[00:00:00]want to push a bill to make it illegal to build mercury to build homes on top of EPA superfund sites that are contaminated with toxic mercury. I want to I want to craft it very very well so we don't we don't violate anybody's property rights. That's uh Mhm. How do you how do you make sure you craft it right and do those things but at the same time um I think it's a really stupid idea to build homes on top of mercury. Uh because we've got Erin Brockovich and is that something you want You know, people don't >> on that? Yeah, they they don't talk about the the leaching and people will get all up in arms because they don't know the history of our area.

[00:00:49]But to think that you would even want to put somebody at that that jeopardy. Oh well, it's 8 ft, you know, we're going to build it up. Well, you know, roots go a lot deeper than 8 ft and this stuff has a way of leaching through the soil, coming out through water. Um yeah, we need more building but you have to do it right.
