The Supreme Court's 2024 decision in Louisiana v. Caledonia significantly raised the legal standard for challenging electoral maps under Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, requiring plaintiffs to prove intentional racial discrimination rather than incidental racial effects. This ruling was applied to cases in Mississippi and North Dakota, where lower court rulings were vacated and sent back for reconsideration. Alabama subsequently filed emergency petitions to the Supreme Court requesting that the Court lift the lower court's injunction blocking a new congressional map that could help the GOP flip a seat in 2026 elections. The case illustrates how the Voting Rights Act's Section 2 has been interpreted to require strong evidence of intentional discrimination, making it more difficult for plaintiffs to challenge redistricting plans that may have racial impacts but are motivated by partisan considerations.

So, we're going to hear we got some good news stories, some bad news stories, but we got news stories. And as always, we have a goal. The show is going to be about two and a half hours, somewhere between two, two and a half hours, three somewhere around there, unless we hit the goal. The goal is as always uh for every $100 in total that comes in across all platforms, YouTube super chats, Rumble rants, uh becoming a member or gifting memberships on YouTube or Rumble, also uh sup uh super tips, coffee, Kofi, Cash App, and PayPal along with local locals coins and becoming members on Kick and Twitch or gifting memberships everywhere. I add it all up.
When we hit $100, we add an extra hour to the show. And then for each additional $100 that comes in, we add an additional hour. So the show can be two hours, three hours, four, five, six, you name it. As long as you want it to be.
Then as an added bonus, when we hit 50, we activate Bellision for the evening.
Yeah. And there's Bella Vision right there.
Hey, Bella, what are you doing over there?
Bella. Hey, what are you doing? Stop it.
Knock that off. Uh, well, go figure.
She's not where she's supposed to be.
She's over here.
Bella, why don't you go lay in your bed?
Be a good girl. So, yeah. So, that's when we hit 50, we activate Bella Vision. Unless somebody is so generous that they donate $25 or greater as an individual donation. That could be a $25 super tip, a cash app, a PayPal, a coffee, a Kofi. It could be a super tip.
It could be, you know, five gifted memberships on YouTube or Rumble or Kicker Twitch or anything like that or even Locals Coins or stuff like that.
Whatever it is, I I add it up and when we get to, you know, we hit fit 25, we activate uh Bellvision automatically for the evening there. What do you say? What do you say? We want to jump right into the news story. She's preparing. Yeah, she's preparing for something. I don't know what. Let's uh let's jump right in.
What do you say? We jump right into the first news story of the evening. Sound good to you? Sounds good to me.
So, Alabama asked the Supreme Court to unblock the GOP friendly map. Oh, look at that. She's going to move now. And I forgot to take her down anyway. So, she's going to be up for a few for a minute here till I get get going here till I get situated.
There she goes. All right. Hey, Silver VTEC. How you doing, buddy? Good to see you. DF Rob, good to see you, too.
Mhm. No shot collar check. No, no, no shot collar on her. She's uh I don't know. I guess I'm going to have to put stuff in her ear again. Her ear is bothering her. Clearly.
Clearly, her ear is bothering her.
Well, we'll see.
Was this actually going to be about this or is this going to be about something else?
court rulings in Mississippi and the Supreme Court threw out lower court rulings in Mississippi and North Dakota involving racial redistricting claims under section two of the voting rights act. The cases were sent back to federal district courts to reconsider them after the high court's recent decision in Louisiana which raised the legal standard for challenging electoral maps. The Mississippi case involves state legis >> Hey Colt, great to see you buddy. Thanks for being here over there. pull it down.
While the North Dakota case centered on claims that Native American voters were unfairly weakened in the state's legislative map, >> Klay ruling now requires stronger proof of intentional racial discrimination and redistricting cases rather than showing racial groups were incidentally split while states pursued partisan goals.
Justice Katanji Brown Jackson dissented in both cases, arguing the court still has not addressed whether private individuals can sue under section two of the Voting Rights Act. No.
>> The decisions could accelerate new rounds of redistricting nationwide.
>> Wow. New rounds of redistricting.
Supreme Court tosses the redistricting rulings in Minneapolis, Miss Mississippi, and North Dakota. That was May 18th. That's not really uh what we're looking for.
So, Alabama filed a pair of emergency petitions to the Supreme Court today on Wednesday, urging it to lift the lower court's block of a new congressional map that could help the GOP flip a seat in 2026 elections.
Uh, I think I need to get something for my cat's ear. She's been flicking and rubbing it. Probably air mites. Yeah, I don't know. I got some stuff I got to put back in her I got this M. It's called like paradox or something. that I put in her ears and she's like pull her down. So yeah, Snarf, what's up? Activist K. Yeah, Katanji Jackson 5 Brown Jackson Brown five. Earlier this month, Supreme Court toss a three judge panel's previously finding that the map was a result of unlawful racial gerrymandering. Asking the panel to reconsider the case in light of the justice's ruling in Louisiana versus Cala. And um the cat's name, you talking about my cat or CF Rob's cat? My cat's name's Frisky. I'm not sure. But the they didn't even consider anything. They didn't even do anything. They just kicked it back and then they immediately said no. So they didn't consider nothing. They said, "No, we don't have to consider anything. We already found this." So which significantly raised the legal bar for provide proving claims of intentional racial discrimination. Three judge panel came to the same same conclusion. Well, they they didn't even do anything. They just said, "Yeah, you nothing changed." They just said nothing changed.
uh uh general the solicitor Alabama solicitor general argued to supreme court in his emergency petition that the renewed ruling defies rather than follows the Cala ruling because it does so among other faults the district court's injunction halts ongoing election preparations for reasons that defy Cala the pair of emergency petitions read Alabama argued in it petition that the state follow the standard set out in Clay while promoting its goals of protecting incumbents among other racneutral objectives when drawing the app that the lower court still insisted the officials need to create two black majority districts.
So yeah, uh my cat's name is Frisky.
Frisky, you know, like Frisky, Kitty, Frisky, Frisky.
This says Alabama Republicans asked Supreme Court to allow the map found racially discriminatory. exit. That's what they see the thing is they were using the rules. So they were using the rules that are like bad rules when they came up with this. Like basically like no, you have to have black districts because you got this many people. If you don't have black districts, you're discriminating. That's that that's ridiculous. Like they're they're playing games.
>> Redistricting plans hit roadblocks today. One political, one legal. Let's start with the political one. South Carolina state Senate has defied President Trump and is not moving forward on a newly drawn map and a federal court has blocked redistricting in Alabama. That map was found to discriminate against black voters.
Republicans say they will appeal that decision to the Supreme Court. Jan Crawford is with me to break all this down. Let's talk about Alabama first.
Jan, and I want to read from you the opinion released today by the US District Court, Northern District of Alabama control room. This is uh if I can find it in my notes here. Quote number one.
Our previous review of the undisputed evidence left us in no doubt that Alabama's legislatively enacted plan intentionally discriminated based on race in violation of the Constitution.
Our re-examination in light of Cala yields the same conclusion. That's super important, that last sentence, is it not? Well, the Supreme Court after they issued that landmark decision in Cala, which kind of limited the scope of section two of the Voting Rights Act, um after that decision came down, of course, that was a case from Louisiana, the justices, uh sent a similar case from Alabama, uh a fight over those districts, back down to that federal district court panel and said, "You need to rethink your decision, uh in light of our, you know, landmark ruling." That's very common. The court does that all the time when it has a major decision that kind of changes our thinking on the law.
Um, and the reason this decision is significant today is because the court concluded after looking at Clay, the the big Supreme Court decision that did not require a different result. This is a very convoluted, complicated legal issue that goes back several years. Um, this federal district court panel, the one that you quoted from, uh, had originally said and ordered Alabama to create two majority black districts. Right now, we get the Cala decision. Alabama saying, "Oh, the court is going to make it much harder to have majority black districts.
We want to go back to one district like we had always had." So today, the federal court panel saying, "No, you've got to stick with two because there was intentional race discrimination." And that the Supreme Court said in Kle is um kind of that very narrow category uh where >> constitutional if it's intentional and clearly so >> it's unconstitutional under the 14th amendment. And that's how this is an exception to Kala the the big decision and that's why justice soayor uh made that point uh week before last when the the court sent this case back to Alabama >> and this is a graphic too control room because this is important because the Supreme Court has also said look partisan motives are fine in redistricting matters we're not going to get involved in that. So graphic number two council meaning state of Alabama argues mightily that the legislaturator's partisan motive drove the creation of the 2023 plan. That's the one you just referenced. But this enormous record contains no evidence of a partisan motive.
>> Okay. This is an interesting point in this opinion. Um because again the panel is saying so therefore the the original Alabama Republican district with only one majority black district that was intentional race discrimination. Um and there was no evidence that it was by party to to enhance the Republican standing in the state. There is some wiggle room in this decision where Alabama could try to say okay let's see if we can real quick find some more of that evidence and drop a different plan.
Maybe a plan like in Tennessee where there are all Republican districts in the state. I don't think the state's going to have time for that. And I think this decision forecloses it uh because it says >> even though it's going to be appealed to the high court.
>> Yeah. And I I I'm willing to bet the court's going to give this one a pass.
But this it looks like Alabama's going to have two majority black districts for this.
>> So So the court ordered them to create two black districts, which the Supreme Court said you can't do that. you can't order ra uh districts be drawn by race and they're they think that's oh but that's okay because we said it's if you don't do that it's discrimination this is [ __ ] like there's no way that this should stand hey look at this Joe said let us begin for $2 [music] thank you so much Joe that means right now we are 98 away from adding a first additional hour to the show and just 48 away from television yeah this is defying Scottus and so this is clearly CBS news with these people like ah the deficit is going to give it a pass. I don't think so.
I don't think so.
>> Yeah. Discrimination is a feeder word.
Yeah, it is. It's crazy. Districts should be divided on population numbers or voters without race being considered at all. Yeah, but that the court ordered them to create two black districts. So, how is that not a violation of what the Supreme Court said?
>> But I bet Alabama goes back to the drawing board real quick.
>> And very quickly, South Carolina was considering redrawing the maps. It went to the state senate. had to make a conclusion on that. Today, the state senate said, "No, we're going to leave the lions as they are." Which means Jim Klyurn and his district line.
>> Yeah. They're going to leave them while they are because they're rhinos. So, Alabama Republicans asked the Supreme Court on Wednesday to allow a state to use a congressional map created in 2023 that would give the GOP an edge in the midterm elections. So, then it's right there. It's partisan. and it's going to give the GOP an edge in the midterms after a district district court found that it was racially discriminatory because they didn't have enough black districts, but they can't order them to have black districts. See how this is like circular going around and around and around and around and around like state officials as the court for emergency relief Alabama uh after the district court ordered Alabama to a court approved map that includes two majority black districts.
Uh the three judge court panel found that the redistricting plan uh which was one majority minority district intentionally discriminated against black voters. How about make no uh majority black districts? Just take the just draw a line straight across the map. Go here we go. Just like this.
Clunk clunk clunk. Nope.
Yeah. So if the blacks they have to vote again. So dumb. Just vote. Yeah. It's crazy. It is gypsy.
Alabama and the public face irreparable harm unless the state issues because they will able to use the state's duly enacted plans for the 2026 election.
