Photobiomodulation for Health
Added:Hi, this is Celeste with the Celestial Report and today we are going to talk about photobiio modulation which is also known as red light therapy. It's a red light and it is also um infrared. So it penetrates deep into your body. So, we're going to talk a little bit about it. And I have had several experiences. I started out with a little topical wand and then I went to a bigger unit which was about maybe 12 or 15 in by 6 or 7 in. Um, but unfortunately the situation when you're gardening is that it's my whole body that aches and is inflamed and that type of stuff. So, I decided to purchase or invest in a higherend um unit, which is like a sleeping bag. And boy, the sleeping bag is heavy. And it's got all these lights on the top and on the bottom, so you get an even even um exposure to the red light. And just before I go into my presentation for today, I have really found two things like not last night but the night before I could not sleep. And about midnight I said, you know, I know that this resets your circadian rhythm for sleep. And so I at midnight I went in there and I used it for 30 30 minutes. And when I came back into bed, I went to sleep and I slept like a baby, which is very unusual for me. Usually I toss and turn and it looks like I've been wrestling in bed, but I was just and I woke up refreshed.
So that was that experience. And then with inflammation, I really have found um that it has really helped my inflammation. So, you know, I start out at the day during the day and I don't hurt and I, you know, I'm taking far less pharmaceuticals and I think it's only going to get better because I've only been doing this about a week now.
So, I just wanted to just share that and my experience with it and and I'll now we'll go to the PowerPoint and I'll tell you a little bit about what it can do.
Okay. So, we are going to be talking about photobiomodulation and I would appreciate any questions in the chat. Please put a question mark and um then I'll know to answer your question. But let's keep it um on red light therapy or photobiomodulation.
Tomorrow I'm going to be doing a live stream uh you Q&A for all of you. And so, um, I'll answer any questions on any topic except the ones that YouTube will not allow me to discuss, and you all know which ones those are. Um, but today we're going to be talking about red light therapy and the healing benefits.
And this is coming from an evidence-based insights. I want and I am going to be citing s sources. I won't like read them out, but if you want to look at this over at celestialreport.com once we get it all over there, um you are welcome to take and view it and um you know, you can check the sources yourself because I what I don't want is yes, I just shared my experience, but we're all uniquely created and you may have a different experience than I did. And so it's important to do your homework before trying any alternative modality. And this is one of the alternative mod modalities. Why I like it is it's non-invasive to your body. It is drug-free and it's clinically supported. And that's why I decided to provide you with the sources and the studies that show that.
Uh so what is bio uh photobiomodulation?
It is known as lowle light therapy. And for you acronym buffs out there that's LLT or near red infrared light therapy. The specific wave wavelengths of light are typically from 600 to,00 nm uh to stimulate cellular function.
It targets the mitochondria which is the little powerhouse of the cell. It is non-therrmal although you will feel a gentle heat with it. It is noninvasive and it is painless. So, as long as you, you know, you're sitting in a comfortable position, depending if you get a full full body one or a top, you know, like a spot one that you can just like put on your shoulder or whatever.
Um, there's even ones for your face and [clears throat] to clear up fine wrinkles and for cognition. So, the FDA has cleared it for various applications including pain and wound healing.
So light photons and you know I talk a lot about photons. We are in the years of photons right now are absorbed by the cytochrome C oxidase and another acronym for you acronym lovers CCO in the mitochondria and that increases the ATP which is the cellular energy production which then gives you energy. It also modulates the reactive oxygen species are also an acronym ROS signaling so that it communicates and very well.
So the communications all over for oxygen and nerves and everything is signaling optimally.
Okay. It activates the transcription factors for repair and is activates the anti-inflammatory genes. It improves. So the genes the ones that I'm talking about the mitochondria actually has its own DNA and that's separate than your own DNA.
So let's say like me, I've got a genetic um imperfection. let's say uh you're not stuck with it because my DNA and is it's in the mitochondria. It's separate.
You do if I'm if I'm if I'm remembering correctly, you get that from your mother, your maternal side. It improves blood flow and reduces oxidative stress.
And that has been my ex personal experience. It promotes cellular repair, regeneration, and reduced inflammation.
