[00:00:00]Every day I wake up and wish I was as delusional as the Spanish Empire. Their plan was to breed their way into Chinese leadership. This is literally what they thought their empire could look like.

[00:00:09]Now, this is what the Spanish Empire ended up looking like at its peak. And if my empire ever got this big, you know what? I think I'd be pretty delusional, too, considering maps like these. It's really not that crazy. However, they were talking about not only all of China, but getting the Korean Peninsula, Japan, Taiwan, the Philippines, even Vietnam and Indonesia. This is like absolute pinnacle of what they could have got. I doubt they would have got this though. This whole idea is called the Chinese enterprise. This was an idea they wanted to do during the 1500s to the Ming dynasty. They had just taken all of the Philippines islands. So why not take more of Asia? Basically all of it. Seriously, like China was the most populated place on Earth by far at this time and they were just going to marry their way to the top. Marry is the nice way to put it. They were going to smash their way to the top. It's kind of crazy to think that they actually would have gone through with this absolutely bonkers plan if it wasn't for just this one thing. this one little battle and that is obviously the English sinking their Spanish armada. But in a different universe, yeah, I mean maybe the Spanish Empire could have got this big. Keep in mind at this time they had a union over Portugal. So not only did they have the Spanish-speaking parts of America, but also Brazil, too. Imagine a Habsburg in charge of China. I feel like just taking over Japan is actually the most unrealistic part of this thing here. But if they were to actually grab control over the Ming dynasty, yeah, I mean, they're going to probably control Vietnam and Korea, too. Why not East Tammora to slap on top of it? Spanish king was the first person to ever say, "You met me at a very Chinese time in my life." Me too, bro. Me, too. Yes.

A head big enough to possibly think they could conquer all of the Bing dynasty.

[00:03:28]That's a good question. Would you rather be Korean under the Japanese Empire or Irish under the British Empire? What fate is worse? Does this imply that there were British samurai? Did Japan colonize Australia, Canada, and India?

They put most of their colonial efforts in getting all of Canada. Then they took this from the Americans, which I don't even know what's going on with the Americas. They're very divided. Oh, clearly the South won the Civil War.

[00:04:26]They still have French Guyana and they still have Haiti. But honestly, their territory in the Americas, I don't think is what makes them super powerful. They still have their classic French Africa from Algeria down this way, but they also have the Congo, Sudan, and Egypt in this universe. I'd say the big difference is yes, that is French India.

[00:04:43]Imagine a billion Indians speaking French now. My god. They still got Southeast Asia, but they also managed to take on Syiam and Malaysia cap LeBron James. And this would certainly be enough that the French would gain the title biggest empire in world history.

[00:04:58]What's funny is, you know, even the British probably still have a very good empire even in this world. It looks like they more than likely still have Australia and New Zealand. They might still have parts of Africa as well. It's just they're being unbelievably overshadowed by their biggest rival in history. Oh, they also have huge chunks of uh Germany and Belgium. Forgot to mention they have some of New England.

[00:05:17]They also very smartly decided to keep the Americas very divided. Look at how divided Brazil is. This is clearly before a great war or World War I because we have a you know pretty thick Germany. Definitely safe to say the ant mainly led by the French in this universe is going to win WWE. But you know what? They might have more say in the Treaty of Versailles. They might really punish Germany. Like Germany might not even exist after this treaty.

