So these first two amino acids right when they are transcribed and translated from DNA and RNA to protein okay I still have leucine and the next amino acid correct and even in this particular instance I still have the same amino acid okay but just be different types of codons right different organizations of these three letters uh that can code for different amino acids right but here at the end we see that this particular sequence is now being read differently than this one and that's what's changing right this specific amino acid in this particular example is what's being changed okay so that deleted base changes the amino acid sequence which changes therefore the overall resulting protein or the structure the function or the nature of that protein in many instances >> okay >> is the URL >> huh >> the U and RNA is that uricil Yes.
