And frequently what they'll do is they will exploit gaps in the community where care could be provided to new parents. And what they will provide is a band-aid. And so my strong response to that is that CPCs are not providing needed assistance because free is not free if it comes at the price of a person's dignity, of their agency, of their access to knowledge.
