[00:00:01]Okay, Zionist is the technical term for those who think that Israel is has still the modern day nation state of Israel is number one the same group as the the people that God made a covenant with. So strike one is misidentification of who modern day Israel is. Strike two is bad theology where they say that that modern nation state has maintains a special relationship with the Lord and that means all the promises that he made to Abraham's descendants are still in effect for that nation. And then downstream from all of this is the idea that that means every earthly nation must honor the modern day nation state of Israel. You basically adopt the view that they deserve the piece of dirt where they're living now. So you think that people should have a place to live.

[00:00:47]All people groups on the planet should have a place to call home. Okay. And they're allowed to defend it. And they are allowed to defend it. They're not allowed to commit every act under the sun within within the bounds of defending it. Genocide is still genocide. It's a misunderstanding of of the covenantal promises. Yeah, they're ultimately fulfilled in Christ. In Christ. In Christ. Yeah, Christ came through the Jews. So all the promises were given to the Jews for the whole world which includes the Jews fulfilled in Christ and therefore the promise of a particular land as Romans [music] 4 points out to us.
