This video illustrates how smaller nations can assert their sovereignty and territorial integrity against external pressure, as demonstrated when Greenland rejected uninvited US diplomatic demands for military bases and business control, with Denmark supporting Greenland's position that borders cannot be changed by force.

Trump has MELTDOWN as GREENLAND tells him were to SHOVE IT!!Added:
Donald Trump sent one of his little MAGA errand boys to Greenland this week.
And guess what Greenland did? Well, they basically told him to piss right off.
Not metaphorically either, literally.
Watch this.
That is how Trump's envoy to Greenland was greeted. Now, compare that to what happened when Canada opened their consulate in Nuuk.
People came out singing O Canada.
When America opened theirs, protests, anger, boycotts, and Greenland's Prime Minister refusing to attend. That tells you everything you need to know. Because Greenlanders know exactly what this [ __ ] is really about. This isn't friendship. It isn't even diplomacy.
This is Trump looking at Greenland like some rich bastard walking around in a state agent's office going, "I'll have that. I'll take that one. That one will do for me."
And the arrogance of this visit was honestly staggering. Because Jeff Landry turned up to a conference he wasn't even invited to.
Then reportedly started pushing for permanent US military bases and veto power over Greenland's business deals.
Imagine the entitlement of that.
America showing up uninvited to your country going, "Right then, we'll control the military stuff. We'll control all the business stuff. Also, you should probably be grateful."
Good for Greenland for telling them where to shove it. And then Landry gave this absolutely humiliating interview while leaving. Watch this smarmy wanker try to pretend everything went brilliantly. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on a second. Let me ask you a question. Let me ask y'all something.
When's the last time that any high-level diplomats came to Greenland, whether it's from Europe or not, before Donald Trump?
Well, that's just more about you. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, THAT'S NOT NO, THAT'S A question that Greenlanders should ask themselves.
It Who cares more about Greenlanders than the Trump administration and the president? Because seemingly before the president, no one cared. But why don't you build relations rather than just come without an invitation?
What What What The governor of Greenland You came without an invitation.
>> Well, wait a minute. Well, let me ask you a question. If you showed up in Louisiana, do I'm going to throw you out because you weren't invited? I mean, no, no, no, no, no, this this place is open.
This is This conference is open to the public.
Governor of Greenland said he was >> And so why wouldn't you The reception's been great.
>> Really? Yeah, it has.
>> the meeting go with the prime minister yesterday?
>> I thought it went great.
>> Really? Yeah. Why? You think it went bad?
>> No, I'm curious. What did you guys discuss? Um We just discussed the opportunities that we had. I I flat-out asked them, you know, what were the issues uh with the United States and the relationship between Greenland and and the United States before the president.
And And you know what? They were They You know what the prime minister What I What I got out of that meeting? I got out of that meeting that before Donald Trump, the United States was ignoring Greenland.
The reception's been great.
What?
Someone literally yelled go home at you in public. You weren't invited, and the prime minister wouldn't even attend your event. There were protests outside the consulate. And the only people excited about America being there were probably the lads installing the surveillance equipment in that massive new building just for the day's wage.
But here's where this gets even more insulting. Landry actually claimed nobody cared about Greenland before Donald Trump. Absolute clown show. Colin Powell visited Greenland. Hillary Clinton visited Greenland. John Kerry visited. Anthony Blinken visited Greenland. These people walk into foreign countries with the confidence of men who have never once been punched in the face.
And then somehow it gets even weirder because there was also an American bloke wandering around Greenland trying to get people to sign away their sovereignty for $200,000.
Watch this.
If Greenland is to succeed in the future, Greenland must be competitive.
The people must know their worth and $200,000 is the best offer we can give them for now.
Clifford Stanley told the local media outlet he's attempting to collect signatures of people to give up their sovereignty for $200,000.
Thus far, he has only received two signatures. Two signatures.
Just two.
Now, that's not a political movement.
That's just a failed raffle.
And honestly, good because Greenland's leaders handled this with more dignity and her strength than Trump's people deserved. Watch this. First and foremost, first and foremost, I would like to reiterate Greenland is not for sale.
Today we have had discussions regarding our cooperation between Greenland and Denmark. I must emphasize that Greenland is an integral part of the kingdom.
We are state governed by the rule of law founded upon democratic democratic values and we have self-governance under the kingdom of Denmark. The situation is very very very serious.
And the geopolitical interests, they have placed immense pressure on our country and its population. Greenland, as a part of the kingdom of Denmark, is a member of NATO. We have great confidence in the NATO alliance.
And knowing that NATO is supporting us in this situation. But the support from Europe and Denmark is absolutely decisive in this specific situation.
We stand together for the integrity of territories.
Regarding the protection of democratic values, the protection of democracy, our goal and our desire is to continue a peaceful dialogue, one that is based on cooperation and with full respect for our constitutional standing, for international law, and for our inherent right to our own land, and our right to self-determination.
our inherent right to our own land.
That's the bit Trump's people fundamentally don't understand. Not everything is a property deal. Not every country is a casino you can slap your name on. Not everybody wants to be absorbed into some bloated MAGA fantasy empire because a few American billionaires spotted minerals on a map.
And then Denmark stepped in, and this line landed like a hammer.
Welcome everyone. For more than a year now, we, the nations of Greenland and Denmark, have been confronted with a challenge of navigating a truly unfamiliar and profoundly difficult situation.
We have taken the the initiative to further boost the security in the Arctic region. We have strengthened the bonds among us within the kingdom, and we have successfully built even closer alliances with partners and allies all across the world. It has certainly not been an easy endeavor to stand up against the utterly unacceptable pressure from our closest allies, a pressure that has persisted for a lifetime.
What I might also indicate is that the most challenging part of this now lies directly ahead of us. And it has, throughout this process, become increasingly clear.
Even though it is the Greenlanders who primarily feel the insecurity, and even though we, in the entire Commonwealth, have had to listen to many insults, there is something much more fundamental at stake. This is not just about Greenland or about the kingdom. This is about ensuring that borders cannot be changed by force.
Borders cannot be changed by force.
That's Denmark. And near to all I talking about the United States like it's some dodgy expansionist regime trying to pressure smaller smaller countries into submission.
Think about how insane that is. That's what the world now thinks of America.
Trump's envoy arrives uninvited, demands influence, gets protested, gets humiliated, claims victory anyway.
Then flies home pretending he's some master diplomat. And honestly, the most satisfying part of this whole story is Greenland refusing to bow to any of it.
No fear, no groveling, no thank you, sir. No, just piss off.
Trump's envoy went to Greenland expecting applause.
He got told to [ __ ] right off back home.
Good for Greenland.
And if you want to see uh Trump threaten a reporter, watch this next.
