So another analogy, some people have big ears, some people have small ears, but as we age, you do see those people whose earlobes start to get bigger. Their ears ultimately are longer over time. So it's it's similar to the prostate. Some people are born with a small one. Some people are born with a really big one, and it tends to grow at different rates for the patient. In general, the bigger the prostate, typically the more problematic it is for your bladder to get the urine out. Now, there are some big prostates that don't always squeeze that urethra and don't always make the bladder push, but certainly the bigger it is and when you get into the mechanics of it acting like a literal plug, maybe with a ball valve, then then that no matter is going to be problematic. So, yes, everybody's enlarges over time. I'm sorry. It's just a bum deal.