Worse still, voters will be forced to vote under a court-drawn racial gerrymander that does not meet Alabama's legitimate districting goals. Uh they said the 2023 map was lawful then and it's lawful now. Uh Alabama Republicans moved to revert back to congressional lines drawn three years ago after Supreme Court weakened the key provision. It didn't weaken. just said, this is the thing. The way these these [ __ ] people talk, it just drives me baddy. It says you cannot use you can't use race. The Voting Rights Act says you cannot do anything racially. You can't race can't be a part of it. No racial discrimination. That means you can't use race. But they want to force them to use race. This is the delay to left. Like they go, "Oh, it says you can't be racist, so that means we have to use race." It's crazy.
Uh, in anticipation of the three-year-old map being put in place, Alabama set a special primary for August 11th for the four House districts that would be recrafted under the plan.
Primaries for the other House seats remain unaffected. The ongoing battle over Alabama's congressional map is part of the fallout from the voting rights decision. the effort is in line with President Trump's push to to actually make the states represent the people and the voting power because why why should the Republican states be forced to have these goofy districts when the Democrats aren't? There's no there's no goofy drawn districts that demand that in Illinois or in you know Maryland or Massachusetts or New York or there's none of these places where they have districts specifically so that the Republicans can get a district but they have to draw a map so that Democrats get a district.
Huh.
Uh on the heels of decision Alabama officials asked the Supreme Court to set aside the injunction that had blocked the state from using the map. the high court agreed to do so and set the case back. So the Supreme Court said, "Yeah, you set this aside. You can't force them to use those maps. You can't force them to do that." And then they're like, "Nope, we can force them." And they didn't even they didn't look at anything. It as soon as it got back to them, they immediately said, "Nope, that that's that's the it was like immediately." So ultimately, we cannot see our way clear to requiring Alamians to cast their votes under a discriminating plan tainted by race-based discrimination. Yeah. That's why you can't have them use the map that you justice judges drew.
Alabama as Supreme Court to allow map that see how the ladies put it that dilutes black vote. No, it doesn't dilute the black vote. It just doesn't dilute Republican vote.
You know, I mean that's just ridiculous the way they word it.
You can tell they're just racist the way they word that stuff.
All right, on to the next story. So, well, I I I suspect if the Supreme Court is going to just uh say, "Yeah, no, sorry, uh appeals court. You're just playing games here. You did not you did not look at anything. You just said, "No, they intentionally discriminated because they didn't have two black districts." What?
So, we'll see. So, on to the next story here. We got uh a journalist son of a politician is accused of selling intelligence to Beijing.
Yeah. No party included, just numbers.
Verbiage matters.
New Iran strikes.
I I didn't is there I I don't know anything about it. I was not home. I just I got home and started the show. So you wonder how the AI would draw the districts based on number of voters.
Who knows? So the man has worked for multiple Chinese state outlets and allegedly taken $100,000 from a Chinese intelligence official intelligence official.
An American journalist, the son of a Texas Republican politician has been charged with acting as a Chinese agent.
So, see, it's it's not all just Democrats. There's also Republicans, you know, people pretending to be Republicans working for the Chinese.
Yes, it is infuriating. Infuriating.
Yes, it is. Thomas Pawin II, who lives in China for more than a decade and worked for multiple Chinese state media outlets, was allegedly paid at least $100,000 for working with an individual individual within the Ministry of State Security, which is tasked with espionage operations. According to the affidavit, the handler, a woman he called Kathy.
Wow. So, what do you know? What do you know? A woman called Kathy. We had a woman called Fang Fang. We had other people with all these other politicians.
Uh uh four drones probably Shahed shot down. Controller station struck before it can launch a fifth as per the Department of War. So, so they launched drones and then we shot the base down. I mean, this they got to stop messing around. Just go just just just finish the job. Just finish the job. Yes, definitely rhinos. Def that definitely rhinos. Pawin was arrested in March is facing a plea hearing on May 29th. He said he Pawin said he prepared reports and recorded interviews with Kathy through Telegram or WeChat, a Chinese social media app, before deleting the messages at Cathy's request. Pawin is the son of Tom Pawin, the director of a federal agency that managed domestic volunteer programs during the Reagan administration. Oh, so a guy who a guy who worked under the Reagan administration, was he really a Republican? Probably not. Who later chaired the Texas Republican party in the Texas Work Workforce Commission? So, look at this. Chinese nationals charged with laundering money for the cartels.
Chinese nationals charged with smuggling drugs through Georgia's Porter Savannah.
Younger Pawkins Chinese associates were obsessed with detaining information on his father, who had allegedly asked his son to use an alias to avoid being tied to his activities in China. According to the filing, younger pawin uses the pseudamman Tom McGregor. The affidate stated the younger pawin took a lie detector detector test at Cathy's urging and connected Kathy with a person now working for a US government agency who received multiple payments from the Chinese intelligence agent for information he gleaned from the person regarding the Trump administration's thinking.
Wow. All black people don't vote the same way and neither do all white or other races of voters. Stop systemic racism. You all complain about it. You redistrict by race is systemic racism.
Yeah. Wonder if she knows Eric and Fangpang. I wonder it's like a whole thing. I think the Chinese just purposely do this. They got this thing where it's like a it's like a it's like a plan that they have to infiltrate, you know, to infiltrate and stuff like that.
Pin told the FBI he was 80% sure a person would hand over classified information to China despite his advising against it.
So he gave the information that don't hand this over to China that they all know Walts. Oh yeah, you ain't kidding. They know Waltz. You ain't kidding. Under Cathy's instructions, Pawan gave the individual a laptop, a Samsung phone for communicating with Kathy, and a flash drive. According to the FBI agent who drafted the affidavit, Pawan made several trips between 2019 and 2025. And Kathy wired about 7 to8,000 to Pawkins wife to compensate for each trip. The FBI agent wrote, "In addition to Kathy, Pawkins said he worked with a group of Chinese individuals based in Wuhan, China."
Well, I wonder what they did in Wuhan, China. It's like a hundred-year plan.
Yes, it is. Yes, it is. Oh, look at this. America first. Let's get this started. Let's get this started in here.
Let's get this started in here. Thank you for the 10. We're getting this started. Yeah. So that means we're 88 away from the first hour and 38 away from Bellision.
Thank you so much.
That's wild. That 10 did not pop in the uh why. So some YouTube's got a problem with their goal thing not working correctly. Clearly clearly because it's not showing up on there. But that's a good thing I do the math myself.
Yeah. Yeah, what's up? Thanks for being here.
So, the the sought information related to technology and the justice department. According to the filings, the men wanted Pawan to find an expert to assist with their cyber espionage efforts.
The individual who worked for the US government was not named. In the documents, he told the FBI that he stopped working with Pawan after receiving the laptop and foam, but reconnected with Pawan around January through a mutual contact. So, who is this person that worked for the government? That's what I'd like to know. He said he then began working as a potential intermediar on an oil deal involving one or more Chinese or foreign firms. According to the court filing, in a February meeting, Pawan allegedly met the person at a hotel, gave him a SIM card, and offered him $10,000 for agreeing to work with the with Kathy.
Pawan said Kathy expected one report per week, which would be set to Xi and influence policy.
Uh, we need to apologize to Fang Fang.
Do you realize the dirty trick we played on her with Eric Swaw? That was a mean thing to set her up with a sexual predator. Yeah. Yeah. That's pretty bad, right? Pawkins lawyer, Charles Burnham, said they look forward to responding to the government's allegations in court.
Kind of sounds like he admitted to everything. It's critical to understand that Palkin is not charged with spying or mishandling classified information.
The government complaint charges that Pawan did professional work for a foreign government without first completing certain required paperwork.
Yeah, it's called FAR paperwork, which is a crime to not do it. Pawan authored a book US versus China from trade war to reciprocal deal which purports to offer a neutral and balanced perspective on the bilateral trade relationship.
Pawan's father did not immediately respond through emails request for comment. So look at this. It's written by Eva Fu. Eva Fu award winning journalist for time focus on your policy with the China. Contact Eva Eva Fu.
Journalists accused of acting as Chinese agent. A Chinese agent.
A Chinese agent. Is this Why does this keep pausing? Newsmax sucks with the ads. They like play and then they pause. See, federal authorities charge American journalists with political and political commentators spent more than a decade living in China. to China >> know this, but if your viewers know >> if your viewers know this, but every single ballistic missile Iran fires at Israel or Saudi or UAE or anybody in between, that's powered by Chinese rocket fuel. Number one. Number two, every drone coming from China, including American military bases, those are components from where? Evil fool. Yep, >> that's right. That's her name. Evil fool.
>> Federal authorities have charged this journalist. According to the affidavit, first offer reported on by Politico.
Politico Thomas Pawin II prepared confidential reports for Xiing Ping through a handler. They alleged they took a polygraph at the request of the Chinese accountant tax and pass electronic device to people in United States. The individual is not identified in court filings. Pawin was arrested February.
Well, the last Wait a minute. The last story said he was arrested in March. So, when was he arrested? March or February.
That's like a month apart.
Uh, China help a terrorist if a payment occurs. Yes, it does.
Uh, Wall Street Journal reported last week that Beijing and Moscow have increased staffing and upgraded electronic surveillance facilities in Kuba to monitor US military activity in Florida and other southeastern states.
Let's see about Well, thank you.
[music] Uh that means we are uh se $68 away from a first additional hour and $18 away from Bella Vision. We uh unfort unfortunately we we still don't get I mean I could show you Bella for a minute here but uh that's did I miss something?
Did you donate something earlier today?
I mean I guess well I guess I could leave her up there. You did donate 90 last night so I'll give you credit for that. So we'll leave Bella up there now.
Thank you so much Christine. Uh that's right. So 68 away and 18 away. Well we'll just call this I'll just do this.
We'll just call it 68 away.
That's what we'll do. We'll do that.
Just make it 68 away from an extra hour.
Yeah. Uh, thanks. That what you wanted to see. No problem. Uh, sneaking up on Bella. No problem. No problem. Thank you so much.
No problem. Thank you so much. That means we're just 58 away from adding a extra hour to the show. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. Thank you so much, Lisa. Mission accomplished, China.
Yes. Thanks, Christine.
Uh, according to officials cited by the journal, they operate three signal intelligence sites in Cuba, while Russia runs two other ones. Uh, several facilities believed to be jointly operated with the Cuban authorities.
Yes. Uh, thank you Christine. Love seeing Bella. Yes. Uh, sites reportedly focused on intercepting communications linked to US Central Command in Tampa and Southern Command in Miami. Uh, President Trump said on Thursday the previous administration had failed to confront the issue while Secretary of State Marco Rubio pointed to the Russian Chinese intelligence presence presence roughly 90 miles south of the US mainland.
President had a very important, I think, historic call just a couple days ago with a number of leaders from the region. I think there's strong alignment and agreement on what a preliminary draft should look like. I think like anything with something like this and it's going to take a couple days uh to settle on even down to the disagreements over a word.
>> Midyear midterms.
>> No. Well, mid mid year midterms. So, journalist charged. Let's see if there's anything different here just real quick. Thomas Weir Pul and a second son of former Texas workforce commissioner was arrested in early March. I mean, I guess this would go to show that some of the pe some of these people that claim to be Republicans that live in Texas might not be Republicans. They might be rhinos over there doing stuff with the Chinese.
