[00:00:00]This year Charlotte City budget proposal did not include any funding for Safe Alliance. That's a non-profit that works with domestic violence victims. And without that funding, the $400,000 almost that they received last year, their 24/7 hotline would go away. So today we're here at the government center in uptown hearing from city council members about changes they want to make to the budget. That is number one on a lot of people's lists.
