Dr. Thomas-Rodgers cleverly translates the complex tension between impulse and executive function into a relatable internal drama, making neurobiology feel like a programmable habit. While effective for self-help, this personification risks reducing the brain's intricate networks to a simplistic binary of "good" versus "bad" biology.

Morning Mental Workout: Self-Reflection Sunday ~ Dr. Donna Thomas-Rodgers
Added:3 2 1 I was good that I did that at the end of the Tik Tok live so be here on time. The Tik Tok live got a Yeah.
Anyway, you could watch it. It was It's a surprise Sunday. And uh yeah, it's a surprise. Let me go ahead while I am sitting here and turn this on and download it so it can be done cuz we got a busy day. Poor lot boy. So I'm going to count you in in a 3 2 1 manner.
Three. It's I'm going to go 3 2 1 and then you're going to inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale. and inhale and exhale. Three, two, one.
All right. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It is me, the amazing Dr. Ghana Louise Thomas Rogers, daughter of Leslie Darnell Thomas, granddaughter of Arthur Jethro Elyn II, and greatg granddaughter of Levi Thomas. Welcome to your morning mental workout. Today is self-reflection Sunday. Good morning, Jared.
Today is self-reflection Sunday. Good morning again, Lacy. And so again, to just reiterate for the greater group over here, good morning, Tiffany. Um, if you want that addiction graphic, let me know. message me. I do not believe that I'm going to take the addiction off of it simply because by saying that you're saying that there is an area in your life where Oscar is stronger than Miss Darling and it could be multiple areas in your life. It's anything that's stopping you from becoming a bad [ __ ] And it's Oscar is just stronger. We can't get rid of our orbital frontal cortex. We actually need it, but it needs to be regulated. Just like Lacy said, here's Oscar with his auto suggestions. Hey, you don't have any growling. Stomach's not growling.
You don't eat late. And Oscar saying go ahead and get a healthy snack. And that's what I was saying before some more motivations ass came over is that it's the Oscar override. So Oscar just doesn't want you to be great. So Oscar will say, "You ain't got to read everybody's new rep to me." Oscar will say, "Uh, don't make that graphic. It's okay. You got 2,000 graphics. Do you really need to put another graphic up today? Just simple things like that. Uh, phone it in. Don't respond to this person. Respond tomorrow. So, it's simple things. If you And Miss Chris had a moment. Don't have a glass of wine.
Just go ahead and drink a Pepsi and have some chocolate. So, just eat some sugar instead. So, his goal is for you to just not do the excellent thing, whatever that may be. And my lives are sponsored by the elements H2O. Let's go ahead and get some water in. drink water cuz I forgot.
So if he can't stop you, he just want to slow you down. That that's the whole point. And so as I said, this thing is extremely heavy. You mileinated it, which is why it's so heavy. So it's not going to just not be heavy. So what you do all day long is you strengthen Miss Darlene from the beginning. Start making up your bed. Unless you have a significant other in it, then you can't do that. So now you're going to get up and stretch. You're going to get up, do your personal hygiene, but your responsibility to your brain is to keep Miss Darlene online 99.9% of the time.
So when that Oscar [ __ ] shows up, greetings, Shri. Yes. So when that Oscar [ __ ] actually shows up, you're stronger. Lacy was stronger than Oscar yesterday. She had enough neurocognition to say, "We don't eat at late times." So yeah, miss me with that [ __ ] Thank you, uh, Miss Anita. So that's what's happening, ladies and gentlemen. Yes, I am a genius. Yes, I figured it out. And it is, you need your executive function to be the strongest it can be so that when these weak [ __ ] show up or they are this heaviness shows up, you can push it out the way. That's why that graphic is her looking like she in a strong person contest. Absolutely. a healthy snack and you'll still be in a caloric deficit.
Darlene said, "Absolutely not. That's Oscar negotiating. Thank you for this, Lacy, because it's Oscar negotiating."
Well, you don't have to watch a movie, but you could just watch some Tik Tok videos. No.
No. And I made a decision yesterday that I'm on team watch my [ __ ] Unless I'm watching something with Nola, I'm on team watch my [ __ ] until further notice.
I'm just going to watch my [ __ ] and nothing else because I attempted to watch something else yesterday and I don't like the feeling of it regardless of what it is. So, I am at a point where I've studied enough other people that I'mma study my [ __ ] I'mma look and see what I said because Oscar is like, "Yeah, but you in it right now." And so, do you really want to be evaluating yourself? Because that sound right?
Right. Like I said the other day. Well, I'mma start evaluating myself. I can I can take what I said cuz I can't remember what I said cuz I'm saying it live and I can use it and research that.
Why do I need to research somebody else?
I just said on a Tik Tok live that that [ __ ] was made with a [ __ ] ocified brain when I'm going to stop looking at other people's [ __ ] and appreciate mine.
So Jared, once again, I'm so grateful to you for saying I don't like when you say that because we went from don't buy my book to buy my book to watch my [ __ ] to share my [ __ ] to I am the [ __ ] so I'mma watch my [ __ ] cuz my [ __ ] is best.
Everything was from the best state of mind. Here is my strategy to get this thing done is best. So why would I not watch something alive that I was cussing somebody out? Because Dee from the D had to show up to regulate a [ __ ] Cuz that's what it is. Well, I'mma I'mma evaluate myself and so I don't want to evaluate myself. So I'm not going to I'm going to watch every [ __ ] video I ever made. I'mma go to Pinterest. If I got to start a new Pinterest account and go look at my [ __ ] that I can't access no more, that's what the [ __ ] I'm going to do.
That's what I'm going to do. Cuz Oscar got me not watching my [ __ ] That don't even make no sense. Watch some of it. Well, you can watch the old stuff. You can watch the old book reviews, [ __ ] I'mma watch the live that I just made. That's what I'm going to do. I'mma watch today's live at some point in the near future. I apologize for that. I'm just trying to download this Tik Tok live while I'm on this live because I won't have time to do it later. So, give me a moment cuz it should be ready to go. And it is. It's a surprise Sunday. Ain't that a shame the [ __ ] take just as long to download as it does to make the live? That [ __ ] is crazy. Tik Tok, fix that. So anyway, what I'm saying is be your bad [ __ ] self. Do not let Oscar make it seem like he helping you because it is just a suggestion. Good morning, Denise. It is just a suggestion. That's all it is. You can have a healthy snack and then objectively you gonna be over your calories by having that healthy snack after your stop food time. I know that ain't what it's called, but your your dinner done time. That's it. So Oscar got me thinking, well, if I watch it right now, I'm in the middle of it. I had the conversation with Chad and we was like, yeah, because you're going live. No, no, no. If Dee from the D got to show up and she showed up on TikTok live, [ __ ] started some [ __ ] And so she had to show up and regulate it. That that part. So I'm saying we Yeah, kitchen's closed. So there you go.
The kitchen is closed. So no more. Let me put this back over here now. So I don't hit it off cuz it's a touch screen. And then some [ __ ] happened.
There we go. So that's downloading. So the point that I'm making is ladies and gentlemen, we were born with comfort seeking survival safety ass brains. And it is our responsibility to die having accessed every [ __ ] synaptic connection that we can before we leave this earth. That is the objective. And that can't happen when we are in acceptance of other people's pitifulness of other people's nonsense and [ __ ] to include our own to include our own.
Good morning Dr. Oligon. To include our own. We can't accept our own thoughts that don't match. That's why Miss Darlene has to be extremely strong so she can check us. I'm watching my [ __ ] I am watching my [ __ ] so that I can get past this final little thing that I'm not right. That I don't know what the [ __ ] I'm talking about. [ __ ] been telling me I don't know what the [ __ ] I'm talking about since I can remember. Well, if I don't know, who does make it make sense? Who else knows how to be a bad [ __ ] and create bad [ __ ] while life is life and if people are peopleing the brain is braining where they at? Because I might have a peer somewhere. I've not come across them in my studies, in my interactions with human beings. I've not seen had no hair of them at all.
At all.
So why isn't YouTube Okay, there we go. I'm like, why isn't YouTube deleting them?
It's a delay. So, that addiction graphic is beautiful. So, I'd like to thank Miss Chris. I'd like to thank Jared. And I'd like to thank Lacy for their honesty about this gratification thing that has to happen because of them, because this is reciprocal. We now have this graphic representation of a weak dorsalateral prefrontal cortex and what it takes to strengthen it and this heavy thing that is still going to be heavy no matter what is taking place is still going to be heavy and you got to be stronger than it. I haven't met anyone else on your level. Thank you very much Tiffany cuz you come across a lot of organizations and a lot of people. LA is crowded as [ __ ] You live I think it's 18 21 million. [ __ ] It's a lot of people. So you seen exposed live by the people in New York exposed to a lot of people as well cuz y'all got the most citizens in the country sitting right there on both ends of the country.
So thank you for that. Yes ma'am. So you got to be stronger. You have to be neurologically stronger. That's what people need to understand. It's too late by the time it gets out here. Lacy said it. It's a millisecond to a heartbeat.
That's fast as hell. Next thing you know, you already all kind of [ __ ] The exchange from the PA yesterday. That's what you have from the students.
Huh? You talking about the graphic or you talking I don't understand what you're saying, sweetie. And good morning, Mon'nique, if we did not say it. So, Mon'nique, I'mma use you as the next example. And we getting the self-reflection Sunday, but we reflected on this, too. So, Mo'Nique posted, she's getting ready. I'mma [ __ ] this up. She getting ready to go to Grenada for I'm call it festival carnival cuz I don't know the other part. um she gonna type it in the thing, but she had a video this time last year of preparing and she posted it and I told her, "You challenged herself. You took a risk. That's great." And then she went came back and had the unmititigated go to tell me it was terrible. And I corrected her and I said, "That's where you were this time last year. So, you get to see the growth of your presentation from last year to this year because of the neurological work." I got it. Okay, great. Spice ma spice mess.