He's accused of working at the direction of and control of individuals known to operate on behalf of the People's Republic of China and its civilian intelligence service, the Ministry of State Security.
Wow. Wow. Wow. Falkan admitted during a voluntary interview that his work with Kathy as well as other individuals whom he admitted also work for the PRC was part of a conspiracy to obtain classified information from the United States. So, he admitted to this conspiracy. No problem. Thank you so much. You're so generous to me. I appreciate it. Uh, hey, good evening, Kelly. Great to see you. Thanks for being here.
Y she she did she's number one in the chat. Number one in our hearts.
Uh so the the investigation reportedly began in December 2025 when Pulkin entered the US through Washington Dulles International Airport and customs agents discovered two cell phones, a laptop, and $3,000 in cash in his luggage. When questioned about the purpose of his trip, Pawan reportedly told agents he was in town for a few minutes and planned to return to China in three days. One of the people he was scheduled to meet with was seeking a job in the Trump administration. Finan believed that if person one was hired by the incoming presidential administration, he was 80% sure that person one would provide classified information to the PRC.
Where did he come up with this? I mean, he he admitted to all this stuff. Is he dumb? He told agents he moved to China in 2010 and worked as a journalist in Hong Kong and for various stateowned television and news outlets, radio outlets before becoming an editor for Genua News in 2024.
So this guy's just a straightup trader.
like this guy should probably be uh this guy should probably be taking uh you know in in more ser uh he he he was part of a conspiracy to tame classified information from the United States government. Wow.
He used the pseudamman Tom McGregor at his father's request.
Uh Pawan allegedly met with met a man who served as a speech writer for Chinese President Xi Jangping in 2017 and was introduced to Kathy who expressed interest early on in obtaining classified information from him.
So he's a traitor. This guy should like what do we do with traders? Like this is a traitor. This is treason. a trader.
What do we do to traders? We used to We used to know how to deal with people like this.
Pawan made several all expense paid trips to the US between 2019 and 2025 and was paid $100,000 for reports that were later shared with Xi. Yes. There.
Yeah. Involves rope. Yes. Marxists are dumb. They sure are. after he was confronted last year by CBP agents and they told him to continue his plans if nothing had changed follow determination that any sudden change could put him at risk with the MSS. The FBI reportedly sought to use him as a double agent from that point forward, instructing him to continue about his business, but warned him not to obtain or transfer classified information.
200 years ago, we'd have dealt with him very quickly. Oh, he would he would already been dealt with.
Their intent is on their bumper. no consequences anymore.
So Paulin returned to the US in February and met with an individual he given a laptop to. He offered the individual $100,000 in cash and gave them a SIM card to communicate with Kathy. So this guy was pretending that he was working for the US, but he was all secretly he was a he was like a triple agent. He was a double double secret agent. Like he was a double agent and he like traded a double like I don't know how does it go like a a double double agent. a double double double agent.
So he would give reports every week that would be uh read by Ping.
It's crazy to me.
Crazy to me. American Journal's charged with acting as an agent for the Chinese government. Yeah, good.
Throw away the key is what I say. Throw away the key. Locks them up and throws away the key.
So, we had a handler. He refused his handler's request for classified information, but he told the FBI that he believed there was a likely chance the individual in the US would provide the requested information double agent once removed something weird.
We look forward to responding to the government's uh according to VA Pulan writes under Sudan Tom and is son of a chairman of the Texas former chairman of the Texas Republican party.
Oh. Oh. NYC to renew review press pass process after credential journalist openly back Mioni. Well, that that makes sense. Let's see what no MIC to remove press pass credentials.
Journalists openly back Manion. We covered this story the other day of these crazy people.
So, oh, the mayor's office. The New York City mayor's office is reviewing its approval process for press passes after a credential journalist supporting Louis Manion, who was charged with killing the United Healthcare CEO, publicly said the executive's family are better off without him.
We used to know what to do about treason. Yes, we did. Yes, we did.
The journalist Lena Wisrott is seen in a viral video taken Monday outside New York City courthouse where Manion had a brief appearance saying Thompson's teenage sons are better off without him and they should they should enjoy the blood money. Like we brought wearing a press pass as is Ashley Rojas who can be heard saying f Brian Thompson I don't give an f he died. Each identifies themselves as being associated with a group called the manionistas which supports manion and calls myrtle trial an injustice.
So, what classified information does he have access to? I don't know if he had access to classified information or not, but you still can't work as a spy.
Basically, he was a spy. He was contacting people in the government that work for the government, trying to pass information on and being like an intermediary, like a handler or something. He was he was basically performing like espionage for them, trying to get information.
A spokesperson for the office of the kami mandami told the times that the administration was reassessing the process and standards for granting press credentials.
You think uh Thompson was shot outside the Hilton Hotel in Midtown Manhattan in 2024. Manion has pleaded not guilty.
Now we're afraid to offend anyone. I say be offended. Yeah, that's what I say. Be offended. You want to be offended?
Okay, now you want to be offended. Here we go. We're going to be really offended because this is some [ __ ] right here. I predicted this crap was going to happen.
Yeah, this this [ __ ] uh Khalil Muhammad Muhammad Khalil, whatever his name is, Muhammad Khalil. The court gives Muhammad Mackielle more time to fight the Trump administration's efforts to deport him. You heard that right. So, a federal appeals court is giving the former Columbia University graduate more time to fight the Trump administration before they can afford deport him. So, what they did was they stayed their ruling saying that, yeah, you you couldn't do this. They had the right, you know, to deport him and all stuff.
You had no right to release him on bond and everything. Uh because not because they already put in an appeal to the Supreme Court because they say they want to put an appeal to the Supreme Court.
So, they're giving him months to file the appeal. So, that's just months he gets to stay here. This is not how the justice system is supposed to work. That appeals court shouldn't have stayed anything. They should have The only way they should have got a stay would be if the Supreme Court granted the stay. Like this is ridiculous. Like the sup what if they never filed the Supreme Court. So it's just like, "Oh yeah, we said this is wrong." Like the what should happen right now is the the federal government should immediately be like, "No, no, this isn't happening. You're you're not doing this because this is just this is just delay tactics.
Just delay tactics." A federal appeals courts giving the Columbia University student more time to fight the Trump administration.
A lawful per he's no longer a lawful permanent residence. They revoked his green card. So you're lying here. New York one. He was detained last year because of his anti-American behavior.
The government argued at the time that Khalil's presence was harmful to the country's foreign policy. He is not a lawful permanent residence. They revoked his green card. Stop lying. He no longer has a green card.
Uh, Cleo spent months in detention before a federal judge freed him, saying that the government had acted unconstitutionally. Oh. The appeals court heard the case and ruled that the judge didn't have authority to intervene, but yet they're staying their ruling.
Why does how does that make any sense?
So, you have a a district court that had no jurisdiction to get involved at all, and now this is political and policy.
This is not what this is. This is all nasty uh politicking and uh activist judicials work by this third circuit court of appeals.
The appeals court said on Tuesday, however, that it would put its ruling on hold while Khalil appeals to the Supreme Court.
Uh yeah, so the senior council with the ACLU, which is involved, said we're grateful the decision. We look forward to asking the Supreme Court to make clear the government cannot use the threat of detention to silence disscent.
An appeal to the high court is expected in the coming months, possibly late summer. So, this guy gets to just stay here for months without them even filing the appeal. If I was the Trump administration, I would immediately take it to the Supreme Court and say, "No, [ __ ] Either they file with you and you either grant s or not or he's leaving."
The Homeland Department of Homeland Security did not comment on the decision. Yeah, because Mark Wayne Mullen is too busy doing whatever the [ __ ] he's doing to do his job. As the court director, CO's lawyers have also argued his case in immigration court so far unsuccessfully. He now has a separate appeal of those proceedings pending before the fifth circuit court of appeals. Tuesday's stay provides Khalil an extra layer of insulation against possible rearrest and deportation while his other appeals are still pending. Is that is that how it's supposed to work? You're supposed to get other layers of protection by the courts to protect you from the laws being [ __ ] applied to you.
The court did not provide a reason for its decision, but said if no timely petition is filed, parties needs to let the courts know in writing.
I would say uh no, give them uh 10 days to file their appeal or something.
So, this is just this is so ridiculous. So ridiculous.
This guy, it's been one year. He's been here. One year. He marks one year since his arrest. Well, why isn't he gone?
Court gives Khalil more time to fight the Trump administration. That's not how it's supposed to work at all.
He's not al this. So, holy [ __ ] Does he still have a green card or did they revoke his green card? They revoked his green card and they ordered him deported. So he's not a lawful permanent residence.
US government argued that his presence was harmful to the country. I I think it is.
>> Professors and supporters marked one year since the detention of Makmoud Khalil. Khalil was a prominent leader of the pro Palestinian movement at Col.
>> So he's an a proud leader of the pro Palestinian movement. So he came here to subvert the US. That's what he did. He didn't come here to go to school. He didn't come here for anything. He's a [ __ ] political activist. We don't need anymore in our country. He can get the [ __ ] out of here. That's what needs to happen. That's really what needs to happen. That's really what needs to happen. How did that happen?
>> He and others spoke today about what motivates these protests.
>> Colombia's administration attempts to silence us will never succeed. I will never be deterred for speaking out about Palestinian rights.
>> Colombia, like our society, like our government, needs to reaffirm the self-evident truth that protests and dissent are not criminal acts.
>> We did reach out to Columbia University for comment, but have not heard back.
>> Take uh when you uh occupied a building and kidnapped people, which is what they did, and held people hostage, those are criminal acts.
Meanwhile, Leica Cordia remains in ICE custody after her arrest last year for overstaying her student visa. She was arrested in connection with the 2024 Columbia protest, but those charges were dismissed. In a statement to CBS News, a DHS spokesperson says Cordilla was also found to be providing financial support to individuals living in nations hostile to the US.
>> Oh, there you go. So, get them all out of here. Get them all uh get them all out of here. They all need to get the [ __ ] out.
This is so ridiculous, man.
We look forward to asking them h months.
We We'll let them hang out here for a couple more months. Yeah. Appeals expected in the coming months, possibly in late summer. No, that's not how it works. If it was the government, they would have if if it was the federal government that asked to stay while they filed an appeal with the Supreme Court, they would only get like 10 days, seven days. That's all these people should get. This is beyond ridiculous. Beyond ridiculous.
That gives him an extra layer of protection.
I don't know. This pisses me off than more than no end. I swear this [ __ ] shouldn't be happening. We're getting abused. Our court system is abusing us. They're giving people that have no right to be in this country more rights and more due process than American citizens.
Oh, it gives him an extra layer of protection. He's got two separate court cases going in federal court. A guy who shouldn't be here. A guy should have never been he should have never been led into the [ __ ] country at all. He came here in 2023 on a [ __ ] on a somehow on a student visa, then all of a sudden got a green card 12 months later. That's not supposed to happen at all. That's somebody working with him. Some Islamist in the Biden administration in the deep state. Some one of these, you know, congresswoman probably Rashida Talib or somebody pull strings to help him out.
Deport her [ __ ] ass, too.
So, South Carolina Senate Rhinos blocked the redistricting map that eliminates Klyurn's gerrymandered seat.
perjury charge being investigated on Eugene Carol. Oh, that's great. That would be nice. That would be great. That would be nice. That would be awesome.
Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Where's that?
Where Where'd you see that at?
[snorts] I see.
Okay. Uh, we'll do this real quick.
We'll do this real quick. Someone brought this up.
[snorts] Uh, it's official. Iran has just been struck by the US military.
Four Iranian drones were blown up and a military site was bombed before it could send off another one. The defensive strikes are intended to maintain the ceasefire. That's not a ceasefire. Iran reported explosions in Bond Rabbas. The site was struck seconds from firing off another drone.
Like why why are we why are we saying it's still a ceasefire if they're launching [ __ ] at us?
>> News alert. We just carried out a new wave of strikes in Iran. The Pentagon confirming to Fox that US forces struck four Iranian [snorts] drones, posing a threat to the strait.
Also bombing an Iranian military site that was seconds away from launching a fifth drone. We're told these strikes were purely defensive and intended to maintain the ceasefire, quote unquote.
This comes just after the president called a high stakes cabinet meeting at the White House today. The main topic, Iran News alert, we just carried out a new wave of strikes.
>> That don't make any sense there. I thought there were supposed to be a camp. What's this? Anonymous. Anonymous.
Dodo says, "Uh, every illegal resource to left the org spent on this one high-profile case is as much with is taken and not taken away and not available for other illegals." Yeah, but I don't care. Uh uh that was a test having issues. Okay.
Is that is that not a not a link I should be worried about?
>> [snorts] >> Yeah, I love President Trump, but we need to quit pretending there's a ceasefire. Yeah, I agree.
The biggest attack on Iran so far, two air bases were wiped out and several top commanders reportedly eliminated.
This [clears throat] I I don't know this could I don't know when this is from. This is just posted but I don't know when this video is from.
US launches new strikes on Iran targeting military site that pose a threat to troops and commercial shipping.
US has carried out new strikes on southern Iran targeting military site.
Let's see here. See, is there video with this? Iran live updates. They conduct new strikes in southern Iran.
That's a long ass commercial you guys got there. Uh Iran is accusing US of violating the ceasefire, but JD Van says remains remains hopeful.
President Trump announced major combat operations against Iran. Wait, what?
Going to turn now to the latest on the war with Iran. A mixed picture this morning with Iran accusing the US of violating the ceasefire, but Vice President um Vance saying he's hopeful about negotiation to end the conflict.
Senior political correspondent Rachel Scott is tracking it all from the White House. And good morning to you, Rachel.
>> Michael, good morning to you. And in just a few hours, President Trump will be hosting a cabinet meeting here at the White House amid all of this uncertainty on whether there will be a deal with Iran and amid those escalating tensions.
The president and senior administration officials had been optimistic about the progress of these talks. But this morning, still nothing has been finalized. And Iran is vowing retaliation after the US launched what it called self-defensive strikes in the region. As all of this played out, President Trump took a trip to Walter Reed Medical Center for a three-hour visit. It's his third in the last 13 months. The White House billing this as a routine annual dental and medical.
>> All right, that's just not what we want to talk about.
So, US military launches new strikes in Iran targeting targeting site to pose a threat to troops.
That's a lot of boats there.
That's a lot of boats.
Radiant drone launching unit and four one-way drones drone launching unit and four oneway drones. Oh, you serious? Come. What the hell, man?
that fired at American commercial ship were struck. So they attacked uh they attacked a ship and for some reason the Egene article will not post.
That's weird. Is it on it's on Gateway Pundit?
On Gateway Pundit.
All right, I got it. We'll get to that in a second.
All right, we'll get to that in a second.
There.
This there.
All right.
Well, thank you. I I'll get it. I got it. Uh top story. Yeah, I got it. I got it. I got it. Uh so, an Iranian state media reported three explosions being heard in Bonder Abas.
Uh Justice Department launched EG Carol investigation. All right, I got it.
Thank you.
Oh, thanks, Joe. Thank you.
All right. Despite the skirmish, the fragile ceasefire that has been in place since April 8th is still considered to be holding. Who says so? It sounds This doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
Doesn't make a lots of sense to me.
How's it holding? How's it holding? Who says it's holding? Where do they come up with this stuff?
Central Command said the Pentagon did not immediately respond to the post request for comments. Strike follows strikes follow defensive self-defense strikes launched by the US on Monday against Iranian boats that were laying mines in the straight.
Some don't some don't make a lot of sense. Those attacks also took out a surfaceto-air missile site in Bonder Abbas. The missile site based at Iran's primary naval station was reportedly targeting US war plananes.
Wednesday's clash also come as US Iranian negotiators worked to finalize a memorandum of understanding that would reopen the key waterway to international shipping without tolls and allow additional time for an agreement on the fate of Iran's highly uranium stockpiles. President Trump warned earlier Wednesday that if a deal is not agreed to, we'll just have to finish the job militarily. Trump also chidied the regime for thinking they were going to wake me out and argue that they're negotiating on fumes in the wake of the destruction of their air force navy in the death of their key leaders since the initial US and Israeli strikes on February 28th. Like don't don't you get it? The ceasefire will end when Iran retaliates.
Well, are from what I'm reading America First did there didn't they say that Iran launched these drones and that's why they attacked it? They said they launched four drones. The US shot four drones down, then blew up the drone launch facility when they were launching on fifth. I mean, that's what I read.
So, to me, that would mean that Iran already launched drones. And then they claimed yesterday or whatever or Monday or Monday or yesterday, I don't remember. Uh that the the boats were laying mines. So, that would mean the ceasefire is not on if they're laying mines. I don't know. To me, it seems like there is no ceasefire. That's just like a ceasefire in name only.
Uh, I think it looks like they just want to make a deal. They they they want to just make a deal, the president said.
And I don't think they have a choice.
Like, I don't get it. Do they want Do they want to make a deal or they just want to pretend they're making a deal?
Make a lot of sense to me.
I don't know.
All right. Uh, the DOJ launches criminal investigation into Trump rape accuser Eene Carol. Uh, Justice Department launched a criminal investigation into the Trump rape accuser in 2019. Carol alleged that Trump raped her in a Burgdorf Goodman dressing room in the 1990s, but she could not name the date or even the year it took place. She previously said rape is sexy and fantasy. Anderson Cooper was so disturbed he cut to commercial break.
>> I think most people think of rape as a I mean it is a violent assault. It is not >> I think most people think of rape as being sexy.
>> Let's take a short break.
>> Think of the fantasies.
>> We just going to take a quick break.
We'll talk more on the other side.
>> You're fascinating to talk to.
>> Yeah. Fascinating to talk to. The jury sided with Carol anyway with no evidence. Trump has denied the allegations and called Egene Carol a whack job, who's not my type. Jury decided that Carol did not prove that Trump raped her. However, the jury said Carol Peru Trump sexually abused her when he inserted fingers into her. What a Manhattan jury reached a verdict uh in a def rape defamation case in May 2023.
In a separate defamation case, Trump was ordered to pay 83 million in damages.
Mhm. Uh federal investigators are probing whether Carol pjured herself when she said under oath that no outside source was paying her legal fees. Egene Carol told then Trump attorney Alina Haba under oath that no one was helping pay her legal fees. However, it was later revealed that billionaire Reed Hoffman was bankrolling Carol's legal fees. Oh, so she committed perjury on a stand. The Justice Department has launched a criminal investigation in Egene Carol's uh the former magazine columnist who accused President Trump of sexual assault. The investigation is focused on whether Carol committed perjury and testimony tied to her true civil lawsuits against the president. One alleging he sexually abused her and another saying he defamed her. Prosecutor's theory hinged on a 2022 deposition statement by Carol that she receives no outside funding for her lawsuit, though it was later revealed that billionaire Reed Hoffman had paid some legal fees and expenses. Yeah, like all of them. I mean, yeah, go after her. That's what I would do. Let's see how CNN frames it. Uh, Justice Department launches a criminal investigation into Trump accuser Eene Carol.
>> Everything all right, my love.
Catherine, >> I hate these commercials. They're riding horses and doing this and hey, what's up? It's about going here and go kiss Withering Heights.
>> Exclusive and breaking news right now.
The Justice Department, CNN is learning, has launched a new criminal investigation into one of Trump's enemies, Eugene Carol. Now, Eugene Carol was the former magazine columnist who accused President Donald Trump of sexual assault. Uh, ended up being that he was liable for sexual abuse. The source is telling CNN that the investigation now is focused on whether Carol committed perjury during her two civil lawsuits against the president. Paula Reed is breaking the story and she's out front.
And Paula, what else are you learning about this? I mean, there was obviously a verdict here.
>> That's right. And here, Erin, this is the latest move by the Justice Department to take action against one of President Trump's longstanding foes. Our sources tell us this investigation is focused on a >> Did she lie? Did she lie? Did she commit perjury? It sure looks like she did. She said no one's paying anything and someone was. So, now they're going to go after they're going to subpoena records.
They're going to get communications and prove that she knowingly lied. And if she knowingly lied about this under oath, then that actually could be brought up and say that she was a liar.
And that proves that her her word with saying what happened uh you know didn't happen cuz you know if somebody lies about one thing they lie about everything. That's how it works.
>> 2022 deposition that Carol gave where she said that she had not received any outside funding. Now, her later her lawyers later told the judge that she had in fact received funding for legal fees and expenses from billionaire Reed Hoffman. The judge overseeing this case ultimately said there were no issues with her credibility and blocked Trump lawyers from asking about this at trial.
Now, Carol currently has multiple uh legal battles with Trump currently pending, including one before the Supreme Court. Now, notably, Erin, the Supreme Court has deferred 12 times on a decision whether they want to take up that case. Now, over at the Justice Department, acting attorney general Todd Blanch, I am told, has recused from this case because he worked on one of the appeals uh related to the Carol case.
Now, I'm told he has not attended any meetings or been in any discussions about this investigation. The case is currently being handled attorney's office. The judge, the scumbag judge that rigged it against Trump in this trial said, "Yeah, even though she lied under oath, we're not going to let you tell the jury that she already lied under oath and you have her for lying under oath and I don't really care that she lied."
I mean, just think about that. Lied under oath, committed perjury. That means your credibility is called into question. The judge goes, "Yeah, we don't really care about it." No, I don't really care about it.
in Chicago. Now, tonight, the Justice Department issued a statement saying, quote, "We can confirm that no US attorney's office has declined to investigate any case relating to the subject matter of CNN's inquiry. We will not comment beyond that." Now, Carol's team tonight declined to comment.
>> Oh, well, lock her up. She's a liar.
She's a lying liar that lies. That's what I say. She's a lying liar that lies.
Hey, what's up, Derek? Great to see you.
Thanks for being here.
Uh, what agreement points do you think have been agreed to? I don't think anything's been agreed to. My personal opinion, nobody wants to hear her now that we know she's a liar. Gross. Yeah.
Cfino. CF N O.
They go high. Democrat party X account tells Stephen Miller to STFU. You ug you f uh uh you f uh Democrat party official accountants called President Trump's adviser an ugly F. Uh the rep repost came as a response to a comment by Miller in which he mocked Texas Senate candidate James Tel Rico. Fired up, ready to go. It's time to take Texas back and Democrats made history in Texas by nominating the first transgender Senate candidate. And then the party account said, "Shut the f up, you ugly f."
