I've been sitting down with all the leading candidates running to become California's next governor and the one thing that I always ask them is how do they plan to make California more affordable for you. Here are some of the ideas that Sheriff Bianco's proposing.

[00:00:43]He thinks that California should be more oil independent and that restrictions in areas like the Central Valley should be removed.
