Ben Crump dealt MAJOR BLOW after His Own Nolan Wells Autopsy FACT CHECKS him

[00:00:00]So, race hustler Ben Crump has been caught rewriting his own Nolan Wells story. And we're talking about the independent autopsy that was paid for by the people who obviously think the same way that Trump does. And the findings that came back uh was not what they were looking for. Let's hear exactly what took place.

[00:00:20]>> What we know is there were no fractures or deep tissue injuries according to this independent autopsy that was paid for by Colin Kaepernick. Also have this photo that they released. There was a spot on the back of his head that stood out and that they highlighted today.

[00:00:33]We're not sure what that means, but they did note this in that independent autopsy. They also talked about the fact that they didn't have the interior wall of his neck, so they couldn't really go through that portion of his body. And then they talked about not being able to see uh his lungs and figure out whether or not they were full of water. So, there still a lot of questions moving forward.

[00:00:55]>> Okay, I just want to make sure I'm clear on this. If you take the family's case at its strongest argument, okay, and they deserve to have some concerns, right? If this happened to your family, I'm sure you would have concerns, too, because you want to know exactly what happened. And it's hard to know exactly what happened because nobody was there except obviously the friends. Even saying all that, they paid for their own pathologists funded by their own supporters. They got the body examined and found no fractures, no bruising, and no evidence of wrongdoing. What does that tell you? Well, it tells you there's a lack of evidence to support what these race hustlers were saying from the very beginning. Now, let's look here on the screen. Red discloation on the back of head. We don't know what that means yet. Okay. The state hasn't even released their autopsy. Absence of associated injuries. We already talked about that. Uh neck is unable to be examined. That is an important point.

[00:01:53]And cause of death, big word here, undetermined. So, the fact that they went the independent route and the and and the feedback was undetermined, uh, that doesn't support the argument of foul play. Now, let's go to Ben Crump himself. Here's what he had to say.

[00:02:08]>> That the United Cajun Navy are so forthcoming. the fact that they told us, we haven't heard from any of their uh local officials, that Nolan was found face down fully clothed. Well, that's significant to us because the last time we saw him on the videos, he was without a shirt. So, at what point did he put on a shirt? SOMEBODY SAW SOMETHING.

[00:02:36]Somebody know something. There were almost 300, 400 people. SOMEBODY KNOW SOMETHING.

[00:02:45]>> OKAY, so that's a message being led with feelings and not a message being led with how investigations happen. Okay, investigations happen based on the collection of facts, evidence, witness statements, etc. Uh now Brandon Tatum, the officer Tatum that is, uh I think did a phenomenal job here by going to the scene and actually interviewing the best friend of Nolan Wells, by the way, and we'll we'll get to one of the clips there. Um but my my takeaway here so far in in case you're just wondering, like this is and I'm not saying they're the same case, but this is like Carmemelllo Anthony all over again in the context of how people react without the actual facts, right? look at all this reaction and they don't have any facts yet. It's just fascinating. And this is where, in my opinion, black culture gets it wrong.

[00:03:36]It's not always about skin color. It's not always about race. But then when you live your life that way, that's how you see everything, especially if there was a silent drowning, which happens quite often, by the way. All right, let's go to a a pathologist who was um by the name of Dr. Kendall Crowns. Um, here's what his reaction was.

[00:03:58]>> Joining us, Dr. Kendall Crowns. He is the chief medical examiner of Tarant County, Fort Worth.

[00:04:05]Cood mod undetermined.

[00:04:09]But what jumped out at me among so many things, Dr. Kindle crowns. What does he mean about the red discoloration in the deep soft tissues overlaying the occipital bones? What is that? Translate.

[00:04:32]>> So what that is is the occipital bone is the bone in the this is your skull. It's the bone in the back of your head. The directly back side of your head. So when he's describing these hemorrhages in the deep soft tissues, it means deep in the musculature that holds your head in place, there is a red discoloration. Now they're not describing any injuries to the skin surface, which would still be there if he was even if he's decomposed.

[00:05:01]You would still see injuries, abrasions, bruises, lacerations, things of that nature, even with decomposition.

So, it's difficult to give significance to this deep red area in the musculature of the deep soft tissues of the back of the head without further photographic photographs or more information. To me, it could it be blunt force trauma? Yes. Could it be a decompositional artifact? Yes. Could it be something from transport? Yes. Hard to say at this point.

