This frictionless retail model elegantly solves the problem of human inefficiency through computer vision. It represents a sophisticated shift from traditional commerce to a purely algorithmic consumer experience.

Canadian Reacts To Żabka Nano Warsaw, Robot Hotdog Store追加:
Oh, I think we'll go we've got a success here, guys.
Oh, that's beautiful.
What?
Hello, guys. Welcome. Today, we're going to watch a video about a robot making hot dogs in Poland. Hm?
This is weird. I know a chain in America tried to use AI to take orders to the drive-thru, and it completely failed and they lost a lot of money. I think it's Burger King. And now we're talking about a robot that makes the hot dog. So, this is going to be a weird video. Let's check it out. It's called Poland's AI store has robot that makes hot dog in Zabka's uh convenience stores from the channel Galliventer Dom. Okay, let's check it out. Are you a introvert that hates interacting with your fellow human being? Well, perhaps the store behind me is a place for you. This is a Zabka Nano, a AI-powered store, or as I like to call it a cyborg frog-powered store, because Zabka just means little frog, and it's a cyborg. Right, so this little store behind me here is powered completely by artificial intelligence. It has no humans inside that check your stuff.
Basically, what you do is you walk in, you grab your stuff, you walk straight out, and it charges you. It knows what you've taken. Um and that's it, you don't have to scan anything. It feels kind of like stealing.
And this one's special, cuz I'm sure I've heard you guys saying, "Dominic, you've been to a couple of Zabka Nanos already." They're all the same. They're not all the same. This one has the robot hot dog maker. Now, that's the problem with most of the Zabka Nanos is when you go to Zabka, for me anyway, the thing I want is a hot dog, and none of them have it except this one. So, let's pop in and get ourselves a nice hot dog. It's very cold. I've come to this Zabka like four times to make this video, and every time there's not been any hot dogs or they've not worked. So, let's get a hot dog. Right, this is how it works, guys.
>> So, no one is working there.
On the outside here.
And basically, we can just select that to English. You've got a few languages, you've got German, Ukrainian. And you can either end with the app or you can end with a card. I have a card, so we'll just tap that there.
The first time you go in, um it will get ask you to link a phone number to the card, but you can do that with any number. It doesn't have to be a Polish one.
So, what it'll do here as well is it will deduct Oh, I can come straight in.
What it does is it'll deduct 15 zloty from you straight away, which is around £3. Now, if you don't spend anything, you can come in, spend nothing, you leave, you'll get that back in about 5 minutes. But, if you let's say you spend 5 zloty, you'll get 10 back. If you spend more than that, then it'll just deduct more from your card. That's so cool. Oh my god. Have you guys been there?
Like no staff at all. Wait, there's a counter over there. There must be a staff, right? So, this is the magnificent robot. This is the Zabka Robi. Now, we have used one of these before in the past, if you remember, if you're an OG of the channel.
>> a counter.
>> A couple of years ago in Poznan in Stary Browar, they have one of these. It's just a regular Zabka, not a Nano. So, there is humans there, unfortunately.
Right, so let's go over here. We've got uh Polish, English, and Ukrainian, but English for us.
Order here. Size. Come on, guys.
What are we doing here?
Standard or max? There's only one answer. It's got to be a max.
How much is it? 8.99?
How much is it in US US dollars?
>> old school kind of guy. I like my ketchup, and I like mustard. There's other sauces that are very good as well.
I think you have less options here. You just have the four.
I go with mustard only, guys.
>> good one is if you can get like the spicy hot dog sometime with the Arabic sauce. Oh, that's a banger.
Right, that's enough for us. Order.
And that's 8.99. Start preparing. You'll be charged upon >> Payment will be charged automatically upon leaving the store. I understand.
Be eco like us. We do not print receipts. Oh, let's have a look.
What?
So, we see our bonus part of the draw there.
What year are we in?
2026?
I mean, in the year 2000, I guess this is how I was seeing the future. We're in the future, guys. Oh my god.
The grill opens.
Man, this is a weird bread.
What kind of bread is that? It's like a cylinder.
What? And now we wait for a minute. So, you can see up there, it's just toasting our bun. We've got a little countdown timer there.
As it toasts away. So, right. Let me run through. While that's toasting, I'll run through a little bit more of the shop with you. So, you've got chocolate bars, you've got sweets like jellies and bits and bobs, little like pre-made baked stuff there, a coffee machine with like coffees, hot chocolates, teas. You've got waters, you've got crisps. So, this you have this all over Poland? This is your typical convenience store, right? So, you've even got like essentials like some toothpaste, deodorant, condoms. You know, this is this is life, guys. Some condoms, some pads and tampons for the ladies. Oh, let's go back.
Huh?
Look at the bread.
>> put the sauce in now from these dispensers.
So, we've got the four options.
>> Putting in some ketchup for us.
And then a bit of mustard.
I'm old school, guys. I like that classic ketchup ketchup and mustard combination.
>> It taps it.
>> Right. This is the fun part because last time in Poznań, it made some mistakes when it tried to put the uh the bag on.
I've also seen this before where it doesn't actually get the sausage in the hole, it just makes a mess.
So, you can see that it's using like basically like a laser sight to scan the hot dog.
Hot dog bun.
>> complicated for such a simple task.
>> up our sausage.
Oh, I think we've got we've got a success here, guys.
Oh, almost dropped it.
Oh, that's beautiful.
What?
That's a weird hot dog. Like, I never had a hot dog with a bread like that.
>> the bug.
Oh my god, what a Like, it seems like a complicated process for such a simple task.
Boom.
Here's your hot dog.
I wonder if the sauce are put in evenly, like I feel like all the sauce is at the bottom of the bread.
There we are.
