FBI Election Probe PANIC! Arizona Ballot Box FELONIES! Kilmar Crimes DISMISSED!Added:
Yes. Hello, my beautiful friends and welcome back. It has been a lovely week, but we're not done yet. We are jam-packed. Today, big updates. We've got news that the FBI is probing in Wisconsin. and they're talking to now police officers, people who are responsible for presumably transporting and facilitating some of the processes in the 2020 election. Very unhappy on the left that this is all happening. But we've got the latest news on that. We also had some flags that were brought to our attention courtesy of Har Dylan about people receiving multiple duplicate ballots, random ballots showing up to their homes, enabling them to open them and to vote and to return them because we have no voter ID or no real checks on this. There is very little list maintenance going on. People move, people die, and for whatever reason, they keep getting ballots sent to their addresses. And so we've got another letter from Har responding to this saying, can you please fix your frigin lists that we'll get into. We've got another decision out of Wisconsin and some updates on the grand conspiracy case that is now percolating out of the Southern District of Florida as the team assembles. Then we have more updates out of Arizona. We had a letter that was sent over to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors saying, "Now that the judge has ruled and said that Justin Heap, the county recorder, is entitled to have certain powers that were statutoily obligated to be his, you can't just set up random dropboxes and deploy those willy-nilly all over the state." And the warning comes down to say if you do that, you're committing election felonies. So, all of the updates on that and some updates and some clips from Ron Johnson and some other individuals who are keeping their eyes on our elections. And then rough news from an Obama appointed judge. We talk a lot here about how illegal aliens and foreign invader invaders how they come and they get a free ride all across America. They get free housing, free healthcare. They get maids when they're put up in the Roosevelt Hotel who will change their sheets for them and healthc care for their kids and of course educ all the things. And now they get an extra version of America called premium due process plus+ the ultra edition that many of us never would ever see like if you're a J6er or if you're President Trump doesn't apply to you. But Kilmar wife beater Abrego Garcia. His his wife said that he beat her and was in the middle of threatening her and the kids and all these things. Well, his charges just got dismissed by an Obama judge.
We're going to take a look at it and see what you have to say about all of this and more. It's a beautiful and lovely Friday and we're excited to have you here.
Thank you for joining us. I hope your week was outstanding. We've got some good business to attend to today. We are planning tomorrow on a full debrief of the Hunter Biden and Candace Owens interview. We have Garrett Ziegler joining us for a Saturday special edition tomorrow 5:00 p. p.m. Eastern time. I know a lot of people are not interested in that at all. I see the chat commenting about it and we'll miss you. No doubt about it. But we want to set the record straight. We don't want this guy to continue with his rehabilitation tour to go out on these various shows and just engineer something that is not accurate and not true. So Garrett Zaggler will be joining us tomorrow for a Saturday night special. And if you care to join us to watch Tulsi to watch Candace and Hunter get into whatever is going on over there, we're going to be here to debrief it. And if we don't see you there, well, we'll see you hopefully back next week.
But we got some other big news today.
And of course, this is terrible news.
Unfortunately, Tulsi Gabbard is resigning from the administration. She posted this letter today in a couple of different posts, her professional account and her personal account. She said, "Today, with great humility and sincere appreciation, I shared the below letter with President Trump. It has been a profound honor to serve the American people as DNI saying on May 22nd in a letter to the president says, "Mr. President, dear Mr. President, I am grateful for the trust you placed in me for the opportunity to lead the office of the director of national intelligence for the last year and a half. Unfortunately, I must submit my resignation effective June 30, 2026, so sometime from now. My husband Abraham has recently been diagnosed with an extremely rare form of bone cancer. Uh, cancer sucks. He faces major challenges in the coming weeks and months. At this time, I must step away from public service to be by his side and fully support him through this battle.
Abraham, her husband, has been my rock throughout our 11 years of marriage, standing steadfast through my deployment to East Africa on a joint special operations mission, multiple political campaigns, and now my service in this role. His strength and love have sustained me through every challenge. I cannot in good conscience ask him to face this fight alone while I continue in this demanding and timeconsuming position. While we have made significant progress at the ODNI, advancing unprecedented transparency and restoring integrity to the intelligence community, I recognize there is still important work to be done. Writing to the president, I am fully committed to ensuring a smooth and thorough transition over the coming weeks so that you and your team experience no disruption in leadership or momentum.
Thank you for your understanding. During this deeply personal and difficult time for our family, I will remain forever grateful to you and to the American people for the profound honor of serving our nation as DNI with love and aloha.
Tulsi Gabber, director of national intelligence. And so prayers up for her husband. Bone cancer, rare form of bone cancer. My understanding is it's extremely painful and we send our love and our prayers over to them and her family because he's going to be on a road ahead. No doubt about it. And cancer is the worst. We hate it. We've had it in our family. I know you probably have had it in your family.
It's everywhere. And so we pray for those all of our cancer survivors and those going through the battle right now. In her personal account on X, she said, "I am deeply grateful for the trust President Trump placed in me for the opportunity to lead OD and for the last year and a half. Unfortunately, I must submit my resignation effective June 30th. My husband Abraham has been recently been diagnosed with an extremely rare form of bone cancer. He faces major challenges in the coming weeks and months. At this time, I must step away from public service to be by his side and fully support him through this battle." So, thank you, Tulsi, for your efforts and may God watch over you and your family and your husband. Trump accepted the resignation. Obviously, he said today, unfortunately, after having done a great job, Tulsi Gabbard will be leaving the administration on June 30th. Her wonderful husband Abraham has been recently diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer and she rightfully wants to be with him bringing him back to good health as they currently fight a tough battle together. I have no doubt he will soon be better than ever. Tulsi has done an incredible job and we will miss her.
Her highly respected principal deputy called director of national intelligence Lucas will serve as acting director of national intelligence. President Donald J. Trump. And so an amazing sacrifice, right? To leave one of the highest positions in the world to go be with your husband, I think is incredibly honorable. And that's love, baby. That's deep. And we know that with Tulsi by his side, he's going to bounce back in no time. And of course, we're going to keep our eye on that one. So, some sad news out there today, my friends. We'll miss Tulsi definitely. She did a lot of good work here that we covered releasing a lot of documents that was exposing the deep state in multiple different facets.
And so now Aaron Lucas, I looked him up over on Wikipedia. There's really not much about him. And I think you would expect that he was the deputy director over there. And here's his bio. Pretty short. Seeing here now Trump announced he's going to be serving as the acting director of national intelligence. This is him. He's 55 years old. went to George Washington University and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M, Masters of Arts and International Affairs from George Washington, was previously deputy senior director for Europe and Russia. And he'll be stepping in to fill some very big shoes.
So, we wish him well as well. And of course, we're going to keep our eye out and our prayers out for Tulsi and her family. So, some sad news to start things off, but prayers over to the Tulsi household. and I'm sure they're going to be great. Now, we've got some other business to attend to. Starting over in Wisconsin and going back to 2020, the FBI is now probing police officers as it relates to the 2020 vote count out there in Wisconsin. And this has been percolating for some time. We're getting some new information now that it is expanding into the police. And remember back in 2020, the police were responsible for monitoring the movement of the votes. We had some interesting situations where the police would be almost acting like a caravan to take ballots and pallets of them or boxes of them from one location to another and help facilitate and ensure a proper chain of custody to make sure that person A, pole worker A, who gave it to pole worker B, who gave it to pole worker C, that it was all done without any breaks in the chain. such that somebody could insert some ballots or take out some ballots or pervert some of the evidence that was being counted back in 2020. And so we've got articles here from 12 ABC Wisconsin and a followup that was actually a couple weeks ago from the vote beat in Wisconsin and a lot of questions now surrounding Wisconsin, which was a pretty big margin back during 2020. And here's what the FBI is looking into.
They say now the developments come as federal agents are looking to also question former election officials. That was already done. We're going to go back on that one. But now it's also the police. You see this guy Matt Smith posted this one saying the FBI is looking to question multiple Milwaukee Police Department officers in relation to 2020. Now, the interviews have not yet happened, but they are expected to focus on officers who were present in Milwaukee central count location and polling sites throughout the city on election night. The officers have been told they're not the target of any investigation at all. The developments come as agents in recent weeks have attempted to talk with other current or former election officials. So, you kind of start at the top. Now, they're working their way through the police.
The Milwaukee Journal Journal Sentinel also reported agents recently interviewed Wisconsin Elections Commission deputy called Robert Kho.
Now, the Milwaukee mayor said, "I understand, quote, that the FBI has been reaching out to a city employees, possibly current, perhaps sometimes former as well." And the Democratic Governor, Tony Evers, out there in Wisconsin said Friday his administration was also unaware of any widespread FBI investigations. But another US representative called Tom Tiffany who's running to be the governor there, he backed the probe. He said earlier this week, whatever they're searching for, the investigation should be allowed to continue. And let's find out what happened here. If there's improprieties that happen, then there should be charges filed. If not, then you let the investigation cease. Now, in a statement obtained by this news entity on May 21, the Milwaukee Police Department said that they are aware, quote, that the FBI may be interviewing members of our department regarding the 2020 election.
And the chain of custody is very important and police are very good at following chain of custody because if they don't do that, then murder weapons get thrown out of the case. Then blood results in a DUI case are suppressed by defense lawyers. And so they follow it.
They make sure it's all documented and it becomes a critical part of a criminal case. So why would it not be relevant or critical in an election case? So a couple weeks ago, we also had vote beat Wisconsin digging into this. They said, "Here's what we know. The probe comes as the Trump administration is looking into 2020." And we've seen Cash Patel saying, "Hold on to your butts. stuff is coming.
Federal government's probe into 2020 has now reached Wisconsin with several current and former election officials, including multiple people in Milwaukee confirming they've already been interviewed or at least approached by the FBI. Now, the exact nature of the investigation remains unclear, though it appears to be around 2020. The AY's election investigations elsewhere in the country have been involving subpoenas like we saw in Arizona. We had pallets full of ballots seized like in Georgia.
Legal experts are still contemplating this, but Milwaukee County officials are nonetheless preparing for that possibility in part because they still have the ballots from 2020. They declined to discuss how those ballots are being accessed if at all. Those ballots containing identifying information would otherwise allow unidentifiable absentee ballots. Yeah, it's all those absentee ballots to be matched with the voters that cast them. The mail-in ballots, all of mco, all of m absentee.
Milwaukee is one of the few jurisdictions in Wisconsin that still has the ballots because people have been suing and they've been preserved. Now elsewhere in other communities whose elections have faced less scrutiny, other ballots were already destroyed.
Still, news of the FBI interest has created some confusion and so far the FBI has contacted multiple current or former election officials in Wisconsin.
They interviewed Robert Kho within the last few weeks. Interview was about 2020 asking him how it works. The agency also attempted to contact the election director called Michelle Holly. An agent showed up to her house and left a business card when she wasn't there.
Milwaukee County Clerk called George Christensen also criticized the agency.
He said, "While we cooperate with law enforcement in all legitimate, you don't get to decide what's legitimate there, George. We will defend against any attack on our democracy and will defend the rights of voters in Milwaukee."
Okay, so that guy's obviously guilty right there in my opinion. Agents also left a card for and called and texted a former Milwaukee election official who confirmed the contact over to Votebe, but requested anonymity, declined to say whether they responded to the FBI at all. Also, the mayor in Milwaukee, a guy called Cavalier Johnson.
He said, "Yeah, they're coming here."
The president, for whatever reason, they say, cannot seem to let it go that he lost an election. You can't figure out what the reason was. Maybe because he didn't lose it. That's a good reason.
Now, Wisconsin Election Commission spokesman Emily Miklos declined to comment on the story. Other officials declined to speak on the record. An FBI spokesperson didn't answer any questions. David Becker, who runs a nonprofit, said the government appears to be aimed at intimidation. Yeah, it's always intimidation. It's never about the accuracy or the truth of what they're doing there. He said, "If you think you're going to bring charges and prosecute individuals, you don't do anything the federal government has done over the last few months." What are you talking about?
Saying it's there's a statute of limitations problem. Yeah, that is true.
However, as we saw in Georgia, that statute of limitations was extended and the judge even found and discovered that in his order, the palace full of ballots in Georgia were seized. Abby Lel and Norm Eisen's law firm, they sued to try to undo that, to get their murder weapon back in their possession so that it could not be used as evidence against them. And the judge, one of their main arguments was, "They can't do anything with this evidence. So what if we murdered somebody? They can't charge us with that because the statute of limitations has expired." The judge said, "Nu.
