The House Oversight Committee has launched a federal investigation into a massive Medicaid fraud scheme in Ohio, which is connected to similar networks in Minnesota and Maine. The investigation reveals that fraudulent billing patterns are concentrated in just two zip codes in Columbus, Ohio, which represents only 11.5% of Ohio's population but accounts for 38-40% of the state's $1.6 billion Medicaid spending. State auditors identified a 15.6% error rate in eligibility determinations, with improper payments potentially ranging from $800 million to $4 billion. The fraud involves shell companies, fraudulent claims for companion services, and payments flowing out of the country to Somalia. This investigation is part of a broader pattern of Medicaid fraud that has been exposed in multiple states, raising concerns about systemic vulnerabilities in government healthcare programs.

But, let's go ahead and jump in first of all uh to a clip from uh testimony that uh Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy did yesterday. I think I actually have two clips of Sean Duffy. So, during Secretary Duffy's testimony yesterday, uh he really had an an incredible series of answers for Kirsten Gillibrand as well as uh I forgot who this Patty Murray. That's right. Uh Patty Murray. Patty Murray and Kirsten Gillibrand, obviously Democrats, uh both of them were trying to catch Sean Duffy up and suggest that he had been bought, uh which is so rich, uh so hypocritical coming from people who are elected officials and they're receiving money from special interests all day long. Now, the question here was whether or not the companies who were funding the America 250 road trip uh have some sort of control over Sean Duffy. Uh so, let's go ahead and hear Secretary Duffy's answer and uh how he handles Gillibrand, first of all. It is a wonderful thing. But, your vacation was paid for by Boeing, Toyota, United Airlines, Enterprise. A vacation. Okay.
First of all, Secretary Duffy is working during the America 250 road trip. It's not like he got sent to the Bahamas by these companies that she's mentioning. Uh but their funding of the America 250 road trip means that you, the American taxpayer, don't have to pay for it.

Uh, three people died. 18 first responders were hospitalized and last I heard an additional two were listed in very serious condition. This was some kind of a hazmat emergency and it was at a home in Albuquerque, New Mex- Mexico.
And when they arrived, there was a man who was non-responsive, in distress of some kind, and then all of a sudden they started dropping like flies and before other first responders could arrive, you had three of their own that had already died. Now, I don't know that this has been identified yet, but let's go ahead and take a look at the clip.
There are images. There's been a deadly hazmat emergency in New Mexico. Three people have been found dead. More than a dozen first responders who raced to the scene now overcome and rushed to the hospital. So, let's get right to ABC's Trevor Ault who's following this for us.
Trevor, what do we know?
Well, David, very alarming situation here unfolding east of Albuquerque.
Emergency crews arrived at a home there and found four people unresponsive.
Three of them are now dead. Then the first responders started falling ill.
About two dozen people exposed to an unknown substance. Many of them experiencing dizziness and nausea. They were all taken to the hospital for decontamination and now three of them have been admitted. Right now there are hazmat teams there at the house as authorities are racing to try to figure out what this unknown substance even is.
David, Trevor Ault tonight. Trevor, thank you. There are images. There's been a deadly haz- So, I just checked and the latest report is that it is still an unknown substance. Now, if I had to guess, it would likely be something related to drugs or the manufacturing of drugs. We also have here, I believe that these are the first responders calling in to dispatch, several audio clips.
This Okay, so this is from the the fire department. Take a listen.
Can you guys contact UNM? I just got a phone call with rescue 17. They're in route with one patient. They do need more resources, but they do have a a strange gas odor on the patient.
I need to contact UNMH and tell them that we have a patient that is possibly contaminated with unknown substance and they're going to need to isolate this guy, but they'll be there probably in about probably 25 minutes ETA. Now, just knowing what I know about the production of drugs in illicit labs in New Mexico, more than likely this is going to be related to the production of crystal methamphetamines, but until we get the final confirmation, it's still a mystery. And so it's definitely something that's interesting.
Now, well, yeah, fentanyl can absorb through the skin, but they're saying that they had the smell like a chemical or a gas smell. In order for fentanyl to be absorbed through the skin, you're going to come in contact with the powder.
It's a lot less likely that fentanyl would have been say put into a nebulizer or a humidifier and then, you know, the gaseous substance would have been expelled into the air.
It sounds like it is especially when you're when you're making crystal, there's a lot of noxious chemicals. If anybody has ever seen Breaking Bad, then you've seen that in order to do that, those guys are getting into full hazmat gear. They've got to have ventilation. You got to have gas masks on. There's any number of uh times during the production process that you could die if you were to inhale that stuff. So, I think it's more likely that it is related to crystal, uh but, you know, hey, you know, I've been wrong before. So, we'll go ahead and see what happens and uh definitely keeping an eye out. Now, I had mentioned yesterday briefly that Barney Frank had died.
Also mentioned that Barney Frank was associated with a so-called escort service. It was also called a call boy service. Really what it was was a a gay prostitute service that also uh acted as a clearinghouse for child trafficking.
Uh this goes all the way back to the Franklin scandal, uh which I've done several episodes on, you know, here on this channel, and then also a number of them uh on uh Badlands for Baseless Conspiracy. Uh but, I found a passage from this uh this book right here uh that was shared by this account, Dr. Blob.
And uh it had a little bit of uh information on it. Uh so, I just wanted to reference it rather than going back and going through all of the the the research that I had done previously.
Um but, uh right here, talking about this call boy ring, which was connected to a uh a series of funeraries or mortuary businesses.
Uh Robert Chambers was a man who was convicted on charges of handling the credit card processing for Professional Services Incorporated. This was a shell company entity that served as a cover for all of these interconnected uh uh male escort services.
Chambers was a funeral director, and he was the son of the owner of the Chambers Funeral Homes chain. I would suggest to you that [clears throat] by having a funeral parlor as part of a child trafficking and uh gay prostitute network, uh if there were murders or deaths of children that occurred, you obviously need to have something to do with the bodies.
Uh and so, as a funeral home is going to have a uh crematorium on site, you could very easily burn the evidence up. Or [clears throat] uh if you were looking if you didn't have the ability to do that, then you could take a child and put them into the coffin with a body that you're going to be burying, uh and then nobody would be the wiser because nobody's going to be opening that that back up again.
He was sentenced to 41 months uh and then the there were two companies called Dream Boys and [snorts] Man to Man.
These were operated by a guy by the name of Henry Vincent. He was a mortician as well. He was also the former coroner of Mingo County, West Virginia.
Vincent moved to Washington, D.C. after he lost his job as coroner for Mingo County, West Virginia.
He was under investigation uh in Washington after he moved there.
And he also [clears throat] had a fake obituary placed in his name in West Virginia newspapers. He was trying to basically fake his death so that he could get away without being prosecuted. Uh he ultimately pled guilty and got a 63-month sentence for his participation in this child trafficking gay prostitute ring. And the judge who oversaw this case uh had criticized the U.S. attorney, a man by the name of Jay Stevens, because uh Vincent should have gotten a lot longer in prison. Stevens departed from the mandatory sentencing guidelines and sought to give uh Mr. Vincent a lot less time.
Also, Vincent [clears throat] happened to be represented uh by Greta Van Susteren in this case. Now, Greta Van Susteren was a defense attorney.
Doesn't mean that Greta Van Susteren was a proponent of child trafficking. Uh everybody needs a lawyer and sometimes it just so happens that, you know, good people and, you know, even benign people end up being lawyers for some very bad people. But, this is the part that brings in Barney Frank because Barney Frank was directly implicated in this child trafficking gay call gay escort service scandal.
Because it was his home, his brownstone in Washington D.C. that was being used as a base of operations for another escort service. That was between late 1985 to mid-1987.
And that particular male escort service was run by Frank's lover, a man by the name of Steven L. Gobie, who was the son of a Marine Corps master sergeant and a Pentagon budget analyst. Now, Barney Frank wrote a Barney Frank wrote a number of letters to probation officers on behalf of his lover Gobie. Gobie had four felony convictions related to these things beginning in 1982.
And those letters provided basically cover for this child trafficking gay prostitute ring. And Barney Frank denied ever having any knowledge of it. But again, it was operating out of the basement of the home in which he lived with his boyfriend and his boyfriend was a guy who was running it.
Now, Gobie regularly operated this >> [clears throat] >> the the kid aspect of it out of Chevy Chase Elementary School. And he did it in collusion with the school's principal, a man by the name of Gabriel Massaro, who was also a former school counselor. And that school was home to about 350 young students between the ages of 9 and 12. Now, Massaro denied that he had any students that were involved in the call boy operations, but he did eventually admit that it was being run out of the school.
Now >> [clears throat] >> if you'll remember from the story from the show that I did on the the Franklin scandal that was a child trafficking operation that ran from Boystown and all the way to Washington DC the Franklin Credit Union that was run by Larry um oh gosh, what's his last name?
Um I can't remember his name freaking he he has the same name as a guy who has who for years had a TV show. I I can't remember his freaking name. Anyways, doesn't matter but but anyways, at the time that this was going on there were a number of different child trafficking rings that were set up through a sort of hub and spoke system and they were directly connected to each other and it went into Washington DC and there was a big scandal where the so-called call boys were allowed to come into the White House. It was published on the front page of the Washington Post directly implicated Barney Frank and his boyfriend and no not Jay Leno. No, um Larry Larry Lawrence Lawrence King Larry King it's Lawrence King and Lawrence King was also the head of the RNC right around that same time that he was operating it out of out of the Franklin Credit Union. So anyways Barney Frank is gone but not forgotten never forgotten because of the crap that he was involved in. All right, not Larry Sanders. Yeah, senior moment Jesus Pete's man. Anyways so remember uh the governor of Colorado the first gay governor of Colorado, Jared Polis, recently gave clemency to Tina Peters.
And the reason Tina Peters is still on my screen is because even though she's had clemency granted, the sentence that he cut her down to doesn't allow her to be eligible for parole until June 1st.
So the earliest possible date that Tina Peters could get out of prison is June 1st, which is, you know, obviously several days away.
So when Tina Peters sets foot outside of that Colorado prison a free woman, undoubtedly she is still going to be on probation or parole or whatever it is.
She's going to remain on screen.
>> [clears throat] >> But Jared Polis has seriously angered the Democrat Party of Colorado and they just voted to censure the first gay governor of Colorado, Jared Polis, because of his commutation of former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters.
So Polis again reduced her sentence. He said that the punishment did not fit the crime. He was correct, but the amount that she has already served has far surpassed what would have been acceptable for what Tina Peters was convicted of. Now in the statement defending the decision, Tina Peters, excuse me, in a statement thanking Polis for the the commutation, she of course said that she had made mistakes, but everybody needs to be aware that in order for Tina Peters to get her parole, as hopefully, you know, she is going to get, she has to show some level of contrition to the parole board. And so this is the only thing that she could do. I'm sure that she was directed to construct that letter in the way that she did.
So the party has said reducing her sentence now under pressure from Donald Trump is not justice. This is the official statement from the Colorado Democrat Party. It sends a message to future bad actors that election tampering has consequences unless you're friends with the president. That's a dangerous and disappointing precedent to set. Of course, it doesn't do that, but the Democrat Party of the state of Colorado has got to maintain this narrative for as long as they possibly can.
They compared Polis's decision, well, they complained [clears throat] that Polis's decision not reflect the values or the institutional positions or the Democratic commitments of the Democratic Party of Colorado. And as part of this censure, Polis is now barred from appearing as an honored guest, a speaker, or being officially recognized as a representative of the Democrat Party at any party events. And so, basically, this has ended Jared Polis's hopes of perhaps any future offices.
Certainly in the state of Colorado.
There was a possibility he might run for Senate before this, but I think that after the commutation, the Democrat Party is not going to be willing to support him in any way. And he's essentially persona non grata. He can't go to any events. He's not going to be hailed as a hero, even though he was the first gay governor of Colorado.
But, he ended up having a statement that was put out after this announcement was made. And it was that the governor made his decision based on the facts facts of the case and what he believed was the right thing to do. Sometimes the right thing isn't the popular thing, and democracy [clears throat] is strongest when disagreement is met with debate and dialogue, not censorship. But, don't forget this is the Democrat Party of Colorado. So, of course, they're going to censor him.
So, I just thought that that was kind of funny. So, that will be it. Let's see.