That's what it is. That's the part that I couldn't cuz I don't have any connection to it. So, she's going and I thought you had changed your hair. I was like, damn, she changed her hair all that color that quick. When she do that, but it was because it was last year.
That's why the colors were different.
So, she put the second video up while she went live two days ago. She about to do her third live. She's explaining what you need in order to travel for Spice Mask and then in general. And so what she could see, what I saw was the growth. What she saw was the mistakes.
Oh, it was terrible. But somehow Miss Darlene told her to post it anyway. And she did. [ __ ] Oscar. Let me post this.
This is me from last year. So she could see the growth. And when she gets back from Splice Mask and she watches the video again, she will be able to make that comparison. That's why Oscar don't want me watching my [ __ ] because I can see what I couldn't see. But the shit's still there. I have to remember, we were just using my computer when we were filming. There weren't cameras. And there you had you had to have a camera.
You had to have all this stuff that I couldn't afford at the time. So, I had to use what was available to me. That's what I had to do. And so, that's what was available to you last year, Mon'nique. And so instead of giving yourself credit for even saying it and making a video before you went, Oscars' [ __ ] ass came online and Amy and LA reminded you of the double duchesses, the false starts, and all of that instead of saying, "I made the video about Spice Mask." And because I made that video, look at this year's video.
So that's what Oscar will do as well.
When you're progressing, Oscar is going to make it seem like it's not Well, you might be progressing now, but that [ __ ] was raggedy as hell last year. That's why I haven't haven't been watching my [ __ ] But I'm watching all my [ __ ] and only my [ __ ] unless again it's me and Nola because we got things in the watch list that we're watching together and that's half fun. That's family time.
That's totally different. So I'm going to be watching my [ __ ] until further notice. Now Nola said yes, it's an exchange. You're getting an exchange from the students and they are giving you people information. You're giving real leader and brain info and that's an even exchange. The PA yesterday talked about that. Okay. a PA yesterday. Got it. Exchange was the PA. Now I understand what you're talking about.
Good morning, uh, Regina. Very true. So, what I'm saying is, first of all, I'm a work in progress. Second of all, I'm the only person on earth that had the guts to do their research in real time with real people while life was lifeing every moment. So, instead of being in the lab, I get to make everyday corrections. And because I'm not saying, "Bitch, I'm right and y'all can't tell me shit."
Because there's no Pharaoh false go idol worshiping [ __ ] I get to learn from you, too. I'm not a foodie, but Jared and and and Lacy are. I'm not an addict, but Miss Chris is, and that's no disrespect to any of them. I don't understand that. Miss Chris sent me all this information. I'm like, I would have never I lived in the house with addicts and never got that much [ __ ] information from somebody. I'm like, this is what's happening neurologically.
I would have never known when we are about to have an amazing time in London because Mo'Nique asked us the first question. What's the theme for your trip? And Nola and I looked at each other like, we have no [ __ ] clue what you talking about. What the [ __ ] you mean that you supposed to have a theme for your trip to go, we going to get back to you?
That's simple question. That's effortless for her. That's all these things that she just does because she is Momo the Trouble Fury. We over here like we was going on vacation. A thing. Well, that's going to be an interesting way to go to for our first international trip.
[ __ ] I thought we was just going to go, but now we got a thing. So, there you have it. And working on that. So, we are designed to have a neurological exchange with each other because she made that first video. We now have a po she now has my social media posting strategy and now these new spice mask videos. She's got a graphic behind her 30 things that you need to take explanations why the dos and the don'ts and all these other suggestions because it's a year later because of all the work that she has done neurologically because of the leadership lead positions that she's taken at the job. All of the morning and so all of those little micro things that didn't really because she is on level four day 91. So that's a lot of neural reps in between last year and this year because she's reading books now because she's sleeping better on a real mattress with sheets and a pillow and all of that because those things are taking place.
The video is better. The video is better. So yes, that was ready fire aim.
Look at how much you've done in a year.
And now there is this very logical presentation that is getting improved.
Why? Because neuro reps. Because Miss Darlene is stronger this year than she was last year. I don't know what that first emoji is. I can see the heart one on that one. What's the first emoji?
Y'all know I'm still working on my emoji.
Duolingo don't have emoji as one of the languages that you can learn on it. So the point is this. Neuro reps work. They work better than anything else that you could ever do because Oscar is strong.
He is like God [ __ ] Zilla. Just Godzilla. Just strong. Everything disregulated has been mileinated by this [ __ ] So you Yep. Neuroraps. And I Oh, teary eyed. That's what it is.
Okay. Got it. Cuz it's kind of sitting in the yellow of my t-shirt right now, too. So, there's a glare from the lights, but teeyed. Roger that. Thank you. So, the neural reps are the answer to everything. Strengthen your brain because you have 86 billion neurons and 85 billion glyo cells. Strengthen your brain. That's what you are designed to be able to do neurologically because you take your brain with you everywhere you go. So, if you don't celebrate that win at some point today, Mon'nique, I don't know what your schedule is, but if you don't stop and celebrate that other video from last year for starting and then the video for this year for the work that you've done in 365 days or thereabouts, I'm going have a problem with you or you going to have a problem with me, however we want to see that because it's growth.
It's neurological growth. Your hair is still the same. It's just not them colors anymore. So what changed the neurological capacity of your brain? You grew new neural pathways. You pruned pathways that don't serve you. And you made new ones that serve you better.
That's what you need to see in the difference between those two videos. Not that the hair color changed for the part that has color in it.
You get that, Mon'nique.
Do you do you understand? That's why you don't I I never understood why people erase their Instagram feed. My first video of OPC somebody if you want to scroll down 16,400 posts you got a long ass flight you delayed and you won't get to the first post I made go ahead take a screenshot of it and send it to me. You won't go down that because it's a lot of damn posts. That's that's that's a lot of years. Yes, I will celebrate after my third live today. Yes, ma'am. That's what you do. That is exactly what you do. So the point is, how you going to assess you versus you if you keep erasing everything that you do? How you going to do that? Imagine if I was like my sister and lost [ __ ] threw [ __ ] away, my mama always throwing [ __ ] away.
We don't see this science Olympia ass certificate that I kept myself from 1987. There is. So how can you look back at your progress? You versus you. If I don't keep the first video I ever made on my YouTube channel in August of 2013, then there is no video for y'all. The video for the snap that y'all using for the uh rubber band is from 12 years ago when the company was Answers R Us. So imagine if I said, "Well, it ain't Answers Rus no more." I was using Pow Tunes cuz that was the only way we can make videos back then. I'm using Palunes to make those videos that used to be on my website and then I erased those videos. Shri, the people who got the snap method, that video is wouldn't be there. And now I'm telling y'all about the snap method, but I deleted the video cuz the company name changed reflecting through the neural reput. Exactly. So that's the problem.
So you don't erase it because how will history will repeat itself if you don't learn from it. So don't erase your [ __ ] People be erasing their whole I don't do that no more. Let me erase it. I don't do that. Every all the work I did with my sister, she got a scroll from the [ __ ] internet. That was stupid. That was dumb. But I did it. That's why she erased it. Okay, fine. It's only a little bit of stuff out there. There used to be a lot of [ __ ] out there.
Gone. 100% gone. So, while I can't access that Pinterest page anymore, it's still there. And if you want to go and look at those boards and pin those boards and you got an active account, go right ahead. I don't put up jifies anymore, but I looked the other day 15.1 billion views on the jiffys and Desmond was looking for a hell no in Jifies and G mama meeting popped up.
Give me Let me make sure they're gone.
Okay, cool. So, don't erase your [ __ ] Keep everything. Yesterday, Nola was at an appointment and the client's dad was in World War II and they're making he wrote 400 letters to his wife while he was there. So, they're taking all the pictures and they're going to put it in the book and everything else. And she's in her 70s now and they didn't know their great-grandparents. They're European. Didn't know their great grandparents. Didn't really know the story. Can't find the letters that she wrote to him. Don't know if he had to uh discard them because at that time you could be captured and they didn't want to have any identifiable information on you. They still don't. is is not good.
Um, so no family information, photos or nothing of that. But the point is that they have that they have the pictures.
Her dad was 85 when he died, though. He wrote those letters to his wife at 18.
She said, "I don't know this guy. He's funny. These letters are romantic, but that's not who I grew up with." So, be who you are. Tell your children who you are so your children can tell your children's children and all of that. But you got to self-reflect to do that. You got to be you. I asked everybody on a Tik Tok live who they are and only the people that was level one through five answered. So if you can't even answer who you are, don't be asking me who the [ __ ] I am. You don't if I tell you who I am and they going to resonate with you cuz I ain't talking to the real you.
Only the real ones know. A real [ __ ] want to hear from a real [ __ ] Fake [ __ ] want to hear from a fake [ __ ] That's just how it goes. So if you're too afraid all the e type I am a genius right now if you ain't driving I am a genius. You going to keep saying that.
I'mma keep saying it to you till you get it. I am a genius. Point blank [ __ ] period. So be you.
Unapologetically you because Oscar wants you to reduce everything that makes you you so you will be what he wants you to be. Social conformity theory. That [ __ ] Oscar is only going to tell you to do the [ __ ] that's popular, that lets you blend in, that lets you be part of one of the crew and the gang. Why?