Sorry there, bucko, Norm.
Actually, they alleged evidence that you perverted the files. You went back into certain digital files and changed them.
You may have renamed them or you may have actually gone in there and adjusted the image such that the hash files were changed. That is a continuation of the crime. That is another overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy. In this case, it's the cover up. So, you might make the argument that the so has already expired. There may be other reasons why it did not at all. and conspiracies relate back to the most recent overt act. So whatever you did in furtherance of the conspiracy extends the statute of limitations up until that most recent overt act. So even though he said that we're worried and those worries are justified, we've received requests from legal assistance from various election officials and they're all panicking about it even though all of those efforts indicate the federal government knows it's got nothing. Now, how does it relate to other probes elsewhere? They went to Florida, I'm sorry, to Fulton County. They're in Florida now with the grand conspiracy investigation. They sent subpoenas out to Arizona and Chris Maize and Adrien Fontes. They both sent threatening letters. If you dare comply with a federal valid subpoena from the feds, we're going to prosecute you with crimes.
Same thing. Share several characteristics with Milwaukee. All are located in highly competitive swing states that they claim Joe Biden won.
Fulton, Wayne, Maricopa, and Milwaukee are the largest and most heavily scrutinized jurisdictions in their states. And they're nervous about this.
Somebody Wisconsin chief called Kevin Kennedy said, you know, it's really disconcerting is that there's a pattern here. They keep trying to stir up issues. They want audits and other things, but they ask what's really going on. Nobody really knows. Officials have been considering the possibility that they also may come in and seize their ballots which contain personally identifiable information. Or maybe they don't contain personally identifiable information. Maybe the concern is not so much that they'll be able to tie one ballot to one person. It's going to be the fact that they can't tie one ballot to one person. Maybe one ballot to multiple people or one ballot to no existing people. Kennedy said Wisconsin's decentralized election system is designed to distribute authority and so there is no hub. It's like a group of terrorist cells. So now what are we going to do? He says this isn't how a democratic society works. We should just have a rigged elections and then we can call that democratic society and call it a democracy as long as the Democrats ultimately continue to win. So FBI probing now the police officers and is digging into election officials.
Wisconsin is next on the list and rightfully so and they're not happy about it at all. Now part of the problem has been illustrated by this post shared by Harmy Dylan. She of course is suing many other states to get access to those voter lists so that they can validate whether they're actually accurate or not. And she reposted this today. A woman called Amber Duke over at the Daily Caller. You see she's the editor-inchief over there. What's up, Amber? Says, "My coworker who lives in DC received five ballots in the mail."
Huh.
I thought they said that wasn't happening. Only one was addressed to him and he didn't even request it. But that's too bad. You get a ballot. You get a ballot. You get two ballots. How are you? If you get three ballots, you're going to vote blue. Okay, four ballots for you. seeing all of them listed right here. One, two, three, four, five ballots. Okay? And presumably those are all connected to somebody. And if you're a person lacking any integrity and you want to make sure your candidate wins, why wouldn't you just open those up, fill them out, throw them back in, send them back in and vote five times? Now, as we know, virtually nobody gets prosecuted for election fraud. If that were to happen, and I would guarantee you that it does. How would you ever tell? What's the evidence that would connect that back to you? You say, "I didn't do that." Did you fill out five ballots? Of course not. What do you think I am, a criminal? No, I never did.
How can you prove it? You're going to go in there and fingerprint all the ballots and pull samples off of them and DNA ev No, they're not going to do any of that.
And they're also not going to disenfranchise anybody, right? The standard is why would we dispossess a person of their vote? This is democracy and they're all voting the way that they want. Anyways, so five of them land and I've explained this before anecdotally and I checked our mail. We have not we just moved to DC but we have not gotten multiple ballots. So in Arizona though I definitely did I got a dead guy's ballot multiple years. I know he's dead and I kept getting the ballot. Of course, that goes in the garbage, but he those keep getting sent out presumably, and people who don't care about being honorable and playing fair will put additional points on the board, fill out the ballots. All we were asking for in the Save Act is a little voter ID. Could you just copy your license and just insert a copy with your mail-in ballot? Like, is that it?
Can you just do that? That way when they open it back up, they can say, "Oh, okay. This Yeah, clearly in my example, I would not have had the dead guy's ballot. I'm sorry. Uh, ID, right? Would have had his ballot, but I wouldn't have had his ID. So, if I filled it out without the ID in there, it's game over.
It's not going to count." But they can't even allow that to happen. So, Har says, "Yeah, and this is what we're investigating with with Wisconsin and all of the absentee ballots, all of the extra mail-in ballots, and so on." She says she got it too.
I received ballots, says Harit, for prior residents of my home in addition to my own. One was for someone who hasn't even lived there for years.
But she got the ballot. And this is really why they do not want those lists to be accessed at all because this is happening all around America. So she fired off a letter. She said, "You know, it's the wrong time to send voters the wrong ballots. This DOJ's civil rights division will not let Maryland's mailin ballot mistakes go unnoticed." She sent this one in literally today, writing this over to Maryland State Board of Elections.
She says, "Uh, dear Mr. Demarinus, we write to you as the chief election official for the state of Maryland to request preservation of records regarding a recent announcement by the board of elections that it will be mailing out replacement ballots to correct a vendor error. And remember this, we saw that in Maryland, they sent 400 500,000 improper ballots to the wrong people. And their remedy was to say, "Well, we'll just tell the voters to delete those. Just throw those in the mail. have to vote twice. Now, a sizable portion of those voters, it's just big numbers. They'll think they already voted, right? They'll get a ballot in, they'll vote on it, it's the illegal wrong ballot for the wrong party.
They'll fill it out, turn it back in, and they'll be done. I did my due diligence. I remember I'm done. If a second ballot comes to them, they may think, "I already voted and not vote."
And so, those votes are either being suppressed or they're getting two ballots. Now, they're saying on the back end that they're going to be able to distinguish between the bad ballots and the good ballots.
But what if they only fill out the bad ballot and not the good ballot? Are they going to count that one or are they going to disenfranchise a voter? And we heard this. It's not just us making up this phrase. They said this back during 2020 in all of the post-election litigation. They said repeatedly, "We're you're asking us to reverse the outcome of the election. You're asking us Trump lawyer to dispossess a million people of their votes and so on. Okay. So, they just won't do it. It's part of the standard. I can't do this is democracy.
And they wrote it. We read all of the decisions here one after another where the same refrain was barfed out of their mouths. So, she says, "You said you're going to mail out correct ones, and according to your press release, you said some voters received the wrong party ballot for the governor's race.
And so, as a result, we're now writing to you to request that you preserve true and correct copies of all ballots, all mailing records, all auditable records, and all other corrective actions taken for this upcoming primary. Please consider the facts cited above as the basis for this request. The purpose is to enforce the Hava Help America Vote Act auditability requirement under federal law. She says the law says you have to do this. It requires states voting systems to produce a record with an audit capacity for the system citing a bunch of the law here. Same thing with the Civil Rights Act of 1960. You have to maintain your records. It applies across the board for you and all other states. And so, please forward this request to anybody. preserve your records cuz we're coming in hot. Saying this goes to election officers, vendors that may be in possession of this. If you have any other questions, contact the chief acting chief of the voting section named Eric Nef. Now, as this letter goes out, we've also seen some followup out of Wisconsin. So, she sent that to Maryland. But in Wisconsin, this judge, who happens to be an Obama judge, responded to another lawsuit by the Civil Rights Division in a very short opinion and order, we know the United States of America sued Wisconsin and they said, you know, federal law, Hava, Civil Rights Act, they say, we're allowed to come in here and review your records. It's federal law. It's in the US code. Judge said, not gonna allow you to do that. I'm an Obama judge and I'm writing accordingly. He says, "This case is one of more than two dozen lawsuits the US is filing across the various states only to just look at the lists.
That's it. Can we just see it?" Their main objection is m privacy rights. Then when the federal government comes out and in Trump's executive order says, "Okay, you don't want to give us a list.
We'll make our own list and we'll send that to the states so the states can see an accurate list." Then they sue on that one, too. They say you can't make a list. That's what's dangerous to democracy. So, nobody wants to check the list. Period. The attorney general demanded that Wisconsin election officials produce the unredacted voter list. And when the election officials refuse because of mo privacy of the fraudsters, the government filed this lawsuit with the elections commission and each of its member groups citing different laws in order to do this. And they've allowed and this is something you see here a pattern over and over and over again.
Leftist groups are allowed to intervene.
Okay, here see common cause you can intervene. Melissa Adams and others again put a pin in this because we're going to see a lot of this. There's these two groups that have various entities in various states. Okay, so the Wisconsin Alliance for Retired Americans. The Alliance for Retired Americans is a nationwide organization that sets up shop in various states.
Michigan, Alliance for Retired Americans, Arizona, Alliance for Retire, okay? They all are created in my opinion in order to create standing so that they can file these lawsuits and guys like Mark Elias and Norm Eisen are behind it engineering it so they can use them as vessels for lawsuits. And they did this back during COVID and they would back in during COVID they entered into settlement agreements with the blue secretaries of states right so the alliance for retired Americans put whatever state in front of it you want would sue then they would enter into an agreement with the blue secretaries a settlement agreement they'd present that to a blue judge blue judge would say oh yeah co everyone's going to die so we have to do this and then they entered in and changed the election rules judges secretary ies and blue plaintiffs changed the rules all because of Makov and that's not the state legislature and so they were rigging the elections literally in those mechanisms we read through them many of them here so they're allowed to intervene back to my original point and forward Latino which is a bigoted interpretation of that is okay it's forward latinos is how it's I think it's appropriate according to their own laws so they get to intervene but in the Trump executive order case remember the blue states sue to invalidate the federal government making their own lists. They brought that lawsuit in Maryland where they've got the worst judges ever. And when the red states tried to intervene to say, "Actually, we want these lists. Let us come in here. Can we have a say? We would love to have some help from the federal government in maintaining these lists because they have more information than we do. Can you help?" Judges say no. Okay. So, the red states denied a right to intervene in the Maryland executive order brought by California and the Blues, but the Blues are allowed to intervene in a red lawsuit against the Blues because we live in a rigged system. Now, it continues. He writes, "Two competing sets of motions are before the courts. The government moves to compel production of the voter list.
DOJ just wants to look at the list. Why are you so scared of sharing it?" Now defendants, the state and the interveners are moving to dismiss because the retired alliance does not want you to have the list. They're joined by others. Bunch of people filed amicus briefs and now the court grants the motion to dismiss. So harm me and America loses. She says states have authority under the constitution. This is the judge, the Obama judge.
The state ele the state legislatures prescribe time, place, and manner for federal elections. And we were screaming about this back during CO. Why? Because the same organizations, these retired Alliance of Americans or the other one that we see a lot of right now is the League of Women Voters doing the same thing.
They were changing the state rules via settlement agreement with the blue secretaries. It never went to the state legislaturures at all.
So it wasn't ultimately lawful. So he goes through he says Hava and these other things. Then in June the DOJ sent letters saying well federal law and the supremacy clause says that we can go in and actually validate your lists. They renewed their request. All they want are the last four digits of the social security or give us the driver's license number so that we can actually make sure one person, one number, one vote. The government and their request for the list is not unique. Thus far, the government has requested lists from 48 states and DC and has initiated lawsuits against 30 of them and they're losing most of these. Now, I don't know that these losses will stay on the books in perpetuity because these are all going to be appealed, I would presume, one after another and we'll see ultimately what the courts of appeals do, but here the judge says you don't have access to it. the government disputes whether you can even dismiss this.
Defendants and the other NOS's and nonprofits are saying we can dismiss this and ultimately two district courts have adopted the view that voter registration the list itself is not a record. Okay, so they're basically just saying the law says you're entitled to these things.
what you're asking for is not one of these things and so we're not going to give it to you. And there was another court in the Benson case, which again I think is right next door in Michigan, Jocelyn Benson, who again is running for higher office over there as well. The Benson court found the government's interpretation of the law is inconsistent with the broader statutory context and it says that the list is not an actual record. It's other things and so you're not entitled to the master list. Same thing in Fontes. So Ben Benson and Fontes Fontes is the secretary out of Arizona who is threatening people for complying with federal subpoenas. So the government says that he says the government provides no factual support for its assertion that the electronic voter applications are not preserved outside the list and doesn't agree with certain distinctions.