They typically refer to this century as the Victorian era. I imagine in the French version of this world, it's probably just called the Napoleonic era, which we we have that already, but it just is a lot longer spanning. So, the French basically have an entire 100 years named after their ruler instead. Here's some of the lore behind this very chaotic situation we've been put in. Makes me want to barf. [00:06:24]What if Rome had a history more like China's as of recently? A Roman warlord period that occurs in 1925. So, first of all, we're assuming the Roman Empire literally never falls. Well, up until this moment, because it's certainly going to face maybe its biggest test yet. Remember that the Roman Empire in our universe fell less than a thousand years ago. It was around for longer than well, longer than it's than it hasn't been around. Does that make sense? I don't think it's that crazy to see the Romans maybe make it to 1925. The problem is they're going to be dealing with probably the most brutal civil war with the most casualties they've ever seen. Again, if you know a lot about the Chinese Civil War that happened in the early 20th century, you're going to see a lot of similarities. You've got all these different factions that are kind of occurring and trying to accumulate power. First of all, the nationalists, that's interesting. The Communist Revolution, which ends up winning the Chinese Civil War, and I'm assuming might end up winning this Roman Civil War. It starts all in Switzerland. Those dirty Swiss. It might also possibly start in uh Jerusalem. What? I wonder who's going to be the uniting force that ends up having all the warlords come together to take out an invader. For the Chinese, that was obviously Japan. They all had to put down their arms against each other and unite. But who is this Roman United front going to be fighting?

So whenever the Romans decide to unite against the invading force that ensues in World War II, the ideas of communism throughout the Roman Empire is going to spread and they will defeat the nationalists. Where are the nationalists going to run to? Where's the Taiwan going to be? Is it going to be Cypress?

Obviously, it's actually a really fun idea to think about. You know, this a massive Chinese civil war taking place, but this time in a Roman Empire with Europe. Yes. So, what is known as the Red Hatching is in Switzerland. That is their home base. Of course, the Alpines. What would be really crazy to think about is the ensuing communist Roman Empire. That would be all over Europe. Assuming that part of history still stays the same.

But you know what? It's also a world without India. Cuz remember, one of the biggest things that makes the Europeans so powerful is all the resources and wealth they are finding in the new American continents. Without that, they're going to continue to be choked off by the Ottoman Empire here. And also, China is just going to continue to be dominant.

[00:09:27]There's not going to be Europeans over here putting their filthy little fingers all over these ports. I don't even know if Iran survives this situation. Unless the Ottomans and Chinese agree just to keep this buffer state there. Why is India not here? That's what I'm confused about. I love that the Ottomans have just Wait, is that the Ottomans? This looks like Madagascar. Oh, no. The Ottomans have colonized Madagascar. And I guess they colonized this part of Australia. The Ottomans and Chinese have decided to divide up the Australian continent. The Ottomans are also the ones that are colonizing most of Africa, although the Chinese are here slightly in South Africa as well. The Chinese continue to vaselize many of their neighbors like Korea to Vietnam to the Philippines to Malaysia. The Holy Roman Empire is super splintered. So, I don't know how much longer they're going to be able to keep the Ottomans out. There literally needs to be like a Oh my gosh, there's Chinese vassals in Iberia. Okay, this is absolutely ridiculous. And the Empire of Kazan, I don't think they're just powerful enough to take on the Chinese. The Swedish Empire looks pretty good though. I think it certainly helps the Ottomans without an Indian subcontinent here. Maybe it helps the Chinese as well, but you know, they've always been walled off from them. I think the Ottoman Empire might be they can expand in so many different ways. I don't even know what way they'd want to expand into. I may be getting more of the Empire of Kazan. There's just significantly less real estate in this universe without the Americans here. Who ends up winning out? I would bet more than likely China, but it really depends on how much more the Ottomans decide to conquer. If they take on all of Europe at some point, well then, okay, yeah, they might be the more powerful nation for sure. I love how Afghanistan follows the Russo Anglo border agreement. Yeah.

[00:10:49]Like the only reason why Afghanistan has this weird tail is to keep England from and Russia from bordering each other in where was supposed to be India. Burma kind of looks like India in this universe. Remember just removing the American continents makes the world smaller in a certain way in terms of real estate. But if you really want to make the world smaller in terms of population, yeah, removing India is certainly going to do that. India and China have always been some of the most populated places on earth throughout all of history. So, I like that he did it in two different ways to make the world smaller, not just by removing real estate. Also, people Europe, Great Britain, France. No, freak that. Who you picking, the Ottomans or Chinese global?

What kind of effect would uh Asia have without India? With all the religious influences and other things that India contributed to the rest of Asia, it would be just a completely different place. America doesn't exist.