For comfort, safety, and survival. That [ __ ] is overrated.
Look where we are based upon this oscarified existence.
Look where we are. Mo'Nique would not be going live if I wasn't going ham and burger. Lola, you better start going live here. You need to message me and let me know what day you going to start going live. 48 years worth of information. Absolutely [ __ ] not.
You're not going to not get that information out. People need that dog on information. Absolutely not. And Sarah, if you're on here this morning, when you going live? Sarah like, "How I'm catching strays?" Because when when you gonna start going live from the shop, what day?
And if you're watching on the replay, put it in the comments and message me because we I had a dream about that last night. Well, you up now. What's the date? Cuz we out here reducing ourselves for what?
For whose [ __ ] comfort?
Who who stands to benefit for our reductiveness?
A [ __ ] ass Oscar to include our own. Abso fuckingutely not. We were all born to be bad [ __ ] and we out here like we can't like we don't possess the neurological capacity to be a bad [ __ ] the [ __ ] I don't think you understand, Mon'nique, how much you've wired based upon that first video. I I don't even because you had a you were It was a wall.
It was a wall on the first video. A wall and then you had a graphic. It was a wall and then it was a graphic. and the graphic had 30 things on it and you went through the 30 things and you had a reason why an explanation as to why these things were necessary for spice mass. So you had to be at spice mass do the little stuff and remember lessons learned and then strategize for this year of what it's going to take to participate and engage. And for you, you need to be able to make sure that you got the insoles in your shoes and all of this and hydration and bug repellent and sunblock and then dog on all that [ __ ] And you talking about the first video was bad. How you get to yes to the live video if you don't [ __ ] do the first video.
Orbital frontal cortex. Bridget, you see that? Jared learned some stuff.
He said that. I said that. You out here people are afraid to travel. Dog on Lacy getting ready to go on her first solo trip and you over here talking about some stutter stutes and some double dutches and oh it was so bad and it was so terrible. Had my first I sent you my first graphic. That's where I was at.
That's where you were. That's not where you are today. Celebrate that [ __ ] That's not where you are today. 365 days later. I know I'm correct. Damn it. I almost said some mean stuff to you last night when I read that. But I was [ __ ] tired and I said I I practice inhibitory control. I about say what the [ __ ] is what the what the No, this is what I will say. You're not about to do that [ __ ] You're not about to reduce the neurological work that you've done to make these three lives happen to make that graphic happen.
That's Oscar's [ __ ] ass. No. No. We we not doing that [ __ ] over here. That [ __ ] is not happening. Not today or not any any [ __ ] day whatsoever. No, ma'am.
No.
No. No. So, at any rate, Oscar is going to try to make you think you need to be reducing yourself cuz that's for his comfort. That motherfucker's job is to send suggestions to the executive function of the brain, Miss Darling.
That's his job. Suggestions, not [ __ ] decisions. Suggestions.
Yes, because that's exactly what it is.
And you keep doing it. You take better notes this year, you could do a after spice mass video. Here are some more lessons learned. And that's what you keep [ __ ] doing. And you mileinate that [ __ ] And this time next year when you go back, you're going to look at that video and say, "Wow, that's where I was. Here's where I am now." It's just you versus you. And you are measuring your progress. If I look at my first lives versus now. If I look at the first brain thing I did November 2nd, 2024, it was a brain fact about prescription drugs and look where we are less than two years later. That started it. So imagine this, Mon'nique, if I looked at that brain fact and said, "Stupid ass prescription drugs." The [ __ ] was I thinking? We don't get all the way to neuropability. We won't we won't get there 20 months later if I'm reducing it. That's what started it. A match can start a [ __ ] forest fire. A little bit tiny match can make a big old thing happen. So that's the spark that you needed for the spice. That's the spark for the spice. So don't anybody do that.
You are where you are. Jared, you did your icebreaker speech. That's where you were. That's your starting point. Now, when you get to your DTM, you can remember that you did it off of Lazy J and Jay the finisher or J Fantastic, whichever one you used. So, don't look back at them notes. Don't look back at what they wrote in your manual or nothing else and say, "Man, that wasn't shit." No, that was the beginning of becoming the [ __ ] That was the beginning of it. That's how it happened.
Yesterday, Rielle said, "How we get all the way to this?" Well, let me explain to you, Rielle. I was born on May 10th, 1973 at 10:46 p.m. at Hustle Hospital.
It was a Thursday. That's how we started. And now we're here and it's going to keep evolving as long as I'm here. So don't reduce what the [ __ ] you're doing because it's better than it was. What the [ __ ] was you doing before you started doing this? Before you actually started studying your amazing brain and doing neural reps and strengthening your whole brain. Bridget was that's just what I say. I call it like I see it. And you was able to get through a whole damn birthday party yesterday with a couple standards in there. That ain't some [ __ ] you'd have been able to do a year ago. Not at all.
Especially after your grandmother passed. No [ __ ] way. And now you over here talking to people about the dog on clinic. That's the work that you're doing. Some invisible [ __ ] until it is visible. So don't take none of it for [ __ ] granted. Not a nam bit of it at all. Miss Darlene comes all the way online and is 100% strong. Extraordinary [ __ ] is going to happen in an ordinary day. That's what's actually going to happen. So, are we [ __ ] clear over here? You will not reduce yourself to nothing but a bad [ __ ] That's your baseline in your SGACCC.
What are you a bad [ __ ] What are you? Practice it. If you don't curse, I'm a bad mofo. How about you? I know how this mofo works right here.
[ __ ] with a [ __ ] bought what you built. How many [ __ ] neural pathways have you built now? How much [ __ ] you [ __ ] bought? Let me see your [ __ ] neuropathways if you flexing out in this [ __ ] Where your billions and billions of synaptic connections and trillions. We all trillionaires. One dog on set of synaptic connections can create 10,000 connections. That's 860 trillion synaptic connections. We all [ __ ] trillionaires up in here. That's what you have the ability to [ __ ] do.
Don't be reducing yourself to some oscified [ __ ] regular ass checklist that don't [ __ ] work. Cuz that's the other part. That's what I said on Tik Tok. This [ __ ] don't even [ __ ] work. I already did it to the best of my [ __ ] ability and it still don't work cuz it's a dumb ass [ __ ] decisions with dumb ass [ __ ] plans to go along with it. That's why you got the [ __ ] news trolling people. The [ __ ] news cuz the [ __ ] don't [ __ ] work. It don't work. You ran into somebody where [ __ ] working supposed to work cuz you on the other side the grass is always greener. We'll see if I was European. And the Europeans's like, "Well, if I had more money and the people with more money's like, they taking too much taxes."
Everybody keep looking that way talking about how unfair it is. Ain't nobody even, as we say in Alanon, keep your side of the street clean. Ain't nobody talking about it. And then the whole grateful definition, that's [ __ ] Well, you should be grateful you live in a mansion cuz it's people that live in regular houses. That's not how gratitude works. Gratitude works like this. You live in a mansion. Somebody live in a palace or a castle. And then you grateful for your mansion. That That's what gratitude is. I'm grateful for what I have and it ain't got [ __ ] to do with what nobody else got. You pull up in your car, a phantom pulls up next to you and a dog on old school 1982 Honda Accord pulls up on the right. Somebody in the bike lane and somebody at the bus. Don't look right. look left and be happy you in your [ __ ] while that Phantom SUV four five $600,000 and then they looking and to the left of them is a [ __ ] Bugatti or Ragara or some [ __ ] $1.5 million. Now they looking cuz the license plate ain't got a one on it cuz they not royalty. So everybody keeps looking like this and the royal person is like, "Yeah, but we don't have enough territories and principalities and we don't own the world cuz that [ __ ] is a [ __ ] hedonic treadmill.
It's a [ __ ] hedonic treadmill. So it ain't never good enough. That's why you don't [ __ ] with that system. That's why you get the [ __ ] off that ride and go create a ride that's the best ride of your [ __ ] life. You get to decide what the [ __ ] matters up here.
You get to go to Spice Mask and have a wonderful time. You get to do that and come back. You get to open up a clinic.
You get to go live in your pottery business. You get to go live and talk about how many houses you built. You get to buy houses, Jared, and give people a landlord that actually cares about their tenants. You get to do that.
Or you could do that [ __ ] checklist that they got. That [ __ ] that crap that that's what you could do every day.
You could wake up and say, "Can makes the impossible possible. I'mma swim the [ __ ] upstream. I'mma persevere, Tiffany, during times of adversity." That's what the [ __ ] I'm going to do. What your regular ass about to do? Some more reductive ass [ __ ] passive resistant neurological hitchhiking [ __ ] That's what the [ __ ] you about to do.
Wait for it again. Oh, you go about you about to go buy some [ __ ] I'm about to go build some [ __ ] We are not the [ __ ] saint. We are not the [ __ ] same with your reductive ass [ __ ] brain. Don't do this to yourself. Dane [ __ ] The oscarrified existence is some [ __ ] It's an illusion. It is not real. Why? Cuz Oscar don't know how to [ __ ] make decisions. That's why the [ __ ] don't [ __ ] work. That ain't his [ __ ] job. Suggestions. That's all that [ __ ] is. Get married. That [ __ ] is a suggestion. It don't tell you how to [ __ ] stay married. It don't tell you how to be happily married. Well, marriage is hard. Why the [ __ ] would you do that then? Love is difficult. You hear the words that they [ __ ] say all the [ __ ] time. Well, you got to work.
What exactly is that? Where are the instructions for this [ __ ] Get married.