That has is also been my experience with it. And mitochondria stimulation leading up to enhanced cellular energy and repair cascades. I'm kind of um I am much better than I was like even a week ago. So I think it's building but I think this is the beginning of a good modality for me and one of the things that I have had for the last year is a tremendous inflammatory pain and so multiple metaanalysis show that significant pain reduction in conditions like knee osteoarthritis it doesn't have to just be the knee it could be anywhere else fibromyalgia IA planter fasciitis, tendiopathy or diabetic foot ulcers and you will notice reduced pain.
Uh what is the mechanism for it? It decreases the inflammation. It improves your micro circulation. So that's not your big veins. It's the little tiny capillaries uh in your body. it sometimes they just get because it's inflamed they kind of can close shut and or get clogged up. So and then modulation of the path pain pathways. So an umbrella review in 2025 um said that there was moderate certainty of evidence for pain relief in several muscularkeeletal conditions. often provides relief without pharmaceuticals.
And that is something I did did not mention is that also it was not only my skeletal system but my muscles feel much better when I do my red light.
Um it modulates inflammatory responses at the cellular level. So you're getting it all the way up and all the way down in the cascade. It reduces the pro-inflammatory cytoines and that's what I struggle with myself that promote anti-inflammatory mediator mediators. It is beneficial for chronic inflammatory conditions and also acute injuries.
It supports faster resolution of swelling and tissue irritation. still waiting on the swelling part myself.
Evidence from metaanalysis in arthritis, tenonopathy, and postsurgical recovery.
And that's where I'm at kind of. So, what else can it do? It enhances your cellular metabolism. The core mechanism boosts the mitochondrial function and ATP production. And what does that do for you? It increases energy available for cellular repair and maintenance and improves oxygen utilization and reduces oxidative stress. What it can also do is when it's when you're in the red light, what it does is it pushes out fat from your cells. Yes, you heard it right. Now that means that you are going to have, you know, be gaining less weight of the white the white fat that none of us wants, you know, the muffin top uh the visceral fat around our bellies or where under our arms or whatever. Um it so it the red light pushes it out into your bloodstream. Then it's up to you uh to do a little bit of exercise. It doesn't have to be strong. It could be a little bit of, you know, light weights, taking a walk, doing some gardening, doing a sport that you love, and that will burn that fat kind of like you're on a ketogenic diet, and you'll be losing weight. So, we didn't I didn't put the studies for that, but you can look those up yourself, or if you need help, I can help you as well. it uh supports overall cellular resilience and functions across the various tissues. So it doesn't matter where in your body as long as it is getting the red light. The foundational benefit underlying many other therapeutic effects of photobiomodulation um as I mentioned improves sweet sleep quality and I've suffered with insomnia for like since I was a teenager and it says emerging evidence supports that red light therapy is um gives you better sleep and what I found is that a deeper sleep. I was woke up refreshed and I didn't have the war going on in my bed that many of you are probably familiar with. A 2025 systematic review and metaanalysis said that there was significant improvements in the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores.
And I I can you know attest that it did that for me.
The mechanisms are that it modulates brain metabolism, reduces any neuroinflammation. So if you've got inflammation in your body, it can it cross the bloodb brain barrier and so then you have inflammation in the brain.
So it quiets that down, kind of taps it down and supports prefrontal network reorganization.
Um, this isn't changing your genes or anything. um it's just giving you a really good night's sleep. There's transcranial um and that's the uh photobiom modulation um that you can get like a little cap for your face or your head um shows promise for sleep disturbances in various populations. I don't have one of the anything from my I go up to here, my neck. Um, but I found that it it did it without having to do anything on the face. So, it is non a pharmarmacological option for insomnia and sleep quality improvement.
It accelerates tissue repair. And who which one of us has not had some type of a wound that was a little bit slow to heal? Um, and the options out there pharmaceutically or even naturally are very um can do some pretty crazy things. Let's just say so when you use red light, it says strong clinical evidence for enhanced wound closure. The metaanalysis shows faster healing in diabetic foot ulcers and surgical wounds and promotes angiogenesis.
That's where your cells are multiplying and they're happy cells and they are undamaged. And also collagen. That's why a lot of people do get the the face mask uh ones uh because it does kind of it is being used in the anti-aging and rejuvenation markets because of it it's promoting collagen.
Um, let's see. It it as it does the collagen, there's that collagen synthesis where the fibro fibroblast proliferation and I'm not even going to say that word, epithelazization.
