[00:00:23]>> Yeah, that's usually what happens. All right, let's get right to it. On March 5th, 2023, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that appeared to have expired registration.

[00:00:37]Hello. My name is Officer Davis. I'm with the Bexley Police Department. The reason why I pulled you over, you tried to dip out on me. I saw your registration was expired.

[00:01:14]So, I'm coming down Livingston or Main Street. I see the car. I see the plates are like more than likely expired. I haven't run it yet, but I'm like, I'm not. It's It's fine, whatever. As soon as I get close up to it, they dip off into the first reunion or the first reunion bank thing. And then I just pull around and park. Well, then they come out and they sit there and then they like they want to come back uh eastbound on Main Street, but then they see me and then they come back and cut down Roosevelt. And I'm like, what are you What are you doing? So, then I swooped them, pulled them over. The registration is expired. She does She said she doesn't have her license, either.

[00:01:55]Now, I want y'all to pay attention to what she said. She said she didn't know if the tags was expired, but the people in the car were doing some nervous acting, evading, elusive type [ __ ] Understand that a lot of times your nervousness gets your ass pulled over.

[00:02:11]Now, what constitutional right do they have to pull you over? Man, the police can make up anything they want to. It's your job to have all of your paperwork in order. And stop acting so damn nervous. Sometimes if you play cool, you can slide by. I remember when I was younger, we used to be in the car four or five deep gang members smoking weed, and one person would holler out, "Hey, man, the police behind us." And literally everybody in the car would be like, "Where?"

[00:02:39]And I'm not saying the police are in the right for profiling and just pulling people over looking for random [ __ ] but I'm telling you it does happen. So, it's your job to have all of your paperwork in order. There is a debate whether or not they have a quotas or not, but the bottom line is have your [ __ ] in order.

But then when I get up here, I like I drew down where I'm like, "You don't know ground." And I she fell down. She was already like she was going down, and then she was like, "Oh, my ankle, my ankle." Do you think she slipped on the blood? I'm sure she did.

And then I guess they had ran her name and all that and said she had two warrants. And I'm like, "Well, look, man, just get out the car and let them do their job."

She like, "Well, I ain't going to jail." I said, "Bro, please, bro. Just go get [ __ ] taken care of. Like, I'm not trying to I don't have time for this."

[00:14:16]So then when she did what she did, I'm like, "Look, I ain't trying to have no parts in this, man." Okay. Who were you on the phone with? My my cousin. Okay. Where are you trying to get to? His house. Where Where's that at? Out north. Out north.

[00:15:07]God damn, send this [ __ ] to jail so I can ride the car. She was initially charged with failure to comply and obstructing official business. She was later indicted for having weapons while under disability due to a prior felonious assault conviction. In March 2024, she pled guilty to improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and was sentenced to 12 months in prison consecutive to her other cases for a total aggregate sentence of 4 years and 9 months.

[00:15:30]And just for those of you that don't know, when you get sentenced consecutively, that means you have to finish one sentence before you start the other. The alternative is being sentenced concurrently. That means if you get four or five different sentences, they're all ran together. In other words, if you have one 4-year sentence, one 6-year sentence, one 8-year sentence, you pretty much just have to do the 8-year sentence because the 8 is inside of the 6 and the 4. I know everybody doesn't understand that, so that's why I broke it down. But anyway, dude just wanted the damn car.
