You also have Shorecrest, Olara, Alba Palm Beach, and even the Mandarin Oriental, which is actually the first stand-alone Mandarin Oriental in all of South Florida. Not to mention everything going on in the downtown core of West Palm with CityPlace, the Mr. C Residences, the brand new Cleveland Clinic coming, everything going on with the Good Samaritan Hospital, and even the Vanderbilt University campus. West Palm Beach might truly become the future of South Florida.
