Claude's Super Bowl Ad Backfires

[00:00:01]With Claude, I didn't quite switch at that moment, but I said during the Super Bowl Codex put out a commercial with all this very uplifting optimistic like imagery and it was all about how anybody was a builder and I remember thinking to myself, "Oh, that looked cool. Codex is cool. And it empowers people. It empowers me. I'm excited about this."

[00:00:21]Anthropic put out a little hit commercial making fun of Open AI about possibly putting ads in their responses, which wasn't even true. So, they spent all this money on a Super Bowl ad, but it brought me back to this idea in Mad Men and when they're they're debating the lemon ad for Volkswagen and Don Draper goes, "Yeah, you may not like it, but we've been talking about Volkswagen for 20 minutes now." And all I was thinking was Codex made me wonder about Open AI and Claude's commercial bashing on Open AI made me think of Open AI. And so, I was like, "Wow, what a faux pas."
