Democratic institutions such as independent courts, congressional oversight, and public accountability serve as essential safeguards against authoritarian leadership, as demonstrated by multiple federal judges blocking presidential actions including the Kennedy Center name change, a $1.8 billion DOJ fund, and an IRS settlement, while courts continue to reject attempts to imprison political enemies and maintain the right to vote.

MAGA IN SHOCK! Trump’s DICTATOR Ambitions Spark Massive Backlash Across AmericaAdded:
Breaking news while I'm having a great day at the beach. Donald Trump is having one of his worst days yet at the White House because of three monumental losses. Wait until you hear this First of all, the Trump Kennedy Center is no more. A federal judge today ruled that Donald Trump placed his name on the building illegally and that it has to come down at once. The judge stated that the Kennedy Center was named after one president, not two, and Donald Trump's attempts to change that were in violation of federal law.
The second big loss is the fact that another federal judge has temporarily blocked any and all work from Trump, his administration, or his staffers on their $1.8 billion slush fund that they created for the {quote} victims of the political weaponization of the Biden Department of Justice.
Now, this order is temporary, but it's still a big win because it will hopefully give the time required to Congress to get their together and to shut it down for good.
Here's Donald Trump's third big loss.
There was nine headlining artists announced for Donald Trump's America 250, which is a celebration in DC on the 4th of July this year. And since the announcement of these nine artists, six of them have publicly came out, said that they never agreed to perform, and some of them even condemned the Trump administration before they all stepped down and said they wouldn't be there.
That's all for now. I'm back to the beach. Enjoy your day knowing that Donald Trump is not enjoying his.
>> Can't make this up anymore. Trump's Friday night just got even worse because of another federal judge reopening that settled lawsuit against the IRS. Oh, and investigating him for fraud and possible misconduct. Although Judge Williams closed this case out last week, 35 other federal judges submitted a request to her to reopen and investigate it looking for signs of misconduct and abuse of the legal system because, you know, setting up a $1.8 billion anti-weaponization fund to them just didn't sit right. In her statement reopening the case, she's not asking anything of Todd Blanche or the DOJ, only of Donald Trump. She also called out that the settlement appeared to run a foul of the DOJ's own policies that require settlements to be, quote, specifically limited to the immediate subject matter of the claim. Uh setting up an anti-weaponization fund and making sure that you, your children, and your businesses never get investigated or audited doesn't really fit in that, now does it? Judge Kathleen Williams has given Trump and his legal team, and again, only Trump and his legal team, until June 12th to respond to her request for additional information. Now, Trump being investigated for fraud, I mean, that's so out of character for him, isn't it? Not at all, actually.
He's been committing fraud for the better part of the last 50 years. And that's not an opinion, that's a legal fact. There have been settlements, there have been adjudications, and there have even been criminal felony charges. 34 of them specifically related to fraud that he's been convicted of. So, that's not an opinion, that is a fact. Let the ketchup keep flying at the White House tonight. Apologies to the staff there, though.
>> Trump is such a dicktator.
He finally responded to the judge striking his name off of the Kennedy Center. This one is a doozy. He says, "Shockingly, a judge appointed by Barack Hussein Obama, Christopher Cooper, ruled the Kennedy Center, which is going to close in early July for large-scale renovations and construction due to years of neglect, decay, and poor maintenance, and which was to be transformed by the Trump administration into the finest blah blah blah blah blah."
None of this matters. I mean, look at this. What What's this guy talking about? Like, this is insane. He is losing his mind over this. I would expect a full night of Trump AI rage posts coming here shortly into the middle of the night. But, he's going to try and have Congress transfer this to the Department of Commerce so he can make all the changes he wants himself. Instead of just going to Congress to get the funds approved for the renovations and all the renovations approved. This guy is a dictator want-to-be. It's so evident. Let me know what you guys all think about this. Let me know in the comments. Follow along for more. Share, and I'll see you back here for the 411.
