This video discusses two interconnected systemic issues: the inadequate prosecution of individuals involved in the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking ring, where Ghislaine Maxwell was the only person to receive a jury trial despite extensive evidence, and the systematic erosion of voting rights through Supreme Court decisions and state court rulings that disregard voter will, as exemplified by the Virginia Supreme Court's redistricting decisions that ignored 1.6 million voters' preferences.

Katie Phang Drops Epstein BOMBSHELL that STUNS Stephanie Miller into SILENCEAdded:
far one of whom I maintain as mysteriously I do not believe that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself and I am not anybody who dons the tinfoil hat. He says, you know, "Did you speak to a reporter?" He said, "Well, it's all over the worldwide web." I waited in a cell for I don't know. I think it was less than an hour.
Um the warden came in, asked like what I was thinking, um said that her phone was blowing up all weekend, I ruined her weekend, you know, I shouldn't have talked to them. And I I did apologize. I mean, at this point I'm a little teary-eyed. I said, you know, I didn't mean to cause issues. I answered a question. I And when I told her that my daughter had, you know, a trafficking experience, she rolled her eyes, flipped her hair back, and she was like, "It's too late for apologies." and walked out.
>> I just you've been so great on the Epstein stuff. Um Oh, thanks. You know, so the Ghislaine Maxwell fellow inmates say they've been punished by by the prison for speaking out about her special treatment. I mean, this is the environment and what I have to keep saying, and I'm sure you pointed out all the time, she is herself a child rapist.
She didn't just she participated in the child rape. So, it's just another, you know, as our daily and carry you know, miscarriages of justice that we see, right?
Yeah, and you know, I want to be clear, this woman went to trial. She was the only jury trial of anybody of the of just the two that have been investigated and prosecuted thus far, one of whom I maintain as mysteriously died. I do not believe that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself and I am not anybody who dons the tinfoil hat, but I will say that I have serious serious suspicions about how that all rolled out. But, Ghislaine Maxwell went to a jury trial, that was her constitutional right. She was convicted by a jury of her peers, and it did include stuff like child rape. And you know, she herself participated in that criminal conduct, not only facilitating, enabling, but being a participant. And I do think though that's part of the problem. You know, when I was just at the Trump-Epstein reading room in New York last week, it was just gutting to be in that place, to look at 3,437 volumes of more than 17,000 lb of documentary evidence, and to know that only two people so far for a multi-decade international sex trafficking child rape ring have been prosecuted just goes to show how absolutely messed up our judicial system can be. And I think at this point, you know, they want to prosecute James Comey for 8647 and seashells, but they refuse to disclose the entirety of the Epstein files to the American people. That is a huge red flag, and that is why, for example, tomorrow I will be with House Oversight Dems as they do a shadow hearing in Palm Beach, right down the street from Mar-a-Lago, and right down the street from where Jeffrey Epstein perpetrated a lot of his crimes in Florida. These are the types of things that we have to keep our gas, you know, our pedal in on the gas right now for this. Um, so K, what's good to I mean, this is a lot, but the initial voting rights, uh, you know, decision at the Supreme Court, what happened in Tennessee, what happened in Virginia. Uh, as AOC said, this court did not overturn a map, they overturned an election. Uh, 1.6 million Virginians voted. So, can you talk just start from Supreme Court, Tennessee, what and what what our options are legally and politically, and what you what your take is on all that, what we should do.
Yeah, so let me be very clear. Just like the overturning of Roe v. Wade via the Dobbs decision, the the systematic dismantling of the Voting Rights Act has been happening over time. And I want to remind people of that because sometimes we're so startled by what the results are, but if we've been paying attention, we would know and we would see that this is happening over and over again. The the consistent and the relentless chipping away of civil rights and individual rights is happening in real time. So, when the United Supreme Court in Cal A said, "Look, there's no more section two of the Voting Rights Act that would protect against this overt racial discrimination when it comes to the creation of these districts for voting." You saw a mad dash to the bottom of people who wanted to show that they were the most racist. It's like, "Let me get the gold medal on racism here." And you're seeing it in predominantly, obviously, the southern states. No big shocker there. And yet, here's the thing. I keep on saying this, and again, this is something that I want to give credit to Miles Taylor for. We have to be too big to rig. We have to come out in ways that people have to say, "Look, if 1.6 million of Virginia voters said that they wanted the chance to be able to have these maps, and now the Virginia Supreme Court has disregarded the will of the voters, then November we have to be so big that nobody can say that anything ran afoul of either election laws, etc." We also hear Todd Land saying that he sees nothing illegal with having, you know, troops at voting places and at our polls in November. He has no problem with ICE, CBP, and other federal agents being there. They are trying to intimidate us into centuries of of of progress being totally eradicated. But, I have said this morning, and I stand by this. Every time that I am reminded, and I am humbled when I learn about our civil rights movement, I realize what the sacrifice was. I am ashamed that we now have to ask for more, and yet we are.
