All these could be contributed by the pollution and lung problems will get aggravated. So, we need to take certain precautions. We cannot think that we are in the safe zone anymore. Today's Hyderabad air quality index is in the range of 150 to 170.

Anything between 100 to 200, all these sensitive groups are at risk and if it's more than 200, even healthy people will get affected. So, it is very important to take certain steps from our side to prevent this air pollution problems. And if AQI is high, please do not exercise outdoors, stay indoors, or wear a mask when you're going outside, and protect your indoor air.