Where the [ __ ] instructions at? Have kids. We're having a baby. And then what? What? Go to school, graduate, get a job, buy a house, get a car, save some money. That [ __ ] is suggestions.
That's what that is. Have friends, be a family, don't die alone.
Listen to it. This [ __ ] is a [ __ ] suggestion.
Have good credit.
Pay your bills on time.
Save money. Go on vacation. Y'all do y'all hear it? Am I talking to myself?
Do y'all hear the suggestions? They're suggestions.
They are [ __ ] suggestions.
My mom said, "You need some friends. Go get some friends."
How you do that? Get married. Get you a job in private industry. Go to college.
suggestions.
She didn't sit down with me and fill out that Michigan State application. She didn't sit down with me and pick a major. She didn't help me pick my classes or nothing else. She dropped me off at school and said, "You better be finished in four years. I know it take four years to get a degree and five years if you're an engineer. You better come home in four years with a degree."
That's what she said. That's a command.
That's not a strategy. We didn't sit down and say, "Okay, let's open up the catalog." Well, what is it that you'd like to do? Are you going to be a lawyer? You going to be a doctor? What you None of that happened. The details of the [ __ ] did [ __ ] take place. So you out here beating yourself up neurologically for some [ __ ] suggestions with no real strategy.
Monnique, you did the best that you could last year under the conditions in which you had information. You're doing better this year because you actually had, wait for it, a why and a strategy and a group of people ready to hear what you had to say. that part. That part right there. So, you're mentally beating yourself up for some suggestions with no real strategy and then being told you're doing it wrong based upon what? What we using? If you're driving in America on one on the right side of the street and then you're in London, so you're on the other side of the street and you coming towards people and everybody else coming towards you, they can say, "You going the wrong way. You going the wrong way. We go we on this side of the street." And if everybody's going forward and somebody's going backwards, you can say, "Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa, wait. You're going backwards. You need to be going forwards." Why? Because there is a strategy for driving. But you know what? There ain't no [ __ ] strategy for people.
People. What's the strategy for people?
That's a question for the group. What's the actual strategy for people in everyday life? Don't use my [ __ ] Use their [ __ ] What's the strategy?
Y'all know what strategies are. What's the strategy for people?
How you know you peopleing right in everyday life?
Ignore the bad ones. How you know they bad, Sarah?
What is it? H how you know you people incorrectly?
I was friends with my cousin had my high school boyfriend. They kissed each other and blamed me. No, I said don't use my [ __ ] Nola. They blamed me. Told me I was working too much. That's how they end up kissing each other.
We missed you. You was at work. You blood girl. We cousins. The [ __ ] What the h How we blame this on me?
Me and my cousins working at the movie theater together. She quit. He over her house while I'm at work and they kiss each other goodbye. How you at her house while I'm at work? And how is this [ __ ] my fault? Get a degree. Work until you retire or die from the job. spend the rest of retirement recovering from the job and then die.
Those are suggestions.
That that's the that's it. That's why you got to read the book the hundred years life. Education, work, retire, and die. Social cues. So then you have social conformity theory. Rananiel said interact based on how you feel is the strategy from the world. So how you know you're doing it right or wrong? That's why that that them people that came to my live telling me I'm doing it wrong.
Where the instruction manual? Where the instruction manual? I bought a water pick. Guess what? It came with instruction manual. Guess what happens if I don't charge the water pit? Cuz it's wireless.
I can't use the water pit. First thing is safe. The lights start blinking. It's time to charge it. So, if I don't you I don't charge it. I'm done. No more water pit. Conform to society's norms. But it's not normal cuz people don't even do that part right.
I hear what y'all saying. Thank you.
Uh-huh. So we out here trying to people with no manual.
That's Oscar.
That's Oscar. Y'all know what to do over here. Somebody somehow sent and it happened to Jared and somebody else sent me and on TikTok they'll be suggesting other people's lives, but somebody somehow from Anita's account sent me some graphics. It happens. People just do it through my DMs. And I said, "Uh, did you intend to send me somebody else's content?" And she said, "Uh, absolutely not. I know better.
We're done. If you don't turn your neural rep in on time, you already know by the time if it happens by level three, I already know I didn't turn my [ __ ] in. I'm going to be on day one tomorrow." Or people would just be like, "Day one."
Rod, if you're listening, I sent you messages in order for you to start level three today. Sir, you might already sent it on Instagram. I'm not sure because I checked before I went live and then I haven't checked since this morning about 3:30.
So, we're living our lives and we will get to our questions next week cuz we got to leave early. We got a 8:00 appointment. But this is necessary, ladies and gentlemen, because this is self-reflection. So, you out here basing your whole life on suggestions.
How'd that make you feel?
Your whole life is a auto suggestion.
Whole life.
Derek is turning his norm out now cuz he ain't messing around.
Whole life is an auto suggestion.
Supposed to I actually got a video. You supposed to whole damn life.
Don't get old. The [ __ ] Don't look old.
H.
Okay.
Not keep your mind sharp. Ain't nobody say that [ __ ] to me. No old people I ever met said keep your mind sharp.
Well, when you get old, you lose your balance. Tiffany found out yesterday that's because of the odiconial mass.
That's why you got to start doing yoga by the time you 35. So if that odiconial mass starts to be reductive, you got the motor neurons to tell you where you at and you can start balancing. Chair pose, tree pose, triangle, bowl, all those poses are going to counterbalance the reduction of the odiconial mass. Ain't nobody said that [ __ ] to you.
When you get old, you get fat. No, you don't. Your metabolism slows down. So stop eating them on the food that you was eating in your 20s, in your 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s. Get up and get moving.
Sitting is the new smoking. Makes me feel like I would have been lost for life.
A scheme that Todd set up.
Okay. Can you uh expound upon that?
Hoodwinkedked. Are you bamboozled? Ran a monk and led astray too. You didn't land on Plymouth Rock. Plymouth Rock. Okay.
That's Malcolm X. I understand what you're saying, Monique. Rananiel, can you expand upon the point?
We run into young ladies all the time talking about all their friends are married and they have kids and they don't. I'm like, "You don't look like you want kids. Your house ain't set up.
All your nice [ __ ] going to be messed up. You have some kids." Tiffany said, "Not good. We need to be using facts, not suggestions." Lacy said, "Makes me feel confused and purposeless." Denise said, "Makes me feel controlled from someone else's idea of what should be."
Yes, all of those. So, you out here living an autosuggested life and it don't [ __ ] work.
That's what I'm saying. I didn't came y'all. I've been in the room with billionaires and I But I'm a trillionaire now. So I'm saying you get to be on yachts and [ __ ] You start going in mansions, all this, but they got it better. And they looking at saying, "But y'all got it better."
And everybody keeps saying the other side got it better. And don't nobody got it better. But a better brain. Build a better brain. And then you going to have it better. a checklist of suggestions.
5.9 billion people in the world and we all got the same suggestions based upon our gender, our ethnicity, and our cast, our lot in life, if we're highborn or not.
And nobody is fulfilled. This [ __ ] don't [ __ ] work cuz it's a suggestion.
Romeo said, "The suggestions that just the suggestions just lead you astray."
So, I would have never learned how to live my life on my terms based upon who I am, what I am, and using my brain.
Exactly.
It was designed early on for comfort, safety, and survival. And we're still using that. Go over here. Go over there.
Go be with that tribe. Go be with that tribe. Go be over here. Go be over there. They savages over there. But we actually need each other. Everybody needs to be doing You have a better neurological experience over here. I give y'all credit where credit is due. I ain't taking y'all's [ __ ] for granted.
This is research in real time in real life. When I say hesy, I say Jerry says hesy. Simple things. Simple things. A lesser person will be taking all y'all [ __ ] and claiming it as their own and saying, "Well, you was talking to me while we was talking about my [ __ ] so it's my shit." No, I'm saying the research is saying this and you are a spokesperson for a particular segment of your life. for foodies, for hardworking people, for chefs, for at italier, for retired teachers because this is the lab for the greater good. So this is how it works day in and day out. And yesterday was actually 980. Today is 981 days live. So it's happening in real life.
And I'm saying, "Okay, what about this?
All right, let me go back. Okay, what about this? All right, let me go back."
I'm building this system as Rielle said how we get all the way here but people are peopleing while the system is being built. This is the experiment and the reason why it hasn't been done before now because no person prior to me had a strong enough dorsal prefrontal cortex to override their own Oscar suggestions.
So I had to go through the military, Fredo Lelay, working with my sister, working with small profits and uh nonprofits and all my whole life 39 years of building out Miss Darlene. It took 39 years to strengthen her really about 38 and change. 37 plus cuz anyway well over 35 years of strengthening Miss Darlene while life was lifing and people are peopleing my brain was braining. So that by the time you get over here and you say, "How you get out of debt?" No problem. This how you get out of debt.
How you recover from a divorce? No problem. This how you recover from a divorce. I still was a good wife. I just didn't like the job description. How you parent your kids? No problem. This how you parent your kids. How you go live?
No problem. I'd have been live for 900 and some change. How you make content?
No problem. I got over 145,000 pieces of content. No problem. How you start some [ __ ] from scratch? No problem. I know how to start some [ __ ] from scratch. You talking about food or life. How you recover from a divorce and getting dragged all over the place. I got that.
No problem. How you have faith in yourself. How you believe in yourself.
No problem. I got that. So for all these years, I'm strengthening my brain in the good times and in the bad times, in the sad times, in the happy times. I'm over here strengthening my brain. That's why another person couldn't do this because their brain is not strong enough to do this work. To life while life is lifing to people while people are peopleing and to brain while the brain is braining.