>> I voted today. I hope you vote in your primaries, too. It really is the start of getting rid of MAGA in the House and the Senate in 2026.
And then getting rid of Trump and MAGA for good in 2028.
And as I was voting, I was thinking about where we are today. The good, the bad, and the ugly. I'm going to start out with a clip of the ugly.
>> The presidential leadership is really what's made this possible. [music] And your efforts on the reflecting pool are actually a great sign >> So, that's a really sick stuff. The other day in the White House everybody in the cabinet going around the room bowing down to their dear leader. It's completely anti-American.
And yeah, Donald Trump wants to be a dictator. And he's tried to be a dictator. That's the bad news.
The good news is that he's not a dictator yet. The sad fact is that America voted for this. Knowingly voted for someone they knew was a want-to-be dictator in an act of ignorance, stupidity misogyny, and racism. They decided that this was going to be their guy. The good news is that we voted for someone old, lazy, tired with half his brain gone. And his staff, he's brought in people all with smooth brains who are unable to follow through on these dictator wishes. I mean, when your brain trust is someone like Stephen Miller, let's watch a clip of Stephen Miller.
>> Draco goes in for a blood test when he gets a physical. Blood doesn't come out, instead soy milk comes out.
>> Yeah, he's evil and he's mentally disturbed. But, you know what?
He's just not that smart. And another break we've caught is that yeah, Congress has been leaky, the courts have been leaky, but those dams have yet to fully break. And I know you're skeptical about that, but hear me out. You can doomsay about Congress not doing its job. I do. You can call John Thune a coward, but the fact is that he has not broken on getting rid of the filibuster or passing the Save Act. Had he done both, we'd be on our way to a police state. And yeah, you can doomsay about how the courts are bending over for Trump, but the fact is that Donald Trump would like to put a whole bunch of his political enemies in prison. And so far, the courts keep saying, "No. No. No."
And we're still getting the right to vote. We aren't a dictatorship yet. I voted today. You need to vote in the primaries, too, if you haven't done so already. And then, we really are going to have midterms, and we're going to have a shot. We're going to have a shot at taking over the house, maybe taking over the Senate. We better. We better take advantage of it.
>> Um I'm going to read this to you because I want you to hear it verbatim from this article.
Congress quietly moves to integrate US and Israeli militaries in the first step towards shifting aid further into the shadows.
The House's 2027 NDAA would all but fuse the two countries armed forces together at a time when the American public is expressing unprecedented levels of distrust in the Israeli government.
Congress just proposed tying the US to the Israeli military more than ever before. Buried in the House's version of the 2027 NDAA released on Tuesday is section 224 entitled United States Israel Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative. The provision would arguably do more to intertwine the US military with the Israeli military than the more than $200 in military assistance Israel has received from us since the found its founding in 1948. Section 224 lays the groundwork for bilateral research and development co-production of weapons, joint ventures, licensing agreements, and seemingly every manner of US Israeli military industrial complex cooperation.
The US and Israel already work together heavily on missile defense, but this provision would greatly expand coordination to seemingly every area of defense tech including AI, quantum, autonomous systems, directed energy, cyber, biotech, and many more. It also proposes network integration and data fusion. In other words, the US military's data could soon be the Israel- Israeli military's data. If fully enacted, this proposal would provide a higher level of military industrial integration than the US has with any other country in the world. I don't think I need to tell you how frightening that is.
I don't think I need to tell you what you need to do.
This is something that the uh Republicans and but certain Democrats in Congress will absolutely love to pass unless they hear from their constituents how unfavorable you find it.
This article can be found on responsiblestatecraft.org.
I will put a link to this in my link tree, so you can go and read the entire article for yourself. Go in informed, but be ready to call your congresspeople immediately. Tell them that section 224 of the 2027 NDAA is against everything we as Americans believe in. We want less integration with Israel, not more, and certainly not this.
>> Okay, there have been several moments this week where it made it pretty clear to anybody with two eyes that Trump doesn't exactly have it all together.
