's like 2% of that.
>> Open up the straight. We would not only have to we would not only have to take it, but we would have to keep control to keep control of something like the straight of Harm. You have to have a foothold. And we can't get a foothold in one.
>> What do you think we'd have to do with the country of Iran in order to do a regime change?
>> Kill their leadership. Kill all their leadership.
>> How much of their leadership, sir?
All of it.
>> All of it. Every every single every single part of a decentralized government.
>> Do you know what that would take, sir?
>> No, I'm not saying I'm saying all of their top leadership. We only killed 30 of them. They're still there. All the You said the people they're negotiating with. I think we should kill them, too.
If they have no leadership, then we could take them 10 times easier, >> sir. Sir, >> take them over. Reform their entire country. Yes, that's exactly what we're trying to do.
>> Do you understand what it would take to do that?
>> To kill their leadership?
No, I don't think it'd be very hard >> because let's let's be clear. You kill one leader, they usually have a succession of three to five behind them.
So, you have to kill them, too.
>> Keep killing them.
>> Gotcha. So, we're just going to keep killing them and then them and then them. The Ayatollah was in negotiations.
He was at his house at 9:00 a.m. He didn't make it difficult.
>> Yeah. Well, that's kind of on him.
Should have stayed in his [ __ ] ass bunker.
>> Yeah. So, well, no, he didn't do that because that would not be a [ __ ] right? But regardless of any of that, right? Do you understand what a decentralized government is?
>> Yes, I understand what a decentralized government.
>> Then what's a decentralized government?
It's >> government that's not, you know, there's there's multiple there's multiple things. There's low government, middle government, top government. There's, you know, there's, you know, bunch of different [ __ ] So, you know, you can't if you were going to kill the entire government, you'd have to run through all of it.
>> Good job. Right. Correct. So, and decision-making power, financial resources, all those things are spread out. They're not they don't come from the Ayatollah. They come from from all different places, right? The IRGC controls its own stuff. This region controls that stuff. So, when you say take out the government, you have to take out the heads of every single one of those regions, right? And then you have to take in all of the people that are within that. You have to take out all of those. Okay? And you have to do it for all of their lines of succession.
All right? So you're literally talking about thousands and thousands and thousands of people. So let's be very clear. All right. There was already >> by killing thousands and thousands of thousands of people. You need to listen. Okay? They were already briefed.
All right. By the defense department, by national intelligence. The White House was briefed on this before we attacked in February. Okay. that the only way they were going to be able to pull off a regime change. The only way >> was for a full boots on the ground war.
That that's the only way, okay, is to is to completely launch a fullcale boots on the ground [ __ ] war in Iran, right? The the whole nine yards, okay?
So, like I said, trillions of dollars, right?
>> He was planning on doing that before the negotiation.
>> Trillions of dollars, right? [ __ ] like resources, manpower, huge loss of life. All right, huge loss of life.
Okay, that's what would be required to do what you what what you're suggesting that we do.
>> The benefits outweigh the negatives though.
>> Let me finish. Okay, why? First of all, you'd have to explain to me what benefits, but that's a whole other thing. But first of all, okay, why is that the US's job to go into another decadel long [ __ ] war with a huge loss of life at the at the expense of trillions of dollars of US taxpayers?
Why is it the US's job to go do that? To get what out of it?
>> We're the police of the world.
>> Why?
>> Well, we did it after World War II.
>> I didn't ask why when we did it before.
I said, why do we have to be it now? Why do we have to be the current the police of the world? Why do we have to send Americans to go [ __ ] >> built? H >> there's currently an axis being built.
That's why we need to be the police of the world right now.
>> Oh, gotcha.
>> China, North Korea, Russia, [ __ ] bricks, [ __ ] Iran, giant axes being built. That's why we need to be the police of the world to stop shitty countries becoming too powerful. You know, like the Nazis and the Soviets. Stone killed 630 million um and I think it was like six uh 6 million Jews that um that Hitler killed. You know, those are only confirmed. But if we're the police of the world, then we could stop [ __ ] like that from happening, like taking down Iran.
So you're comparing Iran to the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany.