Long and short of it, you're not getting the list. So, in some, this court joins the other cases in Michigan and in Arizona in saying the lists are not documents that are subject to production and so you're not allowed to get them.
So, we don't need to go any further. And in summation, the DOJ's motion to compel is denied.
Thank you, Obama judge. And defendants and intervenor common cause, their motion to dismisses are granted. So, the DOJ and Harit Dylan lose this one and Mark Elias and the rest of them are just doing cartwheels about Well, Mark really can't do a cartwheel because of his size, but they're happy about it. They're saying another victory for us. So, I'm very curious to see where this one goes up on appeal. The clerk of the court directed to enter judgment in defendants's favor. So, the law includes a lot of things, but not the voter registration list is how this is going down across the board. And it's blue states who voted for Joe Biden in 2020 that are all putting up this fight.
How come? Why are the red states complying and saying, "Yeah, look at our list here. Have a look. There's nothing to hide here."
It's cuz they were not the ones committing the fraud. So James D.
Patterson, this judge right here, the Obama appointed judge, took office back in 2013 right here, just continuing to protect the lack of transparency in our elections. Why can't the DOJ just look at the list? Like the states have the list. They could if the DOJ takes the list and perverts the list. They say, "Hey, uh, we found a million illegal aliens on your list who all voted." They just say, "No, we didn't.
No, no, you did not. We have a copy.
It's right here. Look." But they don't want to do that because the lists are the whole game. You control the list.
You control the election because you can control who gets mailed ballots and how they're being counted on return. You can just check them. The guy who has the list controls access to the club. Are you on the list? No, you can't get in.
That's the whole point. So now the investigations are continuing to develop. This was a post from US attorney called Jason Reading Quinones.
He's down in the Southern District of Florida and he is saying, "Our team down here is assembling." And you may remember this guy right here, Kurt Olsen, who was somebody working on the Kerry Lake case back in Arizona when she got rigged out of a spot in our government. So here he says Joe D. Gova is off to a fast start building our criminal civil rights section. Let's go.
He's already assembled a team of 12 prosecutors with more joining every week. Today he led a productive meeting with half the team in person at the federal courthouse in Fort Pierce and the other half joining by video.
Good things are building in the Southern District of Florida. Nice. And the DOJ had an official press release about this as well. Said Shan M. Lewis is joining the newly created civil rights division.
They posted this one earlier this week.
Here's a nice handshake. Look at these two handsome gentlemen.
Let's shake hands as we eliminate corruption in our elections. Put her there.
Strong handshakes. Firm handshakes.
Nice. So, he brings a bunch of experience. Two decades of trial, appellet, and judicial experience. He used to work at a big law firm and did a lot of things as a prosecutor. So, Jason is is excited to have him on.
Previously, an assistant US attorney out of Michigan. Nice.
Also worked at Covington in Berling.
got a JD from Michigan was on Michigan law review law review and newly created civil rights section will focus on enforcing federal criminal civil rights laws throughout the southern district of Florida and this is where the grand conspiracy case is evidently percolating because Trump is the victim of the conspiracy which was happening of course where he resided in Florida they were attacking him they raided his house they went through Melania's underwear and all the things and so FBI probe continues.
Wisconsin freaking out. Maryland now getting a letter from Har Dylan saying, "We want you to preserve your records. The team is being assembled.
We've got another Biden Obama judge saying, "We're not going to allow you to look at anything. Stop being a conspiracy theorist. Can we look?" No.
If you want to look, you're a conspiracy theorist. Well, just show it to us and then we won't have a conspiracy and any foundation for it at all. You can't because privacy rights. All right. So, all of that is happening right now.
We're happy the team is developing. So, I think some good developments there as the investigation of the election fraudsters continues. We're going to keep our eye on this one. Thank you for joining and subscribing as we do. Now, we've got some other Arizona felonious criminality that's happening in another big swing state.
Starting right now, Arizona's county recorder, who just beat the board of supervisors over election powers. The board tried to strip him of his rights as soon as he came into office, promising to reform Arizona's very broken elections. It was like a circus freak show. The last time we were counting, they could not get it done as it related to Carrie Lake. People were waiting out the doors and the problems were everywhere. Now, of course, Justin Heap, this guy came in. He was endorsed by Charlie Kirk and Turning Point and many others. And he got his powers back.
The court said the law says he's the county recorder. He gets to run the elections. But the board continues on trying to divest him of those powers because they're acting, in my opinion, illegally. And he agrees. He said, you know, I'm warning you if you set up unauthorized ballot dropboxes, that is a felony in Arizona. A class 5 felony, by the way, which is serious.
And so don't even think of doing it. And they are freaking out in Arizona. We see this guy posted this one. Supervisor Steve Gallardo. He said, "Recorder Justin Heap is threatening to criminalize us today." Heap sent his latest letter to undermine election laws. No, no, no, no. That's you guys there, Steve. And threaten election workers. He's doing everything he can to ensure the 2026 election fails, which is not what's happening. He's trying to actually run the elections, not enable the perversion of the elections. And here is the press release that Justin Heap shared.
He said, "Today, Justin Heap declined the board of supervisors last minute demand that he appear to answer any questions about a proposed resolution.
They said, "We're going to control the ballot dropboxes." He said, "No, you're not." court said, "I I do that." The recorder's office was never consulted on the proposed Dropbox locations and only learned of them after the board publicly posted them on the agenda yesterday.
Then the board attempted to compel the recorder to appear with less than one hour's notice, their scum, while refusing to disclose the questions or the subject matter. So he says this was not a good faith attempt. This was political theater. He said the law is not optional. Okay? The court has already ruled that the board does not possess unlimited authority over the elections. But the board continues to attempt to exercise these powers and voters deserve better actual lawful professional election administration, not political gamesmanship and lastminute ambushes. He said, "We got no meaningful opportunity to review anything, the locations, the feasibility, voter access concerns, nor any opportunity to consult with lawyers tied to our ongoing litigation. So, I've already given you an objection. I've already explained that Arizona law gives me, the recorder, the authority over the ballot dropboxes, not the board of supervisors.
Rather than engage in a serious discussion, they just came out with public spectacle. So, the board has already publicly stated they're going to appeal the decision that said the board was totally wrong. We read it here that ongoing litigation creates serious legal and operational concerns, especially this close to major elections. And so, it's inappropriate to expect me to drop everything to comply with you when I just won. The recorder remains willing to meet in a properly noticed setting, but they're not interested in doing that. They actually the last time we covered Justin Heat versus the board of supervisors brought him in there, asked him like five questions in 10 minutes and they're like, "Oh, clock expired. No more questions. Thank you, Justin, for coming." Then they spent the next hour and a half with their own lawyer asking him questions and having this big wine fest with with themselves, very masturbatory, and just complaining and crying from the podiums.
They're well, why doesn't Justin do this lawyer who works for us? He's like, I don't know. I just can't figure it out.
You're Hey, he was just here like 10 minutes ago. Why didn't you ask him then? And it's all just a big setup.
They want to maintain their power. And by the way, we forgot Stephen Richer was the guy with whom they entered into a settlement agreement. Steven Richer, the prior county recorder who lost the Justin Heap for doing a terrible job and then stood up anti-Trump organizations, anti-inssurrection organizations on his way out, divested the county recorder of the powers, giving it to his friends and the board of supervisors because he did not want Justin Heap to come in and undo everything that he did to provide election integrity for his favored candidates. So now, of course, the letter has gone out and they're furious about this. And here is what the letter ultimately said from America First Legal.
Uh, what the heck did I do with it?
I definitely had it queued up. I think I accidentally closed it like a doofus.
Okay, so let me grab it real quick because I had the whole thing queued up.
And sometimes I got so many tabs open, your boy just has a fat finger.
But let me grab it. I know it's going to pop up right here. Doing a quick search.
Andun.
Here it is. Nailed it. That was close call. All right. So, this is the letter from Justin Heap's lawyers over at America First Legal Warning, you may be committing a felony if you do not comply with our powers under the law. They said, "All right, supervisors, board of supervisors, winers, I'm now writing to alert you of a serious legal deficiency in a resolution that the board of supervisors has put on its agenda." The second portion of this resolution, which apparently you're saying authorizes you guys to establish dropboxes for deposit, is unlawful under Arizona law. You're not allowed to do it. Only the recorder, Justin Heap, possesses the lawful full authority to designate the locations for these boxes. And the board in your attempt to arrogate this authority not only violates the separation of powers, but it exposes the board and its employees to serious criminal liability out of that booty. So, be cautious.
saying Arizona's election laws vest the county recorder Justin Heap and only the recorder with the power to establish early voting locations. ARS 16542A says specifically the county recorder right there him not you may establish on-site voting locations and once again county recorder right there may establish whatever they want as the county recorder deems necessary. What that means to you there supervisors and Arizona it does a weird thing where they kind of split election responsibilities.
The board of supervisors does some things, the county recorder does other things, but the board of supervisors gobbled up a bunch of the county recorders abilities after Steven Richer exited and divested his own office of those powers, giving it over to the board. So he Justin Heap came back and said the law says this, you can't do that. And the judge agreed. So a ballot dropbox under any reasonable interpretation is an early vote location. And the statute says that's me. And the scheme confirms this allocation of authority. The only provisions in Arizona law that authorize the board to maintain dropboxes are expressly limited to election day. Look it up. 1657902A1 says on election day. Okay, you have some authority but not outside of that.
Same holds true for other things. It look at ARS 16411D. It says on the day of the election. Now, this allocation of authority is not accidental. Arizona's legislature has expressly chosen to give early voting rules to the recorder and election day operations to the board.
And so, I'm not giving it to you. I'm keeping it because the legislature specifically granted the board election day authorities but did not do that for early voting. That means you don't have it. and also early ballots may only be delivered to the recorder. The unlawfulness of your actions is further confirmed by other sections of the law which says delivered to the county recorder. Again, not the board of supervisors. I know it might seem difficult for your reading comprehension to understand the difference, but they're different words. Under this provision, early ballots deposited in dropboxes need to go again to the county recorder.
The law is clear. The recorder is the designated recipient of early ballots dur during the early voting period. Only the recorder has the authority to establish locations where ballots may be deposited and only ballots delivered to the recorder satisfy the law. Now, you cannot violate the law because Arizona vests the authority to establish these things in the recorder. You can't change the elections procedure manual to give you more power than the law allows. And this was another scam they did back in 2020 and really all elections. 2025 procedures manual. Okay, the law says one thing, but the law is kind of obtuse. It's hard to interpret. So they write a manual that interprets the law for the pole workers. They say, "Well, what what should I do here? What does the law say?" You don't want pole workers going back to the Arizona Revised Statutes and doing legal analysis on the fly. It's very difficult. They're very convoluted, often by design. So they write a manual.
They say, "Oh, uh, FAQ. Okay, what happens if Okay, open it up." And they write instructions. Now what we saw is people like Jocelyn Benson perverted the manuals. The law said one thing but the interpretation of the manual said something different. Like in Michigan they say you have to check the signatures. But in Joselyn's case she came down and said signatures have a presumption of validity. See how scandalous and sneaky that is? Oh, we're checking the signatures. How do I do it? What's the process? Open up chapter three. Oh, signature verification. Okay. All signatures have a presumption of validity. And in order to verify, you have have to identify three indishia that are problematic where these things are clearly not matching. What?
That's not what it says. You don't presume that they're invalid. You presume that you need to check them and they have to match. It's not that they do match and you kick them out. You have to make sure they match. She tried to invert the standard of proof essentially. So this is what they do. So then the board writes the manual book.
The manual book says actually this is how we do things. He says no you don't.
The law says it goes this way and you're not allowed to expand your powers beyond the law by just writing it and divesting it from the law into a manual. saying, "Even if these were controlling, and they aren't, even your manual makes it abundantly clear that dropboxes cannot be lawfully established or operated without the county recorder." And the manual requires that dropboxes contain fire suppression devices and more. And it says, "We handle that." The recorder does. So any designation by the board in order to manage these dropboxes is invalid and ineffectual. You cannot unilaterally establish these things. The law says it goes to the recorder. Any procedures for any chain of custody procedures that come from the recorder will come from the recorder and all of your decisions from the board are invalid and irrelevant. Now, here's the good part. Now, most troubling Maricopa Board of Supervisors is the criminal exposure that you're creating for yourselves in your proposed resolution.
