Our first look at the adaptation from weapons and barbarian director Zach Cregger is a dark intense sprint for survival from the outskirts of town into the streets and sewers of Raccoon City. Star, but by no means a stars member, Austin Abrams plays a medical courier just trying to make it through the night. Except the night is occasionally punctuated by bodies falling from high-rises with a surprising cameo appearance from Baron Harkonnen. We're literally melting rock on their heads. Zach Cregger reveals in an exclusive interview on ign.com that the movie doesn't use zombies very much save for two or three scenes saying he wanted to make the most of what the T-virus could do to the human body.
