In order for Utah to remain economically competitive, it must use the United Kingdom as a cautionary tale and understand that capital goes where it's treated best. And if you do not create the conditions for businesses to come and prosper in your state, those businesses will go elsewhere and take jobs, opportunity, and productive capital with them.
