Ngobese’s sharp interrogation exposes the deep chasm between government rhetoric and the actual collapse of border sovereignty. It is a sobering reminder that institutional accountability is the only cure for a state paralyzed by its own administrative failures.

Jacinta Ngobese LEAVES Ministers Scrambling After Brutal Presser!Añadido:
What I'm going to say here, I may be trembling on some cones.
So, please pardon me, Premier and the parliamentarians that are here. All of you know that South Africa in its position in the world, we are a global player. In Africa, we are the leader in terms of economics and geopolitics and therefore we are considered a big brother. No, you cannot be a big brother if you are unable to wield a stick that will make people be afraid.
Now, you may be asking yourself, what is he talking about and all that? How many of you will build a beautiful and expensive house and not fence it and protect it? I don't think none of you will do that.
Constitutionally the Saraban National Defense Force is mandated to protect and defend the country.
Now any home will display its character, its worthiness by the level of security that it places around it.
Now, if we're going to play big brother in Africa and therefore what we give for the defense force should symbolize that.
A lot has been said about the South African National Defense Force not being well equipped, not being resourced and all that. I'm not going to get into that. But I'm saying and I'm appealing to the politicians that are here that next time you sit down and debate, think whether you are protected or not.
because that grant that you're giving to the people out there, the education of your children and everything else will not materialize if you're not protected.
I'm sure many of you know that uh we are sharing our grants for the poor with people who are not supposed to share the grant >> and that is because we are not protected. Our borders are chorus and they're porous because you the politicians have decided you want a Mickey Mouse defense force.
>> Yes.
>> I'm sorry to say that. And by the way, the Udan general is here. I'm protected.
I'm not making a political speech by the way.
Oh man, that is the truth guys. You remember this old video, man. And you remember how furious the politicians were with General Map for just stating the truth.
And they were furious with this man for saying this that how many of you can build a beautiful house and not fence it. And we know that South African politicians they live in beautiful house that have massive fences. But the very same people that are living in beautiful mansions that are surrounded by high walls, they don't want us as the people of this country to say that we want this beautiful country of ours to have offenses too. They don't want it for us.
So they want safety for themselves, but they don't want the people of this country to say that we want to be safe too, just like how you guys are safe.
But no, it is only okay for the politicians to feel safe behind their high walls. But it is xenophobic for South Africans to say that we want to feel safe too in our own country. How does it make any sense? Because to me it makes no sense at all. I don't want to lie.
It makes no sense at all. But the politicians in this country, they have decided that they going to have a Mickey Mouse defense force. And that's why even our security cluster it is nothing but a joke. You look at these people that are leading our security cluster and you can see that our country it is a joke that essentially hates the people of this country because if you are the president of the country and you refuses to protect the people of your own country it means that you hate the people of your own country and that's what it means to me that you hate the people of your own country. How is it possible that we have the likes of Mamu Kokubay there? How is it possible that we have Enjima as the minister of defense? We have Banuisa as the deputy minister of of of of defense. We have Kumbave as the minister of the presidents. It tells you about what the general was speaking about here that this is the position.
This is the decision that South African politicians have decided to make to have a a a a joke of a security cluster in this country. This is the decision that they have decided to make. So yesterday these clowns decided to have a press conference about what has been happening in this country and let's hear what this clownish security cluster is saying about the developments in this country.
So from a national JCPS, we don't react to matches that are localized or within a province. So when it's a municipality, we leave it to that province, the local district to deal with it. When it's a province, it's the provincial dog that deals with it together with the the the teams. But what brought us one was that the matches were now starting to be national. So that's how we draw our attention. drew our attention because they are now on all the almost all the provinces that they are marches but again as minister muta they are starting to be violent. So >> where is this violence that these people are talking about guys is there any violence that these people are talking about?
Where is this violence that these people are talking about? You know, ever since, man, I have started to cover this specific topic, man, I don't think that there's a single thing that actually drives me nuts than hearing the politicians speak about the non-existence violence.
There's nothing that literally drives me nuts because I know that when these people are doing these press conferences, the international media is watch.
When these people are doing these press conferences, the international community is watching and how these people loosely say that South Africans are violent. It is something that I just cannot wrap my head around. I just cannot wrap my head around. So they are saying that no South Africans were protesting locally. No, it is fine. We didn't care because we didn't think that march and march can actually ignite South Africans to get out of the streets and actually protest.
We didn't think that it was going to be a big deal and we thought that it was going to be couple of days but now that South Africans are marching every day and more towns and more cities are standing up to say enough is enough.