You're trying to set the board up itself and for any employees who try to follow your instructions with establishing unauthorized dropboxes, illegal ballot collection devices.
Section 1610005e of Arizona law says that quote, "A person or entity that knowingly solicits the collection of voted or unvoted ballots by misrepresenting itself as an election official or an official ballot repository or is found to be serving as a drop off site. Something other than those established or staffed by election officials is guilty of a class 5 felony."
And they want that to be the rule.
in open violation of Arizona criminal law, saying if the board establishes dropboxes during early voting without the recorder's designation or approval, then under Arizona law, those dropboxes are misrepresented. They are not official. They are illegal. And that means that they're criminal. Dropboxes in contravention of the recorder's exclusive authority are not lawful. You don't have the authority to establish these. I established them. And any person or entity involved in establishing these unauthorized dropboxes is committing a class 5 felony in Arizona. And that's nothing to scoff at.
And another provision also makes it a class six felony for a person who knowingly collects voted or unvoted ballots with an exception for certain officials as well. board employees, okay, who collect ballots at dropboxes that have been established illegally have not done this according to law and so therefore they don't fall within the statutory exception and they're also committing criminal ballot harvesting and you all should go to jail. These are serious felonies and the board should not proceed with a resolution that exposes its members and employees to criminal prosecution because it wants to assert control over a power that the legislature has given to Justin Heap.
And so the proposed resolution is unsupported by any law. Arizona law says the county recorder handles these things. The board's authority only with respect to dropboxes is limited to election day. You cannot rely on the manual that you wrote to take powers that you don't have under the law. And the EPM also, even if you look to the EPM, the manual, it also makes clear dropboxes cannot be lawfully operated without the quarter's active approval.
And Justin hasn't given it to you. So come for his blessing. Bend the knee and kiss the ring. Most importantly, the board's proposed usurpation of Justin's authority exposes the entire board and its staff to serious criminal liability.
And so James Rogers says, "I strongly urge you to advise the board to remove the Dropbox provision or else only the recorder has the power to designate these locations." And only Dropboxes establishes under Justin Heap's powers can satisfy the law and be operated lawfully.
Sincerely, your friend James Rogers, don't commit felonies and remove that with haste. So, all that went down and I wanted to share some reaction for you because this guy melted down Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, Thomas Galvin, just loses it. He got this letter and he's like, "What? I'm going to jail?
You're going to say I'm a felon?" Here's what he sounded like.
Oh, sorry about that. Let me uh swap over the audio once again. Your boy was doing some prep work in forgot to switch the cables and the tubes. The heck? Where the heck did this go? Here it is. Now, here is this one from this guy right here.
>> Volunteers. Stand up for stand up for the volunteers. Stand up for the workers.
We signed up for this. They didn't sign up for it.
It's absolutely outrageous to write a letter at the 11th hour right as the board of supervisors about to convene threatening criminal penalties for running elections.
>> Well, don't break the law >> for having locations for people to vote and to drop off their ballots in our constitutional republic. I am sick of this. I am absolutely sick of this. And you know, >> follow the law. He just articulated it clearly. So this is what we call pound the table. Justin Heap just pounded the law and pounded the facts and he doesn't like it. So he comes back and he says our constitutional republic which apparently is committing felonies in the operations of elections.
>> You know what the problem is? You know we've heard, oh yeah, this is the way to bring him back into the fold. They're going to keep doing it. They are cooking up more games, more schemes, more capers. Get ready. The show is on.
>> Yeah. And the Justin Heap Show is rolling on and they're laughing. But I'm not laughing. We are >> because you know who's getting hurt in the process? The voters. They don't care about this inside baseball stuff. They don't care about this crap. They just want to know.
>> Uh yeah, they do. They care more than anything about election integrity. We don't want the perversion of rules. We don't want you people to just come out and say, "Well, it's more convenient even if it's illegal or it's our power now." Because Steven Richer, who is a guy who I think is very biased and untrustworthy based on all of our coverage of him here, who tried to insulate his his successor from the powers to which he's entitled. We want an actual restoration of rules. We want election integrity. You can sit here and cry and scream and shout about this all you want, Galvin, about how it's inconvenient or you wish that it could be more accommodating or whatever, but this is the system in action. The legislature bifurcated the process for a reason. You guys only have so many powers. Heap has the other powers. And that's how it is. You don't like those rules, go back to the legislature and change them. But we're sick and tired of all of the perversion of the election rules via settlement agreements by the League of Women Voters and Joselyn Benson or the Retired Alliance of Americans and Joselyn Ben changing the election rules and just doing things however you want.
So stop crying about it. Go change the law if you don't like it or respond to the law.
But you tried that and you lost when the court came down and said you guys were openly in violation of Arizona statutes.
when they show up to vote or when they mail their ballot, the election's going to work out well. They find out who won or lost and they move on with their lives.
>> Uh no, that's the point. We're not moving on.
>> But we are stuck in this hamster wheel of the 2020 election. That is the basis of it over and over and over again. And someone has to call out the recorder and say, "Cut it out." And I have seen four people on this dis consistently tell the recorder to cut it out. That's good. He doesn't report to you. Nobody cares what you guys say to him. He was elected to do his job with his own authority.
That's the point. So keep crying about it. Get five more people up there on the dis and do whatever you need to do. But the judge just told you guys you were acting outside of the law. You can appeal it. Maybe you'll win on appeal and get reversed. But the powers are being rightfully returned to Justin and now you just want to cry about it.
That's all it is is pounding the table.
>> Good enough for me at this point. four.
But you cannot be carrying water for the recorder and expect these games to continue and think it's funny or worry about your own political hide.
>> We think it's pretty funny.
>> I don't worry about my political hide.
I'm worrying about you, the voter that's watching this. And I'm voting yes because we're going to move on. We're going to do the job. We're going to work with staff. We're going to work with volunteers. And if anyone tries to put handcuffs on this volunteers, the four of us will be the first ones to step in front of them and said, "Take us."
>> Deal accepted. The terms of your deal are accepted. You break the law, then you can go to jail. Who said that? Was that Darth Vader or somebody? No. Your proposal is acceptable. Men in Black. The bug who ate the guy and took his skin suit off.
I remember that one now. So, no problem at all. You want to break the law and you want to get charged with a crime for it, that's fine. And you can sit there and cry about democracy. Uh because we saw what happened when other people were out there fighting for actual election integrity. People on your side who just said we can do whatever we want in elections, arrested them and put them in jail and then tried to put Trump in jail. So, nice developments. Shout out to Justin Heap for keeping the pressure on them. and Justin put together just a nice letter explaining very clearly what the law says so they can either change the laws or comply with the laws or go to jail for it. The terms of your proposal are acceptable.
Now, elsewhere in other rigged states, we saw Senator Doleazal in Georgia, another very problematic state in the 2020 election, only wanted to go get access to monitor the elections back during this week's primaries and was denied access. And the judge initially granted access to Brad Raffensburgger's bunker and he got blown out in the primaries. Bye-bye, Brad. And now, of course, the lawsuit continues on because we still need the election integrity to persevere up into and through the general election. And here was Doolazol, who did advance towards a runoff, writing and explaining this. The fight will continue. We're going to have election integrity in Georgia as well.
Hey y'all, just want to confirm on the case that we had against Brad Raffensburgger. Just trying to get election observers and state election board into the election night reporting room. We got our temporary restraining order this morning that was to grant them access and then that was overturned this afternoon after the secretary's lawyer kind of ran into court in a polo and and polar shirt and jeans this afternoon I'm told and uh appealed on a technicality. Uh all that we've been trying to do is to allow election observers to be part of this process which is not a vote counting process.
The votes are counted at the precinct level uploaded by the county but it is where the secretary and his team received that information. the sec the state election board had wanted access to that room and we believe uh part of our case states that we believe that all parts of the election process should be done in public where election observers are allowed. So I it's outrageous to me that we have this one step in the process where that is not allowed. We sued over it. We temporarily won and then it got overturned. We're disappointed in that, but we're going to continue to fight. Um we do have a court date that has been put out for uh 10 days from now and we will be in court continuing to fight this. Thank you all for your support. Hopefully we get a good result tonight. And if you have any questions, please just let me know.
>> Yeah. And we just want some transparency. We just want some very basic election integrity mechanics that are put into the system rather than infranchising everybody. Or like in Minnesota, you can bring in and vouch for eight people who live at your residence. Oh yeah, they all live here.
Oh yeah, they're all citizens. Do they have ID? No. But I'm vouching for them so they can vote. Sure. Here you go. You get a ballot and you get a ballot and you get a ballot. Muhammad, Muhammad, Muhammad, Muhammad, Muhammad, Muhammad.
You all get ballots and you can continue to vote for more benefits for your community. So, that is one state. And Wesley Hunt, who is over from the great state of Texas, representing district number 38, he was asked about racist voter ID, disenfranchising black people. And as you can see, he is a black man. Pretty sure. And here's what he had to say about voter ID when asked about this outside of a building.
>> Jasmine Crockett said that voter ID was like a pole tax. What are your thoughts on that?
>> Voter ID is like a pole tax. So, let me tell you something. I have a very big family and my family is all black and every single member of my family has what? A form of an ID that can allow you to vote in an election. I have a three-year-old little boy. I have a 5-year-old daughter and a seven-year-old daughter. You want to know what the first thing that they were given when they were born? a birth certificate and a social security number. So if you think that this is a pole tax, again, it's the dog whistling back to this Jim Crow 2.0 argument that I have already proven is null and void. It doesn't exist today. It's time to move on. The days of the pole tax and the days of Jim Crow are over.
>> Jasmine Crockett said that voter ID >> All right, so he just delivered a burner on that man. Shout out to Wesley Hunt, an amazing congressman. He has a big black family and every single person has ID.
Okay, AOC. So, why don't you just read it and weep and just go pass the SAVE Act? So, of course, that's something that Johnson wants to do. Ron Johnson, he said we shouldn't allow Democrats in the minority to run the Senate. The Senate is broken and the filibuster and save America. and our useless Senate, thanks to John Thun and the temper tantrum TDS caucus out there, have all left, not passing any reconciliation or ICE funding, not passing the Save Act, and whining and moaning about a $ 1.776 billion fund to recompensate people for the abuses of their own government. They were not all concerned about passing billions of dollars in the aftermath of January 6 to shore up security and to fund the FBI to unleash hell and terror on 1500 J6ers, many of whom were invited into the capital, instigated an attack by federal agents and tapped on the shoulder to come on in following capital police. They were happy to spend that money, but if it's going and they were also happy to pass their own slush funds. Remember that when they were going to include like a compensation of $500,000 when Jack Smith spied on them for a violation of their privacy rights and then they got laughed out of Congress for that. Yeah, they were willing to pay themselves, but they don't want to pay Americans who were abused by their own government. Instead, they'd rather just flee Washington DC, not do anything useful for anybody. Ron Johnson, though, of course, is one of the good ones. Here's what he said about the Save Act. Is there any way possible to to sort of create a longer term visibility about where our economy is, about how much spending we're going to have, about our commitments out there, because these it feels like shenanigans more than anything else. And I just think all all Americans are really getting tired of it.
>> Well, we need to stop allowing the Democrats and the minority to to run the Senate uh to destroy this country. And that's why I reluctantly have called to end the filibuster. U the Senate is broken. uh there's not much left the the filibuster anyway. Uh a lot of my Republican colleagues just refuse to vote to give Democrats the tool that they're going to take anyway. That that's the reality of the situation.
When they have the power, they'll end the filibuster. They'll complete their goal of turning America into one party nation, Puerto Rico, DC into states.
This pack Supreme Court, nationalize their elections. So that's that's the path we're on. Uh I I want to prevent that by passing good legislation, security election. That means we have to end the filibuster. We don't have the votes right now in the Republican conference to do that though.
>> Yeah. And John Thun's not working all that hard to go get him. So the election felons and felonious officials are continuing to march on. Fortunately, in Arizona and in Georgia and in some portions of the Senate, we've got warnings now being sent out. Don't you dare think about violating the laws this time because it's a class six felony and a class 5 felony in Arizona.
And if you do, there'll be a criminal referral for you and your workers, and you're going to have to deal with that in the future. So, we're going to keep our eye on this one. Of course, lots of elections coming down very soon. The pieces are already being moved around for when the time comes, and we're going to keep our eye on all of it right here.
Thank you for joining and subscribing as we do. All right. Now, one final update, and this one is infuriating.
So, here we go. Obama judge saves Kilmar, the alleged wife beater, Abrego Garcia.