Wow.
The back and forth comes after Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton easily defeated incumbent Senator John Cornin.
Wait, I thought I I thought I thought they said John Cornin was going to be impossible to they said he's going to win everything. Everybody loves him. No, he screwed over to people way too many times. I I honestly I I would bet money that if it wouldn't really matter, honestly. I mean, Kent Pagon clearly, you know, but if Wesley Hunt was running against Kain, I have a feeling Wesley Hunt would have won.
Where's her closeup on CNN now? Oh, they don't want her anywhere. They know she's a nut bar.
President Trump takes victory lap after Ken Paxton's Senate victory. Yeah, well, of course he such rhetoric is a far cry from the days of the Obama presidency when his wife Michelle famously urged Dem Democrats to take the high road. I know. Didn't Didn't they say when when when when they go low, we kick them?
So when someone is cruel or acts like a bully, you don't stoop to their level.
No, our motto is when they go low, we go high. Yeah. And then the Democrats, but that's if that's not that's what are you what are you lying about? Then other people came out and said, "No, when they go low, we kick them." That was like Eric Holder or someone.
how they see how they try to twist the history and try to make it seem like, "Oh, no, no, no, no." He said, "When they go low, we kick them." That's what they said.
Going high means finding a purpose in your range. Rage without reason, without a plan, just gives more rage.
Yeah. When they go low, we go lower.
Yeah, I know. Uh, your motto is everybody wang tonight. Everybody wang chunk tonight. Everybody have fun tonight. Everybody wang tonight.
Obama's wingman said that. Yeah.
South Carolina Senate Rhinos block redistricing map that eliminates Klyburn's Jerry Mandered seat.
South Carolina rhinos strike again.
The South Carolina redistricting map that eliminates Democrat Clyburn's gerrymander seat is likely DOA.
Over the weekend, the South Car South Kalaki Senate advanced a 2026 redistricting map that eliminates its racially gerrymandered seat. However, on Tuesday, a closure vote to force debate failed.
Early voting begins today. Here are the South Kakalaki Senate Rhinos who voted to kill the new redistricting map.
Bennett, Camson, Cash, Chromemer, Davis, Henry, Johnson, Massie, another Massie, Peeler, Rankin, Stubs, and Zel.
President, President Trump said that he was watching South Kalaki very closely.
The South Kalaki state senate has a big vote tomorrow. I'm watching closely along with all the Republicans across the country who are counting on their elected leaders to use every legal and constitutional authority they have to stop the radical left demon rats from destroying our country. I mean, that's the thing. If it's legal and constitutional, you're not breaking any rules or laws. You're not I mean, the Democrats do [ __ ] all the time that ain't constitutional. Ain't legal. They just do it.
That old man in South Kaleki has all the sheep and rhino picks. No other reason to do what they're doing. Yeah.
Yeah, they they the Democrat the radical Democrats have been destroying our country. Yeah. With their egregious gerrymandering and census rigging.
That's what they've been doing. South Kakalaki Republicans be bold and courageous. Well, they're not. They're all bought and paid for. Earlier this month, several Rhino Indiana state senators lost their primary elections and Trump endorsed candidates swept Indiana after Trump sought revenge. I think there's going to be some revenge coming to South Kagalak.
Trump vowed to primary the Indiana Rhinos and followed through with his threat. Rhino Senator Bill Cassidy earlier this month lost his primary in a stunning development. GOP rep Tom Massie lost his primary to Trump endorsed Edgen last week and John Cornin was defeated by a Trump endorsed Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.
GOP le Senate fails to pass redistricting.
>> Yep. South Carolina voted against a plan to advance a new map.
I can no longer support passage of passes bill for one reason. Citizens are going to the polls today. So, they delayed it. These guys purposely delayed it and then said, "Oh, they're going to the polls today, so we can't do this."
Neither my conscience nor common sense will allow me to stop an election that's already begun.
A motion that would have ended debate on the floor and and put it up to vote failed.
The map had been approved by the House last week in the hopes of carving up the map before elections took place. Early voting starts Tuesday for the June 9th primary. Yeah.
Oh, we need Yeah, we need to get rid of the strongly worded letters and kick back. Yeah, that's right. Yeah, but Trump was a coward with it and didn't say anything until halfway through early voting for the runoff. Well, didn't really matter, did it, Cam Higgby? uh getting swarmed at the New Jersey facility. Really? Uh you got a link?
Drop D drop a link.
After the vote, another prominent Republican condemned the effort to change the map. We've completely outsourced our constitutional obligations to prepare congressional redistricting to a consultant in Washington DC. We have no idea. No idea how the map was created.
I I guess you're just screwed then.
Uh those close to the White House said they were surprised by the failed vote, one calling it a betrayal of the president. The vote on Tuesday will effectively uh back block more action from being done to change South Kalaki.
As the vote failed, South Kalaki attorney general said the map is moving one step closer to becoming law.
Uh we expect the lawsuits from the left of my office prepared to defend this map.
If the state senate picks up the map again, any map redraw would likely target the seat held by James Klyber, the lone demon rat.
Well, we hope so. One could hope. One can hope All right, let me do this. Let me do this. Let me do this. Let me do this.
Let me do this. We'll check this out real quick.
Look at this. Uhhuh.
Uhhuh.
Let's see what's going on.
>> Anthony J with >> All these people should just get arrested. Every one of them. Arrest them all. This just looks like a bunch of idiots, man. Just go arrest them all.

>> Is there something good supposed to be happening here?
>> BG could care less. BG on the scene. He could care less about getting this.
>> Barney, you know they were touching me.
>> You know they were touching me. It's on camera.
catching footage of the left being violent.
>> Of course he doesn't.
>> I'm not a bad boy.
>> He was attacking the guy yesterday right in front of ice.
>> Now he's all messed up.
>> I don't know why you hate him so much. I have no >> How's the audio?
>> I wish his audio was better so we could hear what they're saying.
>> The cam is out there all alone, man.
>> All right. Well, I don't know.
>> That dude in the the red uh the red jacket right there. He's also been really violent.
>> Yeah. Well, they're always violent.
They're always violent. All right, let's get to the next story. Let's do this.
Uh, so impeding traffic loitering are a thing now. Yeah, [ __ ] charge him enough to put him in in a tank away from there for a few hours. Where is Mark Wayne Mullen? Not doing his job. Uh, strikes just started again. Thanks, Iran.
More strikes. Uh, retribution. They get some retribution. The paint respirator won't help for spicy air, right? Uh, it might help a little bit. Uh, looks like it calmed down supposedly Sharesmart wants to help the go but the governor ordered no. Yeah, probably that's like sads during co. Yeah.
So, check this out. Uh, Maine ballot initi prevent trans athletes in girls sports ruled invalid. Yeah. Uh the uh this lady right here uh Sharon Shannon Bellows who's running for governor, she claims all right she claims that uh so right now they're claiming that they are um right now they're claiming that they uh where's it at here?
They disqualified 12,000 signatures. She disqualified cell 12,000 signatures as invalid. And so now the ballot initiative was 532 signatures short.
That's her story. 12,000 signatures invalid.
It's crazy. It's crazy.
>> Buying life insurance shouldn't >> really [ __ ] commercials, man. Always with the commercials. I don't know why they do this to me. I mean, look at that face. That's nobody you'd want anywhere near your stuff. You'd be like, "Get out of here. What are you doing?"
>> First at noon.
What are you doing here?
>> I had it playing and then it just stopped.
>> Has buying life insurance ever felt threatening?
>> Anything can happen.
going to play it over again now. Another [ __ ] commercial.
What >> for life?
>> First at noon, we're following breaking news as Maine Secretary of State Jenna Bellows issues a ruling on the fate of the Protect Girl Sports in Maine referendum. Thanks for joining us. I'm Asia Reid. CBS 13's Brad Rogers is live in Augusta with details. Brad, the Secretary of State declared today the petition contained too many invalid signatures. Brad, >> right? And because of that, Asia, she ruled this morning that uh this will not be on the November ballots. This referendum will not be on the ballot.
The secretary initially validated the petition and put it on the ballot, which if passed would have designated school sports participation and facilities by sex. But after signatures were challenged, a judge ordered further review. That's when Secretary Bellow says her staff, under the supervision of the state attorney general's office found additional invalidated signatures, putting the petition 532 signatures short of the number of signatures needed to call for a referendum. She says most of those invalidated signatures came from two out ofstate petitioners who left their post while people were signing petitions. We take the integrity of the petition process just as seriously as we take the security of the vote.
>> You're a lying sack of [ __ ] You purposely invalidated just enough signatures to say just like [ __ ] Gavin Newsome does in California to get it off the ballot because you know the [ __ ] voters would have voted overwhelmingly to say get these [ __ ] boys out of girls sports. You lying [ __ ] >> Process. Everyone involved must follow the law. Unfortunately, in this case, at least two outofstate circulators failed to follow main law, and that is why their petitions have been invalidated.
Now, this decision is final according to Secretary Bellows, pending, of course, an appeal, which has to happen within 10 days. Protect Girls Sports in Maine has told us they do plan to appeal. We're live at the state house, Brad Rogers, CBS 13 News. Asia will have more on this tonight.
>> Yeah. So, oh yeah, two people. Well, we're going to invalidate all the signatures from these people. So, they don't care that they disenfranchise those 12,000 people. They're not saying those signatures were illegal. They're saying the people that took the signatures left their post or something.
This is crazy. Officials say a main initiative that aims to ban transgender athletes. What's up, Scott? How you doing? Thanks for being here. Tell us how you really feel. I'm I'm getting uh If only Jim could be more clear on how he feels. I'm sorry. I I should be more direct, shouldn't I? More clear. Um, I could tell you that I'd like to take a ride and I'd like to go to Maine and I would like to just take this Shannaboss on a ride and talk to her. That's all.
Uh, Maine Secretary of State said the initiative an act to designate school sports participation and facilities by sex no longer has enough valid signatures. Yeah, this kind of BS is why so many of us are disgusted with the transgender community. Well, I'm disgusted with the demon rats because this is purposely they talk about people being disenfranchised about the voice, you know, about the vote and all this stuff and then they pull this [ __ ] and say like, "Oh no, we can't get this on the ballot cuz they know what happens if it goes on the ballot." This [ __ ] is not popular. It's not. The people would vote it down overwhelmingly.
Yeah. Yeah. Hear me out. Quote from Monday CFC. Yeah. Pinache free rides.
Not all none of what he did was wrong.
Just saying. Yeah. [clears throat] >> Good morning.
>> Good morning.
>> I issued a final decision to >> Yeah, I issued a final decision cuz I'm a [ __ ] fascist commie. I'm a communist Marxist scum. And so it doesn't matter uh who votes, it's who counts the votes. And I counted and I said, "We're going to throw out 12,000 signatures because I'm a commie."
>> Determining the validity of the petitions filed by proponents of the initiative titled an act to designate school sports participation in facilities by sex. Upon further review of evidence presented at a hearing held on May 12th and May 13th by my chief deputy Kate McBryan assisted by the office of the attorney general. Uh we have determined uh that the number of valid signatures 67,150 falls below the legal threshold. The petition is ruled to be invalid and will not be on the November ballot.
>> Are there any questions?
>> What's the process going forward here?
The parties have 10 days to appeal to court.
