A biological will is a legal document that records an individual's specific desires for the use or disposal of their sperm and embryos after death, representing a legal innovation that enables posthumous reproduction; this concept was pioneered in 2011 when a child was born to a surrogate mother from a frozen embryo created by parents before the mother's death from cancer, marking the world's first case of posthumous maternity.

>> It is I So, biological wills, by the way, is trademarked every single time it's mentioned. There's a tiny little TM next to it.
I don't really understand, after having read too much of her website, what a biological will is. But, I think it's just like It she says it's a legal innovation that documents any individual's desires for use or disposal of sperm over embryos. But, like I think you could just put that in your regular will.

>> Interesting.
>> Um the biological will bank that she talks about I was like, "Oh, is this an actual sperm bank?" No, it's a bank for the biological wills.
There is no actual sperm bank there.
But, she did facilitate this first case of post- mortem sperm retrieval baby.
