[00:00:08][music] [music] The entire collection is already out, so this was just an opportunity to mix and match things. SS26 is sporty, it's [ __ ] and it's Nasty Pig. We're here shooting at the new Nasty Pig headquarters, which is a huge upgrade.

[00:00:32]>> So, believe it or not, this is our 10th Nasty Pig location. We've had four retail stores and this is our sixth design studio. The first jock strap I ever bought was from Nasty Pig. I moved to New York and got a gig as a go-go boy. So, I went to the Nasty Pig store.

[00:00:48]I bought my first jock strap. I wore it every night that I goed until an old man bought it from me at Easter Bluff. I first became aware of Nasty Pig because my very first boyfriend Brad was like, "You need some jock straps. You're you're gay now. You need to dress like it." So, he took me to Nasty Pig store on our very first date. The store was a real like community meeting place. It had those dressing rooms with the like barely frosted glass. [music] So, people who were like just wanted to show off would come in and try things on because it was really a safe space for gay and queer people to come try stuff on from all over the world and just feel at home. Like, come in. We encourage you take your clothes off, use a dressing room, don't. And the dressing rooms were kind of iconic. [music] >> So when I got to ASIP in 2021, there was a store in Chelsea and then there was an office in the garment district and we combined them and so we found a space next to the Eagle that could have all of our team together in one spot.

[00:01:41]>> We want to peel back the curtain a little bit on what we do. We work really hard as designers. So it was a place for our customers to come and feel a pop-up shop but still be in our design studio.

[00:01:51]>> But we found that we started to outgrow it. And so we found this brand new space that we're in right now.

[00:02:03]>> So our new space on 27th Street between 6 and 7 is kind of like the biggest manifestation of this vision of having everything in one location. There's going to be a permanent showroom. We're going to have our [music] collection. We have limited edition pieces, one of a kind. We're going to have our design studios. And it's going to be kind of like this space that we can activate in a number of different ways. And >> I've heard so many people say that they just miss the space. There's not that many queer spaces in New York where you can go and like really be yourself, try on the clothes, see yourself in a different light, be with other queer people, >> like a kind of an artellier space. You know, we're going to have our showroom.

[00:02:41]Our workspace is back there.

[00:02:43]>> It's going to be a place where, you [music] know, we have room to showcase art for local artists. We're going to be doing collaborations with designers that may be only available here.

[00:02:54]>> Yeah. Bespoke items for the modern homosexual.

[00:02:59][music] >> We're going to do a lot of fun things here. Stay tuned. I can foresee us having drops. Maybe a runway show or two. I don't know. You'll see. I think it's just like more light, more space. I think we're going to be like more mentally free to create stuff, think about other projects. I think it's going to be perfect.

[00:03:20]>> I would say from the new Nasty Pig Studio in person, you are going to get open air. There's like big windows. It's in a really good central location.

[00:03:32][music] >> We just did a photo shoot here.

[00:03:36]>> So, day one we shot Lawson. It was our first time shooting him, but he has been one of our influencers this season, and he's great and gorgeous and [music] massive and terrified of heights, it turns out. So, we had uh Lawson and Ryan who are a cute little duo. They were incredible, amazing at doing squats, which we both saw God in that moment. I love squats, especially when Lawson.

[00:03:58]>> Lawson was hired for the job. He brought his man along, Ryan, and like we were like, um, you too.

[00:04:04]>> And Ryan was sitting there on his laptop and we were like, do you want to model too? And he was like, I hoped you would ask.

[00:04:10]>> Kit, who's another new one this season.

[00:04:12]He has the best mustache in all of New York. Kit, also incredible, great boxer.

[00:04:17]I thought I had a handlebar mustache and then I met Kit and [music] he mogged me.

[00:04:22]He handlebar mustache mobbed me. Um, is that how you use that term? [music] Isaiah, who we shot earlier in the season?

[00:04:32][music] >> Ready, prepare to fly.

[00:04:35]>> Who is so beautiful, a dancer. We shot Isaiah who is kind of like our latest like high fashion girly. She gives quotes. She goes >> Isaiah asked me, "Can I do some Gen Z dance moves?" And I was like, "What does that mean?" And he started to do this.

[00:04:54]And I was like, "I am too millennial for this, but like go ahead."