We go from one pretty good decision by a person in power to a series of bad decisions by a person in power. Now, you may or may not be aware of the use of Flock cameras for artificially artificial intelligence surveillance purposes either in your hometown or perhaps other places around the country. Flock cameras are a relatively new invention, but they are a rather insecure tool that is being used by police officers and municipal districts around the country for purposes of basically not having to hire additional police or even have police do their job. They have already resulted in people being charged, arrested, ticketed incorrectly.
And now the worst possible scenario has come true. Many people have been raising awareness about the use of Flock to potentially break your civil rights and and and circumvent any normal tools that might exist for law enforcement so that they can use it as a tool to really abuse their power. And that's exactly what this story is about. This particular story is of a police officer who used his access to Flock cameras and the software that comes along with it to illegally track his mistress, his own wife, his mistress's boyfriend. It's exactly what you don't want to see happen, but unfortunately, it's exactly what happens when people get way too much access to power. Take a listen.
Developing news tonight, a police officer is caught using police cameras to spy on his mistress. Mike Rogers, there were already privacy concerns about these cameras and then this happened.
>> And you know, this guy was accused of spying on his mistress, his mistress's new lovers, as well as his current wife, all happening in the city of Costa Mesa.
We'll show you some video here of the Flock system cameras that we are talking about.
Now, I want you to just take a look because you might not have ever seen Flock technology.
This is a Flock camera. You've got looks like multiple cameras pointed in multiple directions.
They're going to have a solar panel above them so that they're powered 24 hours a day. There is a battery that's obviously connected to it.
They may likely also be connected to the grid.
But, the problem with these things is that they're very easy to hack. And I I follow more than a couple of white hat hackers who have successfully been able to access these systems and then use the information that Flock contains. You know, they they catalog all this stuff.
They will follow you around. They have AI face recognition. They're going to be looking at your license plate as you're driving by.
There have already been a couple of successful cases where municipal districts, counties, or or cities have placed Flock cameras in such a position that they can basically spy on a family or on their home. And so, you know, it takes some time and a little bit of effort, but people have been able to get those cameras removed.
But, the fact of the matter is that if they're being used in your city, you are being watched 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's It's the ultimate fear of AI Big Brother or or Skynet or something like that.
Flock cameras have been wildly controversial, especially recently when there was a data issue that came to light. But, the Orange County DA's office says this former Costa Mesa police officer not only used these Flock cameras to track his mistress, her new boyfriends, as well as his current wife, but also used confidential law enforcement systems to be able to run people a number of times that had nothing to do with his work as a law enforcement officer. They also allege that he contacted his mistress thousands of times via social media, text, and phone calls, as many as 100 times in one day just for one example here. Robert J. Josett, 35 years old, pleaded one guilty to three misdemeanor counts as related to all of this. He's been ordered for a 52-week domestic violence program, as well as a 3 years of informal probation. Now, they allege that he repeatedly was sending messages to her, texting her, calling her through social media and the phone, sometimes as many as 58 times a day. He then began calling her new boyfriend and then would allegedly use these systems to try to track them down and then in some cases go meet them at those locations. The Orange County DA says, "Even after he was suspended from Costa Mesa PD, he still used the Flock camera system to track his mistress." All of this now, he's a former police officer and now Blood has pleaded guilty to these three misdemeanor counts related to it.