There wasn't another person before me that could do it because of the work that I did my entire life. My entire life, I've been strengthening my dorsal lateral prefrontal cortex while life was lifing. Not in a lab with a pen and a pad. Not in an office, not in a classroom. Jared wants to know, "How do you do a a speech? What's the next way to do it?" You start in the middle.
Bridget needs an elevator pitch. No problem. Here you go. Why? Cuz I did that [ __ ] That's why I could do it in my sleep. That's why I can recall it.
It's a semantic memory which means I can tell you how I did it because when I was doing it I said what is the best way to get this done? My brain is wired for what is the best way. My daughter has a profitable highly functioning business fivestar second mile service worldass business because I was Miss Darlene way back in the 80s. I forget to release about the muscles ripped. I forgot to te. Oh yeah.
So that part strong as [ __ ] up here.
You know how much neurological strength you got to have to read a book a week for 11 years and make a book report every week for 11 years while life is lifing. Whether you like the book or not. Whether you like the book or not.
Broke as hell.
Do do you understand that? to post every day on social media with two likes, with three likes, with zero likes, with no likes, and you just keep going. That's Miss Darlene. That's strengthening Miss Darling. That's why I'm the baddest [ __ ] walking the face of the planet earth cuz this is strong as [ __ ] what life is like. And that's why you keep doing neuro reps because it might be Oscar's strong as hell and Miss Darlene can't lift wet toilet paper but you keep doing neuro reps every single day and at the bottom of that graphic you going to be stronger and stronger and stronger up here and then you going to start saying that's a monster [ __ ] I ain't doing that.
All the W type. I'm a genius. I am a genius.
You going to be able to do that. You going to be able to do that. Sarah, the most authentic neural rep to today that you posted yesterday. Honest as [ __ ] from a fiery millennial. Honest as hell in yesterday's neural rep. Honest as hell. You could feel the strength coming from it off of my digital screen. Why?
Cuz Miss Darlene is getting stronger.
That's why you're able to do this.
That's why Regina can do everything that she's doing now as she comes around third on her real leader resources.
She's at day 352, I think. Cuz Miss Darlene, strong as [ __ ] Miss Darling, this ain't about what the [ __ ] you can buy. This is about what the [ __ ] you can build. While life is life then people are people and the brain can be brainy.
That's what can happen.
That's what can take place. You actually listening to your insulin and the friction and your ACC and then your brain is telling you what to do.
Shri, my pleasure, Dr. Oligum, you are a genius. And we're not going to settle for flowery. I don't even know what the [ __ ] that means. And don't give me a definition for it cuz in my head it's a dumbass word. Unless you talking about [ __ ] wallpaper or some [ __ ] Flowery? I want it to be flowery.
What is this? [ __ ] planning a wedding or some [ __ ] It's a bouquet. Flowery for people? Hell no. She's flowery.
Jared is flowery on your feelings PDF.
I'm feeling flowery today.
What? Where? Who said that word?
Flowery.
I need to be more flowery. You're a [ __ ] genius. Why would you be reductive and settle for flowery? It's making I'm about to break out in hives.
I think I knew it.
I'm not saying it anymore. I knew it was coming. Now my mouth is water.
Don't say that word no more.
Don't say that word no more.
How y'all feeling right now? As we reflecting again, I will push this back to next Sunday, but these two lives are necessary. How y'all feel right now in this moment?
Like Jared, I forgot you said you can't respond. I I apologize.
Never again. Capitalize that. Put it watch this. Put it in all caps with a bunch of exclamation points behind it and see how you feel.
Never again. Get some procity going.
So, go on ahead.
Stand outside today. Go walk in in nature and say never again.
Never again. That's right.
It seems illogical now.
It is the dorso lateral. One of the t-shirts that's going to be in my shop is Miss Darlene would never. You hear me? Miss Darlene would never never again [ __ ] is stupid.
I already took my shower and all, so we good to go.
[ __ ] is dumb as hell over here stressing ourselves out over some [ __ ] suggestions.
Watch this.
Yes, for the comment section, you have to be a member or level one through five.
Settling is not beneficial for the PFC.
It is not.
It is not. This comfort, safety, and survival is enough of this [ __ ] It's not working for anybody.
And only the people with low confidence, low self-esteem, and a big ass ego will argue me down with identity protection that I'm wrong. I'm not I'm not It's not working for anybody.
It doesn't work. It's a suggestion.
If you think about if you're hungry and everybody in a group suggests a restaurant, then you all say, "Well, I don't have a taste for that." Yeah, but that's too expensive. But do we get a reservation? And then you use logic to go to the restaurant. It's just a suggestions.
It's not going to work.
be happy.
And it's the same for everybody. When I asked you what you did for fun yesterday, did y'all notice that nobody unless you like doc Dr. Olon and Ola Wash are together. So sometimes their fun was a family event. Nola and I might be the same cuz we're at family doing this. But everybody else's definition of fun is different. So, what did you do to have fun yesterday? How did you use the principle of real leadership? And some people like, "Well, y'all might think I'm crazy." I don't. If you had fun doing it, like I said, if you want to go outside, we got desert landscaping. If you want to go outside and kick rocks and move them out the way and look at the sand and put them all back, if that's what you need to do, that's your definition of fun. Go ahead. Who am I to tell you that that's not your definition of fun? I like going to cafes. And now that I can drink decaf sparingly now, sit and just read a book in a cafe, I'm having a good time.
Dr. Olon, what word would Dr. Donna say about blank? This is one gift we are most grateful for.
That's what you're saying. You're saying you use that, Dr. Olgo, and you and the family.
I would I would uh I say real leadership. don't remember want to put me in it because I I want to make sure that the line is but it might work.
Okay, I'mma let that go. If that's what you need to say, go on ahead and say it.
Denise is thinking these auto [ __ ] suggestions. You done milinated your life and that Watch this y'all and we about to do our 60 seconds of silence and go on ahead and get out of here.
That's why people be rebelling because of these suggestions.
The comments section are for members of this channel and for people actually doing the neurological work in levels one through five.
You can look, listen, and like, but you have not earned the right to engage directly with me.
Should you decide to type anything else, you will be unlisted from this channel.
So Denise is thinking, Lola is thinking.
And so that's why you rebel. That's why you come home and you watch a bunch of [ __ ] on the screen. That's why you, Dr. Olong, when you get stressed, you eat stuff. So, everybody has advice to naturally resist this thing that you never wanted to do anyway. You come from a long line of dentists, you got to be a dentist, but you actually want to be a chef. You come from a long line of chefs, but you actually want to be a stripper. I'm just saying that you don't have to be. You come from a long line of hardworking landscapers and you want to be an artist and you can't because of the auto suggestion. You can't.
I come from enlisted people in my family. I wasn't supposed to be Captain Thomas, but [ __ ] them. I went to the army when I was in basic training in high school and I said, "I don't want to be enlisted." Sergeant Morgan Stern gave me the paperwork for the ROC scholarship. I earned the scholarship and I went and became Captain Thomas.
Because as an officer, I had more set, not a lot more, but more that I will have as an enlisted person. And so these suggestions, I was supposed to go to college and get one degree. Two would have been okay cuz that's with the same amount as my uncle Jerry. But when I went and got that third degree, I had more degrees than anybody else in the whole family. And that was a problem cuz the suggestion was go get you one degree, get married, and get a job in private industry, and then ride that [ __ ] out. I didn't know that. I wasn't supposed to go get a job at a Fortune 500 company, food and beverage. That's like that. I I didn't understand that I was supposed to go work at the big three cuz I'm from Detroit. I heard go to college, get a degree and get a job in private industry. You go into the military. You're supposed to be enlisted. See how it wasn't an actual strategy.
So that I [ __ ] that all up. I was told it takes you four to seven years to become a DTM. And I was like, but you could get it based upon this system, you get it done in 18 months. That was the thing. So when I was doing it, the whole thing, if you grow up in the hood, especially me, Maserati Rick and them Young Boys Incorporated, everybody got a mink balling out. I didn't know that there were other types of fur coats. So I had six different types of fur coats.
And even my mink was black with fox cuffs and a fox collar with my name in it. You weren't supposed to do that. So, I couldn't even do the suggestion [ __ ] the way they was. I was wrong for somebody. I said, "Thought you [ __ ] said go get a mate. Get your name in." My [ __ ] was legit. Was like, "No, you you were supposed to do some baller [ __ ] to get to me." That's what that [ __ ] it. Got it. So, now you're doing all of these things that you don't want to do that don't match you. So, you resist it. And now you have these other rebellious things that you're doing. Please let us use it. Yes, you can use it. That's what I said.
The kids saw your picture on the back of the book and excitedly asked is that Dr. Donnie said yes. So instead of leadership book is really mental mode like a super. Okay. Yes. Go right ahead.
And I let me tell y'all something. Ola and Dr. Olon. That was Oscar's [ __ ] ass trying to shut it down cuz my sister used to tell me that that ain't [ __ ] Feel free to use it. Yes. Go right ahead. Y'all are not about to hero worship me. Go right ahead. And notice I corrected myself so it came up after.
Knock yourselves right on out. Well not knock yourselves out. Go ahead and use it. Suggestions are not strategies.
That's correct. Sarah uh Lola said, "I learned that suggestions aren't logic."
Denise said, "These suggestions are oscified. No brainer." Shay said, "They were floored when we told them about your Dolingo streak. Our son's eyes almost popped out his face." Hey, when I started on Dolingo, I finished Dolingo because it was so new. I finished all the Spanish lessons on Dolingo and I had to wait for more. You can't do that [ __ ] now, but way back then, I finished it.
Literally done waiting on more new lessons to come.
