[00:00:00]Ladies and gentlemen, this morning we have just gotten some massive news pertaining to the Save America Act.

[00:00:07]Guess what? We might actually end up seeing this thing get passed and pushed across the finish line because President Trump now has a brand new plan to help make that happen. But before we talk about what that plan is, I want you to take a look at this. This is why it is so important that we actually do get this thing passed. Folks, bombshell news breaking this morning. A Mexican national living in Alabama just pled guilty to two counts of fraudulent voting in the 2022 midterms and the 2024 presidential election despite Huh?

[00:00:47]What's that? Not being a US citizen.

[00:00:51]Folks, the things that the Democrats say never happens has well well just happened again. Isn't that so weird?

[00:01:00]Because we've been hearing for years, for decades from the far left, that well, you know, nobody's illegally voting. It's not even possible. Okay, maybe it is possible, but even if it is possible, technically, nobody's doing it. Okay, maybe some people are doing it, but it's inconsequential. Stop asking about it. Stop talking. In fact, if you do talk about it, you are a racist is what they say. Well, it just keeps on happening. And yeah, it is consequential. Listen, every time an illegal alien or a non-citizen or whoever votes in our elections, my vote or your vote means less. You know that, right? Your vote, my vote means less.

[00:01:35]Every illegal alien, non-citizen votes in this country. We've got to shut it down. But now, okay, let's talk about that. Let's talk about President Trump's brand new plan to finally get the Save America Act passed. As you can clearly see, we need the damn thing. You see, there's a lot to talk about here. Rhino Senate leader John Thun actually had a plan of his own. Trump has a plan. Thun had a plan of his own. A rhino plan. You see, he thought that he was going to be able to deceive the nation, to deceive really all of us. What do I mean by that? Well, as many of you know, in the Senate, reconciliation bills in the Senate only need 50 votes to pass, assuming you've got a vice presidential tiebreaker, and we do. His name is JD Vance. So, really, this reconciliation bill process is really perhaps our best bet to pass the Save America Act through the reconciliation process. Lord knows we haven't got the 60 votes. We have a problem, however. Okay. Well, the reconciliation process requires that all reconciliation bills are exclusively budgetary in nature. Okay, here's a good question though. Who gets to decide what is budgetary in nature and what is not budgetary in nature? Who gets who gets to allow this or that into a reconciliation bill? Well, that determination, what is budgetary and what is not budgetary? what qualifies for reconciliation and what does not qualify for reconciliation.

[00:03:12]That determine is left up to someone who is called the Senate parliamentarian.

[00:03:17]And fun fact, perhaps actually not so fun fact, our current Senate parliamentarian is a woman who was appointed during the Obama era by the Democrats. And so it's this Democrat Senate parliamentarian in the Senate right now that John Thoon, Rhino John, believe it or not, has actually been relying on to prevent the Save America Act from being pushed through via the reconciliation bill process. He's been leaning on her to say, "No, no, no, no.

[00:03:55]Save America Act, it's not budgetary related. We're not going to allow this."

[00:03:59]But guess what? The Senate parliamentarian can actually be replaced at literally any moment, any time whatsoever by who? Who can replace the Senate parliamentarian? Well, it is the Senate leader who can replace the Senate parliamentarian. And he goes by the name John Thoon, the one and only. It is the Senate leader John Thoon right now who has the exclusive singular unilateral authority to do so to replace her. If he wanted, he could do it on a moment's notice. In fact, guess what? By the way, Senate leaders have actually a very long history in the United States of replacing parliamentarians that they don't get along with. It's happened time and time and time again. Senate leaders are often replacing parliamentarians.

[00:04:46]John Thun hasn't done so yet. Very curious. The precedent has most certainly been set. And so this is why President Trump just directly called out John Thun, putting him on blast on Truth Social. I want you to take a look at this.

[00:05:04]He says this, "Shockingly, Republicans have kept the very important position of parliamentarian in the hands of a woman, Elizabeth McDonald, who was appointed long ago by Barack Hussein Obama and a vicious lunatic known as Senator Harry Reid, who ran the Senate for the Democrats with an iron fist. Over the years, she has been brutal to Republicans, but not so much to the Democrats. I'm sorry, I said Democrats. I mean Democrats.

[00:05:41]So why has she not been replaced? Good question. There are many fair people who would be qualified for the vital job.

[00:05:48]The Republicans play a very soft game compared to the Democrats. It is their single biggest disadvantage in politics.

[00:05:56]The Democrats cheat, lie, and steal, especially when it comes to votes in elections, but stick together. Whereas the Republicans allow Elizabeth McDonald's of the world to stay in power and brutal brutalize us.

[00:06:12]We need the Save America Act passed now and likewise kill the filibuster, which would give us everything. If we don't pass at least one of these two provisions quickly, you will see and you will never see another Republican president again. The Democrats will end up with two additional states, DC and Puerto Rico, and all that that entails, including four new Democrat senators, many new Democrat congressmen, and many additional electoral college votes. And they will also get their dream of a packed United States Supreme Court with their most favorite number, 21 Supreme Court justices. The Democrats will also eliminate the filibuster on the first day that they get an opportunity to do so. The Republicans aren't doing it because they say the Democrats will never do it. But the Republicans are wrong.

[00:07:03]Get smart and tough, Republicans, or y'all or you'll all be looking for a job much sooner than you thought possible.

