It's trying to lose a few kilos whether it's giving up something, whether it's bad relationship, not enjoying your job, etc. Whatever you're doing, if you keep doing the same thing over and over again, but you're expecting something completely different. It's time to analyze, time to do something differently. Like me, I'm getting an expert in to help me with marketing. I mean, I'm very persistent and very um disciplined. I do do my marketing posts every single day, but I'm not getting the results I want. I'm going to call a specialist coach in. So, whatever you're doing and you need a change, get the help you needed because sometimes you need someone from the outside to look in and say, "Hey, this is where you need to make changes."