Are you a real life person? Yes. Okay, give me one second and let me remove this person. And then it was one more person to make sure I got rid of them too. Yeah. Let me go ahead and block them as well.
Okay. Cuz they were saying more stuff, so they're gone. Okay. See, you you you give them a rope and they think they're a cowboy.
Lacy says, "So true. Doctors just told me to lose weight, but no one told me to focus on being healthy and by changing how I think." No one knew. Years in the circle of yo-yo diets. Exactly. You go to your primary care physician and unless you have a TBI or predisposed to some type of debilitating uh disease neurologically, you don't even talk about your brain. It's not even on the the card. It ain't even, hey, how strong is your dorsal prefrontal cortex on a scale of 1 to 10? Are you feeling strong or weak? Who's running that [ __ ] today?
Oscar or Miss Darwin? It's not taking place.
And and no fault of theirs. I I'm not I mean, you don't know what you don't know. They are executing the [ __ ] suggestions, too.
This [ __ ] don't work. Goji and Kahal, this is homage to the OG's, the neuron doctrine from dog on 1996 when we found out that the brain was plastic and that you could actually have neurons firing wire. He's law, the Macio sematic markers. We come on in. There's a couple other people in there, but for the most part, that [ __ ] is rhetoric and it will not allow you to actually brain while life is lifeing and people are peopleing because it's being measured against a Oscar scorecard.
That's what it's being measured against.
You have to look at the metric being measured. Right, Dr. Olum? What's being measured? And that's why AI will replace many of them. They are mostly regurgitating. Exactly. Everybody can just go to chat and get what you need.
You don't need to go to a therapist anymore because they going to say the same stupid reductive ass Oscar [ __ ] anyway.
So, the moral of the story is I'm right.
I've been working on strengthening my brain my entire life.
my entire whole life for how to get the best results out of who?
People without [ __ ] on them, without berating them, without scaring them. Di from the D comes in and checks a [ __ ] that's saying dumb [ __ ] But Dr. Donna is here to educate. Hold up. Did I get rid of the right [ __ ] Yes.
There you go. That's what's happening.
So, [ __ ] the auto suggestions.
[ __ ] the auto suggestions. That's going to be a t-shirt. The Oscar suggestions.
[ __ ] the Oscar suggestions.
T-shirt because they don't work.
They don't actually work cuz they're suggestions, not strategies. And Sarah said that. So, that's where we are today, ladies and gentlemen. And I believe this was an effective self-reflection Sunday. As soon as Andrea's question, I don't know. I don't want to call you Gina. I mean, I see the Gina, but I know it's Andrea. Soon as Andrea's suggestion shows, I mean, question shows up or comment. I'm going to read that. We going to do our 60 seconds. But do not be trapped by Oscar's suggestions cuz that's what they are. That's Oscar's job. Suggest. And we stopped there. We stopped at the suggestions. We didn't see if it was going to work, if it made sense or nothing. Get married.
Go to college.
Get a job. Be able to take care of yourself.
Don't die until it's time to die.
Be safe.
It should sound dumb as hell. Have friends.
Have fun.
And then you have the event calendar to say this is how it should be done. You hear that rhyme, Jared? That was a good one. That's it. That's that's your life and everybody's supposed to be happy.
You got all the wash over here trying to be the f word. Not going to say it cuz my mouth started. Instead of a genius is E FG. Go one letter more in the in the English alphabet. Don't be f L O W E R Y. Be a genius.
That That's what you can do. Be a genius.
That That's That's what you could do.
Okay, Andrea. It's not popping up. For the sake of time, I'm going to go ahead and do our 60 seconds of strategy. Um, not I have 60-second strategy videos. 60 seconds of silence so that we can get neutral in our SGA or subgenuual.
Subenual. And that E and that U right where it's placed cuz it's S U B G N U A L. My orthographic processing center is like that's why it's still sitting here on my desk cuz for some reason it is just not picking it up. Okay, let me flip this around. I'mma count you in in a 3 2 1 manner and then you going to sit in your piece to reset your SGACCC to neutral. So you'll know how that feels.
3 2 1 All right, it's time for Ask Dr. Donna, what questions do you have for me, if any?
Think about it, ladies and gentlemen.
Oscar has convinced people to set up phantom accounts and wake up and go on the internet and type dumb [ __ ] as a form of entertainment, as a joke because people don't like their own lives. So they are going to turn into someone else on the internet and go talk about people and somehow that's a good idea for a group of people, a large group of people because the suggestions of real life aren't working. So this is a form of rebellion cuz the suggestions aren't working. So let me go do something that makes me feel alive and feel better and feel empowered and in charge. I'm gonna go talk dumb [ __ ] to people on the internet because it's fine. And they've all these adults have convinced themselves that this is fun.
Not neurologically damaging.
Not mileinating stupidity, but this is fun.
Cuz what's the alternative? Go back to the spouse that you actually don't like.
be in a relationship with your reductive ass dumb kids cuz they're stupider than you cuz it disapproved one generation.
A Oscar suggestion that has now been milinated socially conformative theory said yes that part.
Andrea says, "Sorry I was interrupted before I could send. Considering the way diabetes affects brain health, it's shocking that doctors don't bring the brain into the discussion." I know, isn't it?
Because the brain is telling you to keep eating sugar, right, Lacy? Jared Daisy about to walk into a damn Dunkin Donuts the other day.
Daisy, not Jared.
because it's been mileinated.
I actually which is interesting is because what we haven't done is what the sugar do to the brain. It's sitting right there. Perfect timing Andrea.
Anybody else?
It's not popping up if you are watch and Tiffany and then we're going to start with our normal routine. So what you give your attention to matters cuz you go mileinated faster than a heartbeat. You out here consuming added sugar.
Never even had a conversation. That's why you know again it's a oscified existence because you're doing what the medical industry says do and what the research says do. But the research keeps discuss research in a diseased brain instead of a high functioning brain. We don't even have research for high functioning brains. We got people with high IQs. That's not a high functioning brain. It's not y'all. Some of y'all have hit that nor where what is it on a research? What what is the IQ test and what is it measuring? It's not measuring cognition. It's not measuring the strength of your dorsal prefrontal cortex.
How do you set up a live event on in notification in Tik Tok when you're inside? Actually, uh I'm researching in chat. I was gonna tell you, Mon'nique, but I want you to have that experience in chat. Chat is going to tell you exactly what to do. So, take that question and ask chat. I was about to say it, but you going because then you're going to be able to ask follow-up questions to chat. And then you could actually even make your graphic inside of chat while asking chat about that if you want to.
you could take that graphic that you currently have and say, "I want to change this, move this around." So, you'll have a different you'll be um creating. So, this is going to be a bilateral experience for you by asking chat.
And Tiffany said, "Is the friction indicator being heightened?" A good way to explain one of of the results of our lesson.
Yeah. If you're saying right now you got that much friction instead of or yes because the friction is you are fighting who you are becoming versus who you used to be and certain instances of doing that create more friction. So Jared is is brilliant so he can read.
There's nothing for him to pick up a book and and I'm not mitigating what he's doing. He can read a book because he was already reading books. So he just needed a strategy to read a book a week instead of two books a month. But now he's in Toastmasters and he been hiding in plain sight for 50 years. Now he got to stand up by himself and give speeches and be evaluated by a group of people watching him be the only person in the room talking and now he's got to give a message to them in five to seven minutes. We got this much friction going on. Oscar's like, "Eat a honey bun. Get a honey bun. Sit down. Watch CD scroll.
Do anything but this. What the [ __ ] is you doing? Don't you do it. So is that.
But if it's time for him to read is this much friction.
So you're experiencing friction from what you getting ready to update to me.
You talking about the the self and the work. So you got about that much friction. But I said sales and marketing and branding. And now it's THIS MUCH LIKE WHOA. WAIT A MINUTE. WAIT A MINUTE.
WHAT? THIS IS TOO MUCH. This what you do? AH DR. DONNA, I ain't trying to do all that. No. I just want to make some money. But now you're making a difference. So there's going to be more friction the bigger the thing is cuz the mileination said don't do that. I had to keep saying by my book by my book. Watch my [ __ ] Watch my [ __ ] Now I'm saying share my [ __ ] Share my [ __ ] And now I'm telling myself watch my [ __ ] Friction.
A lot of it. All right. If no other questions everybody go ahead and type separately. Everybody has a brain.
Denise is driving and listening. Yes.
True. So you had a whole lot of friction. So if you're experiencing more friction, that just tells you how mileinated the opposite thing is. That that's what it's telling you. So some things are effortless for you. It ain't [ __ ] I go right now. Somebody say, "Hey, you going to pay you $50 million to come give a speech. Where the plane at? I'mma sit down. I ain't going have to write [ __ ] I ain't got be able to talk. They will put you on a panel for eight hours. No problem. Got it. Where the water? Where the food? Where the bathroom? Cuz I'm about to pee.
Everybody has a brain. My attention is a resource. Two separate entities. So that and the reason why I'm saying type them now from a time perspective because otherwise if I say you said it, you said it, it's taking up time.
So uh Sarah said, "What do you think about healthy gamer Gaga Dr. K? Have you heard of him?
Type his name in the thing again. Sarah because it was all together. Uh Rananiel said, "Is it social conformity if someone is looking at follower count to deter count?" Uh yeah, absolutely 1,00%. You want to know why? Because you could cheat with follower account.
