[00:00:00]We go back to 2019 during that an event called El Culiacanazo, the fight for the city of Culiacan. This city is 350,000 people strong.

[00:00:10]When the son of El Chapo Guzman was temporarily detained, they were able to initiate a takeover of the entire capital city, blocking roadways, taking over the local prison, taking kidnapping, went into a military base, a Mexican federal military base and kidnapped federal families, law enforcement and military officers, and threatened the Mexican government, "If you do not release Ovidio Guzman, we will start killing."

[00:00:42]At that point in time, the Mexican president AMLO, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, said, "You are powerful enough where we will release him." And that was that. They released him. That's how powerful these groups are. Yes, they do have armies, and yes, they have affiliated with a multiple other criminal organizations, not just in Mexico, not just in the United States, not just in Canada, but throughout the entire world.