The bad news is he still had access to the Flock system afterwards. Now, if you're interested in getting a little bit more information on Flock cameras, you can find quite a bit of a detailed analysis about the way they work, the information that they collect, and there is even information out there about how to jam them. Uh and that's not something that I could tell you how to do, but I just know from my own research that the information is out there. Be careful though. Make sure that you're aware of your local laws. It's actually totally legal. They will send you to freaking jail down here in Florida. Uh there is a one guy that I watch, his name is Ben Jordan, and he had created a jammer that, you know, he installed in his car.
And if you recreate that down here in Florida, they specifically created a law uh to make that a crime so that you'll go to jail. Uh but it may be something in your state that isn't illegal. So, I would just want to make sure everybody is aware of that.
All right. Now, I'd like to tell you about a very exciting development, something that I definitely voted for and something that I supported President Trump for. And that is getting these Indian scam call centers under control.
Uh the FBI has just shut down a major international fraud scheme ring that was centered in India. They have been systematically going into the bank accounts of gullible and perhaps impressionable people, both young and old. Really, nobody is immune from this because anybody can be socially engineered. But this scam center in India has now been dismantled. Uh authorities have taken this sprawling network that was specifically targeting elderly Americans and stealing money out of their bank accounts and shut them down. So now the the the the case, of course, is uh raising awareness about just how often this is happening. And uh how little has been done up until this point to shut these people down.
Foreign-based call centers have been exploiting vulnerable US citizens regardless of their age. And there have been people who have been absolutely destroyed as a result.
Now, the feds are saying that the operation relied heavily on these call centers operating out of India.
Fraudsters would pose as legitimate tech support agents, and this is not something that's new. I think everybody here is aware that this has been going on for years, but for whatever reason, uh the US government did nothing about it. But these overseas networks would systematically seem to target elderly Americans, people who were unfamiliar with uh modern cybersecurity, people who perhaps already had vulnerabilities. And at the center of the case are actually two American-based executives, someone named Adam Young and somebody named Harrison Goverts. Both of them have pled guilty to enabling the scheme.
Prosecutors say that the pair provided critical telecommunications infrastructure that allowed this India-based scam center to reach victims all across the United States.
This company would supply phone numbers, routing services, and call tracking systems that was basically the backbone of the operation. And perhaps this is why something is being done about it because there is an American component that allows us to use that as a pretext to go in and get to the heart of the operation.
Now, without that infrastructure, the authorities say, this India-based fraud network would not have been able to function at such scale. The scheme itself was pretty simple, but it was highly effective. Victims would encounter alarming pop-up messages on their computers. They would falsely claim their devices were infected with dangerous viruses. I'm sure at least one of you here has had something like this happen to you before. The warnings would then, of course, direct them to call a phone number. It would then connect them to these call centers in India. Once they were there, operators would use a a sophisticated series of social engineering tools tactics that would create panic and urgency and make the person on the other line here in America believe that they needed to give access to their system to the person that they were on the phone with.
The victims would get pressured into allowing that, and then they would be pressured into paying for unnecessary or completely fictitious technical support services. In a lot of these cases, they were convinced to hand over hundreds or thousands of dollars.
Perhaps they would be told to go to the bank and withdraw a sum of money.
Perhaps they would pay over the phone for some type of service. The person on the other end might tell them that, "Oh my god, I have accidentally added a two zeros to your total, and so now you've taken money from us or or we owe you money, so you need to go to the bank and give us access." In some of these instances, the damages would go further.
Scammers would of course gain remote access to the victims' computers. That would give them the opportunity to extract sensitive personal information.
They could get passwords. They could even get blackmail material from these computers.
The investigation that the FBI undertook has revealed that the network was not just a loose connection of bad actors, but it was a coordinated international enterprise. In fact, this is a major portion of the Indian economy. You've got multiple India-based individuals who have now also been convicted as part of this case. And among those convicted, several operators directly linked to these call centers running the scheme.
These individuals were key players in executing and expanding the operation.
Once you start working in one of these scam call centers, it is very easy to get very, very wealthy, especially in India. And if you are successful, well then you're going to rise up the ranks.
It's just like a real company, only the business of the company is to scam people once you get on the phones with them. So, investigators did shut down the primary call center hubs in India.
The crackdown actually followed years of coordination and intelligence gathering.
There's a a number of other channels that you can find out there whose sole mission it is to infiltrate these call centers. They will use the same tactics as the scammers to gain access to the systems. And then once they get into the systems, they can find the uh lists of people who have been scammed. They can go help those people. They can then report these people to the Indian authorities and to the US authorities.
And they can also completely destroy their computer systems and make it impossible for these people to keep operating. But, there are so many of these scam call centers, it's almost difficult to fathom. Prosecutors say the US-based executives were fully aware of the nature of their clients' activities.
And of course, they didn't report the schemes. They chose to just go ahead and profit off of it. These guys are the scum of the earth, in my opinion. These two men would even advise the India-based scammers on how to avoid detection. That included strategies to reduce complaints and prevent their accounts from being terminated. In some of the cases, they allegedly facilitated the exchange of fraudulent call traffic between different scam operators. That meant that they helped the network grow, become more efficient, and become harder to disrupt.
Here's the kicker. The financial impact is staggering. Tech support scams alone cost Americans about 2.1 billion dollars every single year. Even at the state level, the costs are significant. In Rhode Island, residents reported losing at least 5.7 million dollars a year to similar type schemes. Officials have made clear that elderly Americans are the primary target because they could get confused, or they may not be proficient with computers. They are easier to manipulate, it seems, and they're more likely to trust authority figures. So, do not trust people unless you actually know them. Senior citizens deserve honor, respect, and protection, the FBI said. That goes without saying.
Anybody who helps to facilitate this type of fraud against any vulnerable portion of the population deserves to spend the rest of their life in prison, as far as I'm concerned.
Ted Docks was the special agent in charge for the FBI's Boston division. He described the actions of those involved as downright despicable. By their own admission, they willfully profited from the scammers here and abroad. They preyed upon the elderly, and this really highlights the risk that is posed by these globalized fraud networks, and underscores how easily overseas operations can target American citizens with limited consequences. But, they're not only targeting Americans. Because this is a global operation, they are also targeting people in Europe. They're targeting people anywhere that they can get a phone number. But the involvement of India-based call centers has ignited a debate over outsourcing and foreign telecommunications infrastructure.
Critics argue that such systems create vulnerabilities that criminals can exploit. Who knows? These people might have been taking calls one second for an outsourced American company doing legitimate business, and then the next second they're taking calls for a fake Microsoft antivirus scam, and then working to steal information from an elderly person so that they can get into their bank account.
So, as the investigators pull back the layers on these investigations, the heartbreaking reality comes to light.
The foreign-based scams are not just one-offs. They are part of a multinational, massive, and deeply troubling trend designed specifically to steal from the most vulnerable people.
It's It's troubling how much of the global economy is based on fraudulent criminal activity just like this. But I'm glad to see that the FBI is going after those people. I'll have to check it out.
And the painter says Peter's not released due to pressure. She appealed both her convictions and sentence. She won on the sentence plus jumped in before the before the court could represent her to probation. She then could have sued for her incarceration. Yeah, because she has gotten clemency, she's not going to be able to continue suing. The decision, even though it was decided that she needed to be resentenced, they waited on the resentencing because I'm pretty certain that Governor Polis said that he was going to be doing the commutation, so that meant that the court didn't have to resentence her. And uh at the end of the day, because of the the uh commutation that he gave her, her uh parole would not be eligible until June 1st. June 1st, theoretically, she will be out. Okie 7, thank you for the can. Filter Dog says, "Was this a drug lab or a bio lab?" That's the thing we don't know, but I'm assuming it was a drug lab.
Judy the Lady Pug says, "Watch Red Pill 78 Unpilled." Yes, Pilled is uh another great place to go. All right. What did I say just a day or two ago? Uh how tragic and sad it is every single time I have to come here and report to you that another non-resident CDL carrier was involved in the killing of American citizens, and yesterday it happened [snorts] again. Another semi-truck driver from India, Manveer Singh, uh was responsible for a hit-and-run accident in uh Sacramento, California. He is an illegal alien, and he is now being arrested for killing two people in a horrific crash. Uh not only was he responsible for the incident, but he also tried to run. Uh these two people were killed near an off-ramp on Highway 99 in Lodi on Tuesday after he caused this multi-vehicle crash. So, Manveer Singh attempted to flee the scene after causing the crash. He is facing charges of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and the hit-and-run resulting in death.
So, DHS, Department of Homeland Security, has confirmed that he was arrested after killing these two people.
Uh this was uh uh initially someone who came in in 2023 under the Biden administration. Uh he was caught and then released at the Arizona border. Uh his name is Manveer Singh. Uh he is facing these charges in San Joaquin County, California for the vehicular manslaughter, gross negligence, hit-and-run, and uh he tried to flee the scene on foot. Obviously, his truck was not going to go anywhere.
Now, the good thing is that ICE has placed a detainer on him with local law enforcement, and due to the fact that he's responsible for this gross negligence resulting in death, I'm pretty sure that the San Joaquin Sheriff is going to hold on to him. Uh we've got no details on his CDL, but it sounds like uh he was given a CDL in California.
Now, Senator Jim Banks said, "So many innocent lives have been lost because of illegals on our road. Makes me sick reading about these preventable tragedies. I introduced the Delilah Law to put a stop to that." Uh and uh once again, it is just the same problem that we have to keep reporting on over and over again. So many of these illegal aliens coming here from India receiving these non-domiciled CDLs in a number of states, California being, you know, one of the worst among them. Pennsylvania's another one. Indiana is another one. And we just have to keep uh reporting on this even though the Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy had uh already changed the rules making it illegal.
But, uh what what I really want to know is who is the trucking company that hired him because based upon that decision from the Supreme Court just last week, that trucking company is now liable for the deaths of these people.
Uh and there was also uh immediately, as soon as that uh that decision was handed down by the Supreme Court, uh I saw a video and I meant to play it on the show, but I never got to, of a uh an American trucker uh who said that the next day you had all of these people like, you know, Sukhdeep Singh and Manveer Singh and all of these other Indians and people from uh other countries who were here illegally, but who had these non-domiciled CDLs, they were being told that uh there was no work for them. That the trucking companies were aware of the Supreme Court decision and it was no longer worth it for them to put American lives at risk. So, the the thing that I'm thinking here is that this trucking company might be a legal itself, which would mean that there could possibly be additional charges resulting from this.
But over and over and over again, we keep seeing the exact same scenario happen. And I did want to go and do a quick search for Manveer Singh to see if anybody had identified the company that had hired him. Because when I saw yesterday, there was no additional information about it.
Okay, so okay, this is actually a video from the scene. Let's take a look.
Oh, man.
Yeah, it was it was a fiery wreck.
So, yeah.
Uh we've had at least Oh my god, every single one of them were named Singh.
Manveer Singh, Janpreet Singh, Harjinder Singh, and Sukhdeep Singh.
Every single one of these people that have been involved in these uh these CDL crashes recently.
Uh it's exactly the same thing.
Okay, so let's see. Okay, so let's let's take a look at this. This is local reporting from a CBS station.
And let's listen.
And investigators say traffic came to a halt on northbound 99 when a big rig failed to stop. Officers say the crash started when a big rig slammed into the back of a Kia Forte, pushing it into two other vehicles that had also slowed down. The Kia and the big rig then veered off the highway, crashing into a guardrail under Harney Lane. CHP says after the crash, the big rig driver, 24-year-old Manvir Singh, ran away from the scene, but was found and taken into custody. He's now facing multiple charges, including vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and a felony hit-and-run resulting in death or injury. We asked CHP why the highway suddenly hit a halt and why Singh was charged with gross negligence. There's a high possibility traffic was just moving slowly due to traffic conditions. So, he was charged with gross negligence because he did cause the death of other people and Are you serious?
She's asking why gross negligence? I mean, the guy knows what he Well, theoretically he was trained as a CDL driver. We know that he obviously wasn't.
These people are just being put on the road without any sort of training, without any sort of legal status. And [snorts] he was responsible for the murder of two people.
And if you, an American driver, did that, certainly they would have no question about why you might be charged with gross negligence. You were negligent in the course of doing your job. You were responsible for the death of two people, totally avoidable. It was severe disregard for human safety. So, we charged the highest degree and it's going to be up to the DA. They're going to ultimately decide which is the appropriate charge, but for us on our end, that's what we do. Now, five others were also injured in that crash with two suffering from major injuries. Singh is expected in the San Joaquin County Courthouse tomorrow afternoon and his bail is set currently at a $185,000.
Only at a $185,000?
That disgusts me. It ought to be millions of dollars.
Yeah, so okay.
I I'm just not seeing anything about the trucking company, but I am going to posit that potentially that trucking company is illegal as well.
Because otherwise it seems like all of the American trucking companies and logistics carriers they are not interested in allowing these people to continue driving for them.
And also all of these things are not related. It's just like Smith or Johnson.
All right. Now, >> [clears throat] >> uh another story about an illegal before we get into stories that are going to make you feel good.
>> [snorts] >> Another illegal alien, uh this man from Turkey uh was deported, but uh he was deported not once but twice. And he's now been found to have been sexually abusing children at a California daycare. Uh this also in California uh of course. His name is Gokhan Bagici uh Bakci. He's 26 years old. He's here illegally from Turkey. He was kicked out by the feds in 2023 and then he was kicked out again in 2024. He kept sneaking [snorts] back in and he got a job at a Sacramento daycare serving immigrant families, maybe illegal families, not American families. And now he's got these multiple acts of lewd uh behavior with children under 14 by force. But again, this is another avoidable crime that didn't have to be committed but was committed because it was in California.
Detectives say the 26-year-old Gokhan Bagci assaulted children at the Mather Child Care Center. Investigators opened the case after a mother reported her 6-year-old daughter may have been abused. Forensic interviews in Turkish revealed possible additional victims.
Detectives are urged anyone with information to give them a call.
Yeah, come forward obviously if you have any in information that can help keep this guy where he belongs, which is in bars on behind bars. Excuse me.
All right. Now, another case right here.
ICE had actually pulled over an illegal alien driver who had caused an accident on the freeway and then another one pulled up and did the exact same thing. So, they got a two-for-one. This was actually down here in Florida. So, this was an arrest on the side of the highway in Broward County and Ben Bergquam was there with ICE and he was filming.
It was a white pickup truck that had rear-ended another pickup truck. Now, the gray truck was driven by an illegal alien. They were hit after the driver slammed on the brakes and got into a minor collision with another car.
That car drove off and then the white truck collided with the gray truck.
So, officers rushed across the highway only to discover there was another illegal alien that was driving one of those cars. So, Ben said, "We're over here picking up one illegal alien driving this van and then this accident ends up happening.
The driver slammed on his brakes, the guy has hit him and then the other guy just happens to be an illegal as well."
Which tells you everything you need to know about how many freaking illegal aliens we have in the country. You basically throw a stone and you're going to be hitting one. The density of population of illegals in America, most people don't understand it. Literally, they're picking up somebody who is totally unrelated and then you have an accident that takes place right next to it and it just happens to be an illegal alien. So, absolutely insane.
Ben went on to say, "We have so many illegals in this country. That's like the third time I've had a situation where we're going after one person and we end up getting multiple illegals at the same scene that aren't even related to the original situation. You look down the road and you're probably pretty good to see that there is a high percentage of all of the vehicles here are being driven by illegals and most of them are also doing it without a license, they're doing it without insurance and so that puts us American citizens in danger every single day. I believe that Ben actually posted video from the scene as well. Yes, let's take a look.
That's not good.
Crazy scene here day two of the operation. We're over here picking up one illegal driving this van and then this ends up happening.
This driver slammed on his brakes, this guy hits him, but then this guy just happens to be illegal, too. The density of the population of illegals in America, most Americans just can't comprehend it.
I mean it literally, we're picking up this guy, this guy's an illegal driving, gets rear-ended by this guy who's just on his way to work. Crazy.