[00:07:12]President Donald Trump. And you know what? Trump is absolutely right about every single thing you just said. We all know that to be the case. So folks, here is the current plan.

[00:07:24]President Trump is kicking this off.

[00:07:26]Pressure Senate Leader John F. put pressure on him to replace the current anti-Trump far-left insane parliamentarian. At which point, guess what? We will be able to staple the Save America Act to a reconciliation budget bill. Then we will be able to pass the Save America Act with a very simple 50 votes in the Senate, which by the way, yes, we currently have. But then doubling down on all of this, President Trump posted this on True Social. Take a look. Trump said, "Republican House should staple the Save America Act to everything it sends to the GOP Senate."

[00:08:10]What are we talking about here? Trump Trump is coming on out here and explicitly saying, "I'm not signing anything, budgetary or otherwise, nothing. You're not getting anything from me, the president of the United States of America, unless it includes the Save America Act. You know, it's a three-step process. We must remember.

[00:08:30]First, the House passes the bill. Then, the Senate must pass the bill, whatever bill it is. Then, it lands on top of the Resolute desk in the Oval Office, at which point the president must sign off.

[00:08:40]He's the final check in that process.

[00:08:43]Well, Trump is out here saying, "Listen, if you want anything from me, rhinos or otherwise, if anybody wants anything from me, the president, it had better damn well include the Save America Act."

[00:08:56]Trump is playing hard ball here. This is what hard ball looks like. Now, I want to show you something because House Speaker Mike Johnson is actually entirely on board with President Trump's new strategy. Take a listen to this.

[00:09:10]>> ID legislation as we head into November.

[00:09:13]Yeah, it's critically important. I mean, we have to have fair and safe and free elections. And we passed the Save America Act or or its previous iteration, uh the Save Act three times in the House already, and we'll do it again. We're going to try to put it on the next reconciliation package and send it to the Senate again. They've got to get 60 votes for that unless it's in reconciliation. And so, I think that is the route. But look, it is about a 95% public opinion poll issue. I mean, even Democrats, over 70% of Democrats say it's common sense. You have to have photo ID to vote. You got to be a citizen of the United States to vote in a US election. These are not controversial notions. But we cannot get any Democrat in the House or Senate to vote for that. It's really unbelievable.

[00:09:54]>> It is. And we will look and and hope for that to pass.

[00:09:56]>> And people sit here and they wonder why.

[00:09:58]Hm. Why? I wonder why none of the Democrats are supporting election integrity legislation, voter ID, proof of citizenship. Why? Well, it's really not that confusing. It's because the Democrats, they love election fraud.

[00:10:12]They thrive on election fraud. They want non-citizens and illegal aliens and dead people and god knows who else. Aliens from outer space. I don't know. They want these people voting. I'm sure if I'm sure if the Democrats had their way, they'd allow animals to vote. They they'd be having dogs vote in elections.

[00:10:31]The more the marrier, so long as they vote for the Democrats. But you know what? I'll tell you something here.

[00:10:36]Regardless of what happens with the Save America Act here, and it seems like we've got a new plan. Trump is putting pressure out there. I think we should, too. House Speaker Mike Johnson actually seems very, very confident about what's about to happen in midterms. In fact, I want you to take a listen to this.

[00:10:51]>> About the midterms. We're bullish that we are going to defy history and grow this House majority, and we're going to do it on the basis of common sense.

[00:10:58]Kaylee, uh N. Genrich, our good friend, has a way of crystallizing things. He said, "Mike, this is not a contract with America year. Y'all did that in 2024 and you have fulfilled those promises for the people. This is a contrast for America election. It's a contrast between common sense, what Republicans represent and crazy. That was a pretty good montage you had there in the beginning that that's what we're seeing around the country. The Democrats are in disarray. They have the radical insurgent left, the open Marxists running for offices, including Congress around the country. And this is not where the American people are. So we feel very good about our chances going in. I've got a very boring 90-minute slideshow I could share with you, Kay, to show you all the reasons we're going to win. But it it boils down to a proven record, better candidates, a fundraising advantage we have right now. And the fact that people understand the contrast between these two sides. You know, we we took over uh in this Congress 16 months ago. In the House, we passed over 700 pieces of legislation. So much of it geared for the the the concerns of the American people, bringing down cost and and fixing the complete disarray that was created by the Biden administration over four years in every area of public policy. We'll continue to do that. We're delivering for the people and I think they're going to reward that in the fall.

[00:12:10]>> Now, by the way, here there's something very, very curious to keep in mind. If, god forbid, if the Republicans do in fact end up losing control of the house in the midterms, well, guess what? House Speaker Mike Johnson, he quite literally loses his job as the speaker of the house. If you want to have Speaker of the House, your party has to be in control of the House. You have to have the majority. So, a lot is on the line for Mike Johnson. He seems very, very confident. I'm confident. Trump seems incredibly confident. You know, you see some people out here panicking, panicking about midterms.

[00:12:49]Is Mike Johnson panicking? Is Donald Trump panicking? And you know that if the Democrats regain control of the House, they're going to be filing articles of impeachment. So Trump has something to lose. Johnson's got something to lose. They don't really seem like they're panicking. I think neither would should we. I think things are looking good. I also think that Trump and the Republicans, they've got some aces up their sleeves. But I'll tell you what, we really do need to maintain control of the House and the Senate. We need people to go out and vote when it's time to vote going into midterms. That's what it's going to take if we truly want to put America
