[00:01:41]Because when you understand [music] how quickly life can change, judgement becomes harder and compassion becomes easier.

[00:01:58]The person you mock may be fighting a battle you know nothing about.

[00:02:04]The person you dismiss may simply be living through a chapter you have not yet encountered [music] yourself.

[00:02:10]So, be careful with arrogance.

[00:02:13]Show grace, offer kindness, [music] extend understanding.

[00:02:18]Not because people always deserve it, but because one day you may need [music] the same mercy from someone else.

[00:02:28]We are all far more alike than we [music] are different. And perhaps true wisdom begins the moment we stop asking how could someone become that [music] person.

[00:02:38]As I realize that under the right circumstances, any of us could be that person.