Deals with um bridges and things that Anyway, the bill the amendment did. And it and we allowed the Democrats to tell us what to do. It's just unbelievable.

Now, >> [clears throat] >> uh Tim Burchett, you know, I've said this so many times before. I I like Tim Burchett. He supports the president when it's time to support the president. He calls out the [ __ ] uh when he sees it, and uh he actively works for the people of his district. So, uh he has my respect. Now, uh in the House Oversight Committee, uh this is where we're going to get into the real meat of today's show, guys, because this is all about the fraud. Uh the House Oversight Committee has just launched an investigation into the Ohio Medicaid fraud uh that is also tied to Somali networks. It's the same network in Ohio as is in Minneapolis as is in Maine.
Billions of dollars is flowing between these three locations and then straight out of the country and back to Somalia.
Uh now, >> [clears throat] >> uh this is particularly notable because we've just had that series of articles uh that was written by Luke Rosiak in the Daily Wire uh calling out and identifying a network of fraudulent Medicaid companies in the same way that Nick Shurly did in Minneapolis. Uh now, right now, this has the potential to actually be an even larger Medicaid scandal than what we've already identified in Minnesota. Uh House Oversight Chairman James Comer and Representative Brandon Gill, who I also think is pretty based, uh have launched a sweeping federal investigation into the rampant abuse that we see in Ohio's Medicaid system because we've had a number of explosive reports which show that there is a scandalous amount of fraud taking place, and billing patterns are centered around just two zip codes right there in Columbus, Ohio.
And this is also the home to the second largest Somali population in the United States. This is obviously a pattern.
Pattern recognition is a real thing.
According to the reports that were cited by Republicans, a state audit found that Franklin County, which is home to just 11.5% of the population in Ohio, accounted for roughly 38 to 40% of the $1.6 billion that was being spent all across the state of Ohio. Nearly 40% of that amount was flowing out of those two zip codes that I mentioned, which is around $240 million a year. Now, auditors in the state of Ohio had previously identified that 15.6% error rate in eligibility determinations, which raises justifiable concern that improper payments are taking place, and those improper payments could range to somewhere between $800 million to $4 billion.
Additional reporting uncovered nearly vacant office buildings allegedly housing hundreds of billing companies.
We went through a whole host of those couple of weeks ago.
And Ohio officials have now brought charges against some of those providers, and they claim that the safeguards are in place and are actually working, but state investigators, in my opinion and in the opinion of the oversight committee, are not doing enough. And of course, the federal task force continues to investigate, and I would expect that we're going to see some major announcements very, very soon.

And the work starts today with a brand new investigation into Medicaid fraud recently uncovered in Ohio. Here now with all the details are House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer and the chairman of that new task force, Brandon Gill. Gentlemen, great to see you both.
Thank you both for joining. Let me start with you, Congressman Comer.
Why do we need a subcommittee that does this?
Well, the full committee's been focused a lot on the deep state abuses like the one you mentioned in your last segment.
But what this new task force led by Congressman Gill is going to be focused on institutional abuses, abuses with you know, obviously from government institutions as well as politically connected nonprofits and and many universities. They Now, this is why I am so excited about it. Because of course the fraud task force is looking at the owners of the business and the individual payments. CMS can shut down the payments, they can withhold billing, and we can get lower level prosecutions that way. But what's most important, and I've said this on so many different occasions, is the institutional component, the members of the government, the non-governmental organizations that are perhaps funded by the government, but who have this layer of removal from the actual crimes that are taking place at the ground level.
But at the same time are profiting off of all of this. The money that flows into politics, one of the reasons Governor DeWine has done nothing to stop this, is because undoubtedly his political futures have been tied directly to the amount of money coming out of these fraudulent endeavors. And even though fraud is being committed, these fraudulent companies are bringing money into the state of Ohio.
So there is an enrichment component for the state government and for local governments. Of course it keeps the economy going, but we don't want an economy based upon fraudulent activity, and certainly not benefiting Ohio when it is a detriment overall, a net detriment to the people of the United States of America. So, this is how we can hold another level of these people accountable for the fraud they're committing. And then the information that Gill and his subcommittee are able to get, they pass that on directly to the fraud task force and then we get those people to be prosecuted. These are These are things that have flown under the radar.
We believe they violated the Constitution. We believe that there have been many instances of discrimination. And that's what this task force is going to be focused solely on. And I think that there's not a better person in America to lead this task force than Congressman Gill.
Well, Congressman Gill, you know, I love that you've your first mission is to go after this Medicaid fraud in Ohio or apparent Medicaid fraud in Ohio. And you know, one of the things you often hear about government fraud like this is that it's like a victimless crime or something like that. It is not a victimless crime. It is a very serious crime and the people who always end up the true victims are the taxpayers and the people the rightful recipients of these funds.
That's exactly right and the American people are sick of seeing their tax dollars wasted and seeing government organizations or nonprofit institutions, colleges, businesses abuse the American people and that's what we're going after with this task task force. But we found with this Ohio fraud scandal is that we've got what we believe to be billions of dollars that have been defrauded from American taxpayers that should have been going to benefit the American people and instead were being laundered through a wide variety of shell companies that were acting as intermediaries to facilitate payments to organizations that weren't providing any type of health care. Ostensibly, this was going towards companionship services. Um, where where where we can't even verify uh that the services were actually provided where there was no verification that the people provi- providing these services were actually had any medical training whatsoever and there were no caps on the spending for these programs. And again, This is uh pretty much the largest component, the fastest growing component of Medicaid services in the state of Ohio. So, we're going to go ahead and stop it right there. I just believe that this is going to be a huge aspect going forward. Uh now, we are also going to be dipping into the major announcements coming out of Minnesota today. All right. Now, I know you are excited because I am excited. This is a follow-up to a story that we have already covered. You may remember this woman on screen. She was the owner and operator of a Somali daycare center. It was implicated in the Feeding Our Future fraud scandal, and she herself was covered in Nick Shirley's initial report. Uh she has just been hit with federal charges additional to what she had previously. And these charges are for the theft of 4.6 million dollars.
Now, Faehima Abdi Mohamed, this woman already tied to the 250 million dollar Feeding Our Future scandal that was responsible for stealing all of that money, federal funds that were meant for meals to be served to children, has now just been slapped with a superseding indictment. These fresh federal charges are for the pocketing of an additional 4.6 million dollars as part of her daycare fraud scheme.
Now, she was the owner of the Future Leaders Early Learning Center in South Minneapolis, right near George Floyd Square. She had her charges come down yesterday for wire fraud and conspiracy to defraud the United States of America.
Now, you probably remember her because when she was charged initially, she tried to flee the country. She was picked up at the airport as she was buying a ticket to head on over to good old Africa. According to the new charging documents, she used her Minneapolis Child Care Center, the Future Leaders Early Learning Center, as a vehicle to funnel taxpayer cash through these fraudulent claims.
Of course, she didn't have the records to back up all of the claims she was making for the federal government, and that is what caught her up. Prosecutors allege between January and July of 2021, Mahmoud submitted more than 826,000 dollars in reimbursement claims to Feeding Our Future for meals that she had allegedly served to children, while at the same time the actual operation allegedly served only a fraction of the claimed meals. The DOJ further alleges that the fake meal count sheets, the fabricated child rosters, and the inflated invoices were used to justify her reimbursements. But, that's not all because also according to prosecutors, Mahmoud later submitted over 13,000 claims to Minnesota's child care assistance program. She was trying to get reimbursements for child care services where required co-payments had allegedly not been resulted in about 4.6 million dollars in improper reimbursements being paid to this Somali scammer.
Federal investigators also allege taxpayer money was diverted for her own personal enrichment. Of course, it was.
That included the purchase of real estate and transfers to affiliated business enterprises. Now again, on her initial arrest, this was highlighted how she was the center of this fraud system that was located in Minneapolis, and she just had money coming out the wazoo, all of it under the careful watch and knowledge of the Tim Walz administration while the average American struggles to get by on a daily basis. Nick Shirley, of course, had of had had featured her in his initial video, and court documents show that on February 10th, she was notified by the Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families that she was abruptly closing her center, and then days later she was found to have booked a ticket, I apologize, not to Africa, but to the UK, where she was probably going to get a connecting flight. Now, she did have a return ticket scheduled for 10 days later, but I think everybody here would assume that if she had been allowed to leave the country, she never would have made that return flight back. Just for your edification, here is the clip from Nek Shurley's initial report, so you'll have a a little bit of a remembrance of what she was and what she did. Here at Future Leaders Early Learning Center, this building received 3 million over 3 million dollars. Hello. How are you?