Poland is advanced.
>> guys. An AI-powered robot hot dog machine and an AI-powered store in Poland. Poland is living in 3025.
I love it here. Best country in the world.
Right, let's get a drink to go with this. Um, I'll show you a little bit more of the shop before we depart. So, you've got all sorts of drinks here just on the shelf at room temperature. Some fruit juices, like your Cokes, your Pepsi.
I don't know any of these drinks on the upper, like Tiger Oh, she Yeah, a lot of them I don't know.
Um These are like a more of a a Polish style drink. These are a Tymbark. They really like them here. You've got your ice teas as well. You've got ice cream, a little freezer here with different types of ice cream. You can just get ice or you can get those um uh Chill Chill cups, even with lemon.
They're great on a hot summer's day. Get yourself a nice Coca-Cola with the ice and lemon. Oh, the life will just pour in for you. So, we've got some chocolates here as well, some instant coffee, some teas. Oh, by the way, guys, if you ever come to Poland, this chocolate with the hazelnut here is fantastic. I I rate it highly.
We've got all sorts of different crackers.
And then we've got the refrigerated section with more drinks. So, we've got ice teas, we've got water, we've got loads of different types of water. We've got Dr. Pepper, you name it, it's here.
A non-alcoholic beer as well, some Tyskie. Now, that's one thing as well you won't find in uh Żabka Nano Point or normal Żabka is you won't find cigarettes or alcohol. Which is kind of understandable because I guess age verification, how can you make sure things like that? Yeah. Little energy drink section there, you got your Monsters. Uh Black is quite a common one here as well. You've got like uh some Starbucks coffees, some ready meals.
What are the times you can buy alcohol in Poland? I feel like it they're probably more loose with uh time with the time you can buy from like compared to Canada, let's say. So, you've got some pierogi with spinach, pierogi ruskie.
Um mięsa, which is my favorite. I never had pierogi. [clears throat] >> some more dumplings, spaghetti bolognese, carbonara, some sushi down there as well, and some sandwiches and burgers.
And there's a little dairy section here as well. So, if you need some milk, you know, the essentials. It It's pretty well stocked, to be honest. It's not as well stocked as some of the bigger Żabkas, but it's got pretty much everything you need. So, you've got some milkshakes, some more juices, some cheese, some sausages, some cured meats, some cottage cheese, uh sandwiches, bagels, salads, and you've even got more stuff here as well, some crackers.
Um and over here, there's like instant noodles and kabanosy. And if you've never tried kabanosy, you've got to give them a go. I liken them to basically like a a pepperoni, but a thousand times better. That's the closest thing I can compare them to. Oh, yeah. That's a lot of stuff.
>> canned fish, some sauces, yada yada yada. You get the point. Let me get my drink and get outside and start eating this delightful hot dog. I think we'll go for something Polish. I love it.
Oshi. Where's the Oshi with the That's the one.
Oshi with the um dragon fruit is my favorite. Now, I'll just pop that straight in my pocket.
It knows I've taken it. So, I'm kind of occupied with my hands. That's it, guys.
So, I don't have to scan anything. I don't have to scan the drink that's in my pocket. None of that. I just walk straight out and it will bill me.
>> That feels weird.
Hey, I didn't see any chips.
That's it, guys. That is how you get yourself a hot dog from a Zabka Nano.
Mhm.
Delicious.
Mhm. Oh, it makes me hungry now.
Never had a hot dog like that.
Bardzo dobra. I will put up the cost for everything now on screen cuz I'll get a text in about 5-10 minutes. Maybe longer.
You'll get an itemized bill. I'll put that screenshot on the screen now for you so you can see what it looks like, how much everything cost. It's pretty affordable. Poles love to hit on Zabka for being expensive, but they're everywhere. So, you guys obviously use them.
They are a little more pricey than if you go somewhere else, but you're paying for the convenience, guys. And the benefit of this place Hot dog and a drink, $3.66.
Yeah, I mean a dollar like two dol- Yeah, I know.
It's okay. It's cheap.
>> it's open 24/7/365.
Now, their hot dogs are not available 24/7/365.
I've been here twice. Today I was here very early at like half past six. There were no hot dogs. And I was here before very late when I was getting a flight out of Warsaw.
And there were There was one hot dog, but it wasn't available.
Yeah? No. Aw. No. No, this I don't know why.
Terrible. No more hot dogs.
The lonely hot dog shan't be eaten. So, you got to kind of got to come normal hours between I guess like 8:00 and 6:00 and you'll probably get yourself a hot dog.
Anyway, guys, I hope you've enjoyed that video seeing the artificial intelligence-powered Żabka.
Now, I will say one more thing actually.
A few people commented on on one of my Żabka nano videos before saying it's not actually artificial intelligence. It's just a bunch of Indian guys watching you on screens cuz there's cameras everywhere in that. You'll probably see when I was walking behind me the cameras.
That's not the case. I looked into this.
It is actually powered by artificial intelligence. There is a algorithms or what have you that watch you and check what you're taking and it keeps an eye on you. And I think around 700 people can be in here at a time. And if you go in with somebody else, they can grab things as well and you will be billed.
So, once you open that door, don't let anybody, unless you want them with you, to come in with you because whatever they take, you'll pay for. Right, guys.
Hope you enjoyed enjoyed that. I'm going to eat my hot dog and I'll catch you on the next one.
Uh yeah, Poland. Wow, pretty advanced.
Like I've never seen that. Is there something like this in other countries?
Not in Canada. Maybe in USA somewhere in Vegas or But yeah, pretty advanced. I want to go there now.
I want one of these hot dogs. He made me hungry. Guys, thank you so much for watching. See you in the next video.
Bye-bye.