>> Parties have 10 days and the court will either uphel uphold or uh reject the decision.
>> That's right.
>> Yep.
>> So processwise, were there not um things in place that might have caught some of these mistakes or allegations earlier?
So you wouldn't have validated them in the first place?
>> This process demonstrates that the process works. Uh remember my staff did an initial >> Yeah. Remember, just like Gavin Newsome said, the Nuskum said that don't worry, even if there's two Republicans, we have ways to fix it. We have all the administrations and we're demonrats.
We're we're scum Marxist. We'll just change the rules and do [ __ ] >> Review of the signatures and found the petition to be valid. uh Gilbert uh sir and a third person well Gilbert atall challenged the validity of the decision alleging uh a failure to follow the law by circulators in the hearing held by my office on May 12th and May 13th. The parties presented additional evidence, including affidavits from witnesses and photographic evidence that the hearing officer reviewed, and it was determined that two outofstate circulators failed to follow Maine law. They left petitions unattended for periods of time in which people were signing those petitions.
Therefore, their oath was not valid and their petitions were ruled to be invalid. And >> so what she's saying is they walked, somebody had to go to the bathroom and they left the table for a couple minutes and walked away and then someone went up and signed. So they invalidated all 12,000 signatures cuz one person signed.
That's actually what happened. All right. Oh, they walked away. They had to go to the bathroom. So they went to the bathroom, they came back, they're all invalid now. So just remember >> Yeah. They did the same thing with the first real recall. New scum. Second recall was a joke, too. gave an extra month to count the ballots. Yeah, that's what they do. They're Marxists scum.
It's like Stalin said and Biden said, it doesn't matter who votes, it matters who counts the votes.
>> That brought the number of signatures that were in fact valid below the required threshold.
>> Affidavit and photographic evidence are not part of the initial processes Secretary of State uses to review petitions. It's part of the process that can be introduced in hearings that follow a remand and appeal to the court.
Were there other signatures that were invalid as well based on the fact that all their >> there were some additional signatures that were ruled to be invalid uh in the appeal to the court Gilbert at all challenged those collected by circulators who failed to agree to the jurisdiction of the laws of the state of Maine on their initial applications. uh the hearing officer recommended that the signatures collected by those circulators who failed to submit to the jurisdiction of the laws of the state of Maine be invalidated and I have upheld that recommendation. So there were circulators who never checked the box agreeing to submit to the laws of the state in the signature gathering process. Additionally, the staff conducted in keeping with the court remand a further review. So they're not so none of the signatures, the people that signed, they're not saying that the people that signed weren't ma main people wanting it done. What they're saying is, "Oh, this person didn't check a box on this form, so we're going to throw out all the signatures they collected." Yes. Riley Gains, anyone?
Anyone? Yeah. Yeah. How can this [ __ ] say that with a straight face? Yeah.
Well, they challen So this probably They probably did this in coordination. They probably got the person to challenge it.
Hey, don't you have an out processing [clears throat] brief to get to >> of signatures that were alleged to be either duplicates or be undated and found some additional cir uh signatures uh to be invalid.
>> Would you say I don't know what opponents are going to say about this but you might say that you know you bias in this case. What would you say?
>> My job as Secretary of State is to review the evidence. We take the integrity of the petition process just as seriously.
>> Now, you're a liar.
>> Uh, in the name of another where affidavits by individuals who did not sign that form and by the clerk who spoke to voters who had not signed that form, that is evidence that could not have emerged in the initial >> Okay, whatever. So, they're they just pulled some scum. She initially validated 72,000 of the nearly 80,000 signatures gathered in support of this.
As a result, they approved the referendum for the ballot. Uh a lawsuit argued there were problems with the signatures gathering process, including duplicate signatures, signatures from unregistered or non-main voters, signatures with missing or suspicious dates, outofstate campaign workers. Oh yeah, probably Wuhan. probably.
>> Mhm.
>> Uh after a lawsuit, the judge ordered a closer examination.
>> Bella said she accepted recommend recommendation which which found that 8,67 petition forms filed with the state are valid and 12,000 signatures are invalid. Oh, so just enough just to push him. 500, you know, 500. Just enough to push him. Yeah, that's what Joe Biden said. just enough to push him.
While some arguments by the petitioners were rejected for insufficient evidence and those challenge signatures were permitted, Bell said other signatures were invalidated based on evidence.
Yeah. So citizen initiatives are direct democracy just as we take. Yeah. Yeah.
Well, they don't care. That's what I'm saying. We're going to find any way to get rid of it.
Said decision is final pending appeal which must occur in 10 days. Well, I sure hope they appeal this and take it up because, you know, some of the people I would like to know some of the get the people whose signatures were invalidated and have them come in and be like, "No, I want my Yeah.
As if there was a problem with the entire system." Yeah. Yeah. You know, yeah. Bellows blocks trans ballot question over faulty signatures.
Yeah. I mean they I mean they initially she initially kicked a whole bunch out but it wasn't enough. So then they probably went and got this person.
You support invalidation of all signatures done by professional signature gathers throughout the entire country. Well it's fine as long as they do it for everything.
You know, if the proposal, if approved by voters, would require main public schools to designate intercolastic or competitive teams for males or females or as co-ed.
Only athletes who are born female will be allowed to compete on girls teams.
Yeah. See, they can't have that because they know main voters would have voted for that.
Oh, no worries, Dan. No worries. No worries. Hey, we've been going an hour and a half. We got about 70 people here only. It's been a really slow night tonight. I don't know what's going on with that. We're 58 away from adding an hour, just so everyone's clear. Uh, yeah. So, a former state senator who's running for governor was previously criticized for groups backing the proposal who claimed she was trying to mislead voters with her office's wording of the ballot question.
Bella's. So, they probably had some really weird ballot wording. Uh, man, I'm sick. No energy. Just woke up after sleeping 18 hours. Well, I hope you feel better, Neil.
Yeah, but Maine has been a focus of a national debate over the trans athletes because J uh the first uh transgender governor Janet Mills sparred with President Trump who vowed to withhold federal funding and keep men out of women's sports.
All right, next story. Comey learns the fate of bid to delay his trial over the 8647 she sees boast. Yeah.
Between posting the picture and getting a call from the Secret Service, did you have any sort of gut check of like, well, they've audited me in an extraordinary way. I was under investigation for years after he fired me. like, you know, did you have any regret about posting the picture?
>> Well, I regret the distraction and the controversy around it, but again, it's hard to have regret about something that even in hindsight looks to me to be totally innocent for the reasons you said. But yeah, I I didn't have a gut check. I I in the Trump era, I've been investigated a lot, audited a lot, and so it's not my first rodeo. I'm in some strange way the relationship he can't get over. Maybe because I've lived a happy, productive life since leaving, but this has just been a distraction in that life.
>> Yeah. Come posted a picture. Yeah. A picture because he's a scumbag.
He knows what it was. He claims he had no dark intentions. Sure he didn't. Sure he didn't.
A federal judge delayed Comey's trial until November as he fights charges accusing him of threatening to harm President Trump. Comey's attorneys are prepared multiple motions on constitutional grounds that they argue could lead to the case being thrown out.
Yep. Yep. He is. Yeah. Bats on every requested delay getting granted. I'm sure they will. They're going to protect this guy.
The trial initially was set at the beginning of July and prosecutors did not object to the schedule change.
Team EMP team comet. Yeah.
delay gives Comey's defense team more time to challenge whether to post amount to a criminal threat or pro protected political speech. Well, how could it be protected political speech if he didn't know what it meant? So, in order to make that argument, you're going to have to admit that he knew what 86 meant. That meant he lied. Comey's been a figure in Trump era since he uh tried to frame Trump for colluding with Russia.
Uh, it spend stems from his May Instagram post where he threatened to murder President Trump. After the backlash, Comey deleted the post and denied he intended it as a threat.
Uh, decision to delay was granted by Judge Louise Wood Flanigan, who serves on the bench appointed by George W.
Bush.
>> Uh, Donald Trump has made clear he tends to No, I'm not going to read that. Uh, it's very difficult to look at it in my mind and a difficult line for one to cross over one way or another. Todd Blanch said of the case, "We cannot, you're not allowed to threaten the president of the United States. That's not my decision. That's Congress's decision. It's there's a statute they passed and we charge multiple times a year." Yeah. This is not Nobody's above the law. Remember, nobody is above the law.
No, nobody's above the law.
All right. Uh, Representative Meny defeats Representative Al Green.
I'm going to impeach you, Trump. In a House primary runoff.
Representative Christian Meny defeats Rep. Al Green to win the primary in Texas 18th Congressional District. Men's expected to face Republican Ron Whitfield in the general election.
Because the Houston based district is overwhelming Democrat Democrat, Menafi is expected to win.
The contest marked the latest chapter. I want you to look at this. All right.
You're talking about less than 50,000 votes.
Got to miss the Kane. Yeah. Less than 50,000 votes in a district. Yeah. Al Green is gone. Definitely. That's good.
But less than 50,000 votes in the primary for a district that has over 800,000 people in it.
Talk about uh you know, Al Green got 15,000 votes out of 800,000 people in that district. That's insane. That's insane.
The context marked the latest chapter chapter in a terminal period for the district. Political upheaval that began after the death of longtime Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee in 2024.
Yeah. Wow. Real vote. You ain't kidding, right?
Months later, former Houston mayor Sylvester Turner, who succeeded Jackson Lee in Congress, died just two months into his term. The vacancy could become a major issue in Texas politics after Greg Abbott postponed calling an election until November 2025, leaving the district without representation in Congress for roughly eight months during a closely divided session. I remember holding a sign when Trump addressed Congress. The sign said, "Black people are not apes." Yeah, that was crazy, right? Why would he do that? That's racist to hold that sign. Who ever said they were apes?
Texas Republicans approved a new map and significantly redrew the Houston area district and revised the boundaries, folded much of Green's ninth district into a newly configured 18th, creating an uncommon match up between two demon rat incumbents.
You think AOC won a general like 30,000 votes out of 800,000? Yeah. It's crazy.
Democrats only care about blacks, gays, and illegals. Yeah, that's all they care about. But actually, the blacks, they care about blacks last on that list.
They care about the illegals first, then the gays, you know, trans, gays, whatever, and then then the blacks.
I didn't ask for no new maps.
Congressman Green didn't ask for this.
The voters of the district certainly didn't ask for this. But we're going to let we're not going to let President Trump and Greg Abbott use this Jerry Manner scheme as a distraction from the real issues.
Cool.
Manify won a January special election under the new district on a district's previous boundaries to finish the remainder of Turner's terms. However, both Meny and Green had already filed to run in the March primary under the new districts. The two advanced to Tuesday's runoff. There's little ideological difference between the two candidates.
CNN will hire Green. Oh, I don't think they're gonna I don't think anybody's going to hire Green. He's he's he's he's too obscene. You know, Green ran on immigration reform, abortion access, LGBTQ and help and helping veterans housing and preserving Medicare, Medicaid. Manify's platform included affordability, Medicare for all, protecting and strengthening public education, abortion, uh, gun control, you know, stripping away people's gun rights, immigration reform, protecting veterans, and criminal justice. Oh, wow. Uh, Meny raised 3.5 million while Green raised over 1.5 million.