We remember the footage from the body cam that is seen here when he was pulled over trafficking humans allegedly, although those charges have now been dismissed thanks to this guy. The judge is named Waverly David Krenshaw, seen here back in 2015. He presides over the middle district of Tennessee, and he was appointed by Barack Obama. And of course, what we're having now is a a creation of even more premium due process for illegal aliens in America.
Because here is part of what the body camera showed us before these charges were ultimately dismissed based on vindictive and selective prosecution.
And as we go through this, ask yourself whether Trump was selectively or vindictively prosecuted. when Jack Smith, a person who was not even legally appointed, not a real boy, who was thrown off the case because Merrick Garland, didn't follow the law when they enabled his prosecution, who inherited a case from Timothy Thibo, an FBI guy who was making insane social media posts about Trump, who then faked being a independent special counsel, somebody who would do his own due diligence, not inherit an FBI case created by a rigged FBI and would use his independent judgment and his own nonpartisan biases to make a charging decision. Didn't inherited the case, then ran with it and and then raided his house after he was appointed.
The raid already occurred, but used that evidence and then went after him to put him in jail in two different cases. Was Trump selectively and vindictively being prosecuted? No, of course not. It was all just in the interest of justice.
Were the J6ers, any of them, having their cases dismissed for selective and vindictive prosecution when the whole of government prejudged every single one of them and put nonviolent firsttime offenders who were invited into the capital. We've played the video here.
cops standing by tapping them on the shoulder, bringing them into the capital. Any of their cases dismissed for selective and vindictive prosecution? No.
Because they're American citizens. This guy's an illegal alien and bonafide.
That's confirmed, not even in dispute.
And in this case, the charges were that he was allegedly trafficking humans. And the cops on the scene absolutely agreed with that. But the Biden administration did not charge him. And so a I'm sorry, the Yeah. Biden's and so an Obama judge definitely used that as a leverage and tool to say the new prosecution by Trump is now selective and vindictive and used it to dismiss the entire case. Here's a trip down memory lane. Kilmar is right here in the front seat getting paid thousands of dollars to traffic eight people in the back of this car into the United States. Illegal aliens invading our country.
my license.
>> Yeah. Your driver's license, your registration, and your equipment insurance.
>> Yeah. And he didn't have most of those.
>> Oh my god. Okay. So, >> you know what?
>> The problem with my license right now is a spirit, right?
>> It's suspended.
>> Suspended.
>> Okay. license suspended would mean in most states, you would get removed from the car. They would identify a good a nice cop might say anybody else inside the car capable of driving who has a license and maybe let you go on. But if your license is suspended, you're driving on a suspended license.
In Arizona, that's a class one misdemeanor. They'll impound your car right then and there immediately. But not him. They called the FBI. Biden's FBI said, "Let him go." And he continued driving on a suspended license, which creates massive liability for anybody else on the road because you're not a licensed driver >> because I have my per my permanent employment. So like two years experience. So I need so right now I I I waiting the paper for immigration for I go to the MBA. So you know Okay. So, his work permits also expired.
So, where do y'all live at?
>> I I Where are you living in?
>> I live in Maryland.
>> Maryland?
>> Yeah. Also 663.
>> Whose Whose vehicle is it?
>> Whose car is it?
>> It's for my boss.
>> Where's your boss live?
>> My my bos right now, he stay in Maryland, but we he live in on Texas.
>> Houston, Texas.
Have you got the proof of insurance?
>> Yeah, I don't know where to put it in.
Mike, >> no insurance either cuz why? Who who needs it in in America?
>> So, where are you guys coming from right now?
Mexico. Where are you coming from?
>> From Sanctuary.
>> Phoenix. That place finish. So I go back and I go back to the house of Maryland.
Next next week I'm going maybe tonight the other the other project.
>> I thought you I thought you was going to Missouri.
>> The the next project I told you the next project next week is I'm going everybody going to Niceville. the next project.
>> Okay.
>> Yeah. Right now.
>> What do y'all do?
>> Huh?
>> What kind of work is it?
>> It's construction, baby, drive, everything like that.
>> Does anybody else have a driver's license?
>> Driver license?
>> Yeah. Nobody?
>> No. Of course, nobody.
>> Only me.
>> Yeah. For real.
>> Can you find your insurance?
>> No, he doesn't have insurance. No one has a license. Car should have been impounded right there.
>> You say >> your insurance. Can you find it?
>> I called my boss because I don't know where where put the the car.
>> Okay.
>> I'm going to go back here and run your license and stuff real quick. Okay. I'll be right back.
>> How dark are your windows?
>> Huh?
>> How dark's the back windows?
>> Illegal.
Stand by.
>> How dark are they?
>> How the the colors?
>> Yeah.
>> From from Texas is is good.
>> How many How many rows have you got in here? Four.
>> Where?
>> Four seats. Four rows of seats.
>> Yeah. Three Three seats.
>> Yeah. With with with heat. Yeah.
>> Did y'all put an extra one in?
>> Huh?
>> Did y'all put another one in?
>> No.
>> It come like this?
>> Use the the the the truck. I've never I've never seen one with that many seats in it.
>> Okay, so four rows of seats packed with illegal aliens, some of whom apparently were underage and not wearing proper constraints as well. Not having seat belts, just bouncing around in the back of the vehicle, also with dark tint to cover up the activities that they're doing. And the cop knows something is seriously wrong.
>> What you say? It's my boat. I >> I said I've never seen one with that many seats.
>> Oh, really?
>> Yeah. That's why I was asking if you put an extra one in.
>> No, it's the same like this.
>> Okay.
>> Okay. So, this fast forwards. This was a long traffic stop. And watch him talk to another officer who knows exactly what's going on.
>> You know what you got, right?
>> You know what you got here, right? Uh No, >> he's uh he's hauling these people for money is what he's doing. But >> sometimes they come dope and >> No, there's eight people in there.
>> Yeah, I know.
>> I didn't know that they put an extra row of seats in there.
>> Yeah. Yeah. So, he's getting paid to haul these people. Probably to Maryland, I would say.
>> Yep. Getting paid to haul these people.
So, it's clear on its face. You know exactly what's going on. Now, the backstory is they called the FBI, the Biden FBI, and the Biden FBI said, "Don't do anything about this. Just let him go." Okay. What What are you calling us for? Like, we want this to happen. We want it to happen so much that we open the borders to enable it. And we have Haitians coming in. And then once this guy gets caught, of course, we remember a senator, a sitting US senator called Senator Chris Von Holland went down there to have margaritas with him. He says they didn't take a sip. Just like Clinton didn't take a puff. But a sitting senator goes back and pow-wows with this guy who has eight people in the back of his car driving illegally on our streets. No license, no insurance, lying through his teeth about what he's doing and where they're going. And guess what happened to the charges? Dismissed.
Thank you to this judge, Waverly Crenshaw, an Obama judge. Here is what the indictment originally said. So remember, it's almost a year ago to the day, May 21. He had two counts originally saying he's from El Salvador, Guatemala, and had communicated with a bunch of other people, other co-conspirators in smuggling people in and trafficking them across America. There were multiple co-conspirators, 1, 2, 3, four, and five, all known to the grand jury. He was a citizen of El Salvador, not the United States. Also a known member and associate of MS13, a gang, a criminal enterprise engaged in murder, extortion, narcotics, trafficking, firearms trafficking, alien smuggling, and moneyaundering.
He also used his status in the gang MS-13 to further his criminal activity smuggling illegals from Mexico to the United States. So he was charged with two counts back then conspiracy to transport aliens saying from 16 to 2025 he was doing this and he made a bunch of money in doing it. got people from the southern border, brought them on in here, transported them down, and also brought narcotics and other aliens for resale in Maryland on various occasions throughout the conspiracy. They also went to other locations in Texas and elsewhere. And there were situations where co-conspirator 2 refused to pay.
members that were transported by co-conspirator 2 were not paid, but they still treated Kilmar with respect because he was an MS-13 gangbanger.
They also got funds, thousands of dollars in criminal proceeds. They were paying all of this by wire transfer.
These are allegations which have now been dismissed to conceal their identity. They used false cover stories if they were ever stopped. Apparently in 21, co-conspirator 6 was involved in the transportation of more than 150 illegals and one ended up in deaths, deaths of more than 50 migrants and injuring many others when a tractor trailer flipped over.
So, it's insane what happened. He also transported people through Tennessee.
Here's what happened. honor about November 30th, 2022, right in the middle of the invasion. He was stopped driving a Chevrolet Suburban. We just watched the video. Other troopers responded, all some all of it captured on bodywn camera. He was the driver. There were nine additional passengers in the back of the car. He knowingly lied to them, saying they're going there for construction. There was no construction job. Multiple passengers said the same thing. There was an aftermarket third row of seats. None of the nine undocumented passengers had any luggage.
There were no tools. There was nothing there for construction. License plate reader also tracked the vehicle that said that he was not driving near St. Louis at all, but he was in Houston, Texas. He had $1,400 cash in the pocket.
And shortly after he was stopped by law enforcement, he informed other members of the conspiracy. He texted them, "I've been stopped, but they let me go. I've been released." Also, unlawful transportation of illegals in violation of the law, forfeite allegations, indicted by a grand jury. Okay, so they got him and rightfully so. It's very clear on its face exactly what he was doing. But because he's an illegal alien in the United States, he gets due process premium. So, he had tons of lawyers come filing in to defend him, and they did.
and good lawyers like not you know like little p public defenders and public defenders are great by the way but oftentimes they're overworked they don't have a lot of resources and so they can only dedicate so much to any particular case he had ACLU lawyers he had immigration lawyers he had hundreds of thousands of dollars if not millions of dollars of effort put it behind him hoisted up like a hero for migrants remember all the media propaganda Maryland man he's not a Maryland man.
He's from El Salvador. Okay. His his argument for being here was that he was under attack because gangs were coming after his mama's papoosea business. So then his mama went over to Guatemala. He didn't go to Guatemala. He came here. So now, as you see, the order dropped and the judge wrote the following in the memo opinion and in the dismissal of the charges. The Obama judge in a very short order, we'll read the memo. He said, "Now both counts that we just looked at in the indictment are dismissed and we're also terminating any of his release conditions. He's a free man. Do whatever you want in America. He's here bonafideed illegally." Okay? Regardless of what you think about these two charges, trafficking and conspiracy, he is not here lawfully. So, this judge just dismissed the charges. Any other pending motions are all moot. And now due process premium illegal alien runs free. He said here in a 32pager, I'll just show you the highlights. They say he moves to dismiss his indictment for vindictive and selective prosecution.
Why fifth amendment due process for foreign invaders protects him. His motion comes because he was wrongfully deported to El Salvador.
Van Holland, a sitting senator. Just think about the last time a sitting senator met with an American citizen charged with a crime. It never happens.
This guy flew to El Salvador to meet with him.
And then he was ordered to come back.
The DOJ brought him back less than 30 days later after he came back. They charged him. Now, he's going to say that that charge was vindictive. Okay? Joe Biden didn't prosecute him because they wanted this going on. They wanted criminality. They wanted MS-13 gangbangers here. They encouraged it and facilitated it. So now they deported him. They brought him back. Then they charged him. Now the judge goes through and gives us a full finding of facts.
Okay? He walks us through the timeline here. 22. He gets stopped for speeding a vehicle. It was referred to the FBI.
The FBI rejected it. Okay. The the Tennessee Highway Patrol called the FBI right here. They said, "Let him go.
So there was no prosecution. This is really where the judge's argument hangs.
They said, "Well, why are you prosecuting him now? The prior FBI didn't care. The prior Tennessee patrol didn't care. So the only reason you're charging him is because it's vindictive and selective." So HSI Baltimore opens up an investigation. Then see how far we fast forward. So the FBI did apparently open up something back in 2022. Then we fast forward all the way to 2025. See that? So FBI, open it up, make a note.
No one cares. He's an illegal alien. We got a lot more of them where that came from.
Then we fast forward to 2025. Pam Bondi comes in and says, "We're changing things here." Then in March, Baltimore finally arrests Abrago. They say, "Oh, now you're uh unilg." Then they moved him to El Salvador. They said it was an administrative error. We've had a lot of qualms about this. I think that uh they interpreted their own order, but we'll leave that aside. Brago then challenged his removal. He went to Paula Zenus in a civil case, got ACLU gang banging lawyers to come in and sue to protect him. They did that happily, which they'll never do for an American citizen or like a Jixer or Trump. In fact, they're on the opposite side of them. So Baltimore then closes the investigation because he's gone. He's removed. Then the judge orders them to bring him back.