And it shows you I've got it four stages of wound healing there. The hemostasis, the inflammation, the proliferation, and then the maturation. And as your wound gets healed, it reduces the wound area and healing time significantly versus standard care proliferation and epithelialization.
Say that 10 times. It reduces wound area healing time significantly versus standard care. And it is also beneficial for oral mucositis and radiation dermatitis like if you're having chemo or whatever or even a bad sunburn because you spent too much time out in your garden in um your tank top or your bathing suit and you got a bad sunburn or you know skin irritation there and as well as chronic ulcers.
There are some safety considerations that you really need to pay attention to. It is recognized as a safe device with minimal side effects when used as directed. Um, and each unit will tell you how to use it. Non-invasive and well tolerated in most populations. You know, people that are photosensitive, um, that type of thing, you know, you got to check with your doctor. And this is not medical advice. Um I would talk to your doctor about that you are going to start this just so that they can document it and you can let them know uh how your journey goes with red light healing and they will also know if there's any contraindications even though it is a new modality on the market although it is trending. Um, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have epilepsy and seizure disorders, you want to check with your doctor before starting it.
Now, this some units do have flashing lights. Um, my unit does not have flashing lights, so I don't know that it would necessarily affect epilepsy or seizure disorder, but there are many types of devices. And they there are also devices that are not only red light, but they have blue light. I've heard some things that maybe the blue light can have some harmful harmful effects, but I have not gone down the rabbit hole on that one.
Certain medical conditions or medications may require um precautions such as like if you're getting treated for acne or something and you've got to take something [clears throat] that impacts your skin, uh you might want to make make sure that you check with your doctor and always get devices from reputable manufacturers. And I would look for the FDA. Um so that you know that it's just not somebody building one in their backyard or in their garage. Um so that because they are you know there's testing that goes into it and and you know regulation and you don't want to be hurt. Ensure that you take I uh precautions protection precautions. That means um on my unit they sent me a special pair of sunglasses. Now they're lighter than my sunglasses, but they block out just the red light. So if I wanted to, I could read a book or, you know, scroll, but I want every single bit of this light. So I don't do that. So once again, ask your doctor if you are pregnant or have epsilo epilepsy before using photobio.
uh modulation therapy.
So, let's summarize it up here. So, I'm just going to say red light is a promising non-invasive therapy with growing clinical evidence. Benefits include de reduce pain and inflammation, enhanced cellular energy, better sleep, faster tissue repair and wound healing.
It works uh primarily with the mitochondria and supports natural repair processes and evidence strongest for certain pain conditions, wound healing and emerging sleep quality. Always pri prioritize safety. Consult your doctor especially with pregnancy or epilepsy and further and watch for further high quality research because this is going to be continuing as it is just now trending.
And so we will hear more about the wonderful things that it can do as well as things that we should be um aware of.
And here is the reference page. And like I said, this will be up on uh celestialreport.live um whenever it gets up there either today or tomorrow, I would I would say.
So one other thing that I want as you're as you're exploring this um option for a modality uh there is there are units that are topical spot or you can get certain body parts uh you can get around your waist around your buttocks and thighs almost like a workout type thing but it has the red light in it. You can get the ones, as I mentioned, over the head. Um, there's also neck ones. You want to have ones that have a high density of the red lights. Now, some of the cheaper models, yes, you can get them cheap. They're kind of like knockoffs in a way, and that is not going to give you the benefit as much because it's a bunch of It looks like those drone shows. If you've ever seen it like on the 4th of July when you saw all those drones, you know, they were pretty close together and they did all these things. They worked together. So, you want one that you know they're not like 2 in apart or an inch apart. You want them speckled in there pretty good. And then you also want to look at what are your health goals with it. And so some of them, you know, maybe you just are interested in your skin and you don't want to get deep into the circulatory and the muscles and the nerves. Um you so you you could do like with a just a maybe a knockoff. But if you want some real medical quality modality, then I would suggest um a higher as high as your budget will allow as and just check for the FDA so that you because you don't know like are you going to have surgery next year?
None of us has a crystal ball. So anyway, it's good to get the best device possible and then experience those uh healing benefits that I'm already experiencing only having used it for a week. I'm just really pleased um with of all my devices, I think this one is the one or at least it was the right device for the right time in my life and my situation. So with that I am going to go to the chat. Remember um please no questions about um other topics. I'd like to just focus on this so that we're not all over the map. You can ask those questions tomorrow if you want to jot them down. So let's see.
