[00:00:00]Once again, the president's vanity supersedes both logic and more importantly the integrity and the dignity that belongs to our veterans and soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice and who lie at peace in Arlington National Cemetery.

[00:00:24]Just like the president has refused to come before Congress with respect to declaring war as he's required under the Constitution and the War Powers Act he is again trying to circumvent the law here by a creating a tribute to himself not to those who have sacrificed their lives on behalf of the nation we all love so dearly.

[00:01:02]We're introducing legislation that requires the president to come before Congress. This is being opposed by veterans group and people all across the country. The president has got to learn that it's not about his ego and his vanity. This is about people who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their nation and they deserve the honor and the tribute and the dignity that Arlington National Cemetery provides for their patriotic heroism.