It's not all with it going on there. And he held a cabinet meeting this week, and this was quite something because during this cabinet meeting, which he called on Iran, a war he started that we're still in the middle of, he spent 9 minutes talking about the reflecting pool. And I I am not going to bore you with the 9 minutes of the reflecting pool, but just a sample of this is just going to give you a sense of his frame of mind right now.
>> We have one in particular, a very long lake we call it, the reflecting lake.
>> The reflecting lake that he's referring to there, which is not a reflecting lake, is very much the historic reflecting pool that we all know sits in our nation's capital that he's spending a lot of money on currently. And where is that reflecting pool?
>> Between the Lincoln Monument.
>> Mhm. The Lincoln Memorial? You mean the Lincoln Memorial, not the Lincoln Monument? Okay, well, how how big is this?
>> You take a look at between Lincoln and Washington, you have the longest at 2,400 ft long. That's longer than the tallest building in the world if you set it on its side.
>> Okay, not 2,400 ft, 2,038 ft. Also definitely not the tallest building tall longer than the tallest building in the world, which is actually the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, and it's more than 2,700 ft tall. Does everybody know that?
Probably not, but if you don't know it and you're the president of the United States, maybe you shouldn't use it as an example.
>> You need to ask him. That's basically what Democrats say former Attorney General Pam Bondi told House lawmakers today during her interview about her handling or mishandling of the Epstein files.
>> And what she's saying here in her words and remarks is that it was Todd Blance, the current acting AG, that was leading the Epstein investigation. And quite frankly, all of the mistakes that we saw, the redactions, not protecting survivors, she continues to push that back onto the acting AG Todd Blance, who by the way was Donald Trump's former personal lawyer.
>> Pam Bondi responded to this allegation by the Democrats saying, "Not true. I praised acting AG Blance's management of this Herculean task. I said his ethics are beyond reproach and that he is an incredible Attorney General. We're going to know exactly who's telling the truth here very soon. And I'm going to tell you how we're going to do that in just a second. But before I go any further, let me be very clear. Pam Bondi did not sit for a recorded deposition like everyone else who's had to come in and testify in front of the House Oversight Committee about either the Epstein investigation or their knowledge of Epstein crimes.
What Pam Bondi did today was not a deposition. It was not recorded on video, and it was not even under oath.
What happened today was just a transcribed interview. According to the Democrats on the committee, Bondi came in voluntarily as a private citizen to answer these questions because she still claims that the subpoena she received to come in and be deposed does not apply to her because she is no longer the Attorney General. But curiously enough, the lawyer representing her today just so happens to be an assistant attorney general currently working at the Department of Justice. And that attorney was apparently very involved.
>> Who on multiple occasions stepped in and told the former attorney general that she was not going to answer those questions and especially when we ask questions of what the president directed her to do.
So the DOJ is in there right now stopping questions about President Trump and about what happened in the release of these files and why so many survivors were docs and their information of course released to the public.
>> So what do the Republicans on the House Oversight Committee have to say about all of this? Why is Bondi being treated differently? Why wasn't she deposed?
Well, I would absolutely show you what the Republicans said except none of them talked to the media because the Democrats say none of them even showed up to hear what Pam Bondi had to say today. The only Republican in attendance was Chairman James Comer, a Republican from Kentucky who just praised Pam Bondi for showing up today and would only say that he's holding everyone accountable.
>> I want every document. I don't want anything held back and I think the majority of the committee is the same way.
>> Does that answer satisfy you though if some documents are still always withheld?
>> Well, I don't know. We're going to find out and we'll come out and tell you what she said. We'll release all the transcripts and if anyone is lying to Congress that's a felony. We wanted get the truth to the American people. We wanted to try to provide justice for the survivors. Uh I and again this this case hasn't been thoroughly investigated. I think that's one thing that that we all can see.
>> The Democrats said they asked Bondi repeatedly if President Trump had any input into what Epstein files were and were not released and even asked her if Trump had any knowledge of Epstein's crimes.