Okay. The judge is now ordering an a per a noncitizen who was deported to come back. The United States appeals the Supreme Court says uh facilitate but you can't order it.
Ultimately they bring him back. Okay. A real tragic day that should have never happened.
Then DHS says after he comes back now we're going to charge him. He's back in the jurisdiction. Tennessee Star publishes an article on the traffic stop. Agent Saud learns that the whole situation happened. Then in April 25, they start interviewing people and ultimately he gets charged in April. They start drafting a criminal complaint. They interview somebody else.
Hernandez Reyes. Hernandez Reyes like outs the guy. Starts talking about Abrago smuggling. He signs a consent search form allowing Homeland to search his iPhone.
Then they say, "Yeah, okay. This guy's in a conspiracy to traffic people." So, the entire criminal case starts to come together. He articulates. The judge fleshes it out. Then a a c a complaint gets drafted. Then they open an investigation.
Then ultimately they go to a grand jury.
They circulate a prosecution memo. And it's all going to be about this. Okay.
The judge is going to say all of this is vindictive. They just started to prosecute him after it became politically viable essentially. So he says the full record establishes actual vindictiveness and if it doesn't the court must consider the full evidentiary record. He says in short the timing of the decision to reopen the closed 2022 stop and Todd Blanch's unrebuted public statements to open this taints the investigation with vindictive motive. Okay. So Biden's FBI did nothing. They identified this guy.
They deport him, they force him to come back, then they charge him. Like, why would they charge him if he's deported?
He's gone. We don't need a whole open criminal case here because if he's deported, he's not going to come back for his felony charges. So, it'll just be an open criminal case with a an open warrant for the guy. He's deported. That solves the problem. We don't need him here anymore. Bye-bye. No, no longer trafficking people, no longer allegedly beating his wife and more. So, he's gone. Then, they bring him back cuz he's ordered to do that by a judge. Then they decide, well, if he's here, I guess we'll prosecute him. But that's the whole point. The judge says, "You reopened a closed case, so he has to get the benefit of Joe Biden's rigged FBI and protection." And after the indictment was presented, they found a way to return him back to the United States because the judge ordered him.
And the court says there is no evidence of actual vindictiveness, but there's a presumption of vindictiveness. And they haven't rebutted that saying nothing explains the government's change in position to remove him and not prosecute him then to prosecute him and not remove him. Actually the judge ordering him back. I just explained that judge. So he walks through. You get the whole point.
Lot of case law here. How does vindictiveness work? Saying HSI reopened a closed investigation. It was already closed. They opened it shortly after the traffic stop. Then more than two years later, they closed it after they removed him. Then once he came back, they reopened it. He said, "How could you do that? I thought you closed it. And since you closed it, you can't reopen it." So the reopening was because of a public-f facing campaign. The media then shared the story. This guy's literally a human trafficker after they lied to everybody and said he was a Maryland man who got attacked by Trump. They deport him. He comes back. They reopen the investigation. clearly because they've got jurisdiction. And look at this money, man. Hernandez Reyes, one of the co-conspirators who was cooperating with the feds to make sure this guy went to jail, disclosed that he literally paid a brao. Okay, so there's a witness testifying he paid this illegal alien $1,300, $1,500, or $1,700 every single trip. That was a hundred grand a year. and that passengers also paid $350 to $1,000 per trip.
So then Hernandez got a benefit on that.
He he got released with low with lesser terms as happens in every single case in America.
There's even phrases about this like give me three, you go free. You're dealing drugs. Help us catch three people. You'll get a slap on the wrist.
We'll let you go. So he starts talking.
Then judge once again, this wasn't newly discovered. He knew about this before.
Nothing prevented the government from doing this earlier. Yeah. It was Joe Biden's literal policy to not investigate these people. So then Todd Blanch came out. He said, "We're investigating people." His words confirm that Trump opened the executive investigation into him. And Singh was also involved. He didn't testify, but his words tell the story about what they were doing. So all this judge is just, you know, manufacturing vindictiveness and saying that the government was suddenly attacking him and reopening a closed case that Joe Biden closed. And this whole thing about newly discovered evidence also fails. The evidence needs to have been unavailable, but the evidence was available. And so if Joe Biden closes it, then you can't reopen it. So that makes it vindictive and selective. And I hope they appeal this thing. I'm sure that they will. There was no new evidence. No independent prosecutor explains any of it. And so ultimately judge writes as we get to the close of this charges were dismissed. So with the government what they have chosen not to address is telling their post-hering brief mentions certain cases in a footnote mentioned singing a bunch of times. Blanch's public statements are saying this is a political prosecution and the government's rebuttal to the presumption of vindictiveness doesn't even engage with the evidence. So the court doesn't reach its conclusion likely. The objective evidence here shows that absent his lawsuit challenging his removal to El Salvador, the government would not have brought this prosecution.
Uh yeah, because he would have been removed to El Salvador. There is no need to prosecute somebody who's deported because he's not going to come to court.
We want him out of the country. We don't want him coming back to court for his pre-trial conferences.
The executive branch closed the investigation in 2022. That was Biden's FBI. Only after Arbago succeeded in vindicating his rights as an illegal alien human trafficker did they reopen this. So that means it's not new evidence. It's been around. It's not good faith. It's retaliatory.
And so without Blanch's tainted investigation, they would have not brought these charges. And an illegal alien escapes any responsibilities for trafficking hundreds of people. You saw that number here. 600 people in. Can't do anything about it because it's vindictive. Where did we just pass fast forward right there? Yeah, here you go. 600 aliens every year. Okay. Every year making a 100red grand at least a year invading the country. Can't do anything about it because Biden didn't do anything about it. And if you do something after the fact about it, you're vindictive and you're selective. And so charges now dismissed and ago wifebeater allegedly Garcia runs free thanks to Waverly D. print shop who gives foreign invaders due process premium ultra version in America where you or your son or your loved one would never never get anything close to resembling this at all because you're an American and you're not entitled to the same privileges and protections as a foreign invader is. And so a disgusting decision. We'll see what the DOJ does about it. And we're going to see a lot more about this. Obviously, Brandon Gil also raging in the aftermath of this saying, you know, this is a very interesting quote. So, now we also have turncoat Republicans like Maria Salazar and Mike Lawler who are screaming at us about dignad.
Brandon Gil said so and I think he's quoting Will Chamberlain. He's saying so let's apply the Dignad Act to the Maryland father, right? Kilmar Abrego Garcia. He's the illegal alien from El Salvador who came here in 2011 when he was 16. Law enforcement has tied him to MS-13. His wife accused him of beating her. He was caught on a police body cam fing illegals from Texas to Maryland.
Yet under Salazar's bill, he checks every box to be a dreamer and on that track leads him straight to a green card and then to citizenship. Amazing. So, a future Democrat administration would just process the paperwork just like they refused to process any of the actual investigatory action after he was caught in the middle of a crime. And Tennessee was instructed to let him go. You try driving on a suspended license in America. You get pulled over and you see what you get charged with. They'll impound your car instantly.
In Arizona, I represented many people.
It's a class one misdemeanor like a DUI.
They don't just let you keep driving.
They take your car from you. They put it in impoundment. They make you pay hundreds of dollars to go get it out.
And you got to go reinstate your license to do it.
But not him. No insurance, no registration, nothing because it was free reign back during the Biden years.
And these judges are still covering it up. They should be impeached and Congress should do something about it. But they won't because as we know, they in many cases care about them more than they do their own country and their own countrymen. It's sick, infuriating, and we'll see what the DOJ does in response to this, but we'll keep our eye on it. Thank you for joining and subscribing as we do. All right, friends. So, yeah, that's that one. All right, if you're just joining us, it has been a lovely day today. Yeah, this new this this way to end the show is not usually how I like to end it, but it's real. All right, it's real. Unfortunately, we had some good segments at the start of this.
Not not Tulsi. This is also a bad So, we bad bookends on the show today. Tulsi's husband cancer. We pray for him. We pray for Tulsi. We understand why she needs to go and help him. And so Lord have mercy and watch over them. And in your name we pray. Amen. Tulsi Gabbard now out for good reason. Trump sending her some warmth and some love on the way out. She's done a great job and will continue to pray for her husband. Now, in some other good news, we learned that the FBI did start questioning police officers related to the 2020 election, saying that maybe they know something about some problematic counts that went down and lots of questions flying there.
Other election officials also question.
We saw Har Dylan is sending letters and also raising the alarm about multiple ballots arriving at people's house and also uh erroneous ballots. I guess I would say she sent a letter over to Maryland in followup to that $400,000 or $500,000 problematic ballot delivery that went out by a vendor that was a big mistake and they just say, "Oh, just delete them and you everything will be fine." So, letters going out on that Wisconsin judge, another Obama judge, this guy called uh James Patterson Peterson saying you can't look at the Wisconsin list because if you do, we're all going to jail. so doesn't want to give them access and the grand conspiracy team looks like it is rounding out. We had a good photo of that over here. Kurt Olsen, Jason Kones, and others now joining the team as the investigation continues to develop out there. Then in Arizona, Justin Heap regaining the reigns of the electoral law and saying that if the board of supervisors dares to establish illegal dropboxes, they're committing class 5 felonies. And they're not illegal aliens, so no judge is going to let them off the hook. But they are Democrats, so they probably they're not actually Democrats. Many of them are Republicans, but you get it. So we got all that. We talked about Arizona. Ron Johnson was here. Wesley uh Hunt, what's his name? Some I Yeah, Wesley Hunt was here. And uh we also saw pounding of the table by supervisor Thomas Galvin who says he's happy to go to jail if that is necessary. And it very well may be.
We're happy to have that too if it's necessary. So we also then saw Obama judge Waverly Krenshaw excused another human trafficking wife beating allegedly illegal alien into the country and he runs free again. Oh yeah and here was one image of his tattoo right here.
Yeah. MS13. Remember that right on the tattoo. Marilyn man. Oh yeah. Remember this one? Another confidential source said he has a rank of cho and he has a moniker of Chile. Remember that Kilmar MS-13. Oh, do you remember this one?
When his wife submitted this form saying uh she tried to kill herself and she felt the kids left the kids with 11year-old to take care of them and I am afraid of my kids living or going to in danger because she is dating a gang member. Remember that? Yeah. Yeah. Uh, and I was there and the police was there, too. This is about Jennifer, the wife, and she's dating a gang member.
Yeah. And she also submitted some orders of protections as well. So, anyways, now he is innocent cuz Trump prosecuted him vindictively.
Well, I feel pretty vindictive because he trafficked illegals into our country.
So, we'll see what the DOJ does in the aftermath. But now, my friends, it is time to hear from you. Thank you for being here. Happy Friday. Hopefully, your weekend is amazing. And again, we're going to come back tomorrow night and I know you absolutely may not be interested in this if you're not. No worries. We hope to see you back next week. But we got Garrett Ziegler coming over for a little Saturday special because Hunter Biden sat down with Candace Owen. And I think it's going to be appropriate to set the record straight on his the truth about who that dude actually is as he's on this grand rehabilitation tour.
I don't think it's true. And Garrett Zaggler, the author of the report on the Biden laptop, will be here tomorrow, 5:00 p. Saturday special. So come and join us if you care to check in on that.
I think it should be interesting. He is a wealth of knowledge. So hopefully we see you back tomorrow. If not, we'll see you on Monday. But hey, we had some amazing donos come in. Hey, and Jeanie, what's up? Jeanie and Michelle, thank you both for becoming membos.
Will be very nice to see you here on our membersonly morning streams. Thank you for supporting our work. Jeanie Enzy and Michelle Alba, very nice to have you both. welcome aboard. We had a good membersonly stream this morning. We talked a little Biden stuff and his attempt to intervene and uh it's a good one. So, thank you for that. This old guy. Okay. So, if we can't lock him up for his criminal activity, then we just need to deport him immediately. Time to convert him from Maryland man to Guana Man or Guana Guy. Nice. This old guy. Yeah. So, we still will have an active immigration case. But in in Maryland, Judge Zenus is doing everything she can to defend him there.
So, these judges protect these guys way harder than they would ever protect you.
Like, literally. And you know, you nothing would ever happen to me, but it does. It happens to your kid, happens to your brother, happens to a loved one.
They get railroaded. I'm a defense lawyer. I saw it all the time. Never, never, never.