Remember if you have a question put a question mark in front of it.
So rush hours and I went to a dermatologist and had to stand in what looked like a tanning bed and got 30 seconds of red light two times a week for three weeks and it cured my skin condition.
That's great. That's great. So, this is is kind of like a tanning bed only it's like a sleeping bag with all like I said the red on top and the red on the bottom and so you and it zips out so it's not like you know I like it better. I've seen the glass ones that you just stand there and let's say you could like scroll as you do it. Um, there's also and this one actually if you wanted to do I'm not a yoga person, but if you wanted touching or whatever, but I I need it for the inflammation and the pain right now. So, I want to just be enveloped like a cocoon in it. But I but lots of people use it. Maybe when I'm past the stage where I'm at, I can use unzip it and have two separate units and I could do some exercises.
um on it and still get the benefit of the red light.
Uh so the device that I discerning I 007 I got the megalan me ge l i n and I've been pleased. The second day I got it the one of the controllers didn't work. The only thing that was a hassle is they do have 247 uh uh AI support. And so we started that conversation. Uh they wanted me to send a movie and I thought the thing is that you [laughter] the controller is not working. How do you take a movie? But it was a 3-second movie. I did it and then they were really prompt and set that uh sent the replacement um controller to me and I am buying a separate controller just so in case you know things happen you know it's electronic so things die and at least at this stage I want to be consistent with my red light therapy use so I did order a second one I think the second one was they're $50 a piece. So, um there's others like I said, look for a a FDA and then, you know, you could get a whole unit, but they also have these, you know, spot, you know, lumbar face, you know, they've got, you name it, they've got them. It's amazing.
Uh let's see, Penny Blue Blumenthal. Um, so some that's why you want to get a FDA approved uh device because some of the inferior ones do throw off electromagnetic frequencies, but these are actually in a particular frequency and I really do believe the FDA is holding them to the fire on that. So, um, and usually in the description it will say it does throw off EMFs or it doesn't throw off. So, you know, that might not be on the front advertising page, but if you look through any descriptions of the product, um, I have found as I was investigating which product I was going to buy that they do say yes, it throws off EMF, which I don't want, or no, it doesn't.
Let's see.
Discerning 007 or could you provide the specifications for the uh device to look at? I would just go to the megalan me ge l i n site and look for the sleeping bag one. It looks just like a sleeping bag. And you'll see when they fold it back that it has all the red the little red um nose or what how whatever they are called. I'm still I'm still learning the terminology or the lingo for it. Let's see.
Uh lemina um inflammation that crosses the blood brain barrier. Yeah, when you when those cytoines get rolling in your body, not if you have a small area, but the last year, one reason I have not been around is I was dealing with incredible inflammation. I basically had a wildfire after my surgery that that I was having difficulty putting out and you know, doctors really didn't have any solution for it at all. And so uh and then what I started noticing, what you'll notice if you have generalized like all over your body is inflamed. I started noticing that I I it wasn't brain fog. It was like um noise in my head. Not that I was hearing anything. It wasn't like tonitis, nothing like that. It just like I'm laser focused and sharp. And you guys know with all the research I do, I like am studying and researching all the time. And so I just found that I was slower and my retention wasn't quite as well. And now it's like now that the inflammation's getting addressed now everything's quite, like I said, it's tapped down and it's much better.
Menitis. Well, that's bacterial. with menitis, you know, go see your doctor.
Um, if you have a headache, I didn't I didn't have a headache. Mine was just plain and I was under doctor supervision the whole time. So, um, menitis, you need an antibiotic, but you have to go to the doctor. Um, I would not treat that. But like I said, uh with lowd dose stuff, um you can go the pharmaceutical route for inflammation. But if you can do something like light and we are in an amazing time where light uh is used for both healing and for the glory of God as well as the um using it as like direct energy weapons. So it can be used for harm as well. So I hope that helps.
Let's see.