So, little Joey would not be accepted to that So, [clears throat] Ms. Mahmoud was just one of many spokes in the wheel of fraud operating out of Minneapolis. And of course, this was totally normal. It still is totally more normal among the Somali population. All of these people are aware that if they come to the United States, it only takes a hop, skip, and a jump for you to start your own company and become part of the fraud machine. Uh this is why they protect each other, why they get so angry when it starts getting exposed because they are all aware of how to defraud the United States. They're all aware that everybody is doing it, and they're all aware that this is the number one financial opportunity for Somalians when they come to the United States of America. It's so bad that you can trace the fraud all the way back to refugee camps in other countries. People get to the refugee camps and they're already being educated on how to do this. They come to the United States, it is so easy to set up a company, and you do it within a couple of these uh categories, which are simply not being policed, and you can very quickly get richer than your wildest dreams. And because everybody's doing it, nobody is going to tell on you.
Now, it's so bad uh that here we have a Minnesota fraud investigator, a man by the name of Jay Swanson. He spoke before a US Senate Committee talking about these fraudulent child care centers, and it was so prevalent that these things were opening up faster than they could even investigate or close them down. And they were also directed by the Minnesota state government to stop investigating.
"Stop looking and start destroying your evidence," they said.
For 5 years, I was the manager of recipient and child care provider investigations at the Minnesota Department of Human Services. My team and I investigated fraud committed by child care centers receiving payments from the child care assistance program.
Our team of fraud investigators and BCA agents had a front row to watch the fraud as it happened, and we came face to face with the people committing it on a regular basis.
Our team of investigators and supervisors were all retired police officers with decades of experience conducting and supervising criminal investigations.
The child care centers we investigated were not legitimate businesses, but were designed as a vehicle to steal as much money as possible as quickly as possible.
We received tips from a wide variety of sources. One day we received a phone call from a C-CAP mother who stated that a child care center owner had stopped paying her the monthly cash kickback that they had agreed upon.
Another day we received a call from a fire department inquiring if a child care center was still operating because they had stopped there a numerous days to complete a fire safety inspection, but there were never any staff or kids there.
First of all, two observations there.
Can Can you imagine being the guy to investigate fraud and a parent from one of these daycare centers, not even on your radar yet, she calls you to complain that she's no longer receiving the kickback payments from the woman operating the daycare center. And then, you have so many daycare centers that are opening fraudulently that the fire department can't even do the investigation to verify that it's safe to have children there, but you as the fraud investigator are basically just told to look the other way.
It's so disgusting.
I checked and learned the center was listed as open and had billed us approximately $1 million in the past 12 months.
Despite our best efforts, we soon concluded that fraudulent centers were opening faster than we could close them down.
Due to the volume of fraud tips, we had to restrict ourselves to only investigating centers receiving at least $700,000 a year in annual funding. And keep in mind that the higher-level people within the Minnesota state government have already acted like they had no idea that this was going on. The evidence is overwhelming that the knowledge of the fraud was so prevalent and the people who were in a position to do something about it told those investigating to not do anything about it. And also remember that there were plenty of people within Minnesota state government who were of Somali descent who likely were involved in it themselves either through a familiar connection, maybe they had their own companies, or maybe they just simply didn't do anything about it because they were getting kickbacks because they were looking the other way.
In August of 2018, I drafted a document in response to a request from the legislative auditor to provide a summary of the fraud trends in C-CAP.
A senior DHS official became angry when they reviewed the document and ordered me to delete a number of paragraphs where I described the scope of the fraud saying, "This will make us You guys, I got to let Chi-Chi out. I'll be right back.
look bad."
I advised this official that I believed what they were telling me to do was illegal because Minnesota law requires state employees to cooperate with the auditor and to provide information upon request.
I soon learned that my refusal to hide this information from the auditor angered a number of high-ranking officials and within days the same official told me, "Quote, you better be ready for the blank storm that's coming your way."
Within weeks of that incident, DHS signed a $90,000 consulting contract with a firm that had no experience in evaluating public benefit program integrity, internal control weaknesses in SEACAP.
I'm sorry, whose mission I learned was not to evaluate internal control weaknesses in SEACAP, but to discredit the statements I made regarding the scope of the fraud.
During a meeting with the consultants, they told me I had no basis for my claim of a hundred million dollars of annual fraud in SEACAP.
I advised them that they should be careful what they put in their report because if they minimize the fraud, when the scale of this became public, their company would lose all credibility. I advised them that the fraud was so massive that one day it would come to light.
And it has come to light. Red Pill Lion I would posit to you that Americans have woken up. I mean, there's a reason that this is being investigated and pursued at so many different levels. We go back six months and this was not on the radar of virtually anybody. Now, I would say that this is the biggest story in America. We've now got a division within the DOJ whose sole job is to pursue and prosecute these people.
Uh we now finally have uh congressional committees that are investigating it as well. And now we have people who are being arrested, indicted. We are having money that's being recovered. We're even forcing the state government of Minnesota to go after these people. Uh that was not something that was happening previously, either. Now, take a look at this. Uh specifically in relation to Miss Mahmoud, it would appear that she is working with authorities uh in the federal government and uh hopefully that will also lead to the indictment and arrest of people within the Minnesota state government.
Take a listen. Daycare received the most taxpayer money last year in the state of Minnesota is now charged in federal court with daycare fraud. Fahima Mahamud was the owner of Future Leaders Early Learning Center and was charged in the Feeding Our Future Meal Fraud case in February after she booked a flight out of the country. According to court papers, Mahamud fraudulently received $4.63 million in child care assistance program or C-CAP money from October 2022 to December 2025. That $4.63 million in alleged fraud is just a fraction of what the daycare received in total C-CAP.
According to public documents, Future Leaders Child Care Center got a total of 10.2 million since 2022, but not all of it is alleged to be fraud. As for the meal program fraud, she's now accused of stealing $854,000 while working with other known fraudsters. Mahamud abruptly closed her daycare in January, a month after she was featured in the Nick Shirley YouTube video. The new charges come through a court document called a criminal information, which indicates she's already working with the feds and is planning to plead guilty.

She's the only white woman, only white person to be indicted out of 66 people in this scandal, $250 million. She has recently stated that Ilhan Omar, Tim Walz, Keith Ellison, all should have been aware of what was going on. Ilhan Omar's names are all over the emails talking about this. Ilhan Omar was the one who stepped in to specifically make sure that the waivers kept flowing. And Amy Bock has been sentenced to 41 years in prison.
So, the Minnesota House Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Committee has already concluded that Omar, Ellison, and Walz played critical roles in creating and enabling the fraud. And the committee wrote on page 32, "Feeding Our Future is not only the nation's largest COVID era fraud scheme, but it also exposed the mismanagement and negligence of Minnesota's political elite. At least three leading Minnesota politicians, Governor Walz, Attorney General Ellison, and Representative Omar, played critical roles in creating and enabling the Feeding Our Future fraud scheme. Their negligence and at times outright support for the fraudsters created a permission structure for future wrongdoers. The result was a climate where a fraud expanded exponentially, and Minnesotans will continue paying for this malfeasance for a generation. I got to let the dogs in. I will uh be right back.
>> [music] [music] [music] [music] >> And we're back. All right, so the committee has formally requested that the US House Oversight Committee subpoena Ilhan Omar's communications.
Undoubtedly, that is going to happen. In the wake of Amy Bock's 41-year sentence, many people are suggesting that federal investigators need to look into the people higher up the food chain because Amy Bock was not operating in a vacuum.
She has also argued that she's being scapegoated. Again, she's the only non-Somali out of the roughly 80 to 90 people who are charged and again 66 who have pled guilty. She said, "The notion the notion that I'm personally responsible for all of this is so frustrating. I'm the only white person out of the 80 or 90 who've been charged, and I'm the only one who doesn't speak Somali.
And this case remains ongoing. Every single day it seems like somebody else is getting wrapped up in it. Uh but federal prosecutors have charged these people. Billions of dollars is gone.
Some of it can be uh recovered. A lot of it most likely never will be.
Now, >> [clears throat] >> yesterday it was announced that there was going to be a uh big a big event taking place in Minnesota today uh related to the fraud.
Undoubtedly, Amy Bock was part of that.
However, there was also a press conference announcing the next phase of of uh prosecutions in this ongoing investigation. First, let's uh hear a little bit about Amy's sentencing. A Minnesota judge has just sentenced the mastermind behind the Feeding Our Future Fraud Scheme, Amy Bock. She just got more than 41 years in prison. The prosecution is asking for a 50-year sentence, and her defense about 3 years.
So, that's somewhere in the middle that they got that, but closer to what obviously the prosecution wanted. The scheme involved theft of nearly $250 million in COVID funding. That money was meant to feed hungry children.
Those hungry children didn't exist.
Uh now, here's the thing. The judge basically, when sentencing Amy Bock, made it [snorts] seem as if she was solely responsible. I don't know much about that judge herself, uh but I felt that uh her her comments were just a little bit heavy-handed because it completely ignored the presence of all of these other Somalians who were involved. Amy did not teach these people how to do this. These people were already fraudsters.
And the amount of time that some of these people are getting is uh far less than I think they deserve.
There are people who received more money than Amy Bock, uh but Amy Bock is pretty much taking the scapegoat uh as a result. Now, what is interesting is that Ilhan Omar has now, for the first time, spoken out about the allegations that she was involved in the Feeding Our Future scandal. So, uh let's uh take a look at this because, as we just said, Amy Bock has said she finds it hard to believe that Ilhan Omar didn't know about this. And, of course, Ilhan Omar was connected not only to Amy Bock, but also a number of people who were directly involved in the scam. And it was Omar who personally introduced the so-called Meals Act. That was the maintaining essential access to lunch for students. That was in March of 2020, and that's what gave the USDA the authority to issue all of those waivers during the pandemic. Now, uh she spoke about this, firing back yesterday against any of these allegations that she knew what was happening. She said, "Any claim that I had knowledge of the scheme is flat-out false" in a written statement. "The Meals Act was signed into law by President Trump and passed with bipartisan support as part of a broader legislative package. Trump's USDA secretary set the regulatory framework during the rollout of the program. I have always championed feeding kids and will continue to ensure our children do not go hungry. She also insisted she was glad that these vile individuals involved in the scam were busted. As I stated from the beginning, stealing millions of dollars under the guise of feeding hungry children to bankroll lavish lifestyles and extravagant expenses is reprehensible.
I'm grateful that Amy Bach and every individual involved in this abhorrent scheme are being held accountable for defrauding taxpayers and betraying vulnerable children.
Now, as far as I'm concerned, the investigation of Ilhan Omar needs to continue. Now, take a look at this. Uh House Oversight Chairman James Comer says that Ilhan Omar got caught red-handed trying to sneak in a budget earmark for a business that ended up being fraudulent. I believe we've talked about this before, but let's take it uh a listen and hear from uh secret or from Oversight Chairman Comer.

House Republicans looking into the net worth uh of you and and your husband, are you cooperating with that investigation and providing the documents?
>> into anything. They're just saying those things to get interviews with you guys.
There's nothing really happening.
They're saying it's a red flag.
>> anything. He hasn't done anything. He hasn't referred me to anybody. He's just saying that so he can get TV interviews because you guys will only talk to them if they say something about me.
So, you haven't investigated anything, Chairman. It's basically all for attention.
Yeah, she's uh she's delusional and she knows better.
Uh she's trying to say she made a mistake on her on her uh financial disclosure form. No one makes a $30 million mistake on your financial disclosure form, especially if you don't have any assets. You know, if you're Donald Trump or or some very wealthy person, 30 million might be a rounding error. But for someone who alleges now she has nothing, that's a that's a pretty big rounding error. And it all stems around two basic things, the problem she has. First of all, uh she asked for an earmark for a project that uh was was later proven to be uh a fraudulent project that was involved in that Somali scam up there. And then secondly, uh she she claimed her assets were were uh huge because of this winery that we know's been shut down that uh according to rumors and and uh press reports was defrauding investors.