>> She had the opportunity to say Donald Trump certainly wasn't aware of those crimes. She had the opportunity to say I know Donald Trump and if he was aware of those crimes, he would have done something.
Instead, she said, "I don't know."
She also said, well, this is a direct quote, "I'm not certain of the extent of his knowledge."
>> Bondi denied that, too, posting, "Misrepresentation by Waukesha. What the world knows to be true is President Trump banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago decades ago because he was a despicable creep." Democrats say their next step is to try and subpoena acting AG Todd Blanche. They want him to come in and answer questions about everything he was involved in, including that transfer of Epstein's co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell to that low-security prison.
But, they say Pam Bondi pointed the finger at someone they also now want to talk to, the director of the FBI.
>> Kash Patel is number two on the list.
So, Kash Patel is off multiple times that we have questions about the FBI, the way the files were redacted, why redactions were done so so messy, and why there was doxing that happened in certain cases of survivors. Fingers pointed back at Kash Patel, and so we have questions for Kash Patel as well.
>> So, how are we going to know who's telling the truth in all this? Because, while we're not going to get a video recording, we are going to see a transcript from Bondi's interview today.
We will get to read it word for word, and we will get to determine who's actually telling the truth about what was actually said today. It's unclear when we're going to see that transcript.
Democrats want it released today, but in the end it'll be up to Chairman Comer.
As for those potential subpoenas for Blanche or Patel, it's unclear if those will ever be issued because Republicans on the House Oversight Committee would have to also agree to issue them, which sort of sounds like a long shot, at least right now.
>> Okay, so we've got to talk about what's going on as basically Donald Trump is having an absolutely awful day. Um the courts are going against him, and no one will go to his birthday party. And yes, this is our news. So, first, let's start with the courts. Uh judge orders Kennedy Center to remove Trump's name from building, which is absolutely the right order to make. Uh Trump basically wants to get her own Congress, puts his name on everything, be it a passport, be it National Park pass, be it this new $250 bill. And I'm sure there's other things I forgot about just the top of my head.
Like like it's hard to remember all this stuff cuz this is so dumb. And yes, get his name off the Kennedy Center. So, that's what the judges are ordering. I get it done now. And he's actually getting pushed back from the another judge based on his he wanted to basically pay people for January 6th, right? Judge temporarily blocked the DOJ's $1.8 billion payout fund.
So, there's that. And you got to even another one where people don't go to his birthday party.
I told you guys this before. Basically, all of the musical artists, you know, for his state fair birthday party thing are pulling out. There might be a couple left, but you know, the the day is still young. We may get some more announcements. And then they need to get people to attend the UFC fight in front of the White House that they're building. You can see a picture of it right there. It says troops to get tickets to White House UFC event, but must meet weight requirements. So, I'm sure they'll find some people to do it to to want to go to this thing, but I actually want to read this to us with you together to hear sort of what they're saying. It says Pentagon recruiting troops to watch White House UFC fights memo shows. Okay. And then there's a picture. They are putting this thing up. And yes, it's ridiculous it sounds. You got the lights in there. You got the big archy thing and stars and stripes or whatever. And apparently, we're going to have troops there. And a couple things is that they need to be how can I say TV ready? That's according to this. It says the Pentagon is moving to recruit hundreds of troops to appear as spectators as President Donald Trump UFC the cage fighting event at the White House. And I'm kind of thinking they're not getting enough people if all they have left is like, okay, let's start getting the military to come, you know, be your be your audience.
And requiring those to attend to pay their own way, right? So, it's not I mean, it's free in sort of ticket, but you have to get out to DC yourself and meet height and weight requirements, which is a pretty interesting one, okay?
According to people familiar with the matter, uh the Defense Department in recent days has solicited troops across the services to attend the June June 14th event in uniform, okay? So, they want you to show up in uniform, but you have to be a certain height, certain weight. Uh officials are seeking junior enlisted personnel and junior officers specifically. So, I think they want younger people basically. Again, this is all for a, you know, they want to it's a TV show, basically. They want a younger, you know, crowd in there. Um according to internal messages, uh and make clear travel costs will be member procured.