Are you getting a vindictive and selective prosecution motion getting granted?
It never happens. Trump didn't even get that and he was clearly attacked. So anyway, Spuds Charlie the Heron at the lake gate waiting for some lunch. Hey Charlie, man. Hopefully she had a nice meal. Looks like a really nice heron.
What a nice bird. Don't even know how to say that right. America first 1776 says Joseph Stalin said it doesn't matter who votes it only matters who counts the votes. Yeah. Which you think is true.
And then the people who count the votes turn around and lecture you about democracy.
You know what are you a fascist? You have to let us count the votes. Can we see how you count it? No.
Okay. But you're doing a good job. Yeah.
Can I validate that? No. Okay. Mm. I listened to the Hunter interview with Candace and I look forward to hearing the show tomorrow from for another point of view. Having said that, I have nothing but respect for Candace. She is fearless and has taken on a large corrupt machine who only care about money and control. I am part of the baby boomer generation, but I'm disgusted by the mess we have left behind for the next generations to fix. MM, thank you for that nice comment. So, I'm glad you're going to be joining us. I have not listened to it. I listened to I read some of the transcripts and I listened to the first like two minutes of it and it felt to me like it's going to be a little you know patty cake game between the two of them. But I don't know but I appreciate uh multiple voices that are out there. I appreciate people who think differently than orthodoxy even if I don't agree with them. I appreciate that we have you know challengers to everything essentially. I'm kind of of that, you know, cut from that cloth. So, we'll see what the interview sounds like tomorrow, Miss. But thank you for the the message and hopefully we see you tomorrow and hopefully we learn something. Garrett Ziggler knows the insides and outs. Uh, many people know the insides as well and the outsides of Hunter. So, we're going to learn more about it tomorrow. Thank you, Miss M. And I appreciate the comment. Hey, Trino Galaxy, corrupt judges make it very hard to respect laws. Yeah. Well, the laws, you know, the the the judiciary, the legal branch of our government likes to pretend that it's not politicized or biased. That's obviously a joke. They they're human. So, unless they're not humans, then everybody has biases. Even if they're not conscious, they're in their brains that that you know show up in the in the laws. But some of them like Waverly, I think they they come to the conclusion first and then they backfill it in order to reach the conclusion. Same with like Leslie A. Gardner, Stacy Abrams sister, who said we have to cover up for her friend judges who are running to beat the Republicans. It's conclusion first, then they backfill it. And if that's how it works, then that's like no different than like a 5-year-old.
Why did you do that? Oh, I did that because of this. Oh, okay. So, you just kind of made it up. Yeah. All right. And that's really what it comes down to.
Hey, SD Goldstar Mom, may we humble ourselves this Memorial Day as we honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
Blessings to all on this lovely Memorial Day. And I do think that we're going to be here on Memorial Day. SD Goldstar Mom, thank you for paying homage and paying respects today. And hopefully you come back on Monday. I think we'll we'll do just one stream on Monday. We'll see if anything's going on. We'll say hello and pay our respects as well to our brave men and women in our armed services because they are amazing, man. And they don't get, I think, the respect and the benefits that they deserve. They'd rather give them to wife beating illegal aliens. Hey, Bagel Boy. What's up? Is Debbie Leco of Arizona a rhino? Yeah, pretty sure. Uh, is she on the board of supervisors? Confirm that for me cuz I'm I might be thinking of somebody else now that you're mentioning that name.
I'm pretty sure. Wasn't she on the board of supervisors on that one meeting when she was laced? She was like having a meltdown. I think it was that woman who's having a meltdown. Let me just look it up real quick.
She was like having a temper tantrum.
Yeah, that's pretty Yes, it's her.
Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, District 4. It's her. Yeah, it's the right name. She was the woman who was like, you know, crying at her own lawyer. Oh, like, why is why doesn't Justin do this? And I'm just so confused. And this is so Debbie, he was there 15 minutes ago. You could have asked him any of these questions, but you didn't. You guys cut yourself off after 10 minutes, brought your own friendly lawyer in, and played patty cake with him, and then moaned about it.
It's a joke. Hey J-Mack, Jeff Mack, what's up Jeff? Thank you for rating our stream over on the Rumbles. Welcome aboard. Jeff Mack friends, great to have you aboard. Thanks for being here. Jeffrey Adams, we need billboards in Spanish that say if you are an illegal and you vote, you will be arrested, deported, and never allowed back into the United States. Yeah. Yeah.
I mean, that would be good. I don't you know like where's you need to put those like in LA but they're talking about it in California Karen Bass and others like they literally want them to vote. They say should illegal aliens vote. Well, you know in local elections they are residents here. They live here and so they should have a say in their own self-governance. You're like what are you talking about?
So I think a huge portion of these sanctuary places want it. They actually want it. They want more of it. Great Eagle One. Thank you for the dono.
Online paid to online pay to shop CA is 100% legal company from Great Eagle One.
That's good. We don't like illegal companies here. Thank you, Grade Eagle One. Off label pod. Three dead and at least 18 hospitalized from an unknown substance during a raid. What sounds like a Fent drug den? That does not sound good. So, prayers up for the three dead. 18 hospitalized.
Not hopefully not the people doing the raid. Good lord. Thank you. Off label.
Sounds terrible. Prayers up for those injured. Trino Galaxy. It's crazy how the party screaming about dictatorship is the party that tantrums every time they lose and then try to minimize the power of the people.
Yeah. Yeah. And it's it's a bizarre refrain from them to constantly hear about democracy when you say h how many people voted for Hillary Clinton versus Bernie Sanders or was it the superdelegates that put her over the top? It was how many people voted in your democratic society for Kla Harris? Oh, zero did. Okay. And then still democracy is about I guess imprisoning your political opponents are charging them with multiple crimes changing statute of limitations charging them and then changing them back.
Throwing them off the ballots so that you have no opponents to run against.
That's their version of democracy.
They're a dictatorship in want in waiting and democracy just means democratic dictatorship. We all know that. Thank you for the comment. Hey, Gauntlet Ki.
What's up? Is Superior Thomas Gavin in contempt of Arizona court ruling? Uh, I I don't know explicitly. Like, we read that order that was a victory for Justin Heap, but I don't think it said anything like explicit like you can't do that. It just it it was broader than that. And so, I think he would make, you know, another argument like I don't think a judge would hold him in contempt of that at the moment. But maybe maybe if he continues to go forward with that, Justin Heap can f add a follow-up and say once again, judge, you said these are my powers. These are their powers.
He's usurping my powers from me. You said don't do that. So he could file a motion for that.
And uh we'll see where it goes. But well, I don't know. Maybe he can just go commit multiple felonies and go to jail. It's kind of what he wants. Thank you, Gauntlet. Hey, King of Billong is here.
What's going on? King of billong. You know where to go. Billongusa.com. If you want some Bill Tong, baby. Clean ingredients, all done the right way.
Billong USA. It's not processed. It's not garbage. And you can use code Robert and you'll save 10% off on your delicious meats. Natalie Ray. Woo. Just had a serious pucker.
Sudden get to shelter tornado warning. H sirens and alerts like crazy. Packed everyone and all fur babies into our bunker. Storm passed right over us. Just got the all clear, but my heart is still pumping pretty good. Whe Natalie, so a tornado warning, man. That's crazy.
We're very glad that you're safe. You and your fur babies and your family.
Serious pucker like of the lips or some something some other orifice.
Well, I don't know. But we are very glad that you're safe. And I I know those things can be very deadly and dangerous and they come in the blink of an eye.
So, Natalie, we're glad you're safe.
anybody in the Natalie zone who also was experiencing that. Hopefully you're safe as well. It's great that there's warnings and sirens and things, but I know sometimes those don't catch. So, Natalie, glad you're very safe. Thanks for the update. Hey, what's up? Heading to biology Seinfeld, one of my favorite shows. Hey, biology always wins. Thank you for bringing in 10 new membos.
You're amazing. We love our membos.
Robert Smurf Henson, welcome. Shane Saoza, we got Stanley J Gaming. We got the bench. Mark Hedrick's in the house.
Chris Wallace, what's up? Legal layman Clever Kitten and Pagnuts, welcome. And Corey Chambers, all in the house. Grab the membersonly stream from this morning. It was a good one. We had some good fun closing out the Friday. Look at these little babies.
We're going to have one of those. We had a baby update. We went to the doctor's yesterday, I think it was. Can't even remember. And they gave us a lot of homework. We're doing a home birth, so they gave us a whole checklist.
I noticed giant flood tarps were not on there, but probably still need to get some. But anyways, we got babies coming.
Hey, 27 months. I'm pretty sure that's three babies. Where do I sign up for the Freedom Plus plan for USA? Yeah, it's a good question.
I don't know if Freedom Plus Ultra is available for you. If you're a citizen, I think you're not even in the running for it. I'm not either. So, I don't know. Maybe if you can convert to Somali or El Salvadorian or Guatemalan, can you do that? I don't know. I mean, best option would be to just abandon your citizenship, go down to Guatemala, get into it with a papoosea gang, and then come across the border during the next Democrat administration. Then you can possibly be America Freedom Plus++ ultra premium version. But it's a tall order. Think you have to be. It's a It's like a It's a privilege. It's an illegal alien privilege. Okay. You don't get it. Off label. Driving on a suspended license is immediate arrest in Tennessee and impound a vehicle unless there is a valid driver. But you're going to go to jail. Yeah. It's not a joke. You're not supposed to be on the road. It is literally a like a major crime in Arizona and many other places. They just let him go. Okay, just keep driving with your busload of illegal aliens. It's crazy. Off label. I mean, it's wild.
I've represented many people in DOSs.
It's shocking to them. And they've changed the rules a little bit, but I mean, people would get like a photo radar ticket. the photo radar ticket would would go to their home via mail.
In Scottsdale, they do alternative service. So, they would just tape it to your door and not even serve you with it because alternative service. It's like a money-making machine out there. Then, it would blow off or somebody What is this?
Like, you know, it's like like junk mail or something. Not pay attention to it, go into default judgment because of their photo radar, which is totally other scam. License gets suspended.
Driving to work.
Scottsdale PD pulls him over. You know, you're driving on a suspended license for what? I'm a great driver. Never got anything.
Then impound the car. Meltdown. People losing their minds over it. Rightfully so. It's traumatizing to get thrown out of your car and have your car impounded.
Should have been an illegal alien, not some, you know, mother driving her kids to daycare because we don't care about them. Only Kilmore wife beat her. Rob, what's up? Suspended license, no insurance, not even his car.
But that's okay. He's a Maryland man, so he gets everything. Thank you, Rob. One old guy. Thon the goon and corny cob Cornin. Nice rhinos primary them out. Be Lincoln Republicans. Quote, if you say a dog's tail is a leg, how many legs does the dog have? If you say five, then you are a Democrat or a rhino because you say a tail is a leg does just because you say it doesn't mean the tail is a leg. Nice.
Yeah, that's true. But what if it identifies as a leg and it's an it's a dog that says it's a legging dog person?
Then it might be a Democrat dog, which would make it a Democrat. Thank you, one old guy. Hey, Trino Galaxy, big surprise. Dems protecting an actual slave trade. That's a great point. It's a great point.
Yeah, it is a great point. just like they used to do in in historical America.
It is. And you know, they're they're always arguing about compassion and like love of humanity and acceptance and tolerance and all the things like those people are being exploited and you're encouraging that so that you can continue your exploitation for them.
They want more uh more voters ultimately. They know that all of those people coming in will have babies. All of those babies will be illegal alien adjacent, which means they'll have sympathies for them, which means they'll want to make them citizens. And the Democratic Party is the party promising that citizenship so they'll get the benefits of their votes.
But they're willing to have them trafficked in order to do that. Like that's how sick these people are in order to get votes.
Trino Galaxy Rob Van Holland, the senator who went down there with Kilmar, gave aid and comfort to the enemy, an MS-13 gangbanger. You're right.
Actually, asylum seekers only have a valid claim if their government is persecuting the individual or not protecting him. These judges have no authority over Garcia. Deport him.
They're claiming that they do. They're claiming his rights as a non-American illegal alien were being violated.
And now Zenus and in this case Krenshaw were both protecting him even though he had lawful removal orders. Said you can't remove him to this place.
Gang members in America. Do we even have a country if this is happening? Thank you Rob. Politically selective nonprosecution under Biden. Exactly right. Yeah.