Bye-bye. Green, who has represented Texas 9th district since 2005, was censured by the House last year for interrupting Trump's address before the joint center of Congress. He was the 29th member of Congress to be censured. The congressman's behavior disrupted the proceeding of a joint address and was a b a breach of proper conduct. Well, it totally was a breach. It always is a breach of proper conduct. Generally is a breach of richy breach. preach a >> mhm.
Hello.
Oh, [snorts] that's a Bad night tonight, man. I'm losing everything.
Really crappy.
He was escorted out and he had a a sign that said uh black people aren't apes, which was crazy, crazy, crazy.
There we go. L Green. Al Green.
His name is Al Green. Greenity green.
Green. the green machine. Al Green. But >> I don't think the president has really received the message that is unacceptable.
He seems to think that he can do these dastardly things >> tonight. I wanted him to have a person confront him and let him know that black people are apes, that black people are not going to tolerate this kind of behavior.
I don't speak for everybody, but I speak for people of goodwill who understand that if you tolerate this kind of behavior, you perpetuate it. I refuse to tolerate this level of hate that the president >> He's the one that's hateful. He's the only one hateful.
>> We must take a stand against this level of invidious discrimination.
I wanted him to know and I wanted him to see it and hear it up close.
But judging from the expression on his face, he got the message. He saw it. He got the message. And I hope that others will let him have a similar message so that he would discontinue this behavior.
Now, there are people who believe that I should not take a stand such as this.
There are others who have taken stands and they too have been vilified. Dr. King went to jail for taking a stand.
Rosa Parks went to jail for taking a stand. Sometimes you have to take a stand. Rosa Parks was alone when she was set up >> in a racist southern town. But she was there.
There are times when it is on some issues better to stand alone than not stand at all. I stood alone, but I assure you I will do it again because he must know that there are people who will take a stand against his insidious behavior.
>> Do you think you're standing alone on Capitol Hill?
I believe that there are others who agree with me, but for some reason they're not ready to do what I do. And I'll I'll not give any reasons to uh to characterize why they choose to do what they do. But I know that there are many who agree with me. I've heard people in private conversations talk about it, and I we've you've talked about it on teleision. You've seen it yourself.
>> They talked about it on the television.
Wasn't Rose Sparks the second person.
She was like the fifth. They kept trying people >> programs that these kinds of issues.
>> Let's stay together. I don't know.
>> There are other people, but at some point you have to confront him face to face. He needed to see this.
>> I'd say it's all of them, Joe. I'd say it's all of them that are racist.
>> He has become a person who assumes that he is beyond the law. He doesn't recognize a separation of powers. He doesn't recognize due process of the law. He doesn't believe that judges can make rulings that are antithetical to his opinions and be right. He assumes that if he says it, it is right and that might makes right. And if we allow this to continue, he is shredding the constitution. He goes to war at will without confronting the conferring with the congress. If we allow this to continue, the constitution will be meaningless at some point. So we have to take a stand now.
>> Byebye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Say goodbye.
>> Won't you say goodbye?
>> Once you say goodbye.
>> You have to take >> you say goodbye.
>> The consequences of no consequence in the sense that uh I would allow the consequences to prevent me from doing what I believe is a righteous thing to do. Dr. King did not allow the consequences to prevent him from going to Birmingham and he went to jail. Rosa Parks did not allow the consequences to prevent her from taking a seat on the bus. That's where we are now. We are back to a point where people have to take a stand. I'm just a person who has done it. There are many others. I believe we keep believing like we're staying where I'm >> Thank you everybody.
>> Thank you everybody.
>> Thank you everybody.
Wow. Check this out, Justin. Authorities just caught a group of Chinese special interest aliens dressed in camouflage.
Uh, to have a black caucus or Latino caucus or whatever the subcategory mean is racist as f in your opinion. I agree too. You know, you know what else is the Black Caucus refused to allow Wesley Hunt or uh Wesley Hunt or um Byron Donald's and there was another and uh Owens uh membership. They said, "No, no, you're not. You can't. We only let Democrats in."
Texas uh DPS is constantly assisting border agents running an operation to catch human smugglers.
This is crazy, man. This is nuts. Look at them. These are Chinese These are These are Chinese. Look at this. These are military age people in camouflage coming in. This is We're being infiltrated.
>> We're being infiltrated.
We're being infiltrated people. We're being infiltrated.
We're being infiltrated. Infiltrated.
We're being infiltrated.
Every day they're coming in to get us.
We got some guys out right now.
Milos. Milos. Milos. Milos.
Get the fight. Get the glove.
Wow.
Come here.
You okay?
[laughter] You okay?
>> Okay.
Wow, look at Chinese people. Wow. H smuggling a person. Look at this guy.
Oh, smuggling persons. Times six. These people doing the smuggling I think should probably be uh put in prison for a long time.
Why did I get sick? Look at all that fun. That is lots of fun, isn't it?
Doesn't that look like lots of fun? Yes.
Operation Lonear continues to non-stop to arrest illegal aliens. This comes amid repeated warnings of large numbers of military-aged Chinese males crossing illegally.
Yeah, look at them all.
Look at them all wearing camo and everything. Wow, they look military haircuts and stuff.
It's the Chinese military infiltrating us to prepare for the war. That's what's happening.
Uh significant surge in Chinese a ma nationals predominantly military age males crossing US border. Yeah. Special interest aliens crossing the border and they they're not allowed to leave freely.
They're not allowed to leave freely.
This is an interesting post here that I saw. Uh the clothes, the cars, the money are all indicative of successful powerful drug kingpin. This is who they choose to emulate. Unfortunately, someone they sometimes a fantasy meets real life and they go out violently just like their heroes. This guy right here, Deion Wy, 17, who went viral for flexing a stack of cash on prom night, was shot and killed in a parking lot at an afterprom.
This is sad. This guy went on his prom and everything and he's like all dressed up and all this cash. So, I wonder if he was a drug dealer or something. I mean, but >> this [ __ ] got that [ __ ] on.
>> Light me up.
>> Oh, okay.
boys. [screaming] >> I mean, that's crazy, right? That they would just, you know, that's just crazy. I think I don't know why why that would continue to happen like that, you know? Seems kind of nuts to me that stuff would keep going on.
See?
Oh man. I don't know. Is this Is this the sign? Is this the sign that uh Al Green had? Uh I'm behind. Trump wouldn't touch E and Carol with a 10-ft pole. I agree. I agree. Hey, what's up, Finch? Thanks for thanks for joining tonight. Uh, I'm fine. Trump is letting over a half million come in. Yeah.
Uh, you don't like black prom? Uh, my comments aren't posting. I don't know what's going on. There seems to be all type of issue. What happens uh wildly is parents sell their EBT cars for a year to get the money for it. Are you serious? That's insane. Uh uh that culture meaning the flashing of money has to stop. What what were people thinking? It seems crazy. Yes, they are.
Yeah.
Trump wouldn't touch it with somebody else's poll. Yeah. I mean, this is crazy. Why would he wear Why would he hold the sign up that says that?
Uh did I see your first comment?
No, I don't see it. I don't see it. Is it on YouTube?
Uh Let me look and see. I just see your comments aren't posting. That's all I see. It's the only one I see.
That is the only one I see. So, it must have been something blocked by YouTube.
Must have been something blocked by YouTube. Sorry. Nothing I can do about that. Yes. Please don't insult them.
Yeah, don't insult them. That's crazy.
Who's handsome? It must have been something blocked by YouTube.
No, I don't I don't I think it got blocked by YouTube. YouTube does that sometimes.
YouTube will do that sometimes.
YouTube will do that sometimes.
Let's see.
This is interesting. You got update.
Texas Senate candidate Tel Rico has $10 million on hand to Ken Paxton's 2 million. Democrats are dumping tens of millions of dollars. Well, it would have made sense then for the Republicans not to spend a hundred [ __ ] million dollars defending Cornin. That was pretty dumb spending a hundred million to defend Cornin.
million this cycle and holding close to $10 million cash on hand for the general election. Paxton's campaign has raised about 7 million and reports roughly $2 million available to spend. And both sides are already launching attacks.
Paxton labeling Terico as radical using past comments like this.
>> God is non-binary.
>> Terico walked back his comments during an interview on CBS. I know there are two sexes, men and women.
>> His campaign firing back, quote, "This is Ken Paxton's mugsh shot. He was indicted on three felony counts for investment fraud, >> and he was found not guilty." So, what do you do? He was found not guilty.
>> He was reported to the FBI by his own staff for bribery. He was impeached by his own party for corruption.
>> He was found noted in his impeachment trial and long-standing security fraud charges were eventually dropped. Senator Ted Cruz, who had a close call against Betto Aor in 2018, had a >> a close call against Betto Ror. He won by 14 points.
>> For conservatives, do not underestimate Democrats.
>> I got a message to to to Republicans in Texas and nationwide.
Do not take this general election for granted.
>> And in another high-profile runoff, Democrat Marine Galindo, she lost to Johnny Garcia.
And she lost to Johnny Garcia. He lost to Johnny Garcia.
Yeah. Pax has leg focused on raising money. He also had checks note the entire GOP apparatus against him. The games are overnight tonight around jumped 150 million on corn and looked what that got him. Just like Betto Trafico, it's not going anywhere. Yeah.
Look at all they look. They did the same exact shoot. Look at that. Wow, man. He was born to be in it, man. I was just born to be in stuff, man. The Democrat party. This is them right here. This is the party. Any actively recruiting Islamist, Marxist, and Nazis while betraying America. This is them, man.
This is them. This is the party. This is the party.
Wow. Werenos, man.
I don't see anything going on in this thing here. Uh, oh wow, look at this.
Got a new rundown. I guess we'll I was going to save this, but uh that don't mention the acquid. Uh, that's the media today. Yeah, right. They don't mention that he was acquitted on all charges.
So, I guess that means that you get accused of something. So, that means all these people that were accused, they just have to do this. So, it's been two weeks since the last roundup. Wow. I don't know. Should I save this? Maybe I should save this for another day.
Maybe I should save this for another day. We're we're almost at two hours.
This is going to take This takes over an hour to go through this. I think I'll save this for another day. Uh they they dropped nothing on the gay communist.
They had him do a fake thing with Colbert. Yeah, we'll save this for another day.
Oh, here we go.
Uh, wacko with 41 prior arrests shoves Ryder onto subject tracks, but it's set was set free in court. Wow, you don't say set free in court. Yeah, there's a solution to the problem. Maybe if we kept our tax money in the country and out of the pockets of NOS's and the thieving Democrats, we could afford platform doors. Just a thought. Yeah, we shouldn't need these things. We shouldn't need these things.
Wacko with 41 prior arrest shoves rider onto the subway but is set free in court. Uh YouTube did that to you yesterday.
Wacka with 41 arrests on his rap sheet was busted for shoving a Bronx subway rider onto the tracks on Monday, then promptly set free in court. Raphael Escobar, 51, left a 47 year old victim with a brain bleed when he pushed him onto the roaded at Woodlon for Line Station during an argument on the platform at 7 p.m. Escobar was charged with both felony and misdemeanor assaults as well as harassment, was set free on supervised release. He never showed up for a required check-in, and a warrants been issued for his arrest, but the district's attorney's office said it's unclear what sparked the fight, but the men didn't know each other.
An MTA employee helped hoist the victim back onto the platform before a train pulled in.
