This is clearly a classified information and Kashagua has the details. The name, the country of origin, the passport number, the date of application, the date of printing, the receiving officer. Here's all this classified information.

[00:04:37]Number one in my view, number one, I think William R has fell out with America and it is the America or these superpowers who are not happy with whatever is happening who are sharing this information with Read Kashagua because remember Kenya has intelligence. America also has their intelligence in the Republic of Kenya and the truth of the matter is that American intelligence is way ahead of Kenyan intelligence.

And the truth of the matter is that during that time of that period William R was ahead of Uhhuru and Raa as far as intelligence was concerned. Are we seeing a similar situation where now these superpowers have decided that for them they're going to use Gashagua to speak out about some of these issues which they are not comfortable with because deputy president probably through his connections but this classified information this one here this must have been from Mr. So I want to believe that American government is sharing some of this intelligence with regard for him to speak about them and that's something we should worry William. Number two government officials who are not happy with whatever is happening in the Republic of Kenya. You see we don't have very many honest government officials.

[00:06:14]Most of them are cooks but there are few who are honest. So I think the few who are honest are seeing a lot of things happening. They can't stop them. There are things you know you are employed you want them to stop but you cannot stop them. What do you do?

[00:06:34]You see them continue. You see them being done every day. You want them to stop. You can't. What do you do? You now start leaking them. So probably government officials who are unhappy with whatever is happening in their dockets are leaking this information to because most of the information is releasing classified. Number three, maybe has supporters or sympathizers in government and these are the people who are leaking this information because they don't want William R to be reelected. And lastly, I think probably there is internal sabotage in government. And internal sabotage can be caused by several factors. Maybe there's a tender war.

[00:07:21]Maybe or maybe some people are being overlooked, you are a supervisor, but because people are not comfortable with you, you're juniors and your people up there, but at the end of the day, you still have this kind of information. So it's called internal wars or sapotage. And why should this worry William R? For me, the fact that Gadi can access this classified information with a lot of ease should be something which William should not be sleeping over. Number one, the fact that has this intelligence, it means will be able in my view to what William R's attempts in 2027.

Of course uh William has a winning formula but from the face value if you look at the the mount Kenya you look at uh the LA nation numbers are not really in favor of the president but being the president he has the deep state which means he can use the deep state to actually win the presidency.

[00:08:47]The fact that nowaday has intelligence it means anything he will be planning will always have access to and for me that is something which should worry the president let's take the case of IBC you know IBC will be conducting the elections and for IB so IBC to conduct elections they'll have to do some procurement for example the chem skits the biometrics they'll be registering people. So there's a way deep state can always influence some of those things.

[00:10:38]Tell me how or why Macron and his team will now not figure out or go back and try to dig deep into what is alleging. For example, he was talking of some corruption 7 billion.

[00:11:07]So that will really dent the image of the president. Other heads of states might also find it very difficult to associate with William based on some of these issues which is talking about and lastly trust issues if Shagua is uh talking about some things and Kenyans believe that whatever he's talking about is the truth like the issue of heed let's say the issue of uh this road let's say the issue of this passport. What's going to happen in future is that Kenyans they will start trusting regard more and they'll have trust issues with the president so that even if the president will be saying certain things there's no way they will believe and for me that is something which should worry president R.