These people have got our attention. So these people we believe that they have now become violent. Where is this violence that these people are talking about?
>> When their peaceful marches are crossed we would not draw our attention.
uh will monitor will follow but once they become violent then they draw our attention as well. So that's that's the issue but in the meeting I must highlight that another organization there I'm not going to say which one actually flagged that their logos are being used wrongly.
So they were urging us to pay attention because they do think that there are people with ulterior motives utilizing their logos wrongfully.
That worries us. Meaning that >> so those people that you say are being used are idiots. They cannot see that they are being used and you guys can see that those people are being used. And why cannot why can you not mention the name of that organization?
Because I think right now by the way things are going in this country the like now it calls for transparency. You guys should be transparent with South Africans but >> within their organization and this is what we were raising with them that you do not have the capacity that the state has to be able to analyze to be able to detect even where you are infiltrated.
So where is this capacity of the state to actually see that this country has been infiltrated?
Where is this capacity that you guys are bragging about? Because you guys there in the cabinet, you like to to brag about this capacity of the state, but we don't see it when criminal underworlds are doing as they please. We don't see it when the criminal cartels are doing as they please. There is no capacity. There is no this capacity that you guys are talking about. So where is it?
Where is it? I remember even I think it was a few months back when Kuzun Javini said that no you know there are people in this country that are planning to have a credit and it is not going to happen because we are monitoring everything. I said guys how can you be so positive in monitoring the people that are planning the ketar but you cannot even monitor the people that are running the criminal cartels in this country.
How is it possible? So where is this capacity when it's needed and what is it exactly that you guys need for you to actually realize that this country of ours has been infiltrated?
What is it exactly do you need? What what sort of evidence do you need for you guys to actually admit that we have been invaded as this country and it is nothing but your fault. It is the ANC's fault for destroying the borders today.
It has become easy for our country to be infiltrated.
Amen. by anyone. Doesn't have to be sophisticated foreign intelligence or anything but somebody who can want to tarnish their image to tarnish themselves can enter into that so that the organizers themselves lose face. So they did acknowledge one organization acknowledged that their logo has been used wrongly. They're appealing for us to work with them to help them so that wrong things don't happen in their name when they >> What is that organization that you cannot even mention? What is the name of that organization that you cannot even mention?
>> Did not organize those matches. So I thought I should be able to reflect that the issue of balancing act yes is important and that's why we talk and we said to them we live in this communities we are our ourselves affected and perhaps even the society is affected by every >> no you politicians are not affected by anything but that's why you have been so complicit is because you have not been affected by anything. So please do not get slight us into believing that you are affected by anything that affects ordinary South Africans. You are not affected by anything. You are not >> everything. But there is a responsibility that we have as a country to ensure that things even where there's outcry of something those are done within the law. So there is a balancing act in terms of ensuring that voices that are rising against or raising concerns about their social economic issues. We even made sure we we said when you look at the challenges that we have for example there's unemployment there's issues of uh needs that people are looking for. If we are a family and I have a pain, when I have a pain, I'm likely not to point within my family.
I'm going to point at my neighbor to be the cause of my pain.
And that's sometimes that's what happens. So we do have the social economic challenges that we have as a country that we must address on our >> but those issues are not because of the foreigners. This is what you are saying.
It is our self-inflicted pay. That's what you are saying.
You are not different from saying that we cannot look at the foreigners in this country and saying that they play a part in the unemployment rate of South Africans. This is exactly what you are saying.
>> The economy is not growing.
We are not able.
>> Oh, the economy is not growing today.
Oh, the economy is not growing today. I thought that the politicians were arguing that having the foreigners in this country, illegal foreigners in this country actually helps with our economy.
So now why are we being told that the economy is not grow? I thought the existence of these people in our country was going to help us to grow our economy. But today we are being told that the economy is not growing.
Okay. able to create the jobs that we are supposed to. So they lead to unhappiness by our society and that's why working together we have a job to do as JCPS to protect the economy so that those who are investing can grow the economy and jobs can be there.
>> Oh please ma'am.
>> So that's part of our responsibility the issue of human rights. Yes. Because in the process, who is the authority to be able to determine this is a foreign national?
This is not a foreign national. As >> it is the state, but the state has failed.
And that is the truth. The state has failed.