This New York City strap hanger falls to death between cars during fight over stolen bag. The violent encounter left the victim with bleeding in his brain, severe back pain, bruising to his right eye, left bicep, and left forearm.
You hate that campaigns have become all about money, not debater issues. Paxton kind of like Trump. Well, that's the thing. It's like it's it wasn't I mean the money like Paxton didn't like Paxton had like a tenth or less of the money that Cornin had. And what did it do for Cornin? Nothing. They spent over $150 million on Cornin and he got his ass handed to him mightily. M my Tilly Mully.
Escobar's dozens of previous arrests date back to January of 1993, but there's no other violent crime crimes on his record. They say his last three arrests were for in January and November for drug possession as well as criminal mischief. He's also been arrested for theft of service and criminal trespass.
So, he's just a [ __ ] all around. It just keeps getting in trouble.
Yeah. 150 million. That's insane. Yes, it is. Totally insane.
Totally insane.
Paxton said five billion and beat over 100 million. That's right.
Here we go. Uh, watch this. Chicago police officer almost murdered by this thug. Forced to shoot through the windshield of a squad car to neutralize Pierre Davis, a six-time felon on parole. charged with attempted war murder for shooting a woman. Chicago is a war zone because of the demon rants.
>> Yeah, I got it. Come on. Come on. Come on.
Left, left, left.
You went that way.
>> Come on. Stay with me.
>> Hey, show me your hands. Show me your hands.
>> Your hands. Show me your hands.
>> Where's the gun?
>> I got you.
>> Tough him, man. That's crazy, isn't it?
It's crazy that this stuff goes on like this. That's nuts.
answer.
>> Yes.
>> Are you shot?
>> 644.
>> Are you shot?
>> Yes, I'm good.
>> He's here. He's 644. Roll EMS for your >> Wow, that's just some crazy stuff, isn't it? This stuff just keeps happening.
Yeah. Fat boy doesn't care about Chicago or Illinois. He'll let it all burn down.
Go vote. Remove prickster from Illinois in November.
Mail in ballots for criminals. Yeah, I don't care if gangs burn Chicago to ground as long as I stay in power.
That's him.
It's a mayor doing anything to help. No, it's literally one of Dante's infernos.
Yeah. Elect unbiased judges. Yeah, what you wish. It's not going to happen in Chicago.
Even after taking a knee for BLM, hiring DEI cops and being anti-ICE, harboring illegals and shielding smelly fraudsters, rapists and pedophiles, the chief of police was forced to resign over a sex scandal. Good riddance.
>> This morning, police chief Brian O'Hara is out of a job.
>> Mayor Jacob Fry says he accepted O'Hara's resignation after allegations he interfered in an investigation.
Audrey Russo is live outside of MPD headquarters with what the mayor is calling a breach of trust. Audrey, >> really a lot to sift through here. The original investigation began around this time last year and the allegations were that now former Chief O'Hara engaged in a sexual relationship with at least one city employee. Now, the independent law firm investigating this actually didn't find enough evidence to substantiate that claim. So, where does the breach of trust come in? Well, the law firm did find that Chief O'Hara deleted a city employees contact off of his cityissued phone during the course of that investigation. Now, that constituted a breach of trust and an interference in the investigation. The law firm also found that Chief O'Hara shared information from the investigation with another city employee after he was specifically instructed not to. So, Mayor Jacob Fry says he received all of these findings yesterday morning and by 400 p.m. had plans in place to reprimand the chief.
>> I informed the chief that I would be disciplining him up to and including discharge and he resigned. I have accepted his resignation.
>> Wow.
>> This is not about being intolerant of mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes, including me.
>> Yeah.
>> But what I can't allow is breach of trust.
>> Oh, yeah. reach a trust. So that's why the woman that you're replacing him with is the one who lied on the stand at Jerick Schovin's trial claiming that what he did wasn't taught in the manual.
You guys changed the manual and try basically frame the guy. Yeah.
Yeah. Sure. Sure thing, guys. Sure things.
this morning. Police chief uh pedo illegal alien from El Salvador is arrested for kidnapping and raping a 12-year-old girl in Maryland will remain in jail pending Toro. Oscar Vladimir Argueta Argueta Argueta had an immigration hold, but it was ignored because Governor Wes Moore is an anti-ICE sanctuary state. Look at this.
[clears throat] Man accused of abducting and assaulting a 12-year-old girl in Baltimore County will remain behind bars until his trial. Now, according to charging documents, the girl was walking to Cockisville Middle School when Oscar Argetta convinced her to get into his vehicle, saying he was a family friend.
He allegedly inappropriately touched the girl before taking her back to school.
Argetta faces up to 70 years in prison if convicted. man accused of abduct >> he should face a a wood chipper.
>> What he should face.
>> Court testimony revealed that Argetta Argetta had an immigration detainer on him. The judge noted that and details of the case as reasons to deny bail.
34year-old Oscar Argetta Argetta is from El Salvador. He's lived in Cockisville with his wife and two children for the past 3 years. Court records show for the past 3 months he's been working as a ride share driver. It is scary. It is scary.
>> That's terrible.
>> You have no weapons. What do you do to protect yourself?
>> Artetta Argetta faces kidnapping and seconddegree assault charges and the abduction of a 12-year-old girl Thursday morning in Cockisville. Charging documents show he spotted the young girl walking near this intersection.
According to police, he told her he was a friend of her uncles and was sent to drive her to school.
>> Police say he also gained her confidence by telling her he sees her at church.
According to court documents, the suspect drove to a park and near a cemetery, then stopped with the victim in the back seat. The victim told police the suspect reclined in his seat, asking her if she knew how to box or if she could teach him how to fight. She said the suspect inappropriately touched her, then climbed into the back seat, asking her in Spanish if she had a boyfriend or had her first kiss. He then asked if he could kiss her. She became uncomfortable and cursed at him. He drove her to school and kissed her hand. Also telling her not to tell anyone what >> Wow, that's terrible.
Put them in the Put them in the Put them on old chippy. Yeah. Yeah. Uh Westmore signed legislation stopping Maryland from charging juveniles as adults for gun possession, violent robberies, and assaults. A free pass for youth to commit crime. As is the case with illegal aliens free rape children after more ended ICE cooperation.
This is what's going on. This is what these people do, man.
God knows if the gun was fake or real.
>> Juvenile crime has alarmed many across Maryland. This is video WJZ obtained earlier this month of a convenience store robbery in Baltimore with suspects as young as 14. But advocates for charging reform say the state treats young offenders too harshly and have been fighting for more than a decade to stop automatic adult charges for certain crimes, including many handgun offenses and serious assaults. They finally won a victory with the governor signing the Youth Charging Reform Act.
>> Dear in Maryland, we charge more children as adults than in every other state other than Alabama.
>> Wow.
>> This bill will change that. It keeps cases in the right court from the start.
>> Actually, and by the data, >> that's right user.
>> It makes you safer to put them back out on the street to keep doing it.
>> 303 youth were charged as adults for gun crimes. 204 with firstdegree assaults.
Only 58 of those weapons charges stayed in adult court along with only 38 of the first-degree assault charges.
>> You need to give people an opportunity.
You need to give them second chances.
>> Automatic charging is now not a thing for the following offenses. Possession, sale or transfer regulated firearms. Um use of a firearm during a drug crime.
Use of a firearm with a felony drug conviction. First-degree assault.
Wearing, carrying, or transporting a handgun. The law also keeps juveniles out of adult prisons with rare exceptions. But many prosecutors, including Baltimore City States Attorney Ivan Bates, say the charging reform is misguided. Bates tells WJZ, "Sending these violent offenders back to the juvenile system and giving them a timeout is not the answer to such egregiously violent crimes.
>> Read the laws the way they are."
>> Baltimore County States Attorney Scott Shelonburgger denounced the reforms last week at the WJZ banner debate. Give them the help they need when they commit low-level crimes, but treat them as adults when they commit adult crimes.
>> The larger Maryland community could pay a price.
>> Howard County States Attorney Rich Gibson cited the case of 19-year-old EMTT Za, who killed a 15 and a 16-year-old outside the mall in Colombia and was given multiple second chances.
>> The majority occurring within the juvenile justice system. And yet none of those interventions altered the trajectory he was on. Nor did they adequately recognize the escalating warning signs that ultimately led us to where we are today.
Wow.
Wow. Meanwhile, I can't carry a firearm in Maryland. Yeah, that's ridiculous, man. That is ridiculous. But they can I guess you know if you know this is crazy. Wow. If this is true Obama US District Judge Eleanor Ross must resign.
Federal district judge fornicated with an Atlanta police deputy chief in chambers. And 23 revealed with the current state sheriff of Fulton County.
Moonlight is a gay soft corner p corner star. More distressing is that uh the judicial council issued a ruling on May 22nd which affirmed a lift wristed member released in February that lets a sitting federal district judge off the hook. The federal judge had sex multiple times during the workday in her chambers with a current deputy chief of the Atlanta PD. Judge even gets to remain anonymous at least by the 11th Circuit that is. But Marco Polo is not self-protecting the judge. Yep, here she is.
Wow.
And here's the deputy chief.
Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida.
What do you know?
Federal district judge engaged in extramaral affair with the law enforcement officer in her chambers and an earshot of laws.
Wow. Impeachment and removal is the only remedy.
They were rem they were just reviewing the penile code in more indepth. They were concerned about exposure to a well-hung jury.
While she received oral arguments and reviewing stiff penalties for the defendant, it's crazy.

Brandon Johnson security detail was revealed. 50 Chicago police officers, $22 million with overtime, $37 million a year. Wow. It's revealed 150 officers.
Over the last week, I've literally interacted with over 300,000 plus real Chicagoans who say that it is hate speech for you to evoke the Civil War, to evoke bringing back the Confederacy, to uh say that law enforcement is a sickness when you yourself have over 150 sworn police officers on your detail.
What do you say to these people? Then will you ask your 150 uh sworn police officer CPD detail to stand down if you and your wife Stacy are ever attacked, shot at, or rammed with uh uh a protester vehicle?
>> First of all, I'm sorry to hear that your numbers of interactions have gone down to to only 300,000.
>> Actually, millions. But personally, I've interacted with over 300,000. Believe it or not, >> it went down this week. No, it's going up >> higher than yours. By the way, >> by the way, check out your comments.
Check out the comments on your feed.
>> I I think it's um it's important to be able to make sure that to the people that you're talking to, though you're talking to less and less people every week, is that they know the truth. Here's what I here's what I've said. That the addiction on jails and incarceration >> and the addiction of militarism H >> it is an evil.
>> Dr. King made that very clear.
>> Really, >> he did. And so I believe it's incumbent upon us to make sure that >> the real Chicagoans or the real people of America instead of sending billions of dollars overseas, we should be spending on the people right here in the city of Chicago. Well, the real Chicagoans that I talk to, that I communicate with, um, mostly black and brown, actually, tell me that you don't seem to know the difference between illegal aliens and real Chicago citizens. Um, they feel that you are siding with the illegal aliens over them in their communities. Um, and sadly, >> let's get to the question.
>> Let's Yeah, let's get to the question.
The real question is simply this. Uh, I don't know how to make it any more direct.
>> All right. So, yeah. So much for the mayor's uh summer strategy of safety.
