Let's get into this video. So, Conduent is the company.
The first one on the list is the customer service rep. Now, this says remote Kentucky and I Yeah, you must live in Kentucky.
So, this one pays $16.50 an hour, equipment provided. It is going to start August the 17th. The training is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
It has the shifts available Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 8:00, Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. So, this one here says, guys, $16.50 per hour pay rate, bi-weekly pay. Paid training and equipment provided. Full schedule is 40 hours a week. Now, this one the call center reps will answer multiple call types focused on assisting the Kentucky residents with a variety of different health benefits, SNAP, Medicaid, TANF.
Call types include the password resets, the application status, application intake, the updates, and our customer also need help navigating the government's online application tool. It also includes dealing with multiple systems to input and read, interpret data back to the caller. These calls can be difficult as we handle the SNAP or the food stamps, and other benefits. So, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, and deal with the callers who are missing denied benefits.
Requirements, 1 year of minimum experience in a high-volume call center, 1 year of minimum customer service experience, high school diploma or GED, background and drug screening required, ability to adhere to a break and lunch schedule, excellent typing, grammar skills, excellent um ability to navigate a computer, excellent customer service skills, excellent phone etiquette skills, reliable internet access, quiet work environment free of distractions. And I do think that Conduent is a easy company to get hired with? I've heard several queens and kings get hired with this one in the past. So again, this is Conduent. They have a customer service rep for Kentucky. You are processing those food stamp applications and talking to the the callers on the other end of the phone. So the next one, same company.
This is for their remote health care customer service rep. Now for this one, the pay rate is 16 an hour and they do give you like an ins- insight intel of the training. 5 weeks classroom and 2 weeks of nesting. Successfully complete a mandatory paid training program.
So you are responding to inbound inquiries regarding dental benefits, eligibility claims, appeals, grievances, and provider searches from both commercial and Medicare plans. Provide uniform interpretation and clarification of dental benefits, policies, and procedures to members, providers, and employer groups. Actively attempt to resolve member or provider concerns by investigating the issues, contacting appropriate parties, and documenting all interactions accurately within the billing system. Investigate the verbal complaints regarding the billing claims or services rendered. Retrieve and send written correspondence including the plan brochures, the provider directories, and other printed materials as needed. Meet or exceed established ACD, which is automated call distribution system call volume.
Achieve all assigned individual monthly performance metrics. Maintain current and thorough knowledge of our member services, policies, procedures, and dental plan updates. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. So for this one, I do see successfully complete the customer service assessment and a typing test.
High school diploma, at least 1 year of call center experience. This is just preferred. At least 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience. So, if you worked at McDonald's, you can apply for this job.
Knowledge of and prior experience in the dental, the medical, or managed care industry. This is preferred. Must possess the following characteristics: self-motivation, resourceful, detailed-oriented, sense of accountability, and must be a team player. Possess strong skills in the following areas: organizational, time management, written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer.
Effective communication skills over the phone, ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Successful completion of background checks is required for this position. They do provide equipment, computer, monitor, the mouse, the keyboard, the headset, the ethernet cord, and the power cables, but you do have to provide that home internet service.
So, take a look at Conduent, everybody.
Do some research. If you know somebody looking, do not hesitate to share the video. The last one for Conduent is their remote technical customer service specialist.
Now, this one pays 17 an hour.
Full-time, weekdays, 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. So, this is a second shift. As a remote tech customer service specialist, you are responsible for identifying customer needs, answering questions, and resolving the problems related to SSL servers and or relational databases, performing routine call center activities concerning businesses, products, and services using the tools provided to guide you through customer conversations, providing customers with important information while communicating in a warm, empathetic manner, gathering info to keep the customer profiles and accounts up-to-date, using your computer knowledge to give exceptional customer service. High school diploma or equivalent, be able to successfully pass a criminal background check, have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States, have at least 6 months of customer service experience, typing speed of 30 words per minute or higher, have knowledge of desktop and portable devices, knowledge of relational databases, SSL, and or services, and you must be hardwired. Again, they do provide equipment and they are state-specific.
So, make sure you guys check that first before you apply for a Consuelo. And then the last one is with Cardinal Health. So, they have a representative to customer care order placement. This one, you are responsible for answering inbound calls from customers to place orders or reorders of medical supplies.
The representative to customer care order placement processes orders for distribution centers and other internal customers in accordance with scheduling, demand planning, and inventory. The rep to administers orders in internal systems and responds to customer questions, clearly communicating delays, issues, and resolutions. This job also processes non-routine orders such as product samples and ensures that special requirements are included in an order.
So, this one, guys, you need a high school diploma or equivalent or equivalent work experience. Everything here is preferred. 1 to 3 years experience in a high-volume call center where communication and active listening skills have been utilized. Preferred previous experience working in a remote work-from-home setting is also preferred. Prior experience working with Microsoft Office preferred. So, this one you really don't need experience. They also provide equipment. $15.75 to $18.50 an hour is the pay. Make sure you guys research these companies. Last but not least, we have Call Center QA.
They are still looking for more people to make the telephone mystery shop phone calls. This is a easy one. They do not require an interview experience, and you can do this whenever you want to. As long as you live in the USA, this is a US-based telephone mystery shopper company. So, you can work from home, flexible hours, fast payouts. This remote contractor opportunity as a telephone mystery shopper or a call center evaluator is ideal for men and women who don't mind speaking on the phone. You have great listening and writing skills, strong attention to detail, no previous experience is necessary. They do not require a background check or a W-9. You can earn $600 or more with the company. Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Be a current resident of the United States to apply to this one. They do not charge a registration fee to apply or to work with us as a phone mystery shopper. We will also consider applicants with different backgrounds who have the right set of skills, parents, disabled adults, grandparents, students, and those looking for extra income. So, the calls typically last around 5 to 15 minutes.
Then you have to fill out their one-page-long feedback form. $6 to $8 per call, flexible hours, 100% remote. Make sure you guys read the yellow box.
