The video effectively exposes how administrative "blind spots" between local councils allow environmental hazards to accumulate without accountability. It is a powerful illustration of how bureaucratic friction can lead to the systemic neglect of our shared spaces.

I Found A Massive Hidden Fly Tipping Area Full Of "MEDICINAL PLANTS" - Stuck Between Two Councils -Added:
Oh yeah.
Wow. Just at the end of the M57. The turn off you take towards Witness and Runorn is quite a lot of that. So this is like a little layby.
It used to be some sort of road. You can still see there remnants of you know what it used to be. Turn left. I think it was before that interchange was built.
But I was just coming back from filming another video in Heon and I've just come across this and I thought, you know what, it would be absolutely rude not to stop and film it.
Jesus, I've never seen so much crap here before. I've done a video on this in the past. Not the flight tip, but there's a little underpass tunnel.
Wow, this is a lot of flight tip. And I didn't realize it was going to be so bad. I just seen it. I when I come down before to go towards Heon to film um the King George Video, I just glanced over and seen this and I thought, you know what? I'll have a little look. Little did I know.
OMG, it was going to be like this.
I mean, it's it is a regular spot for flight tipping, but I've never ever seen it so bad. And it looks like some of this stuff has been like here for quite a while. This is absolutely bloody horrendous.
All sorts of crap here.
Wow.
the building mate and stuff. Or is that just the bags?
Wow.
Needless to say, I am impressed.
So, I don't quite know. Is this is this still Nosley Council or is it Holton? I don't know. Um I don't know. um Halton Council or Nosley Council need to get their act together. So yeah, this is like an X kind of road. This leads you down to a footpath which is currently like disused.
And uh there's a underpass that goes under the Newstead farm interchange. And this looks like an old possible slip road before they built that.
Looks like it came up here.
Right. So, as always, let's have a quick shifty through it. See if there's anything of value being thrown out.
photocopier.
I say some of this stuff looks like it's been here for quite a while. You can just tell it's not like fresh. All this stuff is all, you know, and look at it. It's out the way, hidden out the way. So, whatever council this is, which I'm thinking it's Nosley. I don't know cuz there is a sign over there saying welcome to Nosley but that's that way where the 57 runs I said just come from heighten now come off the slip road and there's a little layby where you normally see like taxi drivers or lries parked up and stuff like that but I've never seen this so bloody bad goes all the way down there as well all crap thrown in the bushes and that there's a little cat toy there I would not let my cats near that.
Some bloody germs and disease on that.
But wow.
That's been there a while.
I mean, look at it.
Very soon it will come up to that little layby there where me car is.
But I just thought I'd jump out the car and have a little look. I originally thought it was only this. I thought, yeah, I'll have a quick look. There's a couple of couches here. There's whatever there. And as I said, I've turned around the corner and omg, it's opened out to probably one of the worst flight tipping areas I have ever seen.
I think we've got the usual cocoa fiber for growing the al ganja.
Yeah, there's a couple of plants there.
Couple of ganja leaves.
Oh yeah.
Wow.
That's that's strong now.
All the plants are all dead.
If you do get a leaf that's dried out now that you could probably stinks. I'm not expert, but you could probably smoke that.
Look at that.
All these bags now are just completely full.
I'm not going to open them, but they're all full of like dead plants, buds, and whatever.
That is a bloody hauling after. Wow.
Right, I've had enough. Some of that stuff absolutely bloody stinks.
I mean, if anything, it's a fire hazard as well. I know it's all wet now, but someone comes and puts a match to that um could shut this carriageway off and just cause all these trees to go up and stuff like that. So, whatever council it belongs to, uh Nosley or Halton, I'm not quite sure.
Get your ass down to the little layby just off the M57. So, this is where I am for that stinks.
Pure ganja. So this one I am for context.
Let's have a little look. Hopefully I don't make anyone crash.
Yeah. So the new interchange is just there. And that way is Witness and Runorn. And on that note, thank you very much for watching and I'll catch you all in the next one.