[00:06:42]>> So, there's redness on the muscle. Okay.

[00:06:46]But there's no bruising on the skin.

[00:06:49]Now, when you hear the redness, what did the race hustlers first? Oh, see, told you foul play. So, they jump to the conclusions without a a a group of facts, right? Just one fact is there's redness on the muscle. Does that mean there's foul play? No. Could it mean there is foul play? Yes. But there's no definitive answer at this point. And again, all these assumptions are being made without the state's autopsy, which is insane. And that's the most frustrating thing for investigations is that you can get facts, but facts don't mean the conclusion that you're looking to arrive to. Meaning, sometimes you can come across facts, but that doesn't mean any wrongdoing happened.

[00:07:30]Okay? Or there was negligence, right? I mean, and that's the interest thing, and I'm not even a a detective, right? But even I realize this, uh, but when you're blinded by skin color and racism, uh, it's hard for you to see things in that way, unfortunately. So, that's why we got a big shout out for Brennan Tatum, uh, for inter for interviewing Warren Hudson, uh, who had this to say.

[00:07:56]>> Wyatt went and put his smaller boat in the water, which is the Palm Beach. He's an 18 foot Palm Beach and why I drove the boat from Fort Bayu boat launch to my buddy my my buddy's grandparents house and that's where we all plan to meet up that day and >> you say we all who who who you talking about you Nolan or Nolan and how many people are going to meet you guys there >> we had roughly 20 to 30 people coming on three separate boats with us and so we were all following each other out there as one big group you You know, it wasn't just me and Nolan and a couple other my buddies. There was 20 or 30 people spread out where we all met at the dock before and then we departed to go to Horn Island. It wasn't just a couple of us. I mean, we were there were so many people we had to split up between three boats and we all left and all got there at the same time.

[00:08:48]>> So, I wanted to stop it there because again, social media would have you believe if you were paying attention to this that it was just four of them. It was just a small group. That's it.

[00:08:59]That's all that was out there in the waters. No, it wasn't. I mean, it was multiple boats. It was a lot of people out there. Um, and and and again, that's why we can't look to social media to find out the facts, by the way, unfortunately. Um, but I I I find that detailed to be stunning.

[00:09:17]>> Yeah. I just want to make sure that's clear because the the the statements that are out there made it appear that it was just you, Nolan, and probably two or three other guys and y'all the only y'all are the only ones that went out to this island.

[00:09:29]>> And that's completely incorrect. I mean, Horn Island on the 4th of July is the most popular day to be on the water on, you know, the entire throughout the entire Gulf Coast. I mean, everybody and their mom is on the water on Fourth of July, you know. Uh there's no telling. I mean, roughly probably two to three, maybe even 4,000 people out there. There were boats lined up off the island. I mean, there was three rows of boats all the way until my vision ended until I could see of people from I mean, there was one row of boats and then there was another row of boats and then there was a third row of boats.

[00:10:05]>> Um, guys, if you haven't seen the full interview, please go watch it for yourself. I think uh Brandon Tatum really hit it out of the park uh and did something I think most people should do if they're really concerned and they really want to help with finding out the truth. Go interview these people your your yourself. I mean, you'd be shocked at how many people will answer your questions. Um but more importantly, I want to go back to something that Ben Crump had said which I found to be disrespectful.

[00:10:29]He made that emotional statement by saying that Nolan Wells left without his shirt and that the person who found him from the Coast Guard told the family uh that he was faced down with full clothes. Well, this same individual from the Coast Guard came out and said, "I never told the family that. Do not misrepresent my words." Uh and that right there just shows you how far they're willing to go to weaponize this narrative uh these lies to get their way. And when I say they, I'm talking about the race hustlers. They should always be called out when we have investigations like this. When we have a tragedy like this, we should not allow them to taint the narrative because they always want to see things from the lens of race. Let the facts come in, which are not going to happen overnight. Let the people do their job. And if there's foul play or people are not doing their job, then sue them, call them out. Uh but that hasn't even happened yet. Uh why don't you guys share your thoughts about this entire story below? I I I think it's crazy. And where we're going to start first is with Jasmine Ghetto Crockett, who had an interesting statement to make about ICE that I never heard before.

[00:11:50]>> Racist racist. Let me be clear about something.