He was part of the favored class. So nothing bad can befall him. Sharpie guy Rob. This is what the lefties want America to look like. OMG. And thank God for President Trump. That's true. We will we win ever win this war. And how should we and us good people fight back on this with a feckless Senate? I don't mean to be a black pillar, but need your keen wit to give me hope. That's a tall order. Hey, by the way, I'm 76 on Sunday. Happy birthday.
So, does it affect me much longer? Yes, it does. You're going to live another 40 years there, Sharpie guy, but got to do what I can for the young folks. Pretty much sickened by this.
And yeah, I don't know what issue you're talking about.
Win the war versus the judiciary.
The whatever the answer is, we have to just keep staying on, right? We have to stay on point. We cannot get disaffected.
saying, you know, black pilling, getting too blackpilled and exiting the game is the ultimate defeat, no matter what the issue is. And I look, I agree that there are some issues that I'm more in alignment with than other issues, but in politics, it's never 100%.
And as much as anything, it's about the long-term gain.
Often I think short-term losses take people out when it's a long-term generational effort. So as a 76 year old man, happy birthday. Thank you for everything that you're doing. Keep passing it on to the younger generation and we got to inherit it from generations. We have to have continuity between the generations.
And so stay engaged and have a very happy birthday. Sharpie guy in the house.
Rubos anarchco tyranny where innocent and law-abiding citizens are punished by the state or suffer gross violations of their rights and liberty at the hands of the state and the state ignores supports and or rewards lawb breakakers in order to create trauma cognitive dissonance and chaos and to rule with terror. Yeah.
And then I think often times the people then in that state say we need help. the only place they can turn is to the government. So the government then uses that to enhance their own power while destroying their own people. And when you have foreigners come in, then those foreigners aren't going to have those who are doing the destruction aren't going to have those same demands of the government because they don't think of themselves as a part of the underlying nation state who have to abide by the social contract that the rest of us engage in and demand as American citizens because they bring with them in many cases their foreign values which are not the same as America's. Thank you, Rubos. Rubos salultop.com. one old guy.
If you do a migratory study of where the vast majority of illegals destinations are in Democratun cities and states where they are allowed to get driver's licenses, IDs and vote in local elections. Yeah, California hands out driver's licenses and wants them to vote. Karen Bass is part of her campaign.
I'm driving faster. Hey, great job. Hi, ladies.
H. You're out there looking for a handsome man. I'm driving faster.
Maybe keen on your eye. Thank you for the dono. Rob, charge the judge for harboring an illegal alien.
Remember there there was that one judge who was doing that who got charged for that? He had like that weird person living with him. Hey Spuds, yet Trump endorses Mike Lawler today in Rockland County. Yeah, I don't I you know, I know it's a swing state in a swing district, but I'm not a fan of Mike Lawler or anybody who's on board with Dignod.
Okay, you can go have Dignod uh out of Congress. What the hell is he thinking when Mike is the same guy who wants to allow illegals here who killed a college student in Chicago? I don't know. I think it's a swing state.
They live in Yorktown, which is the hometown of AOC, which is in Mike's district, but had to tell them the story of her murder at Trump's speech today.
I know he was campaigning for him today.
Yeah. Maria Salazar, Mike Lawler, they can go represent illegal aliens in their countries. One old guy, Candace has said that once her friend arranged the untimely sleep of her spouse Chuck.
I like Candace and some of her research, just some. That's fair. Yeah, you don't have to like love everybody all the time or hate everybody all the time. Some people do. Don't mind. Don't mind me.
DEA laboratory analysis has confirmed the presence of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and paraffloropetent, also called P4. Dang.
Yeah, that's not good. In that attack, whatever that was. Rubos, Trump post this as US Navy ships surround Cuba.
Trump canled going to the New to New Jersey after his speech with Lawler. He headed straight back to the White House.
I saw those reports. Yeah. Hello, Greenland. It's Godzilla Trump coming over the mountains for you.
Good to see you. The Rubos in the house.
rubosaltchop.com. Hey, it's Jim Tells You. We're going to send you over there.
If you want to check out the Jim Tells You channel, we will send you over there right after YouTube is over. Rob, if I ever drive through Tennessee, I will identify as Kilmar. Yeah, I mean, just don't speak English. Just say, "Oh, uh, sorry, Senor, you know, going to construction.
I don't know anything.
Let me go." Unfortunately, for that situation, you now have Trump there. So the FBI will say, "Oh, we're coming to get you and goodbye." I'm driving faster. What's up? I'm driving faster.
Thank you for signing up, supporting our work, becoming a mebo, connecting at the deeper level with the Watcher fan. We do a lot of member onlyly streams here. So, we're looking forward to seeing you.
And I don't know that we'll do a members stream in the morning since we'll be back here tomorrow night with Garrett, but if I if we can squeeze it in, we'll do it. I also have we've got uh some family in town, mother-in-law's in town, and so we might want to go do something and then come back tomorrow evening, but if that changes, fortunately, my beautiful wife has a little bit of a sickly cold right now.
Same thing I had like last week, she's got I gave it to her. So, she's resting up. So, we'll see if we're going to do anything in the morning or if we come back tomorrow morning. But otherwise, we're planning on an evening stream. SD Goldstar, mom, I sent you an email.
Please take take a peek peek ASAP.
Thank you very much. Did you send that today?
I was looking at my Oh, there it is. I see it right now. 707 one minute ago. All right, I will. Thank you, SD Goldstar mom. 28 months as a mebo and Oh man. Okay. Yeah, let me look into that one. Thank you, SD Goldstar mom.
Thank you for the dono. Thank you for being here for 28 months.
And thank you for the email. Yeah, that's a great one. Stephen Steve J. The party that self-describes as the protector of democracy actively fights against election transparency and refuses to clean up the voter roles.
Yes, that's right. They're not interested in democracy just like they're not interested in racism.
They're not interested in any of global warming or the science. It's all about power and money. They're communists.
That's their endgame through and through. And so SD, if we don't get it tomorrow, I think it might also be appropriate on Monday, right? Which we're planning to be here on Monday. So that's the that's the email. All right, Steve, thank you for that. And friends, thank you so much for joining us. It has been a beautiful stream. Happy Friday.
Hopefully you enjoyed the show. And hopefully, if you're interested, if you're not interested, then we won't see you tomorrow. 5:00 p.
p.m. tomorrow, Garrett Ziegler. We're going to go through Candace and Hunter.
I know it's going to be a lot of Hunter. I'm already not looking forward to it, but I mean, I'm looking forward to it because it's going to be educational and there needs to be a rebuttal to this. So, we're going to attempt to do that tomorrow. Spuds, sorry, I was typing on a phone saying, "Yeah, that's interesting." So, I did not see that today. But apparently Trump was out for Lawler brought the family who got someone murdered by an illegal alien on the stage while simultaneously supporting Mike Lawler who wants the Dignad Act passed. Yeah, that seems to be like a contradiction.
No doubt. Amy Anne, in Arkansas, driving on a suspended license is a 30-day mandatory sentence. This is unbelievable. It doesn't pay to be a citizen. No.
And yeah, I was watching Rick D. Good to see you, Rick. Space X. Did it go off today? I was watching that yesterday after the stream and it's like T minus 40. Hold. Uh, T minus 40 again. Hold. It got down to zero. They reset it to 40.
Hold.
It's like, well, this is just very much a tease, isn't it? Says weather showing 85%. It's a go, man. Hopefully that thing blasted off.
Looks like it was a I haven't seen anything about it. One old guy harboring a brago is a violation of 8 US code 1324.
Shielding is what that judge just did.
Shielding him from criminal charges.
Yeah, I think it's an abuse of his position of power. It's an abuse of his office. They should just impeach these judges. Just impeach one of them.
They'll get the memo. Boisberg for approving spying on the Senate. uh Crenshaw for approving a human trafficker to come in. Nobody grants selective and vindictive prosecution motions. Nobody at all.
Yeah, good comment, Orphan. Rob, don't let the lawlessness get you down.
There's more good than bad happening right now. Yeah, I think that's right.
We're generally optimistic here, even when there's, you know, difficult days. The reason we like to cover it is because it's real. It's truth. It's what's happening out there. And we can't just, you know, be like uh delusionally optimistic. There are good days. There are setbacks, but we need to know what's happening about us and around us. And so ultimately, I think we're on the side of truth. We're on the side of America. We have good values. We care about our country. We care about our fellow people, our fellow man. And we have joy and happiness in our lives. we have love. A lot of them on the other side don't. They're very miserable and it shows. So, we'll pause here for the day.
It's been a beautiful Friday. Hopefully, you're doing something fun. Pizza night, ice cream night, whatever you're getting into. We will be back tomorrow and we'll be joined by our friend Garrett. He's awesome and he is a wealth of knowledge on X. What's up, Neuro D? Thank you.com.
That's not what I meant to do. This one right here. Satellite boy. Great to see you. We got, "Hey, you're going to be joining us. So interested to see what Garrett has to say." Yeah, Garrett's amazing. I mean, he's just like a floodgate of knowledge. Ootr smokehouse.
Hey, great show, Rob. Happy Memorial Day, everyone. God bless our veterans at hooves. us and God bless America.
Horseguided healing for veterans and first responders, man. Awesome. Ootr smokehouse. Thank you for sharing that.
Yeah, good one. Now you're hitting X when you go live. Okay, I like that one, says Sean. Thank you, Sean. Right to learn says, "Everyone at the DOJ needs to go to the states ballot printing places and sees their records of what's been printed. If numbers are excessive or over the amount of voters or residents, that's a problem." Birdie, what's up?
Hey, Birdie. I'm recently disabled and I miss the brain activity that comes with an active life. Now I have time and best part of my day is watching the show.
Birdie Bry his energy and intelligence is is fabulous. Uh energy is usually pretty good.
Intelligence is debatable. So I'd strongly suggest tuning in. It will become the best hour of your day, too.
Britty, thank you for the nice compliment. We're really glad that you're here. Yeah, glad that you're doing well. Hopefully you enjoyed the show. Thank you for saying hello. We're grateful to have you, Adrian. So, chaos for the Trump administration.
Indictments fall apart. More resignations concerning the forever war of choice while Congress fights to end the Trump corrupt Oh, Adrian, that's a not a great comment to end the show with. We uh it's politics, you know. I don't think it's very chaotic. It's politics. It's messy. and other indictments are moving forward and so we're staying optimistic that justice is coming especially the big ones. So friends, all right, we'll leave it there on the day. It has been a lovely stream. Happy Friday. Hopefully it was an amazing week. Thank you for being here. Thank you for subscribing to our channel if you have not already done that. Thank you for liking this video on your way out. Thank you for sharing it with a friend or family member, inviting them to come join us when we go live so that we can have some more fun together.
Otherwise, once again, we'll be back tomorrow, 5:00 p.m. with Garrett. Lots of Hunter Biden, but we should learn a thing or two and we'll have some fun. So, hopefully you come join us. If not, we'll see you back here on Monday and then we'll get back into our usual fair. But otherwise, my friends, before we wrap, big thanks to our amazing mods and memes.
Muffin Rando in the house. We got Donut, mind me, John McGarvey in the house. We got K Bean, Carrie B, Nuro D, Janick, Dog Digger, Jigum, Gigum, Elliot, and just Rhonda modding the fort down, keeping things nice and orderly. And thank you for being here. And thank you for coming back here on Monday or tomorrow to get into it again. Because in order to do this appropriately, we are going to need to see you right back here so that together with your help, we can shine that big, beautiful spotlight of accountability and transparency down upon our system with the hope of finding justice. Make it a great night. Sleep very well. And we'll see you right back here tomorrow.
Bye-bye.
Thanks for watching my beautiful friends. Now it's that time where the stream must end. You brought the heat with every chat in line. Together we expose corruption. One more time we go.
Then the truth where the media hides.
Lit up the lies with receipts on all sides. The fight isn't over, but we made them sweat. We ain't done yet. No, not just yet.
Because together we are watching the watchers. Truth on our side.
Watching the watchers. We won't be denied.
Watching the watchers, eyes open wide.
Fighting freedom with nothing to hide.
So, drop a like and don't forget to share. And bring a friend who's ready to care. Tomorrow's lies are just today's news. But here we see through the scripted rules.
Together we are watching the watchers shine in the light.
Watching the watchers defending what's right.
Watching the watchers stay night together in liberty.
holding the line.
See you next time.
Stay vigilant, stay free, and always keep watching the watchers.