So, if you want to go to this thing, you got to be young, you got to be certain height, certain, you know, weight, and then you're paying for yourself. I I I I don't know how many people are actually going to this. I mean, the whole thing is dumb, but you know, there's that.
Neither Neither Neither the Defense Department nor the UFC intends to pay their arrangement or accommodations.
Now, um you know, just to be fair, but let's say you want to do this stupid thing, right? Uh in my opinion, if you are going to have the military do it, the troops, probably should pay their way, but then do we really want tax dollars to pay for this stuff?
You know, cuz the whole thing is dumb, okay? I I I guess I guess I'll go with no. I don't want any money to go pay for any of this stuff. So, I I was thinking if you are going to have troops go, making them pay their way seems kind of lame, but having troops there in the first place is also lame. So, it's lame all around. So, there's that. Okay. One memo circulated within the Air Force stipulated that to be eligible, uh personnel must meet a current waist-height ratio and current physical uh fitness standard, okay? Troops are required to wear their short-sleeve dress uniforms, the memo added, okay?
Got to wear your dress. Uh another memo uh message posted on social media page popular with troops touched on similar themes and uh said they needed quick turn tasking, okay?
The White House event, a quick turn tasking. Tickets must be distributed to genuine UFC fans, not solely to high-ranking DVs. Okay, so you really got to like you like they I think they mean cuz this is a TV show, right? They want people to like be really into it.
That's kind of what they're going for.
Uh White House I mean, this is basically this probably kind of like a recruiting event kind of thing is what they're thinking I imagine.
So David Engel did not dispute that there is a search underway for service members who can attend the event. Great.
There will be one of the greatest and most historic sports events in history.
President Trump hosting it at the White House is a testament to his vision to celebrate America's monumental 250th anniversary. So I guess that's the official statement. A Pentagon person declined to comment. Officials with the UFC could not be immediately reached for comment. And then I guess that must be a current photo of where it's at. So I've seen different things with this.
Apparently there's more than one arch.
So you guys can see there's like two.
And then you have that big American flag and you got cranes etc. So there's that.
The mixed martial arts fights billed as UFC Freedom 250 is scheduled to occur on the White House South Lawn as part of series of events planned for America 250. Okay. It's also going to be Trump's 80th birthday so they said birthday party. Last year presided over the multi-million dollar parade. Yeah, I remember that thing. And the troops were invited into the parade. And and the thing with this kind of stuff is like well people that can talk like they're like yeah I did the parade and and we got it was hot it was stupid Trump was there. And they're going to tell their fellow you know soldiers so I'll be curious how many people actually do indeed show up to this UFC thing. Again, you're going to pay for yourself. And you know if if and you know if you're stationed way far away it's going to be kind of expensive because right now I'm talking about flights or gas it's it's not cheap to get around the USA. So there's actually significant cost that you're talking about and then you got a hotel room food etc. On Friday construction crews continue to work on the temporary octagon-shaped arena. Trump said the spectacle promised to be the quote greatest show on Earth.
Okay. The UFC has been popular with American follow troops. Okay, so I guess people do like it. With numerous active duty personnel and veterans competing in its cage fights. So I wonder if we're getting military to fight in the same sort of my my reaction there to that.
Dana White UFC's chief exec has said in recent interviews that about 4,000 people will be on the South Lawn with quote most of them serving in the military.
Interesting. Thousands more people are expected nearby for viewing party of fights on the ellipse. I see. So, to get to the actual fight, meaning on the on the lawn, cuz you have a huge security problems, right? You're right in front of the White House. So, let the general public right in front of the White House is probably not a great That's probably why they're going for military. And it's like I think the problem with this It shows how poorly planned this thing was.