So, Ilhan Omar is currently under investigation not only by the Ethics Committee, but she's also in under investigation by the Department of Justice. So, I am still holding out hope that Ilhan Omar will be prosecuted, denaturalized, and ultimately deported.
Now, I just thought this was cute. Here is a picture of Nick Shirley flying uh to Minnesota with Dr. Oz as they were about to give that major press conference. Now, that announcement ended up being the uh indictment of 15 new Minnesota fraudsters in what is essentially a newly discovered 90 million dollar fraud scheme. So, earlier this morning, I believe it was like 11:00 a.m. Minnesota time, uh the announcement was made of these 15 indictments against these Minnesota Somalis in a shocking 90 million dollar bust. Uh the Assistant Attorney General, who of course was recently appointed to lead the entire fraud division, Colin McDonald, made this announcement only after the sentencing of Amy Bock.
Today, we are announcing criminal charges against the 15 defendants in Minnesota for fraud schemes that targeted over 90 million dollars taxpayer funds. This is only the beginning of our work in Minnesota because the fraud here in Minnesota is shocking. Today's charges are unprecedented. They include the highest loss amount ever charged in a Medicaid case in Minnesota and the largest autism fraud scheme ever charged by the Department of Justice. Now, uh we have several clips here that I wanted to play from this announcement.
It will be of uh uh RFK and Colin McDonald talking about the size and the scale. Uh also, one of the individuals that they charged, as they were going to arrest him, jumped out of a four-story building. Looks like he broke his leg and he still got away.
These guys are slippery. So, Colin McDonald said that these Medicaid fraudsters would systematically pilfer the Medicaid system and used it as their personal piggy bank. Let me be clear about something. This is only the beginning. Uh the Housing Stabilization Services program was designed to help homeless residents find and keep housing. This is one of the examples of fraud that they were committing. The program was initially estimated in 2020 to only cost about $2.5 million a year, but because of these fraudsters, it ballooned to more than $104 million by 2024 and all of it is attributable to fraud. Uh the man who jumped out of the four-story window was Mohamed Omar, go figure, and they are still looking for Mohamed Omar.

Dangling, man. So, if he jumped out of a fourth-story balcony, there were probably three additional stories of balconies below. He probably like jumped down, jumped down, maybe like fell off of one and then hit the ground pretty hard.

And he said that today in Minnesota, the Justice Department charged these 15 individuals involving $90 million in loss. The criminals allegedly stole from our country's most vulnerable. This was wide-ranging autism services, disabled services, homeless services. In one case, services were allegedly billed but never provided which led to the death of the supposed recipient. I believe that's a case that we covered here six, maybe eight months ago.
Minnesota will no longer serve as a safe haven for fraud, nor will any state in the country. Now, here is Colin McDonald talking about the charges that were brought today.
Today, we are announcing criminal charges against 15 defendants in Minnesota for fraud schemes that targeted over 90 million in taxpayer dollars.
Let me be clear upfront about something.
This is not the end of our work in Minnesota. This is not the end of the beginning of our work in Minnesota. This is the beginning of our work in Minnesota.
The fraud here in Minnesota is shocking.
Our cases today involve seven different state-managed Medicaid programs that have been systematically pilfered by fraudsters who treated Minnesota-run programs as their personal piggy bank.
One of the programs has been completely shut down because there's no money left.
It's all gone.
That was Minnesota's state-run housing stabilization services program, designed to help the homeless find and maintain housing.
It was estimated in 2020 that it would cost only about 2.5 million a year to fund this program, but it ended up costing almost 50 times that much, over 104 million dollars by 2024 due to fraud.
And because of all the fraud, Minnesota had to shut the program down in 2025, and now these services no longer exist for these vulnerable homeless populations.
The same trends exist for other Minnesota-run taxpayer-funded programs.
An autism program that cost the taxpayer 600,000 just 6 years ago skyrocketed to over 400 million.
And to be sure, that number is not driven by supply and demand. It is not driven by health care or charity. It is fraud.
So, one thing that I learned today is that [clears throat] we've consistently asked the question, why is it that all of this money isn't clawed back by the authorities when they find these people, when they indict them, when they convict them?
Apparently, the state of Minnesota does not have the power to take the property and the possessions of these fraudsters. The only thing they have the ability to take back is money.
Now, the government can do civil asset forfeiture on anything that you own. So, they can take your home, they can take your property, they can take your cars, they can take your businesses, they can take all of the bank money in your bank accounts, but the state of Minnesota can't do that. That is a major, major weak point. Now, RFK here speaking about the scale of the autism fraud that was uncovered and is now being prosecuted.
Today's arrests represent the largest autism fraud bust in American history.
This was not a paperwork error. It was not a technical violation.
This was organized threat, organized theft that exploited the most vulnerable children in America, deceived families, stole taxpayer dollars meant to help children with autism with autism access legitimate care and support.
Investigators uncovered brazen schemes that billed taxpayers for non-existent services, fraudulent diagnoses, and fake care while criminals enriched themselves at public expense.
Every fraudulent autism diagnosis steal time, care, and resources from the children for whom this program was for whom this program was denied and who desperately need this care.
Families with autistic children already face enormous challenges navigating therapies, specialists, and support systems.
Fraud makes those barriers even steeper.
America's facing a real autism crisis.
Today, approximately one in every 31 children is diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
Medicaid finances a significant share of autism-related services nationwide, and spending has risen dramatically over the last decade, and a lot of that spending is because of fraud.
When criminals exploit these programs, taxpayers lose billions, and vulnerable children lose their access to care.
Healthcare fraud now costs the United States tens of billions of dollars every year. Some estimates have placed the broader cost of healthcare fraud and improper payments at $100 billion.
Anyway, and undoubtedly [clears throat] in these particular instances, because these are federal charges, there will be a clawback of as much money and as much property as possible. I am still shocked. I am still shocked at the brazen nature of this guy's escape and the fact that he clearly broke his leg and was still able to get away. Uh undoubtedly, the community of Somalian fraudsters in this region helped this man to escape. Uh I don't know that he's going to be able to get out of the country, but watch that ankle dangling.
Oh, yeah. Oh, gross. Awful, awful stuff.
Uh so, I hope that they are able to catch him as quickly as possible because uh this is obviously something that should have happened a long time ago.
Now, we also have a bit of information on something that should have taken place a long time ago. Nancy Mace has just introduced legislation to ban naturalized citizens, people like Ilhan Omar or Pramila Jayapal or who's that guy from Michigan?
Shri Thanedar, the animal torturer. This legislation would ban people like that from being able to hold elected office and that is something that desperately needs to happen. So, this new legislation would ban naturalized US citizens from running for the House and the Senate and it would hold also stop them from holding any position that requires Senate approval. If we can get this past, then we would perhaps successfully be able to kick these people out of elected office and there are so many judges and other people who are currently holding positions of Senate approval that would necessarily be wiped out. So, again, Ilhan Omar, Pramila Jayapal, Shri Thanedar, they would no longer be able to hold elected office.
Nancy Mace has unveiled this legislation yesterday and it would ban any foreign-born US citizen from being able to serve in Congress.
Specifically calling out Thanedar, Omar and Jayapal in her announcement. The joint resolution would add an amendment to the US Constitution that would prohibit naturalized US citizens from becoming federal judges and holding any Senate confirmed position or serving in the House or Senate. All born in foreign countries, none were citizens by birth, all sitting in the United States Congress, all making clear every single day their loyalty is not to the United States of America.
Mace has also noted the proposed amendment would impose the very same standard that the president and the vice president are already required to meet.
The people writing America's laws, confirming America's judges, representing America on the world stage should have only one loyalty, America, not any other country. For far too long, we have allowed foreign-born members to hold seats in this government while making clear they are America last, not America first. Now, when she announced this yesterday on X, I didn't see anybody suggesting that this was a bad idea or disagreeing with it.
Uh and I would also say that perhaps this can be can combined with Randy Fine's surprise legislative package, which would bar anybody who holds dual citizenship from holding elected office or from having a Senate-confirmed position.
Uh you should have one loyalty, and that only sole loyalty should be the United States of America. If you split that loyalty in any respect, you cannot be trusted to serve in a position of public trust like this. Now, also very interesting, uh it yesterday we played a clip or two from the testimony of the the person who was currently heading up the Southern Poverty Law Center. It appears that Jim Jordan has discovered that it was the Southern Poverty Law Center who likely paid the confidential human sources who infiltrated the January 6th crowd, and that would put a whole new spin on it.

He's committed to come. We also sent a subpoena yesterday for documents dealing with this fraud. They called these guys field sources. Here's a key question I have, too.
Were any of the guys they were paying, was the Biden Justice Department paying these same guys?
Confidential human sources, we know 26 confidential human sources were at the Capitol on January 6th. Four went in the Capitol. They weren't authorized to do so. I want to know if any of these guys were double-dipping and taking money from the government and from the Southern Poverty Law Center. That's one of the things we want to find out.