[00:11:54]The people that were here are the indigenous folk. And you know who ICE been rounding up? They've been rounding UP INDIGENOUS PEOPLE. THE PEOPLE THAT ORIGINALLY CAME, NOT THE COLONIZERS, but the original people. So what this is about is whiteness.

[00:12:12]Everything that this administration has pushed has been about white supremacy.

[00:12:17]>> Okay. So, uh, you guys will have to remind me, who are the indigenous people living in the United States of America today? Who are they exactly? Point them out.

[00:12:31]Now, I can think of one group that would definitely satisfy the definition of indigenous, and that would be Native Americans who are not subjected to the laws of our land. Ice does not enter their property. Our police officers don't go on their land. That's an entirely different planet, entirely different country, entirely different world, but it still is in the United States of America. Now, I'm very aware of this because California has plenty of them. So, I think maybe she has the wrong word, but Jasmine Crockett is at this point, she's an afterthought. She's irrelevant. And we're only reacting to this because it's just another confirmation of that. But also uh what's interesting is just witnessing her crashing out uh after she was essentially fired and James Tyler Rico beat her out of all people.

[00:13:22]Uh so Jasmine Crockett, you get an F. Of course you do. Let's go here. So, the Smithsonian, this historic museum, well, the people who run it, they were on Capitol Hill yesterday and it just didn't go well for them because they were also exposed for being uh not only woke individuals, but uh really doing things to erase history as we know it.

[00:13:47]And one way they've done it is the whole woman situation. What is a woman? And of course, out of all people who seems to want to ask that question all the time, Nancy Mace, here she is confronting the director of the Smithsonian on that very issue.

[00:14:01]>> Do you believe that men can become women?

[00:14:04]>> Ma'am, as the director of the museum, that's not relevant in this case.

[00:14:08]>> It's very relevant. You you're you've got men dressed up as women and you have them on displays in front of kids. Do you think men can become women? Yes or no?

[00:14:17]>> So, RuPaul's Drag Race, which is the upper >> It's a man. RuPaul is a man who dresses like a woman. Literally.

[00:14:24]>> Correct.

[00:14:24]>> Um, what is a woman? Dr. Hartig.

[00:14:29]>> As a director and as a historian, it's not my opportunity.

[00:14:32]>> You sexualize the American History Museum. So, this is a fair question.

[00:14:36]What is a woman?

[00:14:38]>> So, at the museum, >> what is a woman?

[00:14:41]>> We strive to represent and not categorize all >> Americans.

[00:14:48]That's the problem.

[00:14:50]When as a society we can't answer simple questions, you know, we've gone off the cliff. When we can't define what a woman is, we've lost the plot. And when the people who can't answer those questions are in charge of preserving history, oh yeah, all hell's breaking loose. This is crazy. So, of course, the director gets an F minus. She's supposed to be an expert in history.

[00:15:16]Yeah. So, I think you guys know what's going on here. All right, let's move on to Sunonny Holl.

[00:15:22]She claims Trump doesn't want, and I don't think this will be a shocker for you guys, cuz this is a daily occurrence, doesn't want America to pay her and other black people for what they've done to us, >> is uh about financial repair to the descendants of the enslaved Africans.

[00:15:41]>> Say, say what you mean. So, you can so people understand reparations. I think this this reflects a really broad effort by the Trump administration to reshape the way the nation's history is told so that this country does not have to pay black people for the forced labor and the unpaid labor that built this country. I really >> Yeah, that's a common um um myth and this is going to be a hot take. I never have once believed that black people actually built the United States of America. They were part of building the United States of America, but the United States of America has always been majority white. White people built it for the most part. Now, you may say they get credit where they probably shouldn't get credit. You may say that black inventors should get more credit than they've gotten. That's fine. But don't get it twisted, Sunny. Don't get it twisted.

[00:16:36]The American people do not owe black people anything. Black people owe something to themselves.

[00:16:44]They owe the idea of stop being a victim and move on.

[00:16:50]And if there is going to be anything that the American people should pay black people for, and I've said this yesterday, incentivize black people to get married and have kids and stay married. That's what we should be incentivized to do. we can do that, things would be definitely different.

[00:17:07]Right now, black people are uh incentivized to be the culture with the highest abortion rate at 42%.

[00:17:16]Highest single parent household, highest birth out of wedlock. I can go on and on and on. So, Sunny Holston, you get an F.
