[00:00:02]Um, sometimes I explain it as um car accidents. Like if you aren't going in the right direction, you might have a really terrible car accident. But if you are already going in the right direction, it might just be a fender-bender.

[00:00:17]Or it might even be that you just witnessed it and you didn't it wasn't very traumatic. So, it's it's a range of things. We have a choice and we have choosing points that we can either check out or we can get back on the path and move forward.

[00:00:35]Um and I find that very comforting that it is our choices. We choose every step of the way, even if it we have already laid out the plans, made the contracts, we still choose. We can still honor or dishonor our contracts with our family, friends, and neighbors.

[00:01:00]So, once we've finished accomplishing everything we choose, many believe we retire to the afterlife and become spirit guides for younger souls.
