Tesla FSD V14.3.3 Just Drove PERFECTLY… Almost

[00:00:00]Hey everyone, welcome back to another Tesla full self-driving videos with my Model Y with the latest and greatest version FSD 14.3.

[00:00:11]In this video, we're going to test multiple things. If you're not familiar with me, my name is Ananto Muhammed and I love to film Tesla full self-driving videos. I'm an early beta tester. That means whenever Tesla AI team release a FSD update, I will get it at the very first day and get out and film a video for you guys. In this video, we're going to test tiny road, narrow road, how FSD is going to make a U-turn from there, regular parking and parking lot, and a few regular driving here and there. So, let's find out how this lifed handles everything from here. We're creeping.

[00:00:46]We're going towards a tiny road where previous FSD version used to hit the curve in this version. In this version, I also find out FSD hits the curve sometime, but not all the time. So, we're going to test that. We have a lot of space on our left side. If it parks, then I'm going to change that navigation and tell FSD to go. Perfect. Start selfdriving. I always love to test this version uh and start from here to test how FSD handles it. Even though we have a space in our back, FSD decided to proceed from the front, which I don't like. then you kind of make yourself, you know, like giving yourself a little bit narrow space to get out from this road. But hopefully it is sunlight um like daylight and you don't have anything. So hopefully the car will be able to make that without any problem.

[00:01:37]You can go a little bit more. I can see that like it wants to go and then breaks. But I think this time it's going to make it very easily.

[00:01:49]Now you do that. Perfect. Very nice.

[00:01:54]Definitely deserve a clap. But I'm not very hopeful that this is kind of like solved solved because I saw in my other test that FSD hit that curve exactly right over there by doing that exact maneuver. Right. Even though we had a space in our backside, FSD didn't reverse back and utilize that space. It went forward and tried to get out from making a U-turn. So, we are gonna test unprotected left turn. I'm from Ramconuma, New York. So, if you're familiar with this area, you probably know at this time of the day, it doesn't have that much traffic. So, um you know, but definitely parking is a concern. So, we're going to test those things.

[00:02:38]Regular driving. I didn't see any critical disengagement in like my past two or three days with this update. Um probably more than that. Uh probably 5 days this version came out. So probably 5 days from this update uh came out. So we're going to make a right turn. A lot of vehicle from left side. Wanted to proceed but then gave a break and then paused. Now we are proceeding. Okay.

[00:03:04]Interesting. Even though we had that same gap earlier, FS didn't proceed earlier, but now it started proceeding when there is a vehicle on the left side like those vehicle were far but still I was like okay it didn't went through so that's fine but then it suddenly went through um so I really don't know what caused it right so we're going to move over to the left and we're going to go and uh enter in another tiny road. will test that Uturn and make an unprotected left turn and drive uh through some new areas in this locations. So yeah, we're going to go and move towards the left turn lane here because we're going to make a left turn and then we are going to enter into that tiny road. We don't have any vehicle from the other side. Interesting. Good job. Very good. So I'm going to change that right now and we are going to test and get out from this road and hopefully FSD will be able to get out from here without any issues. Right.

[00:04:23]So super excited. So we're going to go all the way towards the end, which I don't like because the navigation is telling us to go all the way to towards the end. But as but as a human being, when we decided to make a Uturn and we know that this this is a dead end, so we're not going to go probably all the way towards the end and make a Uturn.

[00:04:45]We'll probably just, you know, get a space and then make a Uturn. But FSD always do that. It always goes towards the end. It follows the navigation and then gets out from there.

[00:05:00]Interesting. Okay. Very good. Um, we make that U-turn perfectly. Now, we're going to make a unprotected left turn.

[00:05:06]We'll see how FSD handles that. Very nice. So far so good. The car didn't make any mistake, which is amazing. Love that. Very, very good.

[00:05:20]Nice. We're going to stop on this stop sign barred in front of us. I'm lucky that it didn't break because on my last video with my Model Y, I went to very, you know, like suburb kind of areas and there was a bird just flew in front of us and FSD breaks so hard and I was focusing on the display, right? I was talking with you guys like right over here and suddenly it breaks. I'm like, "Oh my goodness, what just happened?"

[00:05:47]Like I thought there is a deer or something. So uh very interesting scenarios there. So yeah uh I if you watch that video that is uh exactly on my channel um I probably before the cyber truck video. So please watch that video as well. I'm going to close that navigation. You'll see a new text saying driving with no destination choose one from map. So this is the new uh um some like text appears when you don't put any navigations uh on the map. Uh I told you when I talked about my first impression video about this software, but I just mentioned it here. So we're going and we will probably test a different route right now because normally I don't uh try this. Wow, very early decision making there. immediately breaks for um that vehicle approaching. FSD saw that and immediately breaks like very very interesting but not comfortable braking.

[00:06:47]I felt like oh I saw it and like break immediately right but good thing uh we're proceeding no issues so far so good little bit of uphill downhill areas here so we'll find out how everything handles the rest of the drive.