We all Yeah, so speculation at this point, but it makes total sense to suggest that likely because of the knowledge, fore-planning, and uh the organization of those external groups, and of course the FBI and their confidential human sources on January 6th, Southern Poverty Law Center would have been perfectly placed to have their own uh people inside that crowd as well.
Now, we have been waiting since the 2024 election uh for that DNC postmortem to describe exactly why the Democrats believe Kamala Harris did not win that election because of course they thought they were going to be able to cheat her all the way back into the Oval Office.
Uh I for one did not believe that this was going to come out, but recently Kamala Harris said she actually wanted it to come out, and I can't believe that she understands what this is going to mean for her, but apparently uh the 192-page report has been released, and I guess it was obtained by CNN earlier today. So, the uh DNC refused to release the report until CNN reported on a portion of its contents, and the copy that was published by CNN includes red annotations added by the the DNC to the version that was written by the author, who is a Democratic strategist by the name of Paul Rivera.
Uh many of the autopsy results will not surprise anybody who's paid attention, and the report also apparently exonerates Kamala Harris, which means that it's total fiction uh instead of laying the blame at her feet and at the feet of Team Biden.
So, these are the key highlights, they claim. Trump's they/them attacks on Harris were highly effective. The Biden team failed to prepare Harris. The Democrats neglected rural voters and local parties. Democrats have lost sight have excuse me have lost ground since the Obama era due to stagnation, failure to invest in states and local parties and an inability to project strength and unity.
Also Democrats have failed to effectively define or attack Trump assuming his negatives were baked in.
You're kidding me.
Oh my gosh. This is hilarious to me that they're that this these are the the the conclusions that they've come to because they've definitely attacked Trump non-stop and of course Kamala Harris was not prepared but she's one of the stupidest people in American politics. Anyways, you can read the whole thing. We're obviously not going to do that today.
But DNC chairman Ken Martin did release this statement.
He said when I was elected DNC chair, I commissioned an after after action review of the 2024 election that I wanted to be an honest and transparent report with an actionable and specific takeaways for the future of the Democrat Party. When I received the report late last year, it wasn't ready for prime time. Not even close and because no source material was provided, it would have meant starting over. I could not in good faith put the DNC stamp of approval on the report that was produced. After last November's massive Democratic wins, I didn't want to create a distraction by not putting the report out. I ended up creating an even bigger distraction. For that, I sincerely apologize. This guy is such a [ __ ] He's always crying and apologizing. For full transparency, I am releasing the report as we received it in its entirety unedited and unabridged.
It does not meet my standards and it won't meet your standards, but I am doing this because people need to be able to trust the Democrat Party and trust our word even though the word is total [ __ ] Anyways, it's 192 pages.
So that may be a fun read over the weekend.
All right. Now, the system with our situation with our elections is dire.
President Trump may have successfully endorsed those 37 candidates who won in their primaries, but whether or not they can successfully win the general election is still a big question mark because our election system is highly insecure as it exists today. Many of the problems that we have been raising awareness of for years have not been fixed. The key tenants of the Save America Act, which are not perfect, but would certainly go a long way towards helping make our elections secure and no longer fake and gay, have still not been passed. And now that President Trump has endorsed Ken Paxton and not John Cornyn, John Thune is deciding that he's just simply not going to play ball.
Right here, President Trump comments on the need to pass the Save America Act and just the sort of basic necessity of ensuring that we have an election system that we can trust. I think the elections are so rigged and we have to do something about it and we're going to do something about it, but we cannot continue to have and frankly the Senate and the House, they ought to get together and they ought to pass the Save America Act so that you have voter ID and it's so important you have proof of citizenship. Little thing like proof of citizenship.
And also mail-in voting which is so crooked. So in Maryland, as you probably saw, they had 500 500,000 mail-in votes that were corrupt.
They were corrupt. They said the printer made a mistake. Don't believe that.
And they got caught with 500,000 mail-in ballots that were corrupt. We've got to stop it. We have a country that has a very corrupt We have more corrupt elections than third world countries have.
And we ought to get smart. Pass the Save America Act. That'll be a long way. You have voter ID, voter identification.
The Democrats don't want to pass. Now, I'll tell you what, the Democrat voters do want to pass, 87% but the Democrat politicians don't want to pass and the reason is they'd never be elected again because with their policy of open borders, transgender for everyone, I call it transgender mutilization of your children for everybody, men playing in women's sports, all of the the stuff that they do, high taxes.
They want to tax high. They voted in favor of high taxes. They voted against a tax cut. They voted in favor of men playing in women's sports.
I don't know what these people are thinking. The only way they can win is to cheat and that's what they want to do and we would have passed the Save America Act. You have to All right. So, this is [clears throat] notable because John Thune made the decision today rather than passing anything President Trump needs or has requested as part of his agenda. He is once again sending the Senate on recess which means they're going away for another 10-day vacation. They still have not funded ICE and Customs and Border Patrol. They're going to miss the June 1st deadline.
Obviously, they're not going to be passing the Save America Act. What the hell is it going to take?
during a chaos on Capitol Hill as Senate Republicans are now set to go home until June. That's significant cuz that now puts them on course to miss a June 1st deadline that was set by President Trump to pass a reconciliation funding package to give money to both ICE and CBP. For more on that, we're going to send it out to Fox News Chief Congressional Correspondent Chad Pergram on Capitol Hill. Chad, sounds like things just completely fell apart today. Fill us in, what happened?
Bill, good afternoon. Here's what happened. Todd Blanche, the acting Attorney General, was summoned to Capitol Hill to meet with Senate Republicans. They had a lot of concerns about this compensation fund and they were going to have to go through what's called a voter Rama, a lengthy vote series where Democrats were going to put Republican senators on the record on every single vote here voting on something related to that compensation fund. And there were some Republicans who had a lot of reservations about this, too. I am told that they have to go back to the drawing board and completely start this bill again. I'm told that Tom Cotton, Republican senator from Arkansas, had some very pointed questions to Todd Blanche in that meeting today, the same with Chuck Grassley, the long-time senator from Iowa as well. And you could see just how glum some of the senators were, some not even talking to the press because they just wanted to get out. As soon as they sent out the notice that they were cutting senators, that is the signal that this bill to fund the Border Patrol and ICE is dead in the water. The whole idea was that they were going to work late this week, get this done maybe in the Senate overnight tonight, and then move this to the House of Representatives, and the House would just have to sync up. As you mentioned this June 1st deadline, that's something that was made up. It's something that the president said he wanted this done by, but they have been dealing with spending bills for the 2026 appropriation cycle since this time last year. And so they have to go back to the drawing board, they have to rejigger this bill. It's not going to get done right now. And even though President Trump has been on a winning streak politically, he's not getting done what he wants legislatively here on Capitol Hill as they missed that deadline, Bill.
These people are not doing the only thing that they are hired to do.
They have no problem getting legislation passed when it benefits them or it benefits their donors or it benefits special interests, but when it's something that is required uh for the safety and security of the American public, these people are [ __ ] Absolutely [ __ ] And you know, it's the it's the sad thing about uh the entirety of the Senate that it's not all up for re-election and these people can't be challenged. Now, uh this is hilarious, you know, one of the fears, uh one of the uh uh things that President Trump has said is going to happen if these things are not done to secure our election system is that, of course, the Democrats are going to steal as many elections as they possibly can. The deep state will once again be in control of the federal government and then once that happens, uh they're going to attempt to pack the Supreme Court. Uh they're going to place themselves in a position of power in perpetuity. And uh I don't know how serious he is about it, but Jim Jordan suggested uh during a hearing that uh if the Democrats are going to pack the Supreme Court, why don't we just do it ahead of time?

If 13 circuits, we need to go to 9 to 13 as the ranking member of the full committee suggested at the start of the hearing, what what why wouldn't we just add them now if we're going to add them?
What do you think of that? Uh we'll just go maybe go down the line. The first rule of justice is what's good for the goose is good for the gander. Uh I oppose doing that now just as I would oppose doing it under a different president.

