Effective political campaigns require sustained grassroots-level organization and preparation, with parties conducting daily house meetings and building local networks well before election announcements, as voter decisions are typically made closer to the actual election date rather than months in advance.

Congress.
forgress party.
for uh for the fact that uh it's you who's going to be the candidate for the elections. So in terms of preparation uh how's the congress going sir?
We have been on the job for the last uh 3 4 months.
It's not only now we have uh organized our party at a different levels. You have seen that uh last time we had appointed different levels of workers and now we are doing at the grassroot levels also only the difference we know congress and other parties that uh we go for public meeting but we thought that until unless the election commission announce the election then we can go for house meeting rather than uh the public meeting. So we have been going for house meeting almost uh every day and all the districts are on the job. So that's the different but our preparation is we have been always in the field and we have prepared for the things.
Uh another difference is that uh the other parties especially the BPP and NPP they are at the council they are at the state level. So I think they can pull lot of resources and people also. So I think uh we understand our positions and then we need to sustain and we work according to the capacity and in this election I've seen uh there's a slightly rather maximum change in the mindset of the people. Many of the people are confused whether to vote for the BPP or the NPP or the BJP or the Congress because uh I think uh the anti-incumbency is high either in the council as well as as in the state BJP has not yet announced the candidate.
uh even the congress officially they have not announced but uh as parties they've been walking but I see that this time people wants to come back to the congress that's for sure wherever I went many of people uh joined us many of the other parties before the people from the congress went to the other party but this time is totally different there's a U-turn in the mindset of the people especially in the young minds wherever I went so I meet lots of young minds lots of people. So they said that we realized that Congress is the best in between.
It's not that the people were not with the Congress but uh our Congress leaders left the Congress and so it's like betraying the people but now that I think people have forgotten that and they come back to the Congress that's a this is a new trend in the present election. So do you think this uh like like we saw in the last election the Congress made a historic win in Garavs so do you think this time it will be come back?
>> Uh it's too early to say now because until unless we start campaigning everywhere until unless uh have people on the ground so I I don't want to say that because we are it's too early to say and sometimes you know it's not uh very good to talk big and when that time comes then you don't perform. So I think anybody who can say now also I think they will just stop being otherwise the people will decide only when at least 1 month before the election or two weeks before election as of today I can't go and tell the people and other parties also they can do the same but many people have not yet decided people will decides only when the election is announced and uh I think people will always take a right decision in the right time >> election for the Congress is a little different now because unlike other parties they have MLAs, MDC's and all of that.
>> Yeah.
>> So will the Congress be >> Yeah. Unfortunately we don't have uh MLAs but we do have MDCs in Gent Hills.
We have MPs in Gowels but they also will be utilized for the coming for the campaign for the election. When I've seen in the election in Megalia I think people they don't vote only for MLAs or MDC's. People also vote lots of other leaders of XMLAS, XNBC's and sometime we'll vote wherever the local leaders used to tell them. So but we have so many local leaders also. So it doesn't depend on MLAs and NPCs also.
>> Every morning in our house begins with a race shoes slippers everything on the ground. Mom shouting for breakfast. Is what is shall >> that's hunting for geese and I'm in a hurry putting on my socks roads are always full honking cars parents rushing everyone trying to reach somewhere first then one day the stems bus came to our lane big bright yellow like sunshine on wheels the bus is always on time waves it feels like family arriving Inside it's not just seeds and bags and uniforms. It's laughter, stories, songs, small little friendships growing every morning. We share snacks, help in homework, and learn to wait for each other. I think that's what community really means. Caring for people who share your role. When I see other parents dropping their kids one by one, I think, "Wow, if one bus can take 50 of us, that's 50 cars less on the road." My father says the bus helps save money.
Because it's not just fuel we're saving.
It's time, too. And time matters. And my mother knows exactly where I am. Every turn, every stop. All thanks to the STEMs app on her phone. The bus feels safe. Clean seats. big mirrors and a careful driver. When a new student comes in, we always make space and by the next stop, we're already laughing. When we reach school, our caretaker walks us right to the gate. And after school, the caretakers are always waiting, smiling as they walk us back to the bus. The caretaker feels this bus has made life easier. But to me, it made life a lot more happier because one bus doesn't just save money or time. It saves mornings. It gives us cleaner air, calmer roads, and families who can breathe a little easier. I think our city is growing smarter, not faster, just kind of. And every day, this bus carries something more than just us children. It carries stories, friendships, dreams, the small moments that slowly becomes memories and carrying a little bit of Malia's heart with them. Every day as the bus doors shut and the engine hums to life, I take a quiet moment to be grateful for the journey, for the care, and for everyone who makes it possible. This is stems, our right, our happiness, our tomorrow.