Lyanna, it's nice to see you, too. And that's that's fine. Better late than never. It's no problem. You can catch it on YouTube later, the full the full one, or you can watch it on celestialreport.com as well. Um, any brand or website. I should have got the top five. There's one that starts with a V vena or something. I think it's V E, but I don't know the last. But mine is megalin. M E G E L I N. And like I said, they've got all the different ones that you want. You might not want to use the one that I'm using. Um that's the counting the day six. That's the one that I'm using is Megalin. And I'm very pleased with their customer service. Oh, by the way, they do have live customer service. It's kind of different hours, maybe like 10:00 to 8:00 or midnight or something like that, but it's Wednesday through Sunday, which is kind of strange, but they do have like my controller went on it died when it was the weekend. And so I did was able to address my concern and the next business day they shipped out a new controller.
No questions asked. They just all they asked was for a little video which is like 3 seconds. They're not asking you to send a huge video.
Um what about the paddles they are using in salons? Are those good? I don't know.
I've uh you know a salon is like at least two hours and North Dakota is pro I don't even know if they have an upper scale salon in North Dakota. It's a bunch of cowboys and ranchers here. So I don't know about the pedals. I have no idea. That's going to be something unfortunately you're going to have to research on your own.
Um well um cat I am it it I it was not my experience that it caused harm. It has really been after a year of trying you name it and it was just uh it was getting worse. Um, this has been the first light at the end of the tunnel for me. Just me. Like I said, it might not be. I'm not making any promises. I'm just telling you my experience was it was such a blessing. And I like now I get up in the morning because it will reset your the circadian rhyth rhythm which is your sleep pattern. And I have found that to be true. Let's see. Lynn, um, U6P. I just received a handheld for my face. Wavelength was 633 to 830. Um, is that a proper red light? So, probably for your face, yes. Uh, you could, um, because [clears throat] the face, you know, it's unless you're like really a chunky chicken, um, it's going to get where it needs to go. um I needed things for my muscles and nerves and let's say I've got a little bit of padding from being sedentary for a year because of the inflammation and the pain. So, uh you know, the rest of my body needed the deep penetration which calls for a little bit higher of the wavelength. Not much, but uh yes. Uh Cat uh it was my right knee.
You have Cat has a rife machine that she won't use. Okay. All right.
Good [clears throat] morning. So, uh good morning, Humbult.
Okay, except we're not talking about rife machines right now. So, let's get uh off course here. Uh DD says, "I'm getting Let's see. I'm getting here late, too." God bless. Okay.
God bless you as well. Let's see.
Just found lots online. Rush hour reality. Yes, there is.
Um, Cat, please don't talk about other topics. Um, this is this is a warning. Um, because I I uh YouTube has community standards and I need to abide by those. And so I don't want, you know, I'm talking about one and I asked politely that we stay on topic. So, is this optogenetics?
No, because it's not I mean it's not really changing your DNA. Yes, it is using light and yes, it might as your everything gets healthier, it's going to improve um improve your genetics or your epiggenome.
Um, but I wouldn't say that it's traditionally op optogenetic, but I could be wrong on that. I do study in all my journals and stuff about optogenetics, but I've never looked at the red light specifically, but I did look into does it do damage to the DNA and it wasn't. It was the sources that I looked at that were academic um did not indicate that. Have you ever tried the castor oil? Yes, I've tried the ca ca um castor oil and no, we don't um I live in Yeah, we won't go to the I I am in not in a location that I am able to do Epsom salt baths. So, um you know, I know that people um Oh, it's it's okay discerning. Okay. Are there any other questions about red light therapy that you have?
No, we're not taking about talking about colonics.
Uh Elvia Mung I had lost 100 pounds this way and didn't get chemo.
Yes. Uh the body can heal itself and light because our God is one of light and light does heal. Um, so, uh, it doesn't surprise me that, you know, you you weathered the storm. You weathered the storm. Any other questions on red light therapy?
Okay. tomorrow. Get your questions ready because it is um the first live Q&A since I've been, you know, away for a while. So, have your questions uh ready.
