[00:00:07]It's not predictive, it's not diagnostic. What you have to look at are the different kind of advanced lipid panel. What's the amount of oxidation that's occurring to the lipoprotein particles? The particle size, number, and density. All they do is give you total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, and then try to treat you to normal. They don't want if if normal is the general population, I don't want to be normal. I hate how they always compare your blood results to the normal range.

You want to be like 95% of the people that walk around? 95% of the people walking around are metabolically unfit. 93% of Americans are metabolically unfit. Two out of three Americans have high blood pressure. Two out of three Americans are obese or overweight. I don't want to be normal if that's normal. I want to be optimal.