Um because if you're doing this very, very last minute, I mean, I'm looking at the calendar here. We're uh recording this on June I'm sorry, May 29th. The event's on like uh what, June 14th? It's like 2 weeks away. You're like, "Hey, would you want to go to this event?" I mean, you should have You should have planned this stuff out way in advance, right? So, how are you going to get 4,000 people in there that are going to be safe um right in front of the White House? This This whole thing's crazy.
All right, what else to say? White House speaking to Time magazine recently said the event will cost his company 30 million to stage and defended as an act of patriotism. Okay. Um you can make anything political if you want. White told Time, "I love this country like anybody on the left loves this country.
I love this country like anybody on the right loves this country. This is basically me spending a S-load of money to celebrate the 250th birthday of America with America and the rest of the world." Now, you have to understand that um White uh has some interests at heart, which of course he does. Uh one of the big ones is he wants gambling laws and such in his favor because people gamble on UFC. And I think the recent thing I saw was like um how you uh do losses on your taxes. And I'm sure there's other things that he's involved with. Uh cuz the Trump people are approaching pre- prediction markets and other things. So, don't think that people just do this out of the kindness of their heart and their, you know, quote patriotism. Uh I I think even the, you know, biggest in MAGA should be able to understand when you're starting, you know, dealing with millions of dollars here, uh you don't just, you know, do something and expect nothing in return, right? That's not how this game is played. Um Trump has has numerous UFC events in the past. And telling the White House competition in the Oval Office a few weeks ago while flanked by UFC officers. "It's going to be the biggest event we've ever had," Trump said. "The White House doesn't really do athletic events for the most part."
And they shouldn't do that, right? Now, here's the thing. While Trump's doing his whole UFC thing, uh this has come out today. There's a new poll that says Trump's economic message isn't breaking through. You know, basically, um the economy's in in the tank, and it it's all across the board that people are are saying that. So, there's different polls on this one. This is a a one looks like Politico. It says Trump voters split on whether the president has protected Americans from Iran's war economic impact, okay? So, Americans overall in this poll has not done enough. 58% say that. Has taken sufficient action, uh 25%. 70% says don't know.
I always wonder who these people are don't know, but they don't know. Uh then you got to have the uh Trump has not done enough, 43. Has taken sufficient action, 43. So, it is split. And these are Trump people that this is a Trump voters have to do this. Uh 50% don't know. Harris has not done enough, that means that they think Trump hasn't done enough, uh 79 and then to 14.
Uh and then you got something like this, which I'm bringing this one up because this shows that at the end of the day, there's going to be a reckoning, and there's going to be justice, right? ICE agent arrested for January shooting of immigrant in Minnesota.
And I think this will be, you know, there's going to be many, but I think that that this is a a clear indication that if you're involved in Trumpy stuff, and you're doing the legal stuff now, um there will be stuff to pay. I'm I'm telling you there will be stuff to pay.
There'll be a lot of investigations.
There'll be a lot of questions, you know, just right after the midterms.
Sure, you got to go after the stuff.
Like, how many no-bid contracts are out there, right? How many people are insider trading? Any number of things uh they're going to be looking into. And this whole UFC thing is a complete joke.
And again, my initial reaction to this is shows how poorly planned it was. And um I think it's a massive security risk.
And and and and and I I'm not even just saying that. It's just It's just embarrassing and shameful this stuff.
And I'd I'd like to hear from, you know, people from around the world, if you're watching in Germany or France or Australia or UK or Canada, you know, wherever you're watching from, how would it go over if like your prime minister said, "Hey, we're going to have a big, you know, UFC event in front of your your capital building." I'd like to hear your thoughts like, what would local people say? Um, for me, I'm American and this whole thing is like a joke. It's It's just a total waste of money and ridiculous, but you know, maybe there's some Americans that are going to go for it.
We'll see. And uh we'll we'll we'll see already um, you know, they're planning it and artists have pulled out musically and uh looks like they're getting hard I'm having a hard time getting people to attend. So, that's my thoughts on this.
I'd like to hear yours and I'll catch you all in the next video.