No sacred cows except we must respect the community standards of uh the platforms that I'm on. You don't want to get me in trouble and have me disappear forever. So anyway, uh, Lamina, yes, tissue repair, yes, it does. And tendons, yes, I'm finding, yes, in my experience. Um, how long is each session? Uh, that's a great question, Jubie. Joe, um, so you start out on mine, uh, it's 30 minutes on the first level. It goes to five levels and then you can make it an hour, two hours, three hours, but you don't want to overwhelm your system. You want this to be a gentle experience. It doesn't you don't want to bash it, you know, you don't want to bash your body. You want it a gentle healing like the good Lord would would want for us. So, uh, that's, you know, so that's the thing I'm do spacing mine. So next or well actually tomorrow I am going to go up to bump it up to two and just do it for 30 minutes as well. So let's see um Dor Dorrett Lions that's great question too. Um, all I can say is I have not had any negative effects um from the use. I know that LED is not good for us, but I'm not really looking at this [clears throat] and the light spectrum itself is healing.
But you could look in [clears throat] Sorry about that.
Um, you could look into some studies on that, Dorrett, and and ask about is there any harm with red light therapy uh using LEDs and then, you know, you'll be able to find out. You could even ask uh chat GPT um or Grock. But always understand you got to verify. Um, so do source in link because you want to make sure that you see the source and you want to make sure it's reputable and that they don't have an agenda.
So would you let's see somebody Elvia would you recommend the red light therapy? Absolutely. I am having a a wonderful experience. It's worked in my case and quite frankly my body was wreck uh incredibly fast like hypers speed and I'm so pleased and excited. Um now will it carry me the whole way? I don't know.
You know, I don't know how far it's going to go, but I feel like a whole new person than I did before I started it.
And I was very frustrated because um with all of I tried every supplement.
I tried everything that I all the modalities that I had and I was not getting better at all. And so I'm really excited about this particular one.
Let's see what about nose issues. They do have a face. um one that just goes on your face. So, if you went to the Megalan me ge l i n site, you will see uh it kind of looks like one of those masks um that they use. So, I don't know what nose issue you have, but I would explore that. I did not look at the face one, so I don't I don't know all the specifics for the face. Let's see.
Well, Cat, uh, regarding the right knee, um, Whoops. I don't know why that happened. Hold on.
Um, hit the wrong button. Uh so there is last year and I reported on it lameness across species worldwide.
Um everybody like not everybody but I'm saying it does like all the different species are going lame and some of that includes pain, numbness, muscle stuff.
They're going lame. So, this is a global thing that's going on.
Uh, Jane, get me out of this crazy thing. It's megalan. Me ge l i n. That's the one that I have.
Let's see now.
Uh, yeah, we can have bad knees. It's not going to change the structure of your knee, but it it will promote like less pain, less inflammation, um less muscle uh tenderness, that type of thing. But it's not going to give you a 20-year-old body, unfortunately.
But these days, they probably could promise that, and I wouldn't take them up on it, quite frankly.
So, let's see.
That's fine, Dee. Uh, you can go to the NIH uh study uh or go to the NA NIH site and if you have a question and you want to see [clears throat] what does the what does red light do with LEDs or whatever your question is, does it help pain? Does red light therapy help pain? and they will give you all the studies and then you can mosey through them. You can look at the summary or you can look at the conclusion if you don't want to wade through the whole thing and it's free.
It's not chat GPT and you can see for yourself. Now understand one study might say one thing and another study might say something else. So you kind of have to know that there's varying opinions.
Um, so I hope that helps.
Let's see.
Lim Lemina, sorry about stumbling over your name. Do you have to keep your eyes open during treatment? No. I I close my eyes. Um, that's a good time for prayer uh for me. And it's nice because I'm not doing anything which is rare in my life.
I'm always active. So I just quiet my mind and I pray [clears throat] and so it's a good experience. So no, you don't need to keep your eyes open. And there are there is there it comes with the eye protection.
Um well ti uh you might be surprised that I'm using it but um if you knew the uh alternatives that I was facing um I light I believe in that God created red light and full spectrum light and I wanted to just see what it would do and you know me I experiment on myself and then I share with you oh so I'm just saying For me it helped.
So Spirit Rise is using a LED uh face mask for five weeks for facial redness and from and from the first I noticed some slight improvements. Great.
Yes, I did hear spirit rise. I didn't go into it too much because I don't have too much pigmentation, but it does supposedly from what I hear like reduce, you know, kind of um reduce some pigmentation.
Okay.
Hold on.
Just a sec here.
Yes, Julie Russell. Any tool at our disposal is you needs to be responsibly used and um you need discernment. So always always use your discernment and trust and verify. Always okay.
Oh, Humpty Bumpty, I'm sorry to hear that about your inflammation.
