FALSE ARREST

[00:00:00]She pulls to the gas station right down the street from the club. [music] She's in her car. She sees the sheriff circle the parking lot, pulls up behind her.

[00:00:05]She's in the car with the seat leaned back waiting on me to come get her. So, he pulls out of the car, said that she was asleep. She said, "I'm not asleep."

[00:00:11]He's like, "Well, give me your license."

[00:00:12]Now, she's on the phone calling me. So, I'm telling her, "Hey, listen, you know, you're in a bad spot. Young black girl, very tiny. Cop out there is huge. It's Prichard, Ville. He's out there. I'm talking about he's just letting her have it. [ __ ] I said you were asleep. Get the [ __ ] out the car." I'm talking about he's just tearing into her. So, I'm telling her, "Listen, you operate with him. Give him your license." He was like, "Well, you not moving fast enough." He snatched her out of the car.

[00:00:29]Now, she starts to become belligerent.

[00:00:31]She starts snatching the [ __ ] away. He's trying to put her in the cuffs. He's saying [music] that she's drunk. He smells alcohol. There's no probable cause. There's no open container. So, he goes and searches her car and finds, quote and quote, "supposed [music] to be in two pills." It was supposed to be in her eye glass container. They throw her in jail for DUI. So, I go get her. She goes to court. So, I'm telling her take it to trial. They didn't even ask her to do a sobriety test. So, she [music] takes it to trial. The judge finds her guilty because she was acting erratic on the video.