That's why Instagram is scrubbing right now. Fake accounts. Nola told me somebody lost 7 million followers in one day. Follower count is something that you can see and you could buy. I get messages at least once a week um asking me do I want to improve my follower count. So here are the things that you can buy. You can buy viral videos, you can buy follower account, you can buy uh comments. So they will literally ask you to do all those things. So the one thing that you can buy currently is the content number. You can even buy check marks on per on social different social media platforms. So that's the thing that Oscar can see. So Oscar made a shortcut to say if this person has millions of followers. Remember, I don't know if you was on that live, but we had three ladies with a lot of followers and nobody had a leadership degree or a job in leadership, but they were all talking about leadership based upon their following. So you can purchase that and they will slowly build it out and they'll present to you real followers in real time. we going to build it up over three weeks, over a month, so you can buy and cheat all of that. That's why they said focus on that. So you actually got to review the content yourself and then look at their posts. And the one thing that I do is I look at people's post number and then I go in their feed and I look at how often they're posting and what they're posting. So that's what I do. Okay.
Healthy. This is the name Sarah.
healthy game urge aka Dr. K. All right. My attention is a resource. I posted an old video as a reflection to strengthen Miss Darlene.
Right. So now you going to say strengthen Miss Darlene and um what you did to have fun and give me a second cuz I'm asking All right, let me go down. Uh, Alona, also known as Dr. K is a psychiatrist, educator, and the co-founder of Healthy Gamer, an organization focused on helping people, especially gamers, content creators, and young adults, better understand how to improve their mental health. One aspect Dr. K distinctive is that he combined psychiatry, psychology, neuroscience.
His experience studying contemplative practices in India before medical training and practical discussions about modern issues like gaming, social media and the internet culture.
Um chat says that I would notice some of us are overlapping executive function, habit formation, attention and behavior change. At the same time your framework is different. Dr. K approaches these topics from psychiatry, psychology and contemplative traditions whereas neuropability is applied in everyday life and neuroscience real leadership framework. So his his content is educational rather than a substitute for therapy therapy and much of it focuses on helping people understand why they think and behave the way they do so they can make more intentional choices. All right. So I will uh get back to you Sarah because that's what chat is saying as a quick notification. Uh Dr. Olon said question L3D9 required contemplating oh level three D9 oh day 9 a task directly adjacent to our deepest fear what is Dr. Donna's opinion about what a a leader's relationship is with fear will look like once fear stops governing them uh fear is always going to be there Dr. Olon a great book on that is Dr. Susan Jeffers feel the fear and do it anyway. I have fear every time I get on live because I don't know what the [ __ ] is going to happen. So it's not that fear will be governing you. The brain will be strong enough to assess the fear and say why am I afraid? Cuz it's just a feeling. What am I feeling? I'm feeling fear. Why am I feeling fear? Because remember the prediction brain which we just talked about yesterday is saying this is something I don't know how to do. The brain wants predictability. What if I fail? This was hard last time. What if I look stupid? What if I'm embarrassed? And all of that. That's coming from past experience. Left amigdula talking to the hippoc campus reminding you of it. And so that's why you don't do anything without a why and a strategy. So you bring Uncle Vinnie and Miss Darlene online and you say, "Here is why I'm doing this and here is the strategy." So Mon'nique went live last year. You can see the fear, the tension, and everything. this year it isn't obvious that that's what's actually taking place. So anytime you challenge yourself and you take risk and you go against the norm you have that friction there will be fear there but the brain will be strong enough to assess it address it and be strategic about feeling the fear and doing it anyway. Uh to strengthen Miss Darlene Rielle said miss I I did a workout at home since the gym was closed. Uh Andrea said to have fun I spent time in my garden. Did I miss what you said about your attention your um Miss Darlene?
Andrea, what did you do to strengthen Miss Darlene?
Okay, so you should have what you did to strengthen Miss Darlene. Oh, for Miss Darlene Olaw said, "I explored how I can use chat to set up my school schedule and record the children's." I'm very glad I did. I feel less anxious about my new role. That's awesome. Tiffany said, "For fun, I play cards with my kids. You lost." That's good. I bet you they was happy dancing around for fun. I watched a FIFA game. Oh, watch. He said Sarah said to strengthen Miss Darlene by doing neural reps and making pottery.
So, the next ones are how many brain dumps did you do and what did you do to respect your brain?
One brain dump. I respected my brain.
Uh Nova said, "For fun, I watched the All Blacks versus Italy highlights." Uh Sarah said, "I respected my brain by only eating one meal yesterday. No snacks.
Mental health for uncertain times."
So he's This is the website coaching mental health design. Okay.
I did one brain dump. Lacy Tiffany. I did two brain dumps. Nola did two brain dumps. And then what you do to respect your brain?
My tablet is slow as [ __ ] It's taking a minute to load this.
Uh notice that I put some respect on my brain with a 2-hour nap and going to bed on time. Okay, I'm messing that. It's taking too long to load. Let's go out.
Uh, Lacy said, "I respected my brain by learning by letting Miss Darlene lead all day long."
Um, Rananiel said, "No, for fun."
Mon'nique said, "I asked I for fun, I talked to a friend about upcoming trips." Rananiel said, "I put some respect on my brain by going to bed or at bedtime." That's great. Uh, Dr. Dr. Ol said to strengthen Miss Darlene. I finished setting up my daily to-do and task tracking prompts and a database on Claude. And Monnique said I did one brain dump.
So, uh, Dr. K is a millennial, uh, 43.
Um, Dr. K has picked a very popular topic.
Gaming is really big now. And so just based upon that using because of his ethnicity using yoga and meditation and the medicine um to do what he's doing.
So uh we are not the same. Uh he has picked a special select group of people.
The difference is that anybody with a brain that's 18 years or older can do this work. So I did not specifically pick a niched out group of people.
um and they take on the most challenging pressing the we take on the most pressing challenges of our time. This is still coming from a negative perspective. I I'm not coming from a negative perspective. I'm I'm not cuz that's still the psychiatry, the psychologist in them. This is just me just taking a look overall. I'm not saying that this person right. So Dr. K's guide a journey in trauma, anxiety, depression, meditation, and ADHD. I'm not doing none of that [ __ ] But still focused on the disease brain. Mental health coaching designed by people who get it. It's not mental health. It's brain function health. So get your family on the same team with HG's expert evidence-based resources. This is for parents. So this is what he's saying he's doing.
So mental health and technology are the the defining parent challenges of the day. We're experts in both. Parenting today is completely different than it was. A lot of the old device advice just doesn't work anymore. That's why we're making solutions specifically to navigate in the digital age. But no.
So what is a HG parent? We help thousands of gamers life happier, healthier lives. Well, now we're using our expertise to help parents. Developed by a Harvard trained psychiatrist and worldleading video game addiction expert, Dr. K. Parent is the online evidence-based intervention specializing in problematic technology use. We base our parent resources on the efficacy of our HG programs where we work directly with young adults with similar issues.
We can help because we know your kid, we were your kid. So again, and I see y'all typing stuff. We coming around third.
I'm not going with a negative anything.
I'm not So that's a specific niche of parents getting devices out of children's hands. That that's a a niche.
That's what that is. That that's that's all that is is still looking at a problematic brain. And that's easy.
That's fish in a barrel. I'm saying, do you have a brain? Okay, start doing nor rups. You just need a brain and be 18 and above. That's specific. If you don't have depression, ADHD, and a child with all of that, then that program doesn't work. I'm saying 5.9 billion adults got brains, go ahead and start doing neural reps. So your whole life, your everyday life, not when your ADHD pops off, not to get you off a device, but your brain needs to bring while life is lifing and people are peopleing. That still doesn't solve the real issue. That's disease brain, weak brain, problem brain. You got a problem, that's easy. You got a problem, I can solve it. I'm saying no, be a bad [ __ ] cuz this is excellence over here. This is 1,00% [ __ ] bad [ __ ] excellent. Do some [ __ ] that you never done before. You're not gonna be able to go to Dr. K and say, "Hey, I'm Dr. K would have never been able to give you your strategy for your business, Sarah.
That that's not happening because you're using this system for this thing. So, there's going to be one right answer for this thing." So, the format is going to be the same cuz it's the same cuz that's safe and comfortable. So just my initial assessment of what's taking place. So no, we are not the same. We do not do the same. He's doing the same thing that they do. Gaming is huge now. So it's a lot of money to be made and people have a problem. Now you going to take gaming, which people are addicted to, and then say this is how you get them to stop.
The [ __ ] is you working with gamers for?
That's cognitive dissonance. All right.
Um, so no, we're not the same. And he's using a bunch of things to say, I'm right. I'm a medical doctor. I'm a psychiatrist. and all of that. Okay, cool. Why you ain't using a whole brain then? Why you picking [ __ ] Just pick the [ __ ] brain. You picking people. Pick a brain. All right. Put some respect on my brain by going to bed on time. Uh Dr. Ol said to strengthen Miss Darlene. I finished setting up my day. Yeah, I I saw that. Mon'nique said, "I did one brain dump." Andrea said, "I respected my brain by organizing my computer projects into a realistic progression in order of difficulty." Uh Dr. Olon said, "For fun, we watched Argentina cheat their way to semifinals on the World Cup. It was fun watching them squirm." Uh, Tiffany said, "To respect my brain. I didn't get baited into an argument. My sister, I practiced inhibitory control big time." Mon'nique said to put respect on my brain. I went to the gym very early yesterday and it felt nice with less people outside in the morning. We like the morning time, too. Shri said, "I put respect on my brain by preparing my sleep hygiene regime."
Uh, Olawashi said, "To respect my brain, I step back from the likely argument about fairness in the soccer game."
Uh, Sh said, "For fun, I planned a trip to the beach for Wednesday." Awesome.