[00:07:09]Wow, >> so many uphill and downhill areas here.

[00:07:14]So, we're going to make a right turn on this stop sign and then we're going to make a left, make a right, and get out from this area. So far, so good. I I I love this version. I feel like this is one of the best version Tesla FSD had. I also know that we had some issues with um breaking or tiny small things. Is it perfect? Probably no. But still, this is one of the best version FSD rolled out, Tesla 18 rolled out to us. And I also liked FSD4.2.2.5, but FSD 14.3 is kind of all new because of the reaction time especially. And we're going to stop here on this stop sign. We're going to make a right turn.

[00:07:56]Little bit of breaking there. I felt it.

[00:07:59]Um, I'm going to tap that so that FSD Tesla team has the data. I felt like when that vehicle was making a left on from their end and it felt on your chest like it wanted to proceed and then breaks for the second time. So you you can see that confusion. I I don't know what that is causing for like why you're like hesitating of just proceeding from a stop sign. I can definitely feel some hesitation here. Um I was just praising like this is the one of the best version and now if like oh you tell me I'm best I'm going to show you my worst. So okay um so far so good 5 minutes from our destination I'm just putting random stop here and there just to see the regular driving scenarios as you saw that there was a little bit of hesitation on a stop sign. So, uh, just wanted to test all the purpose of driving, right? Regular driving, narrow road, parking lot, and things like that. So, we're proceeding, guys.

[00:09:10]Uh, so far so good. I love this. And I think like let me know also like which version you're using as well so that I know exactly which, you know, like which version you're using. I think like most of the people already got that 14.3 and uh probably few people who they got their vehicle recently will not get that version because Tesla always rolls software update to new vehicle after one or two months or even like 3 months. So they just have to wait a little bit more.

[00:09:44]It says increased attention required MadMax profile but it seems like very empty but still it is telling me to you know put more um you know attention towards the road or something because I was probably looking at the screen but that is also new on this software update that text was not there before like increased attention needed or something like that right so we are proceeding we're just 7 minutes away from our supercharger we need to stay on the right side because the right lane is going to go straight Very nice. Captured that perfectly and moved over to the right side. So we are going. We have a stop sign in front of us. Hopefully FS will be able to capture and you know do its things. I didn't see any issues with the stop sign recently. I just have few stop sign in my areas where FSG stops pretty early because the white line is way far from the stop sign. But I saw these um in few location Tesla FSD uh stops pretty early. Don't stop exactly on that white line. So that is one of my complaint because FSD should stop in a white line instead of like stopping way before because that stop sign is kind of here and the white line is right over there. So if you stop there, no other vehicle from the other side like left side or right side will not able to see you because you already stopped there.

[00:11:08]So they will not be captured that you already stopped for a stop sign and they'll think like oh you're going to stop again but now you already stopped there FSD just proceed. So that's kind of an issue there.

[00:11:23]Very good. So we are just 3 minutes away from our third destination. We'll find out how Tesla FSD handles that and then gets out from that parking lot because you need to make an unprotected left turn to get out from that parking lot which is very interesting because that road is very busy and it's kind of like very pretty early like there immediately people makes right turn and you had to get out from that area. So a lot of people people are just making right turn getting it into that road also from the other side people are also making left turn to get into this road also straight road right like the other side people also getting in so it's kind of little weird to explain so lot of u traffic there we'll find out if can uh able to make that unprotected left turn sometimes I need to wait like probably 4 minutes or 2 minutes just to make that unprotected left turn nice job going straight and Now he's going to march into the left lane because we're going to make a left.

[00:12:25]Okay. So now we're going to enter to the supercharger.

[00:12:30]So we are going to make a right turn and immediately we'll approach towards our supercharger. So we have some empty spot. As you can see FSD turns on the right indicator. Going to go and get into this supercharger. Very good.

[00:12:46]Little bit of confused parking marker here.

[00:12:53]I don't know. Like very weird. I don't know if I can reach that. These cables are big. So I think like we're going to be able to park and get out and charge.

[00:13:03]So interesting. But let me see the parking job here.

[00:13:10]I don't know which like you know like line I should maintain like not this one definitely for this one and this one.

[00:13:16]Very good. So, we're going to get out right now and uh go somewhere else.

[00:13:21]We changed our navigation and we're going to get out from here.

[00:13:29]Perfect.

[00:13:32]There is just one gas car parked in the supercharger spot.

[00:13:38]And now here is your moment. That unprotected left turn that I was talking about. Uh, which is wow that reaction time. Look at that person. Do we need to do that? Like I'm I'm I'm not sure like the way it breaks and gets out of the way. I got that concept, but the way it handled that feels very unnatural and uncomfortable.

[00:14:04]So, not sure if we really need to do this kind of movement there. So as I told you we're going to make an unpredicted left turn and we have lot of vehicle from right side and now the left side we started getting some traffic as well. So we'll be a little bit of challenge for FSD to make this left turn unless the light change from left and lot of vehicle are coming from right as well. So we'll find out how FSG handles that.

