[00:00:13]Let's slow this down and look at it properly, because this is where many of us get confused. Many people believe that gambling helps them to cope with stress, with boredom, with pressure, maybe even loneliness.

[00:00:29]If something truly helps you to cope, why would it leave you anxious, trapped, distracted, financially exhausted?

[00:00:40]Real coping creates peace.

[00:00:42]Real coping gives us space. Real coping creates clarity. Real coping leaves you feeling stronger.

[00:00:50]Addiction creates tension, then briefly removes it, and calls that relief.

[00:00:56]That's not support. That's dependency.

[00:00:59]That's addiction continually interfering with your lives.

[00:01:02]And once you see that clearly, the illusion begins to lose its grip.