[00:04:59]>> We shot Anthony, [music] who is I can't even describe how much Anthony gives, but he gives you poom. He gives you body. He gives you booty. He just is He's just one of these people who lights up the camera.

[00:05:12]>> Anthony kind of more hilarious every time we have him on set. Just keeps banging out jokes.

[00:05:18]>> He is such a great hype man on set. He's always cracking jokes. He's so funny and sexy and down to like do silly stuff for our reels.

[00:05:27]>> We have these fun little aloves in the new office space and Anthony was like, I can get up there and do some moves. And we were like, you're going to do that?

[00:05:34]and he just bust down.

[00:05:38][music] >> Yes, my name is Boy Radio and I am here.

[00:05:45]>> Boy Radio is great.

[00:05:46]>> Uh, I consider myself an artist.

[00:05:48]>> He says I cruised him really hard at a bar, which I remember. I mean, he's gorgeous. Obviously, I was staring at him and I probably was cruising him to be honest.

[00:05:57]>> A performing artist. I'm an actor. I'm a singer. [music] I'm a dancer. He is an unbelievable recording artist, actor, and just brings the sweetest, most genuine, most like curious energy to everything. Boy Radio first came under my radar with song HBO.

[00:06:13]>> I'm going to go dumb. I'mma go Hmbo.

[00:06:15][music] I'mma get super dumb.

[00:06:17]>> We had an influencer, Tercules, who was in a gray union suit twerking the Zong Hmbo.

[00:06:24]>> Hmbo is a song I wrote sort of about switching off. [music] Hmbo is a song about turning on the silliness, the joy, kind of like finding moments where you're smart enough to act stupid.

[00:06:36]>> It's nice to see him grow and develop into an artist and a musician.

[00:06:41]>> Performing in clubs to performing on bigger stages and TV and film and stuff like that and wearing like my Nasty Pig hat or like wearing my Nasty Pig briefs and someone being like, "Oh, those are cute briefs. What are those?" And I'm like, "Nasty pig." And they're like, "What'd you call me?"

[00:06:54]>> He looks like a Tom Finland drawing.

[00:07:01]>> I'm currently on Broadway in the Rocky Horror Show, which is a crazy evolution to go from the clubs to the Broadway stage. [music] >> Hi, fam. I'm Matthew Camp. [music] >> Matt Camp, who uh is a Nasty Pig classic. He's an icon. He is the moment.

[00:07:23]People probably recognize me from Getting Go or Pornography, which is, you know, my main bread and butter right now.

[00:07:31]>> And Matt is just a ahead of his time artist.

[00:07:35]>> David is great. You know, he always keeps the energy up and he's super organized.

[00:07:39]>> Matt is just like one of the sweetest guys, but he's also really elusive. And so being able to show up and be like, "Oh, it's you. Like, we're doing this today." Um, was really cool. And I think they found me for modeling because I was like stripping and go dancing.

[00:07:53]>> I got to pants him today. That was kind of fun.

[00:07:55]>> Get all of this.

[00:07:58]>> Matthew Cab, second time meeting him.

[00:08:00]He's just an angel. Every even when he rocks off, he's just brings a calm presence. I think it's his farm life that really pulls through.

[00:08:06]>> Most of what we talk about when he's here is his chickens and his ceramics and his dogs. He lives a quiet life upstate and he's an artist at heart.

[00:08:14]Right now, my focus is just like my dogs and staying healthy, working on ceramics and making art. [music] Oh, today we modeled all kinds of fun things. I wore a jock strap. I wore this [music] onesie, some really hot shorts.

[00:08:29]>> The showroom is going to be really unique. There's going to be really new things here that you've never seen us do before. So, come through.

[00:08:36]>> Come through.

[00:08:40][music] So, I heard that you were on some Jerry Springer that never >> Oh, that's right. Yeah. Tell me about that.

[00:08:52]>> I had like a drag friend that was like, "Let's get Let's go on Jerry Springer."

[00:08:57]>> What's going on?

[00:08:58]>> My friend is a [ __ ] >> The story line was that I was straight and I was cheating on my girlfriend at the time with a drag queen. It wasn't believable. I mean, listen to me, talk.

[00:09:12]I sound so [ __ ] gay.

[00:09:13]>> You woke up and said, "Whoa, I'm gay."

[00:09:16]>> They don't pay you, but it will be a really fun experience. They do give you a carton of cigarettes, which I said yes to cuz you can sell them.