But, the thing is is when we're reminded of what that looks like, it's going to galvanize us to be stronger and frankly just more pissed off. And the last thing you want to do is have a pissed off American if you're Donald Trump with a 30% approval rating, and it's and it's going even lower. And so, I believe that look, we are in for a huge battle between now and November and beyond, but this is most certainly something that we are paying attention to.
>> Yeah, you mentioned uh Hungary in one of your posts, I believe, yesterday. But, I wanted to ask you, Fred Gutenberg, our friend, said, "Since Virginia won't let voters to decide, Governor Spanberger should follow the lead of Texas, Florida, and Tennessee and just impose the new map on the state. What's your take on that?
I mean, look, you know, I'm always kind of the big middle finger to a lot of the stuff that we're watching, but I'm also still a rule of law girl, right? And so, part of that means to me that if you have a ruling from the Virginia Put it this way, Stephanie. If that's how it could have been done, people would have done it, right? But there are some of us that still believe that you have to actually go through the process.
I don't agree with the Virginia Supreme Court. I think that they've completely bastardized the definition of election day in order to kind of get a result that they I'm not shocked, right? That's exactly what they did to be able to rig the maps, to gerrymander them in a way to be able to get what they want in all these different places. You have to understand that there are specific procedures in each of these states. You can't paint a brush for all of them. They have to be very jurisdictionally specific. And again, if that was the way that it could be done, it would have been done that way. But 1.6 million Virginia voters said this is what they want, and now the Virginia Supreme Court's going to have to pay the price for it, too. I want to remind people it's not just us looking at who goes to DC on our behalf. You have to pay attention to our state legislatures. These are the people that are making decisions about these maps, and we have to pay attention to them and to the Supreme Courts in your own state.
A lot of people don't even know who sits on their Supreme Court or their highest court in their state. You got to start paying attention to those races, too, because they're deciding a lot of stuff that's happening in your own backyard.
>> Yeah. Um I don't know if this is a different question or not, but so someone posted Governor of Virginia can call a special session to do the redistricting. Dems control the legislature as well. Tennessee just did it, so Virginia can do it, too. Um is that a different question or no? Is that the Well, no, no, it's six of one, half dozen of another. I mean, we just had that happen in Florida, Governor Ron DeSantis calling a special session and then like ramming through the horrible map that we just got right now in Florida. Spanberger could do it. I mean, I don't know specifically, you know, whether or not that's going to be on all fours in Virginia because I don't know that. But look, if it's possible, I don't see why people would not have already done it. I guess is what I'm trying to say. I don't think people are trying to go the long way around. You just go straight down A to Z if you can.
And if it was available, I'm sure they would have done it. Real quick before you go, what kind of dog is that? Your amazingly cute dog that you post pictures of?
Oh my god, he's he's sleeping underneath my my feet right now. He's a rescue dog.
His name is Lucky. He was found on the streets.
I adopted him a few years ago. I want to say June 6th, 2023. So it's almost going on 3 years. He is the best and I have had mini schnauzers for most of my life and I had mini schnauzers growing up.
Okay, you can see where I'm going with this. I want to be I don't want to just have you on the show. I want to be your best friend. I want to have doggie playdates. I have two rescues. She's She's on the other side of the country.
I don't care. I don't care.
Have dog will travel. It's all good.

>> guys. Thank you for >> There she goes. At the Political Voices Network, we're built around one idea, that an informed audience is a powerful one. But staying truly informed is harder than ever when every outlet covers the same story in a completely different way. And that gap is being used to divide us. That's why we partnered with Ground News, a website and app that pulls thousands of articles daily and organizes them by story with visual breakdowns of political bias, factuality ratings, and outlet ownership all in one place. Here's how it works.
Pull up any story and right away you can see how many left, center, and right outlets are covering it. Scroll down and the headlines light up side by side. The framing differences are impossible to miss. Every source comes with a factuality score and ownership info, so you always know exactly where the information is coming from. They also have a blind spot feed that surfaces stories one side of the media is barely touching, so nothing important slips past you. Knowledge is the antidote to spin. Ground News helps you get there.