>> I'm using those countries as >> Oh my [ __ ] god. That is that is that is absolutely insane. Sir, that is absolutely insane. Sir, Israel is our and is our ally and they're committing they literally are still committing a genocide right [ __ ] now. We are on the wrong side.
You want to talk about people committing genocides across the world? We are allies with the country that's doing that. China's not doing that. Russia's not doing that. Well, Russia has been known to do that, but regardless, >> Russia is doing that.
>> But Iran Iran's killing a bunch of their citizens, but we're allies on the same with with Israel killing a bunch of their citizens. I mean, not Iran. Uh, Israel.
>> I didn't say they're Israel's killing a bunch of their citizens. I said Iran was Israel's committing a genocide.
>> Okay. How's Israel committing a genocide? You talking about Palestine and Gaza?
>> Yep.
That's justified. They they those countries started their own [ __ ] country. I'm not saying they should kill them. I honestly I don't think they should I don't think they should genocide, but I like their I like their policies of I I don't I don't think I haven't heard anything about Okay, don't interrupt.
>> I don't think I don't I haven't heard anything about a genocide or them killing >> this [ __ ] just said that [ __ ] is [ __ ] justified. I think their policies of taking Palestine land and Gaza land is justified. Yes.
>> Wow.
>> I I don't know where you're getting information about genocide. All right, I'll be right there.
>> Your whole thing about genocide, do you have any proof of this or is that just you spouting [ __ ] >> Wow. You just said it was [ __ ] justified.
>> Palestine land is good because it's their land and those Palestinians hate them and kill them.
>> Wow.
>> Wow. What? Prove the genocide. You're saying, "Wow." Wow. He agrees with genocide, but you have absolutely no proof that they're committing genocide.
>> What's the definition of a genocide?
>> It's uh killing a specific uh ethnicity because you think you're superior.
>> They did with the Jews. Yeah, I know what a genocide is. They're not committing genocide. They're taking the land back from uh from Palestine and they're taking the land back. bombing [ __ ] hospitals and schools and shooting and and literally exterminating people on the way to get food.
>> What the [ __ ] are you [ __ ] talking about?
>> They're bombing [ __ ] hospitals and schools.
>> Okay, they are not This is not a land grab. This is a systematic [ __ ] cleansing.
>> Okay? And [ __ ] Palestine does the same [ __ ] So does Gaza. You know who's funding? You know who's funding both of them along with the [ __ ] Houthies?
Iran.
Wow.
>> Yeah.
>> And the US >> we if we take down our government then they'll stop lose their funding and I and then you then we don't need to then and then then eventually we won't have to send $3 billion in defense against Israel.
>> Yeah. First of all, Palestine doesn't even Palestine doesn't even have the capability to enact to what you're saying. So that's a whole bunch of [ __ ] horseshit. Okay. So that's not even possible.
>> They're still attacking them.
>> Attacking and committing a [ __ ] genocide are two [ __ ] different things. committing a genocide would be trying to kill every single one of them.
Can you understand?
>> That's what they're [ __ ] trying to do. That's what they're [ __ ] trying to do. That's exactly what they're [ __ ] trying to do. That's not only what they're trying to do. That's what they're [ __ ] doing. They are systemically trying to erase the Palestinians from the [ __ ] planet.
That is what they are [ __ ] doing.
That is what I am saying to you. Okay?
Do you not hear what I [ __ ] am saying out of my [ __ ] mouth? That is exactly what they're [ __ ] doing. This has no This is no [ __ ] different than the [ __ ] Rwanda [ __ ] genocide. Except for it hasn't gotten to that [ __ ] point yet. This is no [ __ ] different, sir. Just because there's no [ __ ] gas chambers doesn't mean it's not a [ __ ] genocide. Okay? You just don't give a [ __ ] because you don't care about those [ __ ] people. Because you don't see those people because you don't see those [ __ ] people as [ __ ] people. So, you just said that it was justified to commit one against them. That's what you literally just [ __ ] said. Okay, no wonder you support our war in [ __ ] Iran because you don't [ __ ] give a [ __ ] about the complete absolute loss of [ __ ] life for no [ __ ] reason.