Uh but it seems to me if we're going to do it and 13 is some some important number that we got to get to based on the number circuits, then uh we should if we're going to do four, do it now. Mr. Bowie, would you support doing that? Doing four?
You said if Congress thinks it's the right thing to do, we should we should go for it. So, if it's the right thing to do, can we go for it now? Well, I agree with the principle. It's in your prerogative You have the prerogative to determine how the Supreme Court works.
The court did not descend from on high in its current form in the palace across the street. It's your job to determine what kind of court >> would have no problem with us doing it now?
Look, I disagree with many of the policies that come out of Congress right now, but I really have faith in your ability to live up to your office. And I think that you have the authority to determine what kind of justice we want to see in this country. Great. I think I know what Professor Ross and Mr. Sherer's answer is as well, which is where I'm at, but You know, I I would oppose any expansion of the court. Yeah.
I'm Yeah, see, anybody who would who who would seek to expand the court once, you know, they are the ruling party, of course they're not going to want anybody else to do it. It's one of the reasons that we need to make sure that this [ __ ] gets fixed. Anyways, there is time, but of course everybody's feeling the pressure.
Uh now, in regards to the elections, interestingly, Governor Abigail Spanberger of Virginia just signed an executive order to keep ICE away from polling places. Um now, why in the world would you want to keep ICE away from polling places? Well, if you know that the illegal alien population of your state are going to be showing up to vote on election day, well, you would definitely want ICE to remain as far away from those polling places as possible, even though they continually tell us that illegal aliens don't vote.
We continue to find that, uh you know, of course it actually happens probably a lot more often happens a lot more often than they would like to admit.
Uh but uh they want the ability for those illegal aliens to vote. That's one of the main reasons that they continue to keep these people on the voting rolls. Uh it's another reason they don't want the DOJ to get a look at the uh rolls themselves or to have them cleaned up. Uh so, Abigail Spanberger said on Tuesday she plans to issue an executive order yesterday to help election workers respond if federal agents show up at polling sites. She was at a press conference hosted by the Center for American Progress, which is a think tank that is 100% deep state. Uh and she said that the order would include details on how Virginia state employees or people working in support of Virginia state-run elections can react to, and in this particular case, federal agents who might be appearing at a location where the worry is that they're principally there to intimidate or scare people. The only people who are afraid of ICE are illegal aliens. Some election officials and Democrat politicians are worried that President Trump, who uh, routinely makes comments like this, might so-called interfere in the midterm which are run by the state, but the state is allowing illegal aliens to vote. So, here is uh, Abigail Spanberger talking about her executive order. She says exactly what I said as well. Uh, but the Virginia GOP said that uh, she just doubled down on her assault on election integrity and American sovereignty.
Spanberger hasn't lifted a finger to protect law-abiding Virginians, but she is moving mountains to protect criminal illegal aliens uh, and allow them to continue voting. That is her number one goal. All right, before we continue with the next story, I have one more final message from our friends over here on Rumble. All right. Now, I also [clears throat] uh do have a couple of uh Rumble rants.
Chafed Bum says, "Am I surrounded by illegals?" CL Guapo. And then Patty Joe 63 says, "Minnesota Dems used the $18 billion surplus to open an office of newcomers and held classes on how to do business with the state. White Minnesotans were not invited to these classes." That is correct. They brought in Somali migrants. They taught them how to set up businesses and uh to show them just how easy it was to defraud the state. Uh let's see. G Fontes says, "Are you talking about a constitutional amendment to keep non-natural born citizens from holding office? If so, that would That wouldn't Wouldn't that need 33 or 34 [snorts] uh 2/3 of the state legislatures uh passage to enact?" Uh I'm I don't remember. I don't know exactly how her bill is structured, so I can't comment specifically. Maybe CIA Spanberger can pull it over on enough Virginians people, but I don't believe she's not fully aware as governor that federal law trumps state law, so why wouldn't it apply here? No, everybody understands the supremacy clause, including Abigail Spanberger, including Gavin Newsom, including Tim Walz, but that doesn't stop them from trying to use what limited power they have at the state level to stop intervention from federal authorities. We see it over and over and over again. And if she was to do something like that, inevitably it would be challenged in court, and then of course, in the meantime, there might be a temporary restraining order stopping ICE from being able to show up at a polling place if they believe an illegal alien is there. So, it would simply gum up the works even though ultimately it be unsuccessful.
Same with the law that was passed in California to force ICE officials to show their faces. All right. So, continuing with the conversation about elections, apparently the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, CISA, which is of course, as you know, the federal agency that's tasked with securing US election infrastructure, a job that they have had a piss-poor record on, just suffered a catastrophic security breach. Sensitive credentials were exposed on a public GitHub repository for 6 months. On November 13th of last year, a contractor created the private CISA repository on Git GitHub, and that remained public from November until May 15th of 2026. There was 844 MB of leaked information. It was plain text passwords, high privilege Amazon Web Service GovCloud administrative credentials, SSH keys, authentication tokens, Entra ID SAML certificates, and internal system access details. It was all just out there on the internet for anybody to download. Now, CISA's only job is to be responsible for protecting the nation's critical election infrastructure, and that is of course, one of the weakest points in our election system. That includes voter registration databases, voting systems, the polling infrastructure.
This is an incident that demonstrates how [ __ ] this agency is, the complete failure of their basic operational security by America's lead cybersecurity agency. To think that all of those passwords and security credentials were just dumped into a notepad and then pasted in plain text on the internet for everybody to see. This is a lot like what we saw in Colorado with Jenna Griswold posting the passwords and the logins for all of the election equipment across the entire state. Researchers have called this one of the worst leaks ever observed in the history of modern cybersecurity.
They have said that CISA claims there was no compromise. However, the extended exposure window created significant risk of undetected exploitation. During that 6-month period, and right now if those passwords and those security keys have not been changed, anyone with access to that information could have gained access to CISA systems and election systems all across the country, and nobody would know. There would be near zero knowledge because there would have been no breach.
They would have been using official security credentials.
This is an agency that is unable to secure their own credentials. Obviously, they cannot be trusted to safeguard national elections. I sincerely hope that somebody has talked to the president about this because CISA as an agency, in my opinion, should not even exist. This is It was already bad for American elections, but this is making it much, much worse. Totally incompetent. They should not be overseeing the security for the midterms. They should not be overseeing the security of any future elections as I am am stating this. And you You find the entirety of this information through the article Uh that was referenced here, which is entitled "The Worst Leak I've Ever Witnessed" about CISA pasting their credentials on a GitHub repository. Absolutely insane.
This is what we're dealing with here.
All right. Now, also, considering that Abigail Spanberger wants illegal aliens to vote in Virginia elections, it should surprise no one that Karen Bass also wants illegal aliens to vote in California elections, and she just admitted it during a panel with Politico.
Council member Hugo Soto Martinez, who has endorsed you, he wants to explore ways to let non-citizens vote in city elections.
I know that there are some cities that already do this, but you know, politics is all about timing.
With Donald Trump in the White House, is this the right time for Los Angeles to go down this path? Well, I think we need to explore it. Now, I've not seen exactly what he's calling for.
I have a little familiarity of what happens in other cities, and for example, some cities will allow people to vote in like city council and school board elections because they pay local taxes, but they are not necessarily undocumented.
They might be here completely legally, but have not finished the citizenship process. So, we'll wait and see. But, you know, I mean, some questioned that around sanctuary cities, too. But, we made that into law even though Trump had been elected, and it was because our population of immigrants who are vulnerable were terrified. And that provided a measure of security for a minute. I don't know when anticipated we'd have the military rolled up on us.
I hope the military [clears throat] does roll up on them. It may be the only way to ensure that the elections are going to be secure.
Today, unfortunately, the DOJ was just denied in their lawsuit in Wisconsin.
They have been suing to gain access to the statewide voter registration list, a list that is freely given to NGOs by the Wisconsin Election Commission. But for some reason, the federal government is unable to gain access to it. Now, Peter Bernegger [snorts] read the lawsuit and the order of the court denying the access Department of Justice. And he's identified a couple of key places where they went wrong. And this undoubtedly is going to get back to the DOJ. He said the DOJ had authority to investigate election law compliance, but it used the wrong legal hook to force production of Wisconsin's full unredacted voter database. They conflated Hava maintenance duties with Title 3 production power. Hava requires Wisconsin to maintain a computerized statewide list. The DOJ used that as a reason to demand the list, but the claim they pled was a Civil Rights Act 20703 production claim, not a standalone Hava violation claim. The complaint's requested relief was produced was production of the full list as required by 52 USC 21083, but the actual count was titled violation of the Civil Rights Act 1960 52 USC 20703.
So they asked for a current living database, not preserved election records. Title 3 structure is about retaining and preserving election-related records for 22 months after an election. The DOJ asked for the current electronic SVRL with all fields, including sensitive identifiers, and the court found that awkward because voter lists are continuously updated. Hava itself requires regular additions, removals, and reduplication.
The US DOJ relied too heavily on the phrase sweeping. The DOJ quoted older Fifth Circuit cases saying Title 3 gives broad investigative power and a limited court role, but the court said even in a summary Title 3 proceeding that the judge still has to decide the threshold legal question, whether the requested material can be demanded under Title 3 at all.
So, the DOJ did not adequately bridge registration record to entire unredacted voter list. The court adopted the Benson Fontes reasoning that section 20701 is aimed at records received from voters or outside sources such as applications, registrations, and poll tax records, not databases created and maintained by the state.
So, their request for personal identifying information made the weakness sharper. Wisconsin had offered the publicly available voter list and refused the unredacted list because of state restrictions on the personal identifying information.
The DOJ attached a proposed MOU to to address those privacy concerns, but the court never needed to reach the privacy issue because it found that HAVA Title 3 did not even apply in the first place.
In Peter Bernegger's opinion, the DOJ should have pled a direct HAVA enforcement claim under 52 USC 21083 and 21111 supported by concrete facts showing Wisconsin's voter registration system was actually violating HAVA. Wisconsin is a National Voter Registration Act exempt state because of their same-day election day registration, but Wisconsin is not HAVA exempt. HAVA independently requires a centralized statewide voter registration list, unique voter identifiers, expedited entry of registration information, duplicate elimination, accuracy safeguards, and verification of driver's license, social security number, unique ID data. So, the US Attorney General may sue for injunctive relief to carry out those HAVA requirements. Therefore, a court-protected, field-limited production of the unredacted HAVA fields is necessary discovery or remedial relief in a live HAVA enforcement action, not a Title 3 demand for a living voter list. That would not guarantee a win, but it would be a stronger route. There is more, but you get the gist. I wish that the DOJ would just hire Peter Bernegger to work on this because this dude is so deep on all of these things. He knows exactly what he's doing. I also wish that the DOJ would work directly with Unite for Freedom, my friends over at Unite for Freedom. Now, they have just filed another HAVA complaint demanding review of election law compliance in the state of New York. Uh now, people working with uh Unite for Freedom have filed this formal administrative complaint under the Help America Vote Act demanding a hearing on the record and written determination regarding whether or not New York is complying with mandatory federal election law requirements. Uh based upon the work of Andrew Paquette, I would say that it's pretty obvious they are not. So, this complaint is led by New York volunteers and voters, and it is joined by additional complaints, and it was just filed with the New York State Board of Elections under Section 402 of HAVA.
Additional complaints include leadership from Project Civica reflecting the growing collaboration among citizen-led organizations working to ensure the same as uh uh Unite for Freedom, which is lawful, transparent election administration, and we got to get this taken care of before the 2026 midterm.
So, they're asking a single question in this complaint. Is New York maintaining and using a single, uniform, official, centralized, and accurate statewide voter registration list as is required by federal law for the administration of federal elections.
Now, the complaint alleges New York's own official statewide records reflect materially inconsistent figures across multiple federal election cycles. That's obviously going to raise questions about whether or not the state can identify one authoritative statewide record, which is the requirement under the law.
Specifically, the filing they have put forth points to discrepancies among statewide turnout figures, certified election totals, and statewide voter participation records for both the 2022 and 2024 federal election cycles.
The basic questions they want answered, what exactly did state officials certify? And can they prove those certified totals from the single official statewide voter registration record, which is required by law? And did they save the auditable items as required by law? If we look at the 2024 cycle, from New York's own records, it reflects 130,165 more votes counted than voters credited with voting. That is a huge discrepancy.
In 2022, the discrepancy was not as bad, but it was 35,312.
They've also identified official records that reflect millions of apparent duplicate, unverifiable, incomplete, and anomalous registration conditions, which require explanation under the law.
The complainants are not asking election officials to re-litigate any elections or speculate about the causes. They merely are asking for a lawful administrative review, a formal evidentiary hearing, identification of the official statewide record as required by law, and the reconciliation of the state's own reported figures.
So, the filing follows successful HAVA enforcement actions that have taken place in other states. In Missouri, a citizen complaint secured judicial recognition of her right to proceed under the HAVA administrative complaint process after state officials had attempted to block her review. Missouri was ordered to provide the process federal law requires and that included a formal hearing on the record. In Colorado, a similar HAVA complaint advanced to public administrative review and reflected growing citizen use of HAVA's federally mandated enforcement process. So what we see is a trend of average everyday citizens using HAVA's federally mandated enforcement mechanism to demand accountability and compliance with the law under those statutory rules.
Federal election law is not optional.
Harry Hurri, a friend of mine who has been on the show a number of times before, he's the chairman of United for Freedom. Congress required states to maintain specific systems, records, and procedures to secure safe, accurate, and honest federal elections and you as citizens have every right to demand compliance when official records raise serious unresolved concerns.
So the requests from this complaint are that they are looking for acceptance of the compliance under New York's HAVA process. They want a formal hearing on the record.
They want a written determination regarding compliance with federal law.
They want identification of the authoritative statewide voter registration record. They also want identification of the related voter histories. They want reconciliation of conflicting statewide official figures.
They would like preservation of relevant statewide records, audit logs, and change history records, and corrective actions if violations are found. We already know the violations exist. So essentially this will lead to the fixing of the New York statewide voter registration database.
Under HAVA, Uh, >> [clears throat] >> states that accept federal election funding must maintain an administrative compliant process allowing citizens to raise allegations of violations under title three. This New York filing represents another use of the powerful federal accountability framework and as the similar efforts have proven to be successful in Missouri and Colorado, citizens do not need permission to insist that election officials comply with the law. So, glad to see that United for Freedom is helping these citizens and voters in New York, Colorado, Missouri uh, do this. We need to do it as quickly as possible because uh, this appears to be uh, completely within the boundaries of what is legally required and acceptable and it foregoes the need for major legal actions at the court level. It also doesn't allow for these things to get bogged down in court or for people to be told that they can't ask these questions or demand accountability. It's there. It's in plain English and uh, this is the only way to proceed, I think.
