[00:00:07]One of the world's most critical oil arteries is disrupted [music] with ships no longer moving freely.

[00:00:13]For India, heavily dependent on Gulf energy, that is a serious risk. But amid all this, >> [music] >> the UAE is quietly building another oil pipeline, one that could nearly double its ability to bypass the perilous waters of [music] Hormuz.

[00:00:28]In 2012, Abu Dhabi built the Habshan-Fujairah pipeline, a 380 km corridor designed to bypass the strait entirely. Today, it moves nearly 1.8 million [music] barrels of crude oil every day directly to Fujairah on the Gulf of Oman.

[00:00:46]But now the [music] UAE wants to go further. A second parallel pipeline is being fast-tracked, potentially raising Fujairah's export [music] capacity to 4 million barrels per day by 2027.