The state has failed. says >> there's a reason why people today are in the streets and saying that these people that we believe are the illegal foreigners we are chasing them out and it's not like the people woke up today to say that no we are going to the streets we are fed up and we going to protest no people have been pleading with you to deal with this issue of the illegal foreigners but you have failed to deal with this issue of the illegal foreigners and today you have the cooners to say that who has the authority to determine whether people should be in this country or not. Of course, it is the responsibility of the government. But what should the people do when the government has refused to deal with their own responsibility? What should the what should the people do?
What should the people do?
What what a person literally sprays a paint on a human being.
But again, it's two ways. So we are saying there's a balancing act in responsibility.
>> I'm sorry man but you guys have actually mastered a skill of saying but not saying anything.
You have mastered the skill of talking but not saying anything. And I remember man last night, last night man I remember I was chilling with my friend and we were talking about these calls that the government is actually looking to deploy the military on South Africans. South Africans that are doing nothing but exercising their constitutional right of protest.
The government is now allegedly looking to deploy the military. You know how to show you how shameless these people are.
The South African government. When was the last time the South African government has actually deployed the military to deal with the people that have hijacked the buildings in the country? When was the last time the South African government has deployed the military to go into these borders that are run by the illegal foreigners and do what is necessary? But the South African government is always quick to deploy the military on its own people.
So now there are there are rumors that are spreading the word on the street that the South African government is contemplating deploying the military on South Africans that are doing nothing but exercising their constitutional right of protest. And when you think about the military, of course, you have to think about who is leading the so-called South African National Defense Force and this lady over here and is the minister of defense. I'm sorry guys, we are a joke to the rest of the world.
We are an absolute joke to the rest of the world, man. Can you just imagine, man? Like the intelligence the intelligence agencies, man. Can you just imagine Mossad the the MI6 the CIA looking at South Africa and analyzing what has been happening in this country and saying that guys who are in charge of the defense of this country and the first person that is in charge of the defense in this country it is mut can you imagine how hard the Mossad must be laughing at the fact that we have mut as the minister of our defense these People are laughing at us. We are an absolute joke to the rest of the world. Raaposa has turned this country into nothing but a joke. And it is clear that the intention of Raaposa is to turn our country into a hole country. Because why would we have as the minister of defense?
Why would we have out of all people out of all people in this country that you can appoint as the minister of defense?
We have as the minister of defense. We are a joke.
We are a joke to the rest of the world.
I I'm not going to sit here and lie to you. We are a banana republic. Our country it is a joke.
Just imagine that's why I'm saying that.
Can you just imagine these intelligence agencies man having conversation about the situation that has been happening in this country and saying that you know it is like the ground is fatile for us to do what is necessary in this country because we have the government of South Africa that has been poking the likes of Israel taking them to the international court of justice pissing off the Americans and now South Africans are in the streets the situation is like the situation is very fat The ground is fatile for these people to come in and destroy everything. The ground is fatile. And who do we have as the head of the National Defense Force?
It is Enjima. Can you just imagine? Just think about that for two seconds.
We have Enjima as the minister of defense. Man, every time I think about the fact that we have Enjima as the Minister of Defense, man, I I I feel like ripping my clothes apart.
That's how I feel when I think about being the minister of defense. Oh man. Oh my goodness man. I don't know what to do with myself. But I know that we are a joke to the rest of the world. I know it.
>> They want to march on the on the 30th.
It's fine.
>> People do not want to march on the 30th, man. the 30th it is the deadline that South Africans have actually said for the illegal foreigners to get out of their country. But the people are already they are already maring now.
They they are maring as as we speak. The people are maring now. And I I cannot stand the voice of I feel like this 2 minutes of listening to is going to feel like 20 hours of listening to her. out.
They want to march on the on the 30th.
It's fine because >> man, I cannot stand anything about I cannot stand her voice. I cannot stand her face. I cannot stand her wigs. I cannot stand her demeanor. There's absolutely nothing that I can stand about. Why did Raaposa appoint this woman to be our minister of defense?
Why? Why would anybody do that? Why would anybody do that? out. They want to march on the on the 30th, it's fine because it's within their rights to do so. But within those rights is to also remind each other to say it's a constitutional right to within the framework of the law.
>> Stop reminding us that it is our constitutional right to march. We know that it is the people's right to march.
We know that it is enshrined in the constitution for the people to march.
only police can ask for identity from people not any other citizen that goes about and say bus or not bus so to really confirm that they have the right so when they say watch the space I'm saying if the whole country can come out it's within it's allowed there are steps that have to be followed you have to notify police they have hey >> stop stuttering stop stuttering >> plan with you you must have marshals So it's not as if really you have to watch the space because it's legal. So there's nothing to watch for. It's legal. It just has to be done properly. So there's no need to hide and to panic and say watch the space. It's there. It's legal.