Uh, Mon'nique said, "I learned today that suggestions are not strategies. I learned about myself that taking risk with the strong enough why and strategy help create receive growth to and yeah if you haven't put your what I learned today and what I learned about myself go ahead and do that. I missed I stopped saying that to go look up Dr. K so I could give Sarah answer in real time.
Um Mon'nique said learn today. Yes, you I said that. Shri said to strengthen Miss Darlene, I propped up the rubber band, popped the rubber band every time Oscar made a dumbass suggestion about eating some sugar. His feelings were hurt today. There you go. Uh Tiffany saying, "Mine my way is easy, too. When I take your gang, uh Sarah said, "I learned that suggestions are not strategies." Yes.
So, what did you learn today and what did you learn about yourself? So Sarah, basically I'm showing you my research process when people say that I am the same as someone else. I'm saying there could potentially be somebody out there.
I ain't seen it yet. And so people pick what's comfortable. So this psychiatrist picked what was comfortable. It's what psychiatrists do. Let's go look at the disease brain and let's make it better.
And I'm saying for a person having millions and millions of followers, where are the people results?
Where are high functioning? So to be clear, I specialize in bad [ __ ] That mean high functioning brains in real life in real time while life is lifing. Your brain is actually braining in everyday life.
Theirs is not everyday life. It's in this instance when this happens over here. And I'm saying I don't give a [ __ ] if you got a mental illness. If you old as [ __ ] old as Methusela, if you got five kids, one kid, all kind. I'm saying the brain is plastic neuroplasticity. And with neuropability, you could be a bad [ __ ] Neuror strengthen your brain. So your brain can be functioning, you can be highly capable while life is lifing. Some of you have experienced loss recently and life was lifing, but your brain was braining. And so you were able to process that you were experiencing emotional [ __ ] with your family. Dr. Oligon and Olaw had a conflict in front of the kids and handled it like champions because the brain was braining. So I'm saying in every [ __ ] day life.
Pull this up. While life is lifeing, not when you have a hyperactive moment. Not when you like Shri just said, we not about to be doing this [ __ ] I'm snapping. I'm snapping. Oscar, you not getting no [ __ ] sugar, [ __ ] No. Lacy at 9:30 at night. Ain't none of her programs told her that. Oscar like, "Well, but but if you eat a healthy snack, no, [ __ ] We done with calories for the day. We going to sleep." The brain is braining. So, who's in charge on any given day? Who's getting that point in the scoreboard? Is it Oscar or is it Miss Darling?
Today I learned about myself that I am a genius says Olawashi.
I learned that we are taught to operate and build our lives based on suggestions. Sarah said I learned that was Rananiel. Sarah said I learned about myself that I need to go live every day so that I can expand my business. That is the only way we will grow. That's correct. Sarah said I learned that suggestions are not strategies.
Daisy said I learned that suggestions wouldn't benefit none of my strategies.
And Shri said, "I learned today to to really distinguish and listen to nonsense that isn't helping me move forward. I'm slowly becoming more discerning in my actions." And Shay said, "I learned today that there is no negotiating the truth that understanding the brain is the key to becoming my true and full self." Yes. So, thank you for that explanation, Sarah. And I wanted to do that live. So as you are being told that these people are experts in what exactly?
In what these niched out things I mean you would have to listen. Think about how many different experts you'd have to listen to to get your whole brain online.
How many? And then become a bad [ __ ] because that's just to get it to functioning. Now high functioning that that that's a whole that group ain't there.
that that's not even available.
Ola, he said, "I learned today." Yes, I read that. And Nola said, "I learned you need to be objective for your people."
Yes, Tiffany said, "I learned today that suggestions mean nothing. We move in facts." Right? Be objective is one of the 74 principles of pro leadership. So, here's what I will say. And I'm I'm actually having to train my chat cuz chat got a hedging slant to the [ __ ] that I'm saying. And I got to say, chat, I ain't looking for no [ __ ] approval.
Don't keep telling me this [ __ ] cuz I'm not asking for your [ __ ] permission. So everything when it comes to people isn't a totality experience.
It's the the people start picking and choosing because to deal with a whole person is hard. Your brain got to be super strong to deal with somebody else's [ __ ] Be a thermostat, not a thermometer, and then say, "All right, this is how you gonna be a bad motherfucker."
Tiffany sends me Google Sheets with a bunch of stuff on it and I read all of it and then I tell her what to do. Ain't another [ __ ] got the cognition to do that. First of all, they would have had the cognition to tell her what to do. Then they wouldn't have had the cognition without getting on the phone with her, reading what she sent through Google Sheets or Google Docs, whichever one it is, read it, and then have a actual way to communicate in written form, written format back to her and make her go, "Oh, I see what you saying." To be able to give the example in an Instagram DM, brain been brain in a long ass time.
That means I got to have had sales and marketing experience. I got to know how to post on social media and create it.
The three industries that she in, I ain't never been in before. I'm not doing that. I definitely not her main thing. Her bread and butter. I ain't doing fraud protection. I don't know what the [ __ ] that is. I mean, I know it, but I can't be like, "Yeah, so this code it like this and then do that." I have no [ __ ] clue, but I know how to run a profitable business, small, medium, or large, and what you need to do for people to get it because I did it. So their systems, just so we're clear, is you got to do it that way.
Over here, to quote Frank Sinatra, rest in peace, you going to do it my way. So how can you customizably do it for you?
That means you're not hustling on a crowded block, Sarah. How does it match your fieriness? How does it do that? Not this is the cookie cutter approach to it. So we from scratch over here because I have the cognition to tell each individual person what you need to do.
Tiffany said, "I learned today that."
Yes. Noah said, "I learned about myself.
Real leadership has made me a better person." Daisy said, "I learned about myself today that I need to be more focused." Yes. So, does anybody else need to type anything else at all? Nola, if you got to go, go ahead. I already took my shower. I just got to put my clothes on. So, are we clear, ladies and gentlemen? Thank you for that, Sarah. Again, that example of how you vet a expert.
That's how because it's popular because remember you got PR people. The more popular you are, the more PR you get. So people, as Relle said, you got this large following. You must be like that.
Don't trust them numbers. Go look at Wikipedia and dog on LinkedIn and the website.
That's what you can do. to start trusting but verifying the education and the stronger your Miss Darlene gets, the more you going to be able to see that [ __ ] real quick. Thank you, Tiffany.
Anybody else got anything else before we go? So, it has been a self-reflective Sunday. I did have the other questions prepared. I had fun. We're going to be fun next week on Tik Tok, but you know, uh some more motivation wanted to come in and and disrupt what she thought was something that wasn't.
And so she found out that she should have been over there for her smoking and not trying to tell me I'm dishonest.
Oscar was Oscaring as Oscar does.
Okay. If there is nothing else, uh, very effective live. Now you know that those were suggestions. So you can discard those suggestions and go and do you and what works best for you. Cuz the suggestions are reductive.
They don't require a lot of neurological capacity to get done. And then how the [ __ ] do you know if you're doing it right? Ain't no [ __ ] scorecard to measure. I guess just having it done is enough. But we bad [ __ ] over here. So it's going to be a little bit more. I'm not even going to say a little bit. It's going to be a lot [ __ ] more cuz I was 29 with that suggestion done.
I'm like we live to be in our 90s in this family. What the [ __ ] I got 60 70 more years of this [ __ ] Oh hell no. Not me. I'm not doing that [ __ ] Not at all.
You are an extraordinary human being because you have 86 billion neurons and 85 billion goal cells. Do not reduce yourself to auto suggestions from the orbital frontal cortex. Do not do that to your amazing brain. Another [ __ ] can go ahead. Everybody, that's why everybody got free will.
You're free to do whatever the [ __ ] you want with your brain. Knock yourself on out. However, you could actually build a magnificent life. remember it's a special ed song I'm the magnificent back in the day you could be a magnificent extraordinary phenomenal human being or you could get that checklist of suggestions out it's not even it's a suggestion list of them seven to 10 things to say you is somebody in a group of a bunch of other somebody's which means you nobody cuz you're all blending in And none of you are Bob Ross painted. No blending whatsoever.
Follow Mon'nique's lead and go get your version of whatever fairy dust and glitter and bubbles is and go be a bad [ __ ] Dr. Olon said, "I respected my brain by agreeing to revisit a topic after I noticed Oscar was being dysfunctional."
That's awesome.
Anything else? I do not want to dismiss your typing. YouTube is kind of slow today.
So that's it in a nutshell. [ __ ] the suggestions.
They don't work. I think I'm going to start saying that your suggestions didn't work.
So I created solutions and strategies.
I created strategies. They actually do work when life is lifeing. And I I made that with chat that I said, "Oh, that's interesting." But if a person can't do what you're saying when life is lifing, then it's just interesting, but it's not useful. That's what you have to ask yourself. Can I use this in my day-to-day life? Can I use this in my day-to-day life? I learned that the rubber band actually works. Dr. down to bumay the champ is here and then you learned about yourself and then we'll be out and if you all have to go I know again like I said if you got to go to 7:15 our appointment's at 8 I'm going be like Dagwood on Blondie running out the door and this should have downloaded by now finally y'all you will DM me okay Right.
So, that's how long it took the Tik Tok live to download the time that we're on the YouTube live. That [ __ ] is crazy.
That's crazy as hell. That's why I was so behind. All right, ladies and gentlemen. I will be back tomorrow. God willing, higher power in the universe, same time, same place, safe learning space, different brain t-shirt. you all go off and have a neutral, subenuual ACC day and strengthen Miss Darlene all day, every day so we can keep Oscar's ass at bay.