Okay, you obviously are so [ __ ] indoctrinated by [ __ ] whatever BB Netanyahu has to say that you probably don't care about how many people are [ __ ] dying or [ __ ] the the the [ __ ] horrific things that are happening in [ __ ] Iran or [ __ ] Cuba since you're so [ __ ] excited about [ __ ] Venezuela and all the people that are [ __ ] dying in all those [ __ ] countries, right? But then all of a sudden you want to [ __ ] justify [ __ ] saying that it's okay for a [ __ ] Jedi. You're a piece of [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Holy [ __ ] You're a piece of [ __ ] dude.
>> Holy [ __ ] [ __ ] You're a piece of [ __ ] >> Jesus [ __ ] Christ, bro.
>> No power, no electricity. [ __ ] were [ __ ] sending tomahawk missiles through [ __ ] schools in Iran.
And this guy's like, "Oh yeah, we should just go ahead and do it."
>> [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] garbage, dude.
Holy [ __ ] >> Yeah, I bet you he is, too.
>> No point in time did I justify genocide or said it was okay.
>> You literally just did. I heard it. It's on recording. And trust me, it'll be on a video tomorrow. Trust me. Yes, you [ __ ] did. Yes, you [ __ ] did. Yes, you [ __ ] did. And I heard it. And it's on recording. And I will be putting it up in a video tomorrow. I promise you. so you can hear it again in case you don't [ __ ] since apparently you don't know what the [ __ ] you say.
>> Okay, >> please repeat what I said.
>> I heard it. Everybody out here, the over thousand people watching me, they all heard it. They're all saying in the chat right now that they heard it.
>> I said I support their >> Jesus [ __ ] Christ, dude.
>> They're not committing genocide.
>> You haven't proven it. Isn't the bombing schools and hospitals? The Palestinians want the Israelis dead as much as the Israelis want the Palestinians. And you have you haven't even proven it. You said they're bombing schools in >> I really don't give a [ __ ] what you have to [ __ ] say anymore. Shut the [ __ ] up the Palestinians aren't doing >> sir. Shut the [ __ ] up before I mute you.
>> Killing Israelis, too. Prove that >> you're muted. Shut the [ __ ] up.
>> I told you to shut the [ __ ] up. I I don't I don't listen to people that [ __ ] that. I don't I'm not going to listen to you [ __ ] just sit here and ramble after you just said after you just said the genocide is justified. I am not going to sit here and listen to Randle. I will talk to you, but you need to shut the [ __ ] up first.
at no point in time.
>> Nope, you're still talking.
There you go.
This is the United Nations showing that Israel committed a genocide. What do you have?
You told me to prove it. There you go.
The United States.
They're the United Nations. So there's my proof. Where's yours?
He [ __ ] left.
He [ __ ] left.
Anyways, y'all, it's funny how he told me to prove it. It's funny how he told me to prove it and then as soon as I [ __ ] prove it, he runs.
Isn't that amusing?
Isn't that amusing that he literally asked me to prove it and then as soon as I prove it, he runs.
Anyways, y'all make sure you guys hit that follow button, hit that subscribe button if you haven't already. I really, really appreciate you guys. Thank you guys so much. If you guys like to support the live, again, I have uh gifts and all that fun stuff. And then I have super chats which I love to throw on the screen and keep going. If you still support Trump or you uh want to have a conversation or you're still a Republican, we can have a conversation.
I promise you I'll be calmer than I was with that guy. I do have a little bit of an issue. And by a little bit of an issue, I mean a whole [ __ ] issue with somebody saying genocide is justified.
So um yeah. No, I'm not actually apologetic for that. [ __ ] that guy.
>> No, don't.
>> Actually, >> I'm actually glad that I Sorry. I was saying I apologize for getting a little wound up there. Uh I don't apologize.
[ __ ] that guy.
Straight the [ __ ] up.
So >> Crow said check VMO.
>> I know. I'm getting to it.