So there's nothing I'm saying it's it should really cause lots of anxiety. But let's just do it properly. So that as the minister is saying, we can protect the match. We can blend properly. We can ensure that we we protect property but also not take law unto ourselves because it's only law enforcement officers who have the right and responsibility to be asking for identities of people.
So people should not work outside them and that's what I was saying and I was saying to them come that there's nothing which make us fight if we South Africans over there will be a march on the 30th there'll be the 1st of July which would still force us together as South Africans to pick up the pieces and work together to build a country and that's what I was saying not that I was underestimating or undermining >> of course you guys are undermining of course >> the fact That's that's the I'm saying it's fine. She's in the law. Let's do it prop.
>> Oh, please man. Oh, please please please please please please please please shut up. Like I cannot take two seconds of your voice. I'm sorry. I cannot take two more seconds of the voice of M. I I you know the appointment of Masa man like it gets under my skin. It gets under my skin. Not many things in this country actually gets under my skin.
But man, having I mean like I just look at the fact that Ma is a senior of this guy.
Highly accomplished, highly accomplished a general map, the leader of M.
Ma.
The leader of Ma Go figure South Africans go figure. So yesterday March and March also did a press conference and we're not going to get into the whole conference because it was quite lengthy but there's an important 3 minutes that I think it should be important for me to share with you from Justin man. And I think we should pray for Justin. You know many people who like to say Thomas you know man I'm praying for you man. But I think the person that actually do deserves the prayers man it is just man. She has been forcing the South African government to work.
She has been forcing the South African government to work. And because these people have never worked before, they don't know what to do. They don't know what to do.
>> Contributes approximately 900 billion into the GDP of this country. This contribution is now shrinking due to the hijacking of our economy. The number of drug addicts has skyrocketed over the past few years and the government has done nothing to turn around the situation. Even those famous NOS's that are now rushing to save the refugees are nowhere to be seen when it's time to help South Africans who are destitute and in need.
We want to thank South Africans for chasing their country, for protecting their country. We have seen them rising from each and every corner, taking to the streets and on social media, fighting for their country every single day. And we call upon every single South African who's passionate and loves their country not to stop fighting until the end because in the end we will win. And very soon we call upon professionals, churches, influencers, progressive politicians, traditional leaders, and every single South African to rise and take to the streets to clean our towns, save our children, and not rest until the end, until we win.
We have a few demands that we have listed that we would like to put to our government.
We call upon the government to stop granting and processing the processing of all refugee applications within 14 days until the state has come up with an interim solution pending the process currently underway in respect of the white paper because currently there's no need for them to keep handing out refugee statuses when they know that their house is not in order. We call for the immediate and massive deportation of all illegal immigrants currently living in the country. And if they can force them to pay for their way back home, it'll ensure that they don't keep coming back.
We call for the the amendment of the law to enable the BMA to operate inland because for us it makes no sense to say that the people that are allowing pe the people to come in and know how long they should be staying in the country are not allowed to come into the country and take them out when their time has expired. We demand for the transfer of all immigration officers to BMA and for this to be legislated and of course for the increase in the number of um immigration officers in the country because 800 really is a ridiculous number.
We call for the urgent transfer of all border police to BMA because currently what is happening SAPS and BMA and SDF are not working together at the borders to make sure that um they are able to stop people from coming into the country due to who is calling the shots at the border at the time. So, it's better to just have BMA uh be the ones that have their own uh resources and their own uh personnel working at the borders.
I mean guys, can can can we just appreciate can we just appreciate can we just appreciate because these are the people that were insulted when they started to protest in and many people said, "Oh, you guys going to just protest for a couple of days." But look at what these people have done. Look at how much these people have ignited South Africans and woke up a sleeping beast. Because this is what I feel today, man. You know when I'm walking in the streets of South Africa, I feel like there was a beast that was sleeping and it has been woken up.
That's how I feel. Can we just appreciate just goes and she's more clear when she's speaking, man. Unlike those buffoons that are in the cabinet speaking about our constitutional right and reminding us to to to protest like peacefully as if the people are not already protesting peacefully. South Africans are protesting peacefully. They are protesting peacefully but for some reason they have decided to lie about us to say that there's a violence like people are being murdered. The foreigners are being murdered. This is what these people are saying. Pure liars man guys. What do you think guys? What do you think about what we have covered so far? Please think in the comment section. Don't forget to hit the like button and the most important part.