[00:14:36]Right side is a little empty but left side we still have four five vehicle.

[00:14:41]Right side now started uh you know picking up again with traffic. Oops.

[00:14:47]Wanted to go little bit of pause there.

[00:14:51]Really wanted to go but then gave a pause and I have like three vehicle or one vehicle behind me. We'll find out after these one. Definitely FSG needs to proceed. Definitely.

[00:15:08]Oh my goodness. Go. Perfect.

[00:15:14]Great, great, great job. Nice. And we'll go uh straight right over here. We were not going to make a left turn. So, let's see how FSD handles this traffic light.

[00:15:26]It like crossing a big large road.

[00:15:31]Perfect. And now these two lane is going to merge into one.

[00:15:39]FSD kind of handled everything perfectly. Very very good job.

[00:15:43]Definitely deserve a clap because the way it handled that left turn was perfect. There was a little bit of confusion there. It wanted to proceed because that left vehicle was slow and then it realized there our vehicle on our right side. So it just gave a pause there and you know immediately stopped and then waited a little bit. We'll make a left here.

[00:16:08]So the light change and we are making this left turn.

[00:16:53]So now we make this left turn and we kind of drove around 5 to 6 7 minutes right over there and I didn't even talk just because the car was doing everything perfectly. I just don't want to talk unnecessarily. Right. So the car is going to make a right turn. We're going towards another area where the car needs to pull in to the side of the road to park. So, we're going to test that and then we're going to go towards Kohl's to find out how FSD handles regular parking and probably come up with a summarization of this video. So, so far so good. I didn't have to take over for one single time, which is unbelievable. And now we'll see how FSG handles everything from here.

[00:18:04]We all know that the Tesla FSD can't recognize that school zone sign. So even though it is saying 7 to 6, you need to slow down. on FSD was not even like driving that slow. But all the other vehicle as well also not driving slow.

[00:18:20]So which is a little weird too like human driver all of them are driving in regular speed. And I leave this area. I don't know where is that school and why there is a school sign here. I never saw a school here like in this area, but really don't know why um there they have a school sign or school zone uh area marked here, which is very uh weird for me. Uh so we're going and we'll see how FSD handles that parking on the side of the road because it needs to pull in a little bit and then park. So we'll find out. And sometimes people are already there and it's kind of like blocked. So we'll see.

[00:19:06]So it shows parking lot. There is actually no parking lot. So what I'm going to do is street. So it understands I'm going to park in the street instead of parking lot. Probably it's just going to you know try to look parking spaces or parking lot there if I choose parking lot. So so far so good.

[00:19:28]Now we're going to merge from our right side and we'll reach our destination in 1 minute. We'll find out how FSD handles all of these. As you can see, turn on the indicator. Moving over to the right.

[00:19:41]Very, very good job there. And now we'll have to yel if there are vehicle on the left side, which it doesn't. So, we're just went through in one flow. Good like job there. I love that.

[00:19:59]And now we'll approach towards that area where we can park. As you can see there are already few vehicle and we'll see how FSD handles that from. Very nice.

[00:20:11]Immediately gets that space and parked.

[00:20:29]And now we will go towards Kohl's to find out how FSD is going to handle that parking.

[00:20:58]Sorry guys. Uh, my interior camera just shut down because it overheated. I'm extremely sorry, but I turned that on right now one more time. I don't know is going to survive or not, but hopefully it will survive for another 10 minutes at least. We're making this unprotected left turn. You saw that how FSD handled that parking in front of the Kohl's parking lot using my outside cameras. So yeah, we are moving 5 minutes away from our destination. We'll see how FSD handles that parking scenarios here and then probably end the video.

[00:21:34]So yeah, so far so good today. The car didn't make any mistake and it handled everything perfectly without me doing anything which is amazing. So, I'm excited to see how FSG handles this last five minutes and we'll end the video.

[00:22:04]Some stones under our tires. So, whenever it makes that left turn, it was very uncomfortable making that left turn. And it feels like the car is kind of gliding from the back, which is very weird. Um, it could just easily make that left hand probably a little easy or slow, but you know, like it doesn't understand probably, oh, I have some stones or something under my tire, so I'm going to take over. That's a big pothole.

[00:22:33]Another big pothole there.

[00:22:38]Yeah, we are permitted to make right turn on this stop sign or traffic light.

[00:22:42]We'll see how FSD handles that. We have vehicle from left side. We don't have vehicle from right. We'll see how FSD is going to handle that. That car is making left turn from their end. So, we're kind of clear.

[00:23:00]Good job. So, yeah, we're just 2 minutes away. So, you know, the car handled everything perfectly other than those tiny silly issues where the car hesitate a little bit here and there on the stop sign. Also, the parking job seems like very good on today's video. I definitely had some other issues in other days. The parking job was not always all like up to the mark, but still FSD handled it today perfectly, which is amazing. The unprotected left turn, narrow road testing was perfect. the car didn't hit that curve, which is amazing. And yeah, guys, hopefully you enjoyed this video.
