[00:00:04]Anything with the metronome is really beneficial for the basal ganglia. So, being able to kind of really regulate with a rhythm, with a beat, while like you're also doing a fine motor or gross motor task associated with it. Dopamine can be excitatory, it can be inhibitory. So, there's a balance there. And what we really need is to be able to kind of do a motor skill where we're activating, but also inhibit where we're not doing it too fast or too slow. So, it's kind of that balance. Um so, that's really kind of the strategy there with the rehab.
