Survation Poll Keeps Burnham at the Top!

[00:00:10]And it's going to decide possibly the next Prime Minister. Andy Burnham is standing for Labour hoping to return to Westminster. And if he wins, many expect him to challenge Keir Starmer for the Labour leadership. If he fails to win, there's rumor that many Labour MPs are going to jump ship to the Greens.

[00:00:27]Mhm, interesting, isn't it? Well, Savanta have done their polling and it seems to be set fair. It seems to be consistent now.

[00:00:38]It's the second poll showing virtually the same results, but this time from a different company, from Savanta. Last one was YouGov.

[00:00:47]And it's currently Labour on 43%, Reform on 40%, Restore Britain on 7%, Lib Dems four, Greens three, Conservatives two.

[00:00:59]Um And so, basically, that's it.

[00:01:04]For clarity, Screaming the Monster Raving Loony Party are also there, but they're not polling very much.

[00:01:12]Um The point here, though, is the right seems to be split.

[00:01:19]Rightly or wrongly, I mean, you've got to say that yes, Restore Restore Britain is a party genuinely there. It has the right to stand, absolutely.

[00:01:29]But would it be a shame if people voting for Restore Britain allowed Labour to win the seat?

[00:01:38]This is one of those where Restore Britain the voters there need to have voted for Reform. They need to get Reform to win.

[00:01:49]Not just to keep Burnham out, but that threat that a lot of Labour MPs are preparing to jump to the Greens if Andy Burnham doesn't get in.

[00:01:59]Would weaken the Labour Party at Westminster.

[00:02:03]Would weaken Starmer.

[00:02:06]Himself personally.

[00:02:08]And would throw Um, you know, as It would throw a pebble in the pond and the ripples, I think, would spread to all parts of, um, British political life.

[00:02:25]Who knows? The Tories, undoubtedly, any Tory voter, you've just got to bite it and go Reform.

[00:02:31]Pointless wasting your vote on a Tory.

[00:02:35]Um, what's going to happen? Who knows? If it's a high turnout, Reform have got a chance. If it's a low turnout, Labour will take it.

[00:02:45]But, I will be here on that evening. Um, but I just think it's, you know, much as I like Ripperlow, I do. I think he's a wise man. I love his policies.

[00:02:54]But, this is not the battle we're put.

[00:02:56]This is not the one.

[00:02:57]This one is particularly important.