>> Oh, okay. Sorry. I just read it. No, that was that was justified. And the the reason why the United Nation is able to find that Israel has been committing a genocide not only with Gaza but also the West Bank is because they have met four out of the five Geneva Convention classifications that make a genocide. And you only need to meet one in order to be classified as a genocide. H interesting. Interesting.
>> Yeah.
>> Ladies and gentlemen, Ari. Um.
Oh, that is loud on your end. Uh, that is loud coming off your my off your phone or whatever. Landre, thank you so much for the dragon crown. Big T, thank you so much for the dragon crown. The $2 said, "Did this man just say their military is in shambles, but also we can't get a foothold in the straight." Yeah, somehow their military's in shambles and and our military is in full control and we've also won, but also we can't get the straight open.
I still really can't figure out the logic that comes from from people. It's absolutely wild.
>> It It's so funny how they have to pretzel themselves to reason away or to agree with the things that come out of Trump's mouth that they parrot. Yeah, it's a it's a it's a huge [ __ ] Oh, we need to go in there and commit a and do a full regime change, but also it would be too much time and resources and money in order to go in there and take the straight.
>> Yep.
>> That's literally what was just argued against me.
>> That sounds accurate.
>> That's insane.
>> That's what I heard, too.
>> Uh Lindsay, is that Lindsay?
That's a That's such a cool spelling of that name.
>> Oh, >> remind me to tell show you what that is.
That's such a cool spelling. Such a cool spelling of your name, Lindsay. Uh said, "They want to genocide trans people.
Thank you for fighting." Oh, thank you so much. I appreciate that.
>> And uh Joseph, thank you so much for the $5 over on PayPal. Says, uh 67% of surveyors voted. 586 respondents, they said they uh they would oppose Chrissy Gnome running for office in South Dakota again. Only 22% said that they would support her candidacy while 11 remain unsure from the IM immer Emerson College poll. Oh, all right. Thank you so much, Joseph. We were talking about Christy Gnome earlier. So, um I appreciate that.
>> I love listening.
>> Um Wesley, thank you so much for the $2 super chat. She said he says, uh, "Please say to Ari."

>> Sure. Go ahead.
>> Raar.
Uh, h, that was kind of hot. Uh, Scott, thank you so much for the $2. Says, uh, this Iran [ __ ] is, uh, blank something. Epstein's file. I >> is to avoid Epste.
>> Is to avoid. Epste filed. Yep. Sounds right. Yeah. Also, W. Crow, thank you for the three. He said, "I sent the man two, so I'm sending you three."
>> There you go.
>> That's funny.
>> Reparations. Pay the white person more.
That's right. Um, >> no.
>> Planned. Crow knows I'm playing. Crow knows I'm Crow knows I'm playing. Uh, Tad, thank you so much for the $5 super chat said, "This dude got his military strategy from Checknotes Call of Duty.
Also, Trump went to a bunker because of BLM." That's true. That is true. That is true. Talking about people being weak for going into bunkers. That is true.
That is true. That's 100% true. Thanks, Dad. The Blues, thank you so much. The $5 super chat said, "US oil companies want no part of Venezuela. Venezuelan oil is the consistency of peanut butter.
Hard to refine and recover. Security security a nightmare." Yeah, I think um like didn't Donald Trump try to he tried to do something. I think it was against a I can't remember if it was Exxon or Chevron where he like where he wanted to like he put some like some restriction on him because he was so mad cuz they were like, "Yeah, we're not going to Venezuela to go >> grab that [ __ ] oil." I think it was Chevron.
>> Uh was Chevron or BP?
>> I don't think it was BP. I don't think it was I think it was Chevron. I'm if I remember correctly.
>> Yeah. So, but uh yeah, that oil is complete [ __ ] Yeah. and and and saying that somehow US is winning because other countries are buying Venezuelan oil and that's supposed to be a good thing for us. I don't understand. Like that doesn't that makes zero sense. That makes zero sense. Pepsi, thank you so much for the seven hat mustaches, too. I really appreciate that. Thank you so much.
>> Uh Jocer said that you made him blush because you consider him one of the smart lawyers that he knows that you know. Well, I say that and then he sends me a super chat with a word I don't know. So I he said, "Uh, from what I've seen, you'd make a a good lawyer. You think structurally respect precedent spots people something."
