All right, wow, that's a lot of lot of Spurs games. That's awesome. Okay, we got a dense fog advisory that's now in effect and you can see all the counties here in gray. Be careful out on those roads. Don't get too big of a hurry. Use those low beams and uh definitely don't want the high beams on for sure. All right, this morning you have drizzle, fog, slick roads, umbrella, rain jacket.
You're going to need those. We got a KENS 5 weather impact alert for this morning because of just the overall yucky weather out there this morning.
All right, high temperature today, I think we'll be pretty close to average around 80, maybe 81, somewhere around there. Uh we'll see a little sunshine, first time we've seen some sun since I think end of last week. Uh 96 is the record high set back in 1963 and look at the rain totals, the yearly rain total now 9.2. We've got a surplus and for the month 7.3.
Big month here in April. What a rebound.
All right, after this morning some drizzle, some fog, be careful on the roads. I think we'll see a little sunshine this afternoon, partly cloudy to mostly cloudy. High temperature around 80. If you're going out tonight also, temperatures will be in the 70s and should be a decent evening out there. All right, we've got some showers showing up on the radar, just real hit and miss stuff. About a 30% chance of measurable rainfall, mainly drizzle. You notice here we're using the radar site out of New Braunfels, there's just not a whole lot showing up here in Bear County, but we definitely have the drizzle. There are a few showers over towards Gonzales County. Visibility is 1/4 mile and that's one of the reasons why we've got the dense fog advisory.
New Braunfels at about a 1/4 of a mile as well. Over around Rock Springs 1/4 mile. Del Rio about a 1/2 mile.
Temperatures in the 60s pretty much area wide. High today at around 80, really warm across most of the country. It is cooling off though in the Rocky Mountains underneath our next system here. All right, as this system ejects out into the plains, it's going to be very far to the north and the trailing frontal boundary from this upper level system will be too far to the north, I think will help us out. No real strong disturbances. I mean uh I would give it maybe a 10% chance of picking up a thunderstorm uh into early next week. If one does develop, I think they will be quite strong. It's just rain chances just do not look very good as we head into the beginning of next week. All right, let's take a look at the future cast for today, little sunshine this afternoon.
High right around 80. Tomorrow morning we'll see a low temperature of 70.
Tomorrow morning another impact morning because I think we'll have some fog and some drizzle. Probably won't be as thick as this morning and then tomorrow we'll have some sunshine, high temperatures in the mid-80s and that really starts a warming trend. All right, look at the aquifer. You talk about a rebound.
635.3, it's still low, it's still bad, but it's gone up about 9 and 1/2 feet since Friday. So, big rebound on the aquifer. That's what a little rain will do for you. All right, molds 15, 20 and heavy oak is 30 and light. Tomorrow mid-80s, another impact morning tomorrow morning because of fog and drizzle. On Friday mid-80s as well. Saturday, probably some fog. Matter of fact, I mean we could have some fog over the next several mornings. It's definitely possible. And uh for Friday Battle of Flowers going to be very warm out there.
Fiesta Flambeau, maybe a 10% chance of a thunderstorm and Monday 10%. Otherwise low 90s for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and even into Wednesday and Thursday. Could have a frontal boundary around the 1st of May. Okay, let's check those roads.
What's happening out there, sir?