>> Uh, not interesting. I'm going to that.
I don't know. You know that word?
>> You don't know that word either? So maybe I wouldn't make a good lawyer. He knows all these words. I don't know.
>> Uh, branch of knowledge that details with theory, principles, and methodology of text interpretation.
All right.
>> I like it.
>> Um, I just got lawyered. Oh, see, that's why I can't be a lawyer. I'd have to learn words like that.
>> I don't think I I Okay, for as many of like I've actually listened to quite a few Scotas. Um, >> hold on real quick.
>> Arguments.
>> Hold on real quick. Coolio. Yes, this is 100% pre-recorded >> and just and just like Donald Trump uh says right here, the stream is fake and not live. So, I just want to make sure that you guys that I want I let you guys know that you were right. Okay.
>> Hell yeah, brother.
>> Yeah. So, Oh my god. Yeah. I want to let you guys know that you are 100% right.
Um anyway, sorry. What were you saying?
I apologize.
Uh, okay. We were talking about the word and then you said something else.
What were what were we talking about?
>> You should be >> I don't know. Jocular just said another super chat says that full disclosure, my dad taught me that word recently and I am obsessed.
>> Oh, so >> thank you. I've actually Okay, that's what it was. Thank you. Um, I've actually listened to quite a few of the uh Scotas oral arguments and I've never heard that word. They've used some words that have piqued my interest, but I've never heard heard that word by >> I've never heard this word in my entire life.
>> The defense attorney or the solicitor general.
>> I've never heard this word in my entire life.
>> Yeah, that's that's that's crazy.
Uh, but yeah, your like props to your dad for real. That was that's a cool word. Uh, Scott, thank you so much for the $5 super chat. Says um, Trump is giving the address at the University of Southern Arrogant A [ __ ] >> Oh, so it it also um, so it's it's pronounced Hermonic.
Hermeneutic >> Hermenutic.
>> Yeah. And it's actually specifically >> or sorry, it's it's typically related to biblical text.
>> Oh, interesting. Also, there's 666 people watching in uh Tik Tok right now.
Hell Satan. Um interesting. Well, >> I have 66,600 likes on my Tik Tok channel. So, Hell Satan, >> there you go.
Uh Scott, thank you so much for the $2.
Said, Paulie, it seems to It seems you have trouble reading Canadian.
that you don't even >> I I I don't know how to read Canadian.
>> I Yeah, I agree. I also think Scott types too fast sometimes.
I think Scott starting his weekend early.
All right.
Uh Jay, thank you for the dollar. Vinmo also says, "Also, the 250th Trump event taught me Millie Vanilli apparently still exists and I don't know what to do with that information and I don't know how to help you."
>> Okay? Because I don't know what to do with that information either actually.
And I did and I didn't know it from what you said.
>> So, uh, so I'm learning I'm actually learning that right now.
So, >> so Jay is Crow. Um, Crow said, "I just sent Paulie another dollar, so here's one for you because I'm petty and indigenous."
>> Oh, that was Jay that just said that.
Yeah, that's >> Yeah, that Jay's pro.
>> That's a letter in the of the alphabet, but he's just a bird.
>> Just a bird. Wesley, thank you so much for the $2. Hail Satan. Uh, prank be to Jibus.
Prank be to Jibus.
>> I like that >> the Hoff made a video about me. I know, Coffee. We played it on We played it on the live and I dissected how wrong he was on the live earlier.
>> Yeah, >> he's not he's not well nor smart.
>> Yeah, he made it and then we played it on the live earlier just for me to just for me to prove just to show how wrong he was. It was fun.
Yeah.
All right. Who's this person?
If you guys want, I'll break maybe I'll make a breakdown video of his video to show how wrong he is later.
>> Hello. How are you?
>> I'm good. How are you?
>> I'm doing great. How old are you?
>> I'm 80.
Awesome. Do you still support Trump?
>> No, I never have. I hit the wrong button. I'm sorry.
>> No worries. What is that in the background?
>> Oh, wait.
>> It's like Oh, what the heck?
